        COVID-19에 대한 운동중재효과 분석

        본 연구는 COVID-19과 COVID-19 변이 바이러스 시기에 vaccination을 통한 집단면역달성을 목표로 하고 있지만, 백신의 종류에 따라서 다양한 부작용도 발생을 하여, 백신 이외에 평소 규칙적인 운동을 통한 백신 효과의 조그만 근거를 마련하고자 수행하게 되었다. 이러한 연구 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본론에서는 COVID-19 vaccine의 이슈, COVID-19 블루, COVID-19과 스포츠이벤트, 및 COVID-19과 운동중재에 관해 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 COVID-19은 혈관을 우선적으로 공격하고 혈관 내막에 침투해 혈액순환을 방해하는 바이러스로 알려져 있다. 그리고 이어서 폐, 심장, 뇌 등을 공격한다. 심혈관 질환이 있는 환자들은 몸에서 바이러스를 몰아내는 능력이 떨어져 있는 이유로 이러한 바이러스의 공격대상이 될 수 있다. 혈관은 적혈구와 영양소만 이동하는 곳이 아니라 백혈구와 림프구들도 이동하므로 평소 불포화 지방산, 저탄수화물 식이요법을 포함하는 건강한 식이 습관, 금연, 일상생활도의 증가 및 규칙적인 운동 습관의 중요성이 중요하게 고려되어 진다. 이러한 관점에서 평소 혈관의 건강은 매우 중요하게 작용하고 이는 규칙적인 운동을 통하여 얻을 수 있는 것이다. 규칙적인 운동은 면역세포들, 면역글로불린, 다양한 사이토카인들의 순환을 돕고 특히, 폐로의 순환을 도와 염증인자들을 감소시키는 역할을 수행하고 병원균의 유입을 막아주는 역할을 한다. 특히, 혈관 내막에 침투해 혈액순환을 방해하는 것으로 알려져 있으며 폐, 심장, 뇌 등을 공격하는 COVID-19의 특성을 고려할 때 운동을 통한 건강관리는 바이러스 예방에 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 현재 다양하고도 많은 백신의 사용은 팬데믹 시기에서 매우 희망적이지만 아나플락시스나 혈전 색전증 등의 다양한 부작용도 초래하므로 규칙적인 운동중재는 백신의 도움없이 세균이나 바이러스로부터 나를 지키는 면역력을 잘 유지하게 하는 것이 규칙적인 운동이 되는 것이다. 추후 이러한 분야에 관한 심도 있는 연구들이 수행되어져야 할 것으로 여겨진다. The purpose of this perspective research is to discuss the potential role of exercise-interventions in COVID-19, terms of prevention and prognosis in the periods of the COVID-19 vaccine. SARCO-CoV-2. COVID-19 was detected as a new virus causing severe cardiovascular and respiratory complications. It emerged as a global public health emergency and national pandemic. It caused more than 1 million deaths in the first 6 months of the pandemic and resulted in huge social and economic fluctuations internationally. Unprecedented stressful situations, such as COVID-19 blue and COVID-19 red impact on many health problems. In healthy individuals, COVID-19 infection may induced no symptoms (i.e., asymptomatic), whereas others may experience flu-like symptoms, such as ARDS, pneumonia, and death. Poor health status, such as obesity and cardiovascular and respiratory complications, are high risk factors for COVID-19 prevention, occurrence, and prognosis. Several COVID-19 vaccines are currently in human trials. However, the efficacy and safety of COVID-19 vaccines, including potential side effects, such as anaphylaxis (a life-threatening allergic reaction) and rare blood clots, still need to be investigated. On the basis of direct and indirect evidence, it seems that regular and moderate physical exercise can be recommended as a nonpharmacological, efficient, and safe way to cope with COVID-19. Physical inactivity and metabolic abnormalities are directly associated with reduced immune responses, including reduced innate, CMI, and AMI responses. Due to prolonged viral shedding, quarantine in inactive, obese and disease people should likely be longer than physical active people. Multicomponent and systemic exercise should be considered for the obese, disease, and elderly people. More mechanism research is needed in this area.

        16주 저항성 트레이닝이 엘리트 역도선수의 피로물질과 근 손상, 산화적 손상, myokine에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 16주 근력 트레이닝을 동반한 TRX, 코어 훈련이 엘리트 역도 선수의 피로물질과 근 손상, 산화적 손상, myokine에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위함이다. 본 연구 대상자들은 총 10명(남 6명, 여 4명)으로 구성되어 있으며 16주 근력 운동과 더불어 코어 및 TRX 트레이닝을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. Ammonia와 Pi는 트레이닝 전에 비해 점차적으로 증가함을 나타냈으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 근 손상 물질인 CK는 트레이닝 전에 비해 8주에 유의한(p<0.05) 증가를 나타냈으며, LDH는 트레이닝 전에 비해 8주에 유의한(p<0.05) 증가를 나타냈지만 16주에는 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 산화적 손상 지표인 MDA는 트레이닝전과 16주에 비해 트레이닝 8주에서 유의한(p<0.05) 증가를 나타냈으며, 항산화 지표인 TAS 또한 트레이닝 전에 비해 트레이닝 8주에서 통계적으로 유의한(p<0.05) 증가를 나타냈다. Myokine인 IL-15는 트레이닝 전에 비하여 트레이닝 8주와 16주에 통계적으로 유의한(p<0.05) 증가를 나타냈다. 결과적으로 16주 고강도 근력 트레이닝은 엘리트 중학교 역도선수의 피로물질과 근 손상, 산화적 손상, myokine에는 긍정적이 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of 16 weeks of resistance training on the fatigue factor, muscle soreness, oxidative stress, and myokine in elite weightlifters. A total of 10 subjects (six male, four female) participated in this study. The results were compared according to baseline, 8 weeks, and 16 weeks. Ammonia and Pi were increased through 16 weeks of resistance training, but this result was not significant. CK was significantly (p<0.05) increased at 8 weeks and 16 weeks compared to baseline, while LDH was significantly (p<0.05) increased at 8 weeks compared to baseline. The MDA of the oxidative stress factor was significantly (p<0.05) increased at 8 weeks compared to baseline and 16 weeks, and TAS of the antioxidant factor was significantly (p<0.05) increased at 8 weeks compared to baseline. The IL-15 of the myokine was significantly (p<0.05) increased at baseline compared to 8 weeks and 16 weeks. In conclusion, 16 weeks of high-intensity resistance training may have a positive effect on peripheral fatigue factors, muscle soreness, oxidative stress, and myokine in elite weightlifters.

        태권도 선수의 추가적 운동프로그램을 통한 체중조절이 등속성 근기능 및 정신건강에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of weight control through additional night exercise on body composition, isokinetic muscle function, and mood state. Targeting Taekwondo athletes for Y high school where is located in a large city, it divided into the experimental group(9 persons) and the comparison group(9 persons), and carried out test. And, the following are the conclusions through data analysis. 1) As a result of performing the weight control through additional night exercise, regarding a change in body composition between two groups, the body fat among these variable had no statistically significant difference. And, the fat-free mass and the body fat weight were discovered the statistically significant difference between two groups. 2) As for the weight control through additional night exercise, there was no statistically significant difference in 60˚, 180˚, 240˚/sec. 3) As a result of mental health test, body weight control by additional night time exercise shows significant difference in fatigue. In case of TMD, a slight decrease is observed after body weight control, compared to the pre-status of body weight control, but there is no statistically significant result. As a future research, the amount of exercise, daily caloric intake, and frequently used hand/foot technique should be considered.

        태권도 수련 프로그램이 아동들의 체격 및 체력형성에 미치는 영향 : 사례연구

        The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the impact of Taekwondo training programs in the upper grades of elementary school on physique and physical fitness, and to identify the impact of Taekwondo training on growing children. First, the change in physique under the Taekwondo training program was higher in height and weight than before training, and more than the average height of ordinary elementary school students reported in the National Statistical Office (2018). Second, the level of physical fitness according to the Taekwondo training program has been statistically significantly improved levels of sit-ups, sports tunnels, round-trip running, push-ups, long-distance jumps, and jump rope. This means that the long-term taekwondo training program has had a positive impact on the physical fitness of elementary school boys.

        규칙적인 유산소 운동이 비만 학습부진 학생의 뇌파 활성화 및 뇌신경성장인자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of regular aerobic exercise on brain wave activation and brain-derived neurotrophic factor in obese school underachievers. Subjects were classified into the control(n=10) and the exercise group(n=10) for students understand the purpose and wishes to participate in the study itself. Aerobic exercise was performed to HRR 80% for 60 minutes. Subjects were measured physical fitness, body composition and V·O₂ max test. Blood was analyzed cognitive relevant factors and lipid profiles. In addition the brain function index was measured by brain waves. As a result, body composition and physical fitness is not significant statistical, However anti-stress index(left, right) was increased significantly and regular exercise significantly increased of IGF-1 and BDNF levels. Therefore, reduced physical activity and increased stress is expressed by an imbalance of food intake. This is believed to have a positive impact on brain activity by increase anti-stress factors of obese poor school performance.

        시각장애인 운동관련 연구동향 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 국내 시각장애인 운동관련 연구동향을 체계적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 한국학술정보 Koreanstudies Information Service System (KISS) 및 교육과학기술부 출연기관 한국교육학술정보원 Korea Education and Research Information Service (KERIS)의 사이트에서 1993∼2016년까지 운동과 관련된 시각장애인을 대상으로 게재된 43편의 논문을 분석대상으로 삼았다. 분석결과, 참여자는 남·여 혼합을 대상으로 한 연구가 많은 비중을 차지하였다. 참여자 연령은 성인의 빈도가 높게 나타났으며, 연구물은 계속해서 연구가 진행되었다. 연구인원은 30명 이상이 가장 많았으며, 연구주제어는 교수학습/프로그램의 효과가 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 서면 동의서를 받은 경우는 25편이었으며, 연구기간은 1개월, 논문유형에서는 일반논문의 비중이 높았다. 분석방법 중 측정기구 사용이 많았으며, 심사자간 신뢰도와 결측치에 대한 것은 보고되지 않았다. The purpose of this study was to literature review the trend of studies on exercise issues in Korea. Forty-three were searched and collected throughout the Koreanstudies Information Service System (KISS) and Korea Education and Research Information Service (KERIS). These articles were related to people with visual impairments and exercise and published between 1993 and 2016. The results, participants accounted for a large proportion study of male and female mixed. In addition, participants age was found to have high adult intruder continued to study was in progress. This was the most common research personnel more than 30 people, the main research accounted for a high proportion of effective teaching and learning/program. If you have received 25 pieces were written consent, the study period is one month, type of paper in the high proportion of regular paper. This measuring tools was used many methods of analysis, it was not reported as missing values for interrater reliability assessment.

        운동선수의 CoQ투여가 혈중 CoQ농도 및 대사적 반응에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of a CoQ10 supplement on the metabolic markers and CoQ concentration in well trained athletes. Our results showed lower ammonia and uric acid levels, both t the end of exercise and during recovery, after 4 weeks of CoQ10 administration compared to the levels of the control group. The exercise-test was repeated after 4 weeks. During this period 7 subjects (CoQ group) were supplemented CoQ10;the control group (n=7) were not supplemented. CoQ10 group were given 45㎎ doses of CoQ10 (Hanil Phama, Korea) twice per day for 4 weeks. Subjects were tested by an incremental work lad test until exhaustion on treadmill running. After ten minutes of warm up (speed 13㎞/hr), the subjects ran at an increasing speed (500 meters/every two minutes) until exhaustion. The exercise-test was repeated after 4 weeks. Our results suggest that oral administration of CoQ in the athletes increases blood level. CoQ group decrease the ammonia, uric acid, lactic acid, triglycerides. FFA and total cholesterol concentrations after supplementation, but control group were unchanged, he ammonia-lactic acid ratio as an index of energetic muscular system stress (metabolic waste production). At the end of exercise there was a significantly (P<.05) lower ratio in the CoQ group than control group. In conclusion, the present results clearly show that the coenzyme Q10 administration gave rise to elevated plasma CoQ concentration, while reduced ammonia-lactate ratio and muscular marker. We would suggest that further work is needed to elucidate the metabolic action of CoQ10 and its effect on physical performance.

        D-ribose 섭취와 저항운동의 복합처치가 남자대학생의 신체구성 무산소 운동능력 테스토스론 및 코티졸에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to understand if ATP supply promotion, which is induced by D-ribose taken during high intensity anaerobic exercise, is effective in showing explosive and strong power and what kind of things it influences on stress hormone after taking D-ribose and practicing resistance exercises for 12 weeks. Thus, it examined male university students in their 20s who have no regular exercising experience by dividing them into RRT(ribose+resistance training group) 7 members and PRT(resistance training group) 7 members, and then they took 40 ㎎ D-ribose/weight dissolved in 200 ml drinking water for 12 weeks. PRT group took placebo(refined sugar, 2g) dissolved in 200 ml drinking water in the same way. The exercise program was the weight training; during 1st-6th weeks 2 sets of 15 repetition at 60% of 1-RM, and during 7th-12th weeks 3 sets of 15 repetition at 70% of 1-RM. The statistical technique used was two-way ANOVA and paired t-test as post-hoc analysis. Experiment result is as followings: 1. In body composition change there was no interaction between body fat percentage and lean body percentage, but the body fat percentage was decreased and lean body percentage was increased in 12th week compared with prior ones in both RRT and PRT. 2. In anaerobic exercise capability there was no interaction in all items, and PP, AP and MP were increased in 12th week in both RRT and PRT compared with prior ones, and PD was decreased in 6th and 12th weeks in both of RRT and PRT. 3. In stress hormone change testosterone showed no interaction and no main effect. Cortisol was increased in 6th week in both of RRT and PRT compared with prior one. Reviewing the results, both of D-ribose taking+resistance exercise group and resistance group showed positive changes in body composition, anaerobic exercise capability and stress hormone, however there was no difference between the groups. Hence, there was no synergy effect from D-ribose taken.

        고강도운동이 산화적 DNA 손상의 지표로서 림프구 및 뇨의 8-OHdG 농도에 미치는 영향

        Effect of high intensive exercise on 8-hydroxy-2`-deoxyguanosine as a marker of oxidative DNA damage was evaluated in untrained volunteers. Fourteen male university students were randomly divided into two groups (maximal group n = 7. 80% HR group n = 7). The maximal group were performed a treadmill running at maximal until exhaustion and 80% HRmax for 30 min. who were performed a treadmill running at maximal and 80% HRmax for 30 min. The subjects had their peripheral blood and urine taken before and immediately after exercise. Plasma concentration of creatinine and purine metabolites increased significantly (p<.05) after 80% HRmax or maximal exercise. The urinary molar ratio of hypoxanthine to creatinine increased significantly. while those of xanthine and uric acid decreased significantly after intensive exercise. The 8-OHdG in lymphocytes increased, but 8-OHdG to creatinine ratio in urine decreased after maximal and 80% HRmax exercise. These results suggest that 80% HRmax exercise may induce higher oxidative DNA damages than maximal exercise.
