We deal with the target selection in seeker-detection image through network, using the detection information from aerial vehicle and the target information from surveillance and reconnaissance system. Especially, we constrain the sea battle environment, where it is difficult to perform scene-matching rather than land. In this paper, we suggest the target selection algorithm based on the confidence estimation with respect to distance and size. In detail, we propose the generation method of reference point for distance evaluation, and we investigate the effect of pixel margin and target course for size evaluation. Finally, the proposed algorithm is simulated and analyzed through several scenarios.

The application of TEM in investigating the evolution of microstructure during solid phase crystallization of the amorphous Si, $Si_{1-x}Ge_x,\;and\;Si_{1-x}Ge_x/Si$ films deposited on $SiO_2$ substrate, in identifying the failure mechanism of the TiN barrier layer in the Cu-metallization scheme, and in comparing the microstructure of the as-deposited Cu-Cr and Cu-Ti alloy films are discussed. First, it is identified that the evolution of microstructure in Si and $Si_{1-x}Ge_x$ alloy films strongly depends on the concentration of Ge in the film. Second, the failure mechanism of the TiN diffusion barrier in the Cu-metallization is the migration of the Cu into the Si substrate, which results in the formation of a dislocation along the Si {111} plane and precipitates (presumably $Cu_{3}Si$) around the dislocation. Finally, the microstructure of the as-deposited Cu-Cr and Cu-Ti alloy films is also quite different in these two cases. From these several cases, we demonstrate that the information which we obtained using TEM is critical in understanding the behavior of materials.
중국어 기초회화교재와 新HSK3·4급 시험과의 연계성 및 교재 편성 방안 연구

The second volume of Chinese textbooks has been analyzed and linked to the new HSK3·4 grade tests. The connectivity between the second volume of the three series textbooks and the new HSK3 was investigated in three areas: First, 68% of the total grammar points can be obtained by learning the second volume of the series. Second, the combined ratio of the new words in the second volume and the required words in the class of new HSK3 is 14 percent and the combined rate with the first volume is 10 percent. Therefore, if you learn the second volume, you can only acquire about 24 percent. Third, the association between the subject matter of new HSK3 and the subject matter of text of the textbook is 45 percent and the combined rate with the first volume 27percent. Therefore, while learning the second volume shows a 72 percent correlation, it shows limitations in responding to the issue of the new HSK3 class, which deals with matters other than daily life. The connectivity between the second volume of the three series textbooks and the new HSK4 was investigated in three areas: First, the grammar point agreement is similar, so even if you learn the second volume of the series, you can prepare for new HSK4 in terms of grammar. Second, the combined rate of the new words in the second volume and the required words in the class of new HSK4 is 12% and the combined rate with the first volume is 4%. Therefore, it is difficult to prepare for the class of new HSK4 since only 16% can be learned if the second volume is learned. Third, the association between new HSK4-class subject matter and textbook subject is 27% and the combined rate with the first volume is 17%. Therefore, it is difficult to learn to prepare for new HSK4 by learning the second volume, considering the nature of the fourth level problem with many conceptual explanations. In conclusion, if you learn the second volume of the series, you can prepare for the grammar of new HSK3·4. On the other hand, the relationship between the number of words and the subject matter is very low, it is no longer easy for learners who need a new HSK rating to acquire knowledge related to new HSK 3·4. In addition, you need to learn text specialized in new HSK.
스털링 엔진을 이용한 태양열 발전 시스템 개발 연구 동향

A high percentage of the total electricity production relying on thermal power plants has caused critical issues regarding environmental pollution and depletion of fossil fuels. As a result, numerous researches are being conducted to reduce the dependancy on fossil-based energy and utilize greener energy such as solar and wind. Solar energy utilization can be categorized in two folds. One is photovoltaic power generation that needs to be more cost-effective although it is considered a promising technology in the future. The other is solar power generation currently employed in some areas near in the equator using heliostat or solar troughs. In addition, some researching groups have developed a solar power generation system consisting of a dish type solar receiver with stirling engine. Those system requires large space; thereby, not suitable in Korea. In this study, preliminary experiments were carried out to develop a solar power generation system using a small-sized stirling engine that could produce electricity of 46 mW. The better design of the system is expected to improve the system efficiency and the experimental data obtained in this study will be used for other various applications.
소규모 제조기업의 효율적 재고관리를 위한 재고속성에 관한 연구

재고관리는 고객주문에 대한 대응수준을 결정짓는 중요한 관리항목 중의 하나이다. 고객의 니즈가 다양화해짐에 따라 생산하는 품목의 수가 증가하고 제품 수명주기가 단축됨에 따라 제조기업에 있어 재고관리의 중요성은 높아지고 있다. 그러나 소규모 제조기업에 있어 재고관리를 위해 IT시스템에 투자하는 것은 현실적으로 어려운 부분이 많다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소규모 제조기업에서 쉽고 빠르게 적용할 수 있는 재고관리 방법론을 다루고자 한다. 우선 재고속성의 개념을 정의하고, 재고의 월령과 수량에 따라 양성과 악성으로 구분할 수 있는 분석 방법론을 제안한다. 다음으로 재고속성에 따라 제품 보관 창고 내의 위치를 관리하기 위한 기준을 제안한다. 그리고 인테리어 벽지 제조기업을 대상으로 제안한 방법론을 적용함으로써 기존의 재고관리 방식의 비효율성을 인식하고, 재고관리에 대한 새로운 기준을 세울 수 있음을 검증한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 재고관리 방법론은 소규모 제조기업의 현장개선 활동의 일환으로 즉시 적용할 수 있는 관리 항목으로, 재고관리 활동을 통해 장기재고로 인한 낭비요인을 줄이고 창고의 여유 보관용량을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Inventory management is one of the important business functions for manufacturing companies to determine market responsiveness. Customers" needs are diversifying, and the life cycle of products is decreasing, thus increasing the importance of inventory management. However, for small-scale manufacturing companies, investing in an IT system for inventory management is practically difficult. In this study, we introduce an inventory and warehouse management model that can be applied simply and quickly in small-scale manufacturing companies. Firstly, we introduce the concept of the properties of inventory and provide an analytical methodology based on the age and quantity of the inventory. Secondly, in accordance with the properties of the inventory, we introduce location management rules for warehouse operation. To apply the proposed model, we studied a wallpaper manufacturing company and verified the applicability of the proposed methods in the field. The proposed model can be applied immediately as part of on-site improvement activities by small-scale manufacturing companies, and inventory management activities are expected to reduce bad long-term inventory and further secure storage capacity for warehouses.

미아를 포함한 어린이들의 안전사고 예방과 해결책에 IT기술이 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ZigbeX를 이용한 미아 위치 추적 시스템을 구성하는데 필요한 위치정보 서비스에 대해 기술한다. 통신 노드로부터 수집된 위치정보들은 서버프로그램, 데이터베이스와 일관되게 연동되고 편리한 웹 인터페이스로 제공된다.
