        N-propyl-N,N-dimethylethanolamine 반응에서 유동성 변화와 상전이에 관한 연구

        N-propyl-N,N-dimethylethanolamine의 용액을 만들기 위해 산성 조건 하에서 6분간 초음파처리하여 제조하였다. N-propyl-N,N-dimethylethanolamine 의 촉매 가수분해는 온도 $30{\sim}55^{\circ}C$에서 uni-lamellar vesicle과 uni-lamellar와 multi-lamellar가 뭉쳐진 혼합물에서 연구되었다. 이들의 차이는 촉매효과에 대해 multi-lamellar보다 uni-lamellar에서 영향이 크게 나타났다. Vesicle의 상전이 온도는 $37{\sim}44^{\circ}C$이며, multi-lamellar의 분자 입자의 크기는 uni-lamellar의 입자의 크기보다 크게 나타 났다. N-propyl-N,N-dimethylethanolamine was directly ultrasonicated in acidic water for 6 minute to give clear stock solutions. The catalytic hydrolysis of N-propyl-N,N-dimethylethanolamine was studied at $30{\sim}55^{\circ}C$ in the presence of uni-lamellar vesicle and mixture of uni- and multi-lamellar aggregates. The difference of rate between uni- and mixture was observed, where uni-lamellar reaction was more catalytic effect. The phase transition temperature of vesicle was $37{\sim}44^{\circ}C$. The particle size of multi-lamellar than that of uni-lamellar of biological membrane was measured more largely.

        N-propyl-N,N-dimethylethanolamine의 Phantom에서 Laser Induced Fluorescence의 스펙트라에 관한 연구

        N-propyl-N,N-dimethylethanolamine의 산란혼탁매질에서 형광, 산란과 응집의 영향은 파장 과 산란된 형광세기로 나타내는데, laser induced fluorescence(LIF) 분광학에 의한 분자특성으로 나타난다. 산란매질에서 광학적 효과는 광학적 파라미터들(${\mu}_s$, ${\mu}_a$, ${\mu}_t$)에 의해 표현되고 응집은 고-액상 분리 공정에서 중요하게 활용되고 있다. 따라서 입자가 서로 접근될 때 콜로이드 입자들의 상호작용을 LIF와 응집효과로 분석하였다. Monte Carlo simuation과 실험으로 레이저 광원에서 검출기까지 거리의 함수에 의해 농도가 묽어짐에 따라 산란세기가 기하급수적으로 감소함을 알 수 있었다. 이는 유지화학, 생의학, 레이저 의학, 의공학 분야적용에 LIF와 입자이동 현상은 아주 적합한 모델 연구에 큰 도움이 될 것이다. The influences of fluorescence, scattering, and flocculation in turbid material by light scattering of N-propyl-N,N-dimethylethanolamine, fluorescence agent and absorption agent were interpreted for the scattered fluorescence intensity and wavelength. They have been studied the molecular properties by the spectroscopy of laser induced fluorescence (LIF) and flocculation. The effects of optical properties in scattering media have been found by the optical parameters(${\mu}_s$, ${\mu}_a$, ${\mu}_t$). Flocculation is an important step in many solid-liquid separation processes and is widely used. When two particles approach each other, interactions of several colloid particles can come into play which may have major effect on the flocculation and LIF process. The values of scattering coefficient ${\mu}_s$ are large by means of the increasing scattering of scatterer, The values have been found that the slope decays exponentially as a function of concentration from laser source to detector by our experimental result. It may also aid in designing the best model for oil chemistry, bio-pharmaceutical, laser medicine and application of medical engineering on LIF and coagulation in particle transport mode.

        Purple Membrane으로 재구성된 $L-{\alpha}-lecithin$ Vesicle에서 Photochemical Reaction Differential Scanning Calorimetry에 의한 Methylene Blue의 에너지 전달

        Thermograms of methylene blue(MB) in $L-{\alpha}-lecithin$ vesicle and incorporated purple membrane vesicle(InPM) systems have been studied by photochemical reaction differential scanning calorimetry at $25{\sim}55^{\circ}C$. Phase transition temperatures of lecithin vesicle, purple membrane(PM), and InPM were found to be independent of illumination of light(436nm) at $39{\sim}40^{\circ}C$, but endothermic phase transition was found in InPM vesicle. In MB-InPM system, endothermic phase transition was found on unillumination of light at $40{\sim}42^{\circ}C$, but exothermic phase transition was found on steady illumination of light at $48{\sim}52^{\circ}C$. It was estimated that the light energy absorbed from MB on vesicular surface was transferred to PM, and the transferred energy was redistributed to hydrophobic site of membrane. Therefore, the exothermic phase transition was measured at high temperature because of the increased hydrophobicity of acyl chain.

        인산시비량의 다소가 대두의 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향

        본 실험은 일반적으로 인산성분이 부족한 신개척박지에서 대두를 재배하는 경우 증수 가능한 적정 인산시비량을 구명하기 위하여 실시하였다. 품종 <익산>을 공시하여 휴폭 60cm 주간 30cm의 재식거리로 점파하였으며 시비는 질소와 가리는 각구 공히 표준시비량만을 시용하고 인산성분만은 무비료구, 표준시비량구, 이배비구 및 삼배비구 등 사개시비수준으로 구분하였으며 시험구배치는 난괴법을 적용하였다. 그 실험 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. (1) 협수 및 10a당 수량을 증가시키는데 유효한 적정 인산시비량은 표준시비량만으로 충분하다는 사실을 인정하였다. (2) 간장 및 경직경은 동일 시비 수준 동일 반복구내의 개체들 간에서도 변이가 심하여 인산시비량의 다소에 따르는 일정한 경향을 찾아 볼 수가 없었다. (3) $0.18\ell$ 중 및 $0.18\ell$ 입수도 인산시비량의 다소에 의해서 영향되는 바가 적은 것으로 인정하였다. (4) 천입중은 인산시비량이 이배비량에 이르기 까지는 현저하게 증가함을 인정하였다. This study has been conducted to estimate the proper amount of phosphatic fertilizer required to increase-yield in growing soybeans on newly reclaimed-sterile land which is short of phosphatic fertilizer. IKSAN, the variety chosen for this study, was planted, using the plant spacing $60cm{\times}30cm$. Phosphatic fertilizer was applied in 4 levels in none, standard, double, and triple amount. and at the same time, nitrogen and postassium were applied only in standard amount. Randomized block design was applied in arranging the experimental plots. A series of results acquired are summarized as follows. 1. The fact was recognized that only the standard amount of phosphatic fertilizer is effective for increasing the pod numbers and the soybean yield per l0a. 2. The difference in stem length and stem diameter was very remarkable even among individual plants in the same plot, Throughout all four of the plots there were difference in stem length and stem diameter. That is to say, any invariable tendency on them due to the amount of phosphatic fertilizer applied could not be observed at all. 3. It was recognized that amount of phosphatic fertilizer applied did not have a considerable influence upon the weight of the seeds and the number of seeds contained in 0.l8ι. 4. It was observed that the weight of 1000 seeds was strikingly increased as far as double the amount phosphatic fertilizer.

        전이성 척추 악성 종양의 진단 - 골스캔과 자기공명영상의 비교

        Authors retrospectively compared the 99mTc MDP bone scans and corresponding MR imagings in 20 patients with histologically proven malignancy. Mean interval of the two studies was 16.6 days. Cancer diagnosis included 8 lung, 2 each of colon, breast, stomach, 1 each of prostate, thyroid, malignant lymphoma and 3 adenocarcinoma of unknown primary site. Of the 105 regions compared, 46 regions were positive for metast,ases in bone scans ar MR imagings. 30 regions(65.2%) were positive by bone scan and 44 regions(95. 7%) by MR imaging. 87 regions(82.9%) were concordantly positive or negative by bone scan and MR imaging, but 18 regions(17.1%) were discordant. In the discordant regions, 16 regions positive in MR imaging were negative in bone scan. The greatest number of discordant findings occurred in the cervica.l region and in the patient with stomach cancer. Our results suggest t.hat the sensitivity of MR imaging is great,er than that, of bone scan in det.ecting spinal metastases. And bone scan is useful screening test of metastasis for evaluting entire skeleton including spine.

        혼탁 매질에서 광산란에 의한 광학적 파라미터들의 측정에 관한 연구

        The influences of fluorophor, scatterer, absorber in turbid material by light scattering were interpreted for the scattered fluorescence intensity and wavelength, it has been studied the molecular properties by laser induced fluorescence spectroscopy. It has been found that the effects of optical properties in scattering media by the optical parameters(_μs,_μa,_μi). The value of scattering coefficient μs is large by means of the increasing particles of scatterer, it has been found that the slope decays exponentially as a function of distance from laser source to detector. It may also aid in designing the best model for oil chemistry, laser medicine and application of medical engineering.

        Phospholipid 이중층막에서 Methylene Blue 와 Thionine 의 Metachromasy

        Metachromatic properties of admixture of thionine and methylene blue(MB) in aqueous solution and phospholipid bilayer membrane have been studied by absorption spectroscopy. When thionine and MB were mixed, new coaggregate has been formed because of MB was redistributed to thionine aggregate. In phosphlipid bilayer membrane system, the highly concentrated thionine was easily formed the coaggregation with MB moiety independent of MB concentration, and absorption band of admixture were more transferred to short wavelength than aqueous system. In monomeric thionine concentration, the coaggregation band was observed at the middle wavelength between the site of monomeric thionine and the site of dimeric MB in the presence of lipid bilayer membrane.

        광순환 에너지를 갖는 Halobacterium Halobium 에서 마취제의 혼합에 따른 Membrane 의 부피 변화

        The excess volumes of mixing of benzyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, halothane, and procaine in vesicle and suspensions of several lipids have been determined at 25℃ using a excess volume dilatometer. The potency of general anesthetics has long been known to be correlated with lipid solubility. Denaturations of the bacteriorhodopsin, which is a sole membrane protein in the purple membrane of Halobacteriun Halobium, were studied by UV/Vis absorption changes. The excess volumes of mixing of benzyl alcohol and procaine in egg lecithin were all found to be negative and this result was confirmed as Miller`s supposition.
