        치매노인을 위한 그룹홈의 공간적 특성

        This study was to examine and analyze the space programming and organization of the Group-home for the aged with dementia through the cases of Korea and Japan in a city, to set up the elements of spacial composition, and to find the layout method of unit space. First, literature investigation led with method of research and set each partial by spatial constitutional factor of dementia facility. Second, site reply and interview of the facility management people and led and grasped the quality of plan collection and facility. Third, in order to grasp the territory by arrangement relationship of space the relationship of arrangement from drew a functional diagram and grasped. As a result, the form of the dementia old person group homes are classified independence style and establishment as an annex style, cluster style. The group home for old person with dementia which is in Korea the case which is established with most independence as the small-scale enterprise is established with the old person material tube, dementia medical treatment circle and etc. complex and is operated. The other side Japanese group-home is operated independently and the special care old person groove and is operated with the rehabilitation specialty facility for the dementia old person who is established as an annex. The elements of spacial composition were composed of residential, public, medical, management, and path. The area ratio of the unit space were residential 16.4-36.2%, public 19.8~31.4%, medical 2.5-8.7%, management 14.3-22.9%, and path 13.1-30.3%. In the arrangement of unit space, the area of office managements were arranged at the 1st floor, the area of facility management were arranged at the basement, public area were arranged at every floor adjacent to residential unit. Area of residential unit per man was Korea 4.6 - 8.2㎡(Mean 6.78㎡), Japan 7.8-16.5㎡(Mean 11.72㎡)

        우리나라의 고령화 현상은 세계적으로 유래를 찾아보기 어려울 정도로 급속히 진행되고 있다. 그리고 고령화 속도에 비해 노인요양시설의 사회적 충족은 더디게 대응하고 있는 상황이다. 2008년 노인장기요양보험제도가 시행되면서 시설의 공급은 부분적으로 양적 증가가 이루어지고 있으나, 공간구성에 대한 설계지침은 효율성이 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문은 이러한 노인요양시설의 공간구성에 대한 건축계획 기준을 발전적 방향으로 향상시키기 위해 법규분석과 사례조사, 비교 분석을 통한 기초적 자료를 제시하였다. It would be difficult to find an example that is such fast increasing of the graying population in the world, And establishment of nursing homes are not keeping up with graying. After long-term care insurance for the elderly has been first introduced to our society in 2008. supply of care center was come true quantitatively. But design guidelines for spacial composition are not enough on a effectiveness, This thesis suggested a basis data which architectural planning guidelines about nursing homes for the elderly`s spacial composition improves a little more.

      • 貧血患者의 左心室驅血係數

        正常人 32例와 各種 貧血症 5例에서 ECG gated cardiac chamber scan을 施行하여 LVEF를 求하여 貧血과 關係를 檢討하였다. 正常人에서 LVEF 平均値는 64.0±6.19%(M±SD)였고, 貧血症例에서 57.3±7.77%로서 兩者間의 有意한 差異는 없었다. 貧血症 例中에서 甚한 貧血(Hb<7g/dl)에서는 LVEF가 平均 59.3±5.41%였고, 輕한 貧血에서(Hb≥7g/dl)는 56.0±8.80%로서 有意한 差異가 없었다. 血色素直의 程度(g/dl)와 LVEF(%) 間의 相關係數는 -0.0174로서 有意한 相關係數는 없었다. 貧血症例 中에서 症狀의 發現이 1個月 未滿이며, 또한 急性 出血이 現症이 同伴된 6例에서는 LVEF가 平均 49.8±4.96%로서, 症狀이 1個月 以上되고, 急性 出血이 없는 9例의 LVEF는 62.3±4.22%에 比하여 有意한 減少가 있었다(p<0.001). The author evaluated the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in 32 normal individuals and 15 patients with anemia of various origins by ECG gated cardiac chamber scans. Normal persons revealed a LVEF of 64.0±6.19%(M±SD), while the patients with anemia 57.3±7.77%. Among the patients with anemia, severe cases had LVEF of 59.3±5.41%, and mild cases LVEF of 56.0±8.80%. The correlation between hemoglobin level and LVEF was not significant(r=-0.0174). The anemic patients without active bleeding and who have had anemic symptoms for one month or more revealed LVEF of 62.3±4.22%, whereas those with active bleeding and a duration of symptoms less than one month showed LVEF of 49.8±4.96%, which was a significant reduction(p<0.001).

      • 폐콘덴서의 絶綠油 中에 含有된 PCB 分析에 關한 硏究

        A quantitative analytical method of highly concentrated PCB is established in the research. With the quantitative analytical method PCB of insulating oil was examined. The following conclusions are derived from this research. 1. The recovery ratio was 95.7% with the quantitative analytical method, which indicates it can be used for the analysis of PCB. 2. PCB concentration of insulation oil in waste condenser was found to be 21.2% thru 13.85%, which was highly concentrated. 3. PCB insulation oil in waste condenser was same as PCB-42.

      • 매립장에서 발생되는 침출수의 성분분석

        The ultimate Wastes generated after being treated safely and properly were land-filled in Wha Sung Treatment Plant, that of specific hazardous Wastes. There are three kinds of wastes being landfilled, which are sludges, ashes, and solidificated wastes with cement. This research scrutinizes the variations of leachate which originated from landfilled wastes amount to 30,000 ton with analizing the constituent, pH and concentration of wastes once per month since september, 1987. Now, we have some conclusions as followings; 1. The longer retention time of wastes in landfill site and the more quantity of filling-up, the closer pH of leachate to alkalinity. 2. As the quantity of copper and its compounds is over 90 percent of constituents loundfilled wastes, so the copper of leachate goes above treatment criteria. 3. There lis relationship between pH of leachate and eruption of copper and its compounds. The higher pH of leachate, the more secured copper and its compounds. So, we learn that solidificated wastes with cement is more secured than sludges and ashes. 4. The pH and concentration of copper in leachate is low in July and August, this is passing phenomenon which diluted by rainfall in rainy days. 5. The quantities of cadmium and lead of leachate was not over the treatment criteria.

        한강수를 수원(水源)으로 하는 수도수의 Trihalomethane 의 정량

        서울시의 팔당 구의 뚝도 보광동 및 노량진의 수원지의 수도구를 거리별로 17지점을 선정하여 1984년 7월, 8월, 9월, 月 1回씩 수도수 中의 trihalomethane量을 head space法으로 정량한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 서울시 수도수 中의 total trihalomethane量은 7월, 8월, 9월의 평균값이 각각 32.2, 19.1, 9.8㎍/ℓ이였다. 8월 9월의 trihalomethane量과 비교하면 7월이 현저하게 높았다. 2. 水源池別 total trihalomethane 量은 뚝도 노량진 水源池계통의 수도수가 비교적 높은 값을 나타내었다. 3. 七月의 노량진 水源地의 水道水中의 CHCℓ₂Br의 平均값은 12.9㎍/ℓ로서 전체平均값 6.5㎍/ℓ의 2倍를 나타내고 있었다. From 17 tap water sampling points throughout the metropolitan Seoul supplied from paldang, Gueui, Bokwang, Noryang jin and Dukdo water treatment plant, using Han river as water source, trihalomethane concentration were measured 3 times during July, August, and September, 1984. Total trihalomethane were high in tap water samples from Noryang jin and Dukdo water treatment plant and low from Gueui water treatment plant. Average trihalomethane concentrations were 32.2㎍/ℓ, 19.1㎍/ℓand 9.8㎍/ℓfor July, August, and September respectively, and by comparing with the trihalomethane concentrations of August and September, that of July was obviously high. It is noted that average CHCl₂Br concentration of tap water supplied from Noryang jin water treatment plant in July was 12.9 ㎍/ℓ which were attained to about twice of total average concentration of 6.5㎍/ℓ.

        아세클로페낙 연질캡슬(클란자 에스 연질캡슬)의 개발

        To develop and aceclofenac soft capsule, four preparations with various solubilizers were prepared and their dissolution test was carried out. Among four preparations tested, a preparation with ethanolamine was selected a formula of aceclofenac soft capsule (Clanza S^(™), since it showed the fastest dissolution rate. Bioequivalence of aceclofenac tablet, Airtal^(™)(Dae-Woong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and aceclofenac soft capsule, Clanza S^(™)(Korea United Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) was evaluated according to the guideline of KFDA. Fourteen normal male volunteers (age 20-25 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After oral administration of one tablet or capsule containing 100 ㎎ of aceclofenac, blood ws taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of aceclofenac in plasma wa determined with an HPLC method under UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters (C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t)) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(max) between Airtal tablet and Clanza soft capsule were 2.89%, 0.18% and 43.0%, respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.250(e.g.log(0.81) - log(1.23) and log(0.89) - log(1.14)) for AUC_(t) and C_(max), respectively. Thus, the criteria of the KDFA guidelines for the equivalence was satisfied, indicating that Clanza S^(™) soft capsule is bioequivalent to Airtal^(™) tablet.
