        장차전의 공군용 로봇무기 활용성 연구

        In next war, it will be expected that some requirement such as information acquisition, battlefield surveillance and control, increased power projection, precision attack by guided missile and electronic warfare may have special importance. The use of robot weapon system by Airforce will make up for some weak points of man based weapon system that Airforce currently has. And Airforce man/robot combined air vehicle weapon system can extend military operational theater and give its flexibility in next war where power, mobility and information should be all-in-one for military purpose.

      • 해학반도도 채색안료에 대한 비파괴 특성 분석

        A large variety of mineral pigments has been used for Korean paintings and it has known that organic pigments have been used together on the Buddhist painting and the portrait. Haehakbando-do, which is from Honolulu Academy Museum in the United States, 12-fold screen was commissioned by Court of the late Joseon Dynasty in order to pray for the King's longevity. Therefore, it seems that all material used including pigments were selected very carefully and a great deal of technical effort was gone into its process. The purposes of this research were to estimate the pigments and the contributory elements of each color used on Haehakbando-do, in accordance with the conservation treatment carried out by Gochang Conservation Institute throughout last year. Without extracting sample, property of pigment was measured by nondestructive method, X-ray spectral analysis, and by comparing with the data about ancient pigments. In spite of the limited range of pigment analysis by nondestructive method, it should be noted that this method would not cause damage to the cultural properites. White pigment was found in all colored parts except the background, so it can be suggested that white color was used as a grounding of other color pigments. This would be flake white[$2PbCO_3{\cdot}Pb(OH)_2$] as Pb was found. Pb was the only element could be found in yellow, however, it can be organic pigment like Gamboge as same as background. Red would be Cinnabar (HgS) as hydrargyrum (Hg) was detected. For the light purple in cloud, organic pigments were probably used since any element is not detected except for Pb, which is used for background. It is possible that green color is the mixture of Malachite[$CuCO_3{\cdot}Cu(OH)_2$] and Azurite [$2CuCO_3{\cdot}Cu(OH)_2$], which share Cu as their main element. Azurite[$2CuCO_3{\cdot}Cu(OH)_2$] was used for bluish pigments. Black is carbon compound. For gold, solid gold (Au) was detected. It shows that gold was gilded on the flake white background. Red painted on the frame of screen was identified as Cinnabar (HgS) and the gold pattern was solid gold (Au). The supporting leg of folding screen was made of brass because both copper and zinc were detected. In conclusion, white pigment was used as grounding of all colors of Haehakbando-do, and specific pigments were used for each color. Additionally, result from the analysis of several pigments shows that mineral pigment and organic pigment, or different mineral pigments were mixed to make various colors.

        텅스텐산화물 막의 균일한 표면 형상에 의한 향상된 전기변색 성능

        Tungsten oxide($WO_3$) films with uniform surface morphology are fabricated using a spin-coating method for applications of electrochromic(EC) devices. To improve the EC performances of the $WO_3$ films, we control the heating rate of the annealing process to 10, 5, and $1^{\circ}C/min$. Compared to the other samples, the $WO_3$ films fabricated at a heating rate of $5^{\circ}C/min$ shows superior EC performances for transmittance modulation(49.5 %), response speeds(8.3 s in a colored state and 11.2 s in a bleached state), and coloration efficiency($37.3cm^2/C$). This performance improvement is mainly related to formation of a uniform surface morphology with increased particle size without any cracks by an optimized annealing heating rate, which improves the electrical conductivity and electrochemical activity of the $WO_3$ films. Thus, the $WO_3$ films with a uniform surface morphology prepared by the optimized annealing heating rate can be used as a potential candidate for performance improvement of the EC devices.

        This paper presents a windows program package for solving security constrained OPF in interconnected Power systems, which is based on the combined application of evolutionary programming(EP) and sequential quadratic programming(SQP). The objective functions are the minimization of generation fuel costs and system power losses. The control variables are the active power of the generating units, the voltage magnitude of the generator, transformer tap settings and SYC setting. The state variables are the bus voltage magnitude, the reactive power of the generating unit, line flows and the tie line flow In OPF considering security, the outages are selected by contingency ranking method. The resulting optimal operating point has to be feasible after outages such as any single line outage(respect of voltage magnitude, reactive power generation and power flow limits). The OPF package proposed is applied to IEEE 14 buses and 10 machines 39 buses model system.

        Evenness of the cotton/polyester(C/P) blend slivers produced with different processing conditions from a drawing frame is significantly affected on the quality of final spun yarns. In this study, we have compared experimental data with theoretical data on the evenness of C/P blend slivers, and established the optimum condition of drawing process, such as blending ratio, doubling strand and passage of drawing. The results obtained can be summarized as follows: The limiting irregularity ($CV_{h-lim}$) formula of the cotton sliver considered fiber fineness and fiber extent and the limiting irregularity ($CV_{h-lim}$) formula of C/P blend slivers were theoretically established. The limiting irregularity of blend slivers has decreased with increasing polyester fibers in blend slivers. Also, The limiting irregularity of blend slivers has decreased 0.1% with increasing doubling strand and 0.02% with increasing number of passage. The actual irregularity of C/P blend slivers has decreased 2.5% at 4 and 6 doubling, 0.9% at 6 and 8 doubling, respectively. Also, the actual irregularity has decreased 2.3% at 1 and 2 passage conditions, but it showed the uniform trend at 3 and 4 passage conditions. As the analysis result of irregularity index, the optimum condition of C/P blend slivers has estimated at 6 doubling and 2 passage of drawing processes.

        Korsch 망원경의 열분석을 통한 광학계 성능 평가 방법 및 비열화 구조 연구

        본 논문은 Korsch 망원경의 열분석을 통한 광학계 성능 평가 방법 및 비열화 구조를 연구하였다. 비대칭성의 복잡한 구조를 가진 광학계의 경우, 광학 설계 소프트웨어에 열팽창 계수를 적용하여 인공위성 구조를 구현하는데 한계가 있어 온도 변화에 대한 광학계 성능 평가가 이루어지기 어렵다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 기계 설계 소프트웨어를 이용하여 온도에 따라 광학계에 영향을 주는 모든 구조체에 길이 변화를 구현하였고, 온도 변화에 대한 광학 부품 사이의 거리 변화량을 정리하였다. 또한 광학 설계 소프트웨어를 이용하여 온도 변화에 대한 광학 부품의 형상 및 두께 변화량을 정리하였다. 두 소프트웨어에서 도출한 모든 변화량을 광학 소프트웨어에 적용하여 광학계의 성능 평가를 진행하였다. 그 결과 공간 분해능 71.4 cycles/mm에 대한 변조전달함수(MTF)가 9 ℃에서 33 ℃까지의 범위에서 25% 이상 유지되는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 광학계 성능 변화에 가장 영향을 많이 주는 구조체를 찾아, 영향을 줄이도록 비열화 구조를 도출하여 개선된 구조물을 적용한 광학계의 성능 평가를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 분해능 71.4 cycles/mm에 대한 변조전달함수가 9 ℃에서 33 ℃까지의 범위에서 67% 이상 유지되는 것을 확인하였다. In this paper, a method for evaluating optical-system performance and an athermal structure through thermal analysis of the Korsch telescope was studied. In the case of an optical system having a complex asymmetrical structure, there is a limit to implementing the satellite structure by applying the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) in the optical-design software, so it is difficult to evaluate the performance of the optical system against temperature changes. To solve this problem, using mechanical design software all length changes were implemented in all structures that affect the optical system according to temperature, and the value of the change in distance between optical components due to temperature change was organized. Also, the values of changes in shape and thickness of the optical components against temperature changes are organized in the optical-design software. All changes derived from both software packages were applied in the optical software to evaluate the performance of the optical system. As a result, it was found that the MTF for a spatial resolution of 71.4 cycles/mm was maintained at more than 25% in the range from 9 ℃ to 33 ℃. In addition, the performance of the optical system applying the improved structure was evaluated, by finding the structure that had the most influence on the optical system's performance change, and deriving an athermal structure to reduce the effect. As a result, it was found that the MTF for a resolution of 71.4 cycles/mm was maintained at over 67% in the range from 9 ℃ to 33 ℃.
