        직교자계가 디펌성능에 미치는 영향

        An orthogonal magnetic field is often used for a military vessel in the deperm process such as Flash D deperm protocol and Anhysteretic deperm protocol. The effect of the orthogonal magnetic field on a deperm performance was investigated for a sample with strain-induced magnetization and field-induced magnetization given to different direction. A 70mm wide, 110mm long and 0.25mm thick rectangular steel plate was bent to have U-shape and to generate a strong strain on the bottom region of U-shaped steel plate. Field-induced magnetization was attached by NdFeB permanent magnet. Demagnetization was performed by applying magnetic field with a step decrement from the first field(the first shot) under the action of DC bias field.

        The object of this research is to evaluate the priority of R&D project alternatives which were already screened by both feasibility and suitability of technological performance. This research is a selection model for R&D project alternatives after setting phase. And it is designed by CHP model which include individual and mutual weights. This model have 5 steps. (1) Setting Technology-Modules derived on the setting phase (2) Presenting the evaluation standards divided with ‘M-Field’ and ‘T-Field’ (3) Assessing the evaluation standard and technology modules (4) Obtaining and integrating the individually and mutually effective weights (5) Selecting the technology modules based on the priority of order by CHP Through these steps, this model can suggest the evaluation way from specific technology levels to project level. And it can be guaranteed to perform the selected module set.

        회전자 돌극 설계를 이용한 다극 매입형 영구자석 동기전동기의 토크리플 저감 연구

        본 논문에서는 전기자동차용 견인전동기로서의 다극 매입형 영구자석 동기전동기의 회전자 돌극 설계에 의한 토크리 플 개선 방안을 연구하였다. 다극 매입형 영구자석 동기전동기의 경우 영구자석에서 발생되는 자속이 고정자에 쇄교되지 않고 회전자 브릿지를 통해 누설되는 자속이 크다. 이러한 누설자속을 줄여 출력밀도를 향상시키고 토크리플을 저감하기 위해 영구자석 사이의 회전자 표면에 슬릿을 적용하였다. 슬릿에 적용되는 두 설계 파라미터를 제안하고 반응표면법을 이용 하여 토크리플 감소와 출력 향상 최대화 설계를 수행하였다. 자속의 포화를 고려하기 위해 본 논문에서는 2차원 유한요소법 을 이용하여 특성해석을 수행하고 이를 분석하였다. The paper reports an improvement method on torque ripples of multi-pole interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) applied to a traction motor for hybrid electric vehicles. In the case of multi-pole IPMSM, the magnetic flux generated by a permanent magnet tends to leak through the bridge of the rotor without a link with stator windings. The slit design on the rotor surface was proposed to reduce torque rippling and increase the output power by reducing the leakage flux. Two design parameters for the slit are suggested for optimal design using the response surface method. As an analysis method, the 2D finite element method (FEM) was applied to consider magnetic saturation effect.

        면역글로불린 G 아형 결핍이 동반된 Kartagener 증후군

        Kartagener syndrome is characterized by the triad of situs inversus, bronchiectasis, and chronic paranasal sinusitis. Recurrent sinopulmonary infection, the major determinant for diagnosing immunodeficiency, is the most common clinical manifestation of the disease. A 17-year-old female patient presented with dyspnea, cough, sputum, nasal congestion, and rhinorrhea for more than 5 years. Nasal symptoms and dyspnea had not been controlled by intermittent treatment with mucolytics and antibiotics from primary clinics since 3 months before visiting our clinic. Chest X-ray and computed tomography showed situs inversus, dextrocardia and bronchiectasis. Paranasal sinus series revealed mucosal thickening and haziness on both maxillary sinus. Serum immunoglobulin (Ig) G4 was decreased, but total IgG was within normal range. Under the diagnosis of Kartagener syndrome with IgG4 deficiency, monthly intravenous IgG (IVIG) treatment was performed for 6 months. Her symptoms were well controlled and the frequency of antibiotics use was markedly decreased. We report a patient having the Kartagener syndrome with IgG4 deficiency that was successfully controlled with a 6-month-treatment of IVIG. (Allergy Asthma Respir Dis 2013;1:288-291)

        고온초전도 동기모터의 계자손실 해석 및 냉각 해석

        산업현장에서 사용되는 대형 모터는 전기자권선의 절연내력 저하 및 과열문제 등으로 인하여 정지사고의 위험이 높고 산업재해의 규모가 크므로 넓은 장소의 확보가 필요하다. 따라서 기존 모터에 비해 소형, 경량이면서 절연내력이 뛰어난 대용량 모터가 요구되어지고 있으며 이에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어지고 있다. 초전도 모터는 기존의 발전기나 모터와 같은 회전기의 계자코일을 초전도 화하여 계자의 발생을 크게 증가시킴으로서, 기기의 효율과 출력을 높이고, 소형화 및 경량화, 안정도 향상 등의 장점을 가지고 있으므로 초전도 선재의 성능을 발휘할 수 있도록 선제의 임계온도 이하로 낮추어줄 수 있는 냉각시스템의 설계 및 해석기술이 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 100HP 고온초전도 동기모터의 개념설계를 통한 계자손실 해석과 냉각시스템의 저온 열전달 해석을 수행하였다. 계자손실 해석 결과, 고온초전도 선재를 사용하게 되면 균일한 공극자속밀도가 나타남을 확인하였다. 그리고 가스네온 및 액체네온에 대한 저온 열전달 해석 결과, 고온초전도 선재의 저온 안정성을 유지하기 위해서는 액체네온 1kg/min의 유량의 사용이 적합함을 확인하였다. Large industrial motors require a large area because of the high risk of shutdown accidents and large industrial accidents due to the lowering of the dielectric strength of the armature windings and overheating problems. Therefore, there is a demand for a large-capacity motor that has small size, light weight, and excellent dielectric strength compared with conventional motors. Superconducting motors have advantages of high efficiency and output power, low size, low weight, and improved stability. This results from greatly increasing the magnetic field generation by using superconductive field coils in rotating machines such as generators and motors. It is very important to design and analyze the cooling system to lower the critical temperature of the wires to achieve superconducting performance. In this study, a field loss analysis and low-temperature heat transfer analysis of the cooling system were performed through the conceptual design of a 100-HP high-temperature superconducting synchronous motor. The field loss analysis shows that a uniform pore magnetic flux density appears when high-temperature superconducting wire is used. The low-temperature heat transfer analysis for gaseous neon and liquid neon showed that a flow rate of 1 kg/min of liquid neon is suitable for maintaining low-temperature stability of the high-temperature superconducting wire.

        Modulization strategy is used as a tool for cost saving, time saving and quality control at the interrelationship between OEM and suppliers in the automobile industry, Therefore, ideal concept of modurization is not just sub-assembly at the supplier side but module development or systemization which suggests the best system with idea and design. Systemization type module means that module maker does not physically assemble some related parts, but develop the lighter, the better, the more qualified module with material innovation and fewer number of parts. This study is focused on the Empirical Study on the Modurization and its Effects in the Automobile Industry.

        기업생태계의 건강성과 성공적 플랫폼전략

        인천국제공항은 ACI (Airports Council International)의 공항평가에서 7년 연속으로 세계최우수공항으로 선정되었으며, 이는 인천국제공항의 고객중심의 서비스와 혁신적인 경영활동의 산물로써 한국에 큰 긍지를 심어주었다. 인천국제공항은 출입국, 쇼핑, 환승의 세 개의 상이한 기능이 성공적으로 결합된 건강한 기업생태계를 창조하여왔다. 이는 진취적이며 적극적인 정신을 지니고 변화와 혁신을 위해 상호 협력하여 열심히 일하는 인천국제공항과 관련된 모든 공공기관과 민간조직체 구성원들 공동의 노력과 열정의 결과다. 인천국제공항 생태계의 핵심자 (Keystone)와 리더로써의 인천국제공항공사는 모든 기업생태계 참여자들에게 효과적인 플랫폼을 제공해야 하는 매우 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 연구는 인천국제공항과 관련된 서로 다른 여러 기관과 조직체들의 기능과 역할이 어떻게 시너지를 창출함으로써 성공적인 인천국제공항 기업생태계를 구축하고 있는지, 어떻게 기업생태계 참여자들이 서로 협력하고 경쟁력을 키워왔으며 역량을 향상시키고 가치를 공유하는가에 대해 추적하고 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 인천국제공항 기업생태계 구조를 CPNT (Contents, Platform, Network, Terminal) 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 인천국제공항은 Device관점에서 보면 항공기의 이착륙과 출입국관리를 위한 장소인 터미널에 불과하나 기업생태계관점에서 보면 솔루션뿐 만 아니라 흥분과 감동을 제공하는 플랫폼이라고 할 수 있기 때문이다. 아울러 핵심자 역할을 하고 있는 인천국제공항공사가 어떻게 인천국제공항 플랫폼을 효과적으로 창조하고 실행하여왔는가에 관해서도 연구하였다. 마지막으로 인천국제공항 기업생태계 건강성을 세 가지 건강성지표인 생산성 (Productivity), 강건성 (Robustness), 혁신성 (Niche Creation) (Iansiti & Levien, 2004c)에 의해 평가하였다. 본 연구는 인천국제공항의 경영사례를 기업생태계의 건강성 및 플랫폼 경쟁력차원에서 분석함으로써 새로운 시각에서 기업경영의 전략적 틀을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. Incheon International Airport (IIA) has become the great pride of Korea as it has grown to become a world-class airport rated as the World`s Best Airport for its customer-centered service and innovative activities for seven consecutive years in the World Airport Evaluation held by the Airports Council International (ACI). The airport is creating a healthy business ecosystem in which different functions such as immigration, shopping, and transit have been successfully aligned. This is the result of the collective efforts and passion of all the organizations that have coordinated and worked tirelessly to bring in innovative changes with a dynamic mindset. The role of the Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) is crucial in that it works as a keystone or leader that provides an effective platform for all of its business ecosystem members. This paper traces and analyzes how functions and roles of many different organizations were synergized to create a successful business ecosystem in which members work both cooperatively and competitively, co-evolve capabilities, and share value. The paper also examines the business ecosystem structure of the IIA through the content, platform, network, and terminal (CPNT) model. From a device standpoint, the IIA is just a terminal-a place where aircraft take off and land and immigration is managed-but from a business ecosystem standpoint it is a platform that provides not only solutions but also serendipities and emotions. In addition, we investigate the role of the IIAC as a keystone and how it creates and executes its platform strategy. Finally, the healthiness of the IIA business ecosystem is assessed through the three health indices: productivity, robustness, and niche creation (Iansiti & Levien, 2004c). The paper provides a strategic model for business management from a new perspective through analyzing the healthiness of the business ecosystem and platform competitiveness of the IIA.
