        한국인 정신분열증 환자와 6번 염색체 D6S274(6p23) 다형성의 연합

        An association study with korean schizophrenic patients(N=75) and normal controls(N=87) was performed to find the relationship between D6S274 polymorphism and schizophrenia using polymerase chain reaction. Nine different alleles of a dinucleotide polymorphism on D6S273 locus were observed in both group. When we compared the frequencies of alleles between schizophrenics and normal controls, there was no significant difference between two groups. To increase homogeneity of schizophrenic group, we divided schizophrenic group by clinical phenotypes such as DSM-IV diagnostic subtype, family history, negative and positive symptoms(PANSS), soft neurologic signs(NES-K). Then we compared the frequencies of alleles among subgroups of clinical phenotypes. there was only significant difference between two subgroups on soft neurologic signs(p<0.05). Although our findings fail to provide on evidence of association between schizophrenia and D6S274 locus, follow-up investigation of this locus may be needed in homogeneous subtypes of schizophrenia and schizophrenic pedigrees.

        유아의 출현적 문해 발달과 가정문해환경과의 관계

        This study examined the emergent literacy development of children and the effects of the home literacy environment on it. 861 pairs each-consisting of a mother and a child aged form three to six years old were asked to complete the early literacy parent questionnaire (Boudreau, 2005) and the home literacy environment questionnaire (Park & Kim, 2008). The results showed that: (1) girls achieved higher scores than boys in emergent literacy and its subcategories. (2) there were age differences in all of the subcategories of emergent literacy except the categories of ``orientation toward literacy`` and ``phonological awarencess``. (3) The study revealed that ``reading books`` in the home literacy environment was the most contributive variable in predicting emergent literacy after controlling the age and gender followed by ``literacy learning``.

        유아의 정서지능과 사회적 유능성의 관계에서 유아-교사 관계의 매개효과

        This study examined the effect of preschooler’s emotional intelligence, child-teacher relationships (intimacy, conflict and dependency) on children’s social competence. A sample of 269 children (142 boys and 127 girls) aged 3 to 6 in Seoul or Gyeonggi-do participated in the Emotional Intelligence Scale, the Child-Teacher Relationships Scale and Social Competence Scale by teachers. Descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson’s correlation analysis and regression analysis analyzed data via SPSS ver. 20.0. This study followed a mediated effect model. The results showed that: (1) The emotional intelligence of girls was significantly higher than boys. However, the child teacher relationship and children’s social competence had no significant difference relationship to gender. (2) There was a mediating effect of child-teacher relationships between preschooler’s emotional intelligence and social competence. The effect of emotional intelligence on social competence was partially mediated by intimate relationship, conflict relationship and dependency relationship. The degree of mediating effect was investigated in regards to conflict relationship, dependency relationship and intimate relationship. This study demonstrated that child teacher relationships mediate the relationship between emotional intelligence and social competence of preschoolers.

        알코올장애, 원인과 치료

        The life time prevalence of alcoholic disorder in Korea is high but there is not sufficient specialized treatment centers. The etiology of alcoholic disorder is not known yet but it is assumed that alcoholic disorder is multifactorial disorder that biological, hereditary and social factors interact each other. Psychosocial approach is the major treatment but there appeares active study to find out the cause of alcoholic disorder. So Food and Drug Administration in America approved the opioid antagonist naltrexone for the treatment drug of the alcoholics. We are going to introduce the recent development about biological research, pharmacological approach and also psychosocial approaches in the field of alcoholic disorder.

        유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 읽기동기가 가정문해환경에 미치는 영향

        In this study, we examined the effects of a mother’s reading motivation on the home literacy environment. Seven hundred fifty-seven mothers with three to five year old children participated in this study and completed the Adult Motivation for Reading Scale and the Home Literacy Environment Questionnaire. The subcategories of the Adult Motivation for Reading Scale are “reading as part of self,” “reading efficacy,” “reading for recognition,” and “reading to do well in other realms.” The Home Literacy Environment Questionnaire has three subcategories, namely reading books, reading behavior and modeling of parents, and literacy learning. The mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The results showed that (1) the home literacy environment was significantly different depending on the mother’s education and family income levels, (2) the mother’s reading motivation also differed significantly depending on the mother’s education and family income levels, and (3) the mother’s reading motivation has a significant explanatory effect on the home literacy environment. In addition, the mothers falling into the reading motivation subcategories of “reading part of self” or “reading to do well in other realms” were found to enrich their home literacy environment. Therefore, this study demonstrates that the mother’s reading motivation is an important factor affecting the home literacy environment.

        예비유아교사들이 보육실습에서 경험하는 갈등에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 보육실습생들이 보육실습과정에서 겪는 갈등의 유형과 보육실습기관의 배경 및 갈등 유형 간의 관계를 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경상남도 4년제 및 3년제 대학교 유아교육과의 예비유아교사 130명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사에 활용된 총 다섯 가지의 갈등유형으로는 자신갈등, 교사갈등, 유아갈등, 기관갈등, 동료갈등이 있었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 다섯 가지갈등요인 중 유아갈등이 가장 높은 수치를 나타내었다. 둘째, 유아연령에 따른 보육실습 갈등을 분석한 결과 만 3세 반 보육실습생들의 유아갈등 평균이 가장 높은 수치를 보였다. 셋째, 보육실습기관에 따른 갈등유형을 살펴본 결과, 민간 어린이집의 예비유아교사들의 자신갈등 평균이 가장 높게 나타났다. 예비유아교사들은 실습을 통해 영유아 보육 및 다양한 영역에 대한 지식과 기술을 습득할 뿐만 아니라 현장과 이론과의 연계성을 더욱 강화하는 계기를 경험하게 되므로 이러한 보육실습의 과정은 교사가 되기 위한 매우 중요한 과정이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 발견한 보육실습생들의 갈등요인을 분석함으로써 실습기관에서 갈등요인을 최소화 하는 실습 직전 프로그램의 도입 및 운영에 대한 필요성을 시사 받을 수 있었다. The current study aimed to analyze the types of conflict that pre-service teachers encounter during their practicum course, as well as a possible existence of relationship between features of practicum sites and the types of conflict. To achieve the goals, 130 pre-service teachers enrolling in department of early childhood four- and three-year universities located in Gyeongsangnam-do participated in a series of survey. The five types of conflicts included ‘self’, ‘lead teacher’, ‘children’, ‘institution’, and ‘peers’. The results showed that, first, ‘children’ conflicts showed the highest score. Second, the pre-service teachers of 3-years-old classes demonstrated the highest score in ‘conflict with children’. Third, the pre-service teachers of private daycare centers displayed the highest score in ‘conflict with the self’. Because not only do pre-service teachers acquire knowledge and skills needed for child care fields, but also they attain opportunities to move from theory to practice, practicum course is an essential procedure prior to becoming teachers. The findings of the present study implied the need for educational programs prior to conducting practicum in order to reduce conflict factors to the minimum.

        기질 및 성격특성과 알코올의존의 관련성

        Objectives:The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference between alcoholic men and normal controls on Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI) scores. Methods: We compared 40 male alcoholic patients who were admitted to Seoul National Hospital with 40 normal controls. All subjects were assessed by drinking pattern questionnaires, Seoul National Hospital Alcoholism Screening Test, and TCI. Results: 1) Alcohol dependent patients showed higher Novelty-Seeking and lower Self-Directedness scores than normal controls. 2) Self-Directedness score was lower in early-onset than in late-onset patients. 3) Persistence score was lower in violent than non-violent patients. Conclusion:The findings of this study suggest that alcoholic dependent patients have higher Novelty-Seeking score and lower Self-Directedness score than normal controls, and that those with specific clinical characteristics such as early-onset and violence have close relationship with a specific TCI profile.

        보육실습생이 가진 갈등의 정도, 행복감 및 자아탄력성의 관계 분석

        본 연구는 보육실습생들이 보여주는 갈등의 수준, 행복감 및 자아탄력성의 정도를 분석하고 이러한 요인들이 서로에게 어떠한 영향을 끼치는지 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 경상남도 4년제 대학교 유아교육과에 재학 중인 174명의 예비유아교사를 대상으로 설문조사가 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 평균 및 표준편차를 알아보는 단순 통계, Pearson 상관관계 및 상대적 설명력을 분석하기 위한 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 보육실습생들이 가진 갈등 요인의 ‘자신갈등’, 행복감 요인의 ‘자기조절행복’, 그리고 자아탄력성 요인의 ‘감정조절’이 가장 높게 나타났다. Pearson 상관관계 결과 갈등(전체 평균)과 행복감(전체 평균)이 -.556(p<.01) 라는 높은 부적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 또한 중다회귀분석 결과 보육실습생의 갈등(전체 평균)은 행복감(전체 평균)에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다(t=-3.77, p<.001). 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 하여 보육실습생들이 추후 교사직을 수행하면서 다양한 상황에 요구되는 행복감 및 자아탄력성을 증진시킬 수 있는 교사 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. The current article aimed to analyze the early childhood education pre-service teachers’ levels of conflict, happiness, and ego-resilience, and how these factors affect each other. 174 pre-service teachers in department of early childhood education of a four-years university in Gyeongsangnam-do participated in surveys, then the researchers conducted a preliminary statistics, a Pearson correlation, and a multiple regression analysis. The results showed that ‘self-conflict’ among the conflict factors, ‘self-control’ among the happiness factors, and ‘emotion-control’ among the ego-resilience factors came out to be the highest. Second, the results of Pearson correlation displayed -.556 between their levels of conflicts and happiness, which demonstrated a relatively high level of negative correlation. Third, the multiple regression analysis showed that the pre-service teachers’ conflict(the total average) affected their level of happiness(the total average) the most(t=-3.77, p<.001). The results suggested implications regarding developing educational programs for pre-service teachers to enhance their levels of happiness as well as ego-resilience.
