디아코니아는 사회선교(Innere Mission)를 기본 방향과 지침으로 한 신앙의 실천이다. 그것은 이 땅에 인간의 모습으로 오신 예수 그리스도의 제자도를 수행하는 신앙인의 직무이다. 이 땅에 가난하고 소외된 사람들을 위해 몸소 ‘이웃사랑’의 계명을 완성하신 예수이다. 한국교회 선교는 이러한 성육신 예수의 제자도가 충실하게 드러난 현장의 역사이다. 이 논문은 이와 같은 한국교회 선교의 역사 이해를 바탕으로, 한국교회 미래를 전망하고자 그 역사와 뿌리를 탐색하는 작업이다. 그 가운데에서도 한 모델이 되는 서서평 선교사의 삶과 사역을 특정하여 보다 역사적 현장성을 살리고자 하였다. 전문인 선교사 서서평의 ‘성육신적 선교’는 개신교 복음 전파에 영향을 주었을 뿐만 아니라 조선 사회의 문화를 혁신하는 데에도 지대한 영향을 끼쳤다. 서서평은 비록 선교사로 조선에서 사역했지만, 그는 동시에 디아코니아 활동가이기도 하다. 서서평이 행한 각양 선교의 형식과 내용은 디아코니아의 그것과 동일하거나 유사하며 이는 논문에서 이론적으로 증명된다. 즉, 서서평의 삶과 사회선교의 사역이 조선에서 어떻게 ‘재상황화’ 하였는지 구체적으로 조명되고, 한국 교회 및 신앙 기반의 기관과 시설이 어떻게 오늘의 상황에서 그 정신을 이어갈 수 있을지 고찰된다. Diaconia is the practice of faith with a Inner Mission as the basic direction and guide. It is the duty of the believer who carries out the discipleship of Jesus Christ, who came in a human form on earth. Jesus completed the commandment of “Charity” for the poor and marginalized on earth. The mission in Korea is a field history where the discipleship of this incarnation Jesus is faithfully revealed. This study is a work to explore the history and roots of the church in order to predict the future based on this understanding of the history of mission in Joseon. This study attempted to save the historical reality by identifying the life and ministry of missionary Elizabeth Johanna Shepping, a model among them. Professional missionary Elizabeth Johanna Shepping’s ‘incarnate mission’ not only influenced the spread of Protestant evangelism, but also greatly influenced the innovation of society and culture in Joseon. Although Elizabeth Johanna Shepping worked in Joseon as a missionary, she was also a Diaconia activist. The form and content of the various missions by Elizabeth Johanna Shepping is the same as or similar to that of Diaconia, which is proved theoretically in this study. In other words, this study specifically sheds light on how Elizabeth Johanna Shepping"s life and social mission work were ‘re‐contextualized’ in Joseon, and explores how churches and faith‐based institutions and facilities in South Korea can continue to piece the spirit to today’s context.

본 논문은 전문 영역으로서의 디아코니아에 대한 구체적 이해를 다루었다. 이를 위해 시민사회의 속성을 지닌 디아코니아를 정의하고 논증했다. 그렇게 교회는 한편 시민사회로서 활동하면서, 교회 고유의 정체성을 바탕으로 세상에 복음을 전하고 선교한다. 정치 공동체(코이노니아) 인 교회 자신이 가진 고유의 능력은 제도적 공동체 구성을 위해 디아코니아를 전문화하는 것이다. 교회는 ‘대화의 능력’으로 소통의 기술을 발휘하기 때문에 고도의 리더십과 전문성을 가진 협상 기구이다. 그 리더십은 개별 주체가 서로 존중하며 섬기는 것으로 드러난다. 그렇게 교회는 소외와 고립, 배제와 차별 등의 불균형에 따라 사회 주변부로 밀려난 사람들을 공동체 속으로 끌어당긴다. 결국 교회가 추구하는 지역사회 공동체는 그 구성원이 자발적으로 참여하여 서로 어우러지며 모두가 협력한다. 따라서 디아코니아는 보다 건전하고 안전한 사회로 이끌어 보편 행복의 수준을 높인다. This paper deals with a specific understanding of the diaconia as a specialized domain. To this end, the diaconia is defined and with the attributes in civil society are presented. The Church acts as a civil society, preaching the gospel and missioning to the world based on its own identity. The Church has the inherent capacity as a political community (koinonia) to specialize in the diaconia for the construction of institutional communities. The Church is a negotiating body with a high degree of leadership and expertise because it uses its “capacity for dialogue” to demonstrate its communication skills. That leadership is manifested in the respect for and service to individual subjects. The Church associates with people who have been pushed to the margins of society by acts of exclusion and discrimination. In the end, the community that the church seeks is a community in which its members voluntarily participate, associate safely with each other, and cooperate together. In this way, the diaconia leads to a healthier and safer society which, in turn, raises the level of universal happiness.

장애는 장해인가? : 장애인 사회 정책의 디아코니아적 해석과 전망

2019년 7월 장애인 등급제가 폐지되면서 장애 ‘등급’이 아닌 ‘정도’로 그 개념 역시 바뀌었다. 이는 장애인 사회 정책의 획기적 변화로서 한국사회에서 장애인이 어떠한 삶을 영위할 수 있는지 가늠할 수 있는 척도가 된다. 여기에는 각각 기대와 우려가 동시에 존재하는데, 그 정책 시행에 따른 사회 지원의 종류나 규모 등 서비스 방법에 관한 것보다는 한국사회 내 장애인이 얼마나 인간다운 삶을 살게 되느냐 하는 본질적 차원의 발전 안이 모색되어야 한다. 결과적으로 이 논문은 ‘장애인 등급제 폐지’ 자체와 그 실효성을 구체적으로 논하기보다, 어떻게 장애인이 한국사회 속에서 지지와 옹호를 받으며 사회 구성원으로서 살아갈 수 있는지 그 대안을 모색하는 것으로 구성된다. 아울러 이 논문에서는 궁극적으로 장애인 인식 개선에 관한 방법이 실제적으로 모색된다. 논문은 비록 장애인과 비장애인으로 그 용어를 구분하지만, 그것은 차별적인 호칭이라기보다 성별이나 인종 등 본래적인 차이라는 인식을 전제로 한다. 즉, 차이에 대한 차별은 무의미하다. 결국 각 존재가 어떻게 제 기능과 역할을 하는 것으로 그 존재감을 인정받을 수 있는지가 중요하다. 이렇게 인식개선과 정책은 분리되지 않고 유기적 차원에서 그 발전 방안이 모색되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 보다 구체적으로 민간 영역의 사회 사업 기구와 지자체 등 정부와 유관 기관이 협력해야 한다. The way Korean policy addresses disability was dramatically changed in July 2019. The change gives people with disabilities in South Korea the ability to lead their own lives. The policy does not only address service-carrying methods, but orients both the government and the community with other stakeholders towards the development of plans for the decent life of disabled people in South Korea. For this reason, this paper discusses how every person with disabilities in South Korea can be supported and encouraged as a valued member of society. Finally, this paper is a practical and theoretical study on how to improve social awareness of the rights of persons with disabilities. Although people with and without disabilities are politically different, this term is not used to discriminate. It is more of a basic term like race and gender, for example. It is important to understand how one’s own existence plays a role in society and can be recognized. An improved awareness of human rights should be developed at the political level. For this reason, cooperation of the third sector such as Diakonie in Germany with the first sector such as the government is studied in this paper.

In this paper we survey the multimedia systems and propose the paradigms and architecture of MDBMS(Multimedia Data Base Management System) and last enumerate the research issues of multimedia systems.
