스마트 서비스: 개인의 앱스토어 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인과 가치의 조절효과

As knowledge-based society comes to the fore, sharing knowledge becomes a hot issue. Among various types of knowledge, a significance of software(applications) and contents is a huge in a current society. Moreover, along with appearance of smartphone, for instance iPhone, Application Store(also known as AppStore) utilized as a common gateway for sharing software and contents, brings a big interest for many users and developers. However, prior research to understand users` behavior on AppStore has been a scant. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of key smart service environmental factors on AppStore in order to empirically explain users` psychological feelings of intention to use AppStore. Based on a well-known technology adoption model, TAM, the study incorporates three main characteristics(user, society, and service) with six constructs(Innovation, Enjoyment, Subjective Norm, Information Level, Content variety, and Cost), influencing perceived usefulness, which then affects users` intention to use AppStore. Results provide evidence that support the tested hypotheses. The implications of the findings suggest a new theoretical work for future AppStore research and offers suggestions that the researchers and practitioners of AppStore should consider regarding the development of application and contents.

IT 관리 능력과 IT 기술 능력이 IT-의존 조직 민첩성을 통해 조직의 기대이익에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 정보기술(IT)이 어떻게 조직의 전략적 민첩성을 촉진하고 그리고 결국에는 경쟁 활동을 초래하는지에 대해 조사하였다. 자원기반관점을 사용한 기존 연구는, IT 자원은 우수한 성과를 얻을 가능성이 있고, 따라서 기업은 IT 자원의 개발을 통해 그들의 민첩성을 증가시키기 위한 시도를 한다고 주장하였다. 본 연구는 어떠한 IT 자원이 변화를 준비하고 반응하는지에 대해 살펴보기 위해, IT 능력을 관리적, 기술적 측면으로 세분화하고, 정보와 시스템, 전략적 민첩성을 포함하는 IT-의존 조직 민첩성과, 그리고 기대이익과의 인과관계에 대한 연구모델을 개발하였다. 201개의 기업에서 수집된 데이터의 횡단적 분석은 기술 능력이 IT-의존 정보 민첩성에 미치는 영향을 제외한 나머지 가설들의 긍정적이고 유의미한 관계를 발견할 수 있었다. 연구 결과는 IT 능력과 민첩성에 대한 기존문헌을 통합 및 확장하여 IT가 민첩성에 어떤 과정을 통해 영향을 주는지에 대한 전반적 연결고리를 확인함으로써 조직의 IT 현상과 경쟁우위에 대한 이해를 제공한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate how IT facilitates the strategic agility of business organization and ends up with creating competitive activities. Based on resource-based view, previous studies argued that IT resources have a potential to gain excellent performances, and firms try to enhance their agility by developing IT resources. In order to examine which of IT resources are ready for changes and respond to them, we develop a research model on causations among IT capabilities (including managerial and technical capability), IT-dependent organizational agility (including information, system and stra-tegic agility), and its outcomes. Our cross-sectional analysis on data collected from 201 firms showed positive and significant relations of all hypotheses but effects of technical capability on IT-dependent information agility. Thus, we consolidate and extend existing literatures on IT capabilities and agility, and found a general link about possible process whereby IT may have impact on the agility, so we provide understanding organizational IT phenomena and competitive advantages.

조직의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 확산과정에 영향을 미치는 요인과 조직지원의 조절효과

본 연구는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 확산과정에 영향을 미치는 요소들에 대해 실증적으로 연구한다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 현대의 기업 환경에서 관찰되는 최신 기술이다. 이는 개인 뿐 아니라 기업 모두에게 새로운 효율성과 가능성을 보여주는 솔루션으로 주목받고 있다. 그러나 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 가지는 가치의 이해 부족 등으로 인해 조직 관점에서의 이 기술의 특성 파악과 도입에 대한 실증적 연구는 매우 제한적이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 영향을 미치는 요소로 조직 특성과 환경 특성 그리고 조직지원의 조절효과를 제안하고, 공공기관 및 민간부문의 조직 구성원들을 대상으로 총 272부의 설문을 수집하여 이를 증명하였다. 연구결과 불확실성의 회피를 제외한 나머지 요인들은 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 미래 기업 혁신에 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입에 대한 행동을 파악하는 새로운 이론적 프레임워크를 제시하고, 이 기술의 실용화 확대에 영향을 미치는데 고려해야 할 점들을 이해하는데 그 의의가 있다. This study investigates the key factors that influence the diffusion process of cloud computing. The cloud computing is an innovative technology recognized by many organizations, conveying attention as an innovative solution that shows potential and effectiveness to employees and further the entire company. However, few empirical studies have been conducted with re-gard to the characteristics and introduction of the cloud computing from an organizational perspective. Therefore, this study suggests organizational characteristics, environmental characteristics and moderating effect of organizational supports as fac-tors influencing the diffusion of cloud computing. A total of 272 questionnaires have been collected from members of the pub-lic sector and the private sector for verification through Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). As a result of this study, it has been found that all of the suggested factors except Uncertainty Avoidance have a significant influence on the introduction of cloud computing. The implications of the findings suggest a new theoretical framework in identifying the understanding of cloud computing for company innovation in the future, and suggestions that considerable factors for the vitalizations of this technology.
