인터넷을 통한 실시간 멀티미디어 전송시 패킷손실에 따른 재생지연과 서비스 질이 낮아지는 문제가 발생한다. I-frame만을 전송하는 경우 패킷손실에 따른 에러전파를 제거할 수 있지만 네트워크의 대역폭이 작은 경우에는 압축율을 높여 I-frame을 전송하기 때문에 압축과정에서 데이터의 손실이 발생하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 압축된 비디오 데이터를 멀티캐스트와 유니캐스트를 동시에 사용하여 I-frame을 FEC방식으로 전송하는 프로토콜을 제안한다. 기존의 단일 프로토콜을 사용하는 방식과는 달리 유니캐스트기법을 동시에 사용하여 허용범위 내에서 수신자들의 에러제어를 가능하게 한다. 유니캐스트 연결을 선별적으로 흐름 제어하여 추가적인 작업 없이 우선순위별로 QoS를 보장한다.

Continuum manipulators or hyper-redundant manipulators are commonly used for steerable endoscopes and robotic catheters. Hyper-redundant manipulators are composed of many rigid links and joints, which can be actuated by embedded motors or by transmission components such as tendons and spring sheaths. This article describes a mathematical model of a hyper-redundant manipulator with rolling contact joints. The position and orientation of each discrete link of the hyper-redundant manipulator is calculated using a transformation matrix, and the moment equations of the joints are solved by numerical analysis. The shape deformation of the manipulator under a lateral force is calculated and the theoretical stiffness on the lateral force is determined. We compare the stiffness obtained by experiments with theoretical values. The lateral deformation has an error of up to 7.1 mm, and the lateral stiffness is within an error range of 9%. Stiffness analysis of the hyper-redundant manipulator is expected to predict the motion of the manipulator during robotic interventions.

Electric vehicle is a strong candidate of new generation car than conventional car because of high efficiency, independence from oil and no emission. Electric vehicle consist of motor for drive, battery for energy source. And drive performance of EV is affected by capacity and characteristic of components. But manufacturing any combination of each components has many difficulties in view of money and time. Therefore performance evaluation through simulation have to be done. And expense for development and time can be reduced. This study have an objective in view for development and introduction of forward simulator for evaluation driving performance considering user convenience. Each component module is developed base on vehicle dynamics and the simulator is connected with each component in the course of energy flow. And user inputs data of each component to simulator by selecting component in GUI(graphic user interface). Moreover user can print out data which is wanted to see via GUI and can compare and analyze driving performance of each vehicle system. Simulator and GUI are developed via Matlab/Simulink and can be interlocked with HILS after ward.

Trade liberalization and technical innovations have brought down many barriers that in the past obstructed the free cross-border circulation of cultural goods and services. Many cultural policy makers are concerned about the loss of global cultural diversity and the treat to the cultural identity of their countries. The government of many countries have sought to maintain or introduction measures that discriminate against foreign cultural goods and services or obstruct the trade in these goods and services. The WTO agreements established on 1 January 1995 reflect the goal of trade liberalization. In the context of the protection of cultural industry and the trade of cultural goods and services, the most important agreement of WTO are GATT1004 and GATS. Few will dispute that the protection and promotion of a countrie’s cultural identity and global cultural diversity are perfectly legitimate policy objectives. However, the measures pursuing these objectives must be consistent with the obligations under international law, and in particular the obligations under WTO rules. 디지로그북에서의 비전 기반 실시간 페이지 인식 및 마커리스 추적 방법

Many AR (Augmented Reality) applications have been interested in a marker-less tracking since the tracking methods give camera poses without attaching explicit markers. In this paper, we propose a new marker-less page recognition and tracking algorithm for an AR book application such as DigilogBook. The proposed method only requires orthogonal images of pages, which need not to be trained for a long time, and the algorithm works in real-time. The page recognition is done in two steps by using SIFT (Scale Invariant Feature Transform) descriptors and the comparison evaluation function. And also, the method provides real-time tracking with 25fps ~ 30fps by separating the page recognition and the frame-to-frame matching into two multi-cores. The proposed algorithm will be extended to various AR applications that require multiple objects tracking. 마커리스 추적 기술은 명시적 마커의 부착없이 실시간으로 카메라의 자세를 획득하게 해, 증강 현실 애플리케이션에서의 활용성이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 마커리스 증강 현실 책인 디지로그북에 적합한 새로운 비전기반 페이지 인식 및 추적 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 페이지의 직교 영상만을 요구하며, 긴 학습 과정이 필요없고 실시간으로 동작한다. 실시간 페이지 인식은 페이지의 비교 우선 순위 평가 함수와 SIFT (Scale Invariant Feature Transform) 설명자를 활용하여 두 단계로 수행된다. 또한, 멀티 코어 프로그래밍을 이용하여 프레임간 특징점 추적과 페이지 인식을 분리해, 25fps ~ 30fps 의 카메라 추적 실시간성을 보장한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 향후 다수의 객체를 추적하는 증강 현실 애플리케이션에 확장될 수 있다.
