        야생콩(Glycine soja Sieb. & Zucc.) 유전자원의 단백질, 지방 및 지방산조성 변이

        우리나라 재래 야생콩 70계통들의 종실 성분들을 분석하여 활용 가능한 야생콩 계통을 선발함으로써 나물콩 품종 육성의 재료로 활용할 수 있는 기초 자료를 얻고자 수행된 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 조단백질 함량 범위는 $35.6-47.9\%$, 평균은 $42.3\%$였으며, 13계통은 $45\%$ 이상인 고단백 계통이었다. 조지방 함량은 $2.8-18.0\%$, 평균 $10.2\%$로 $3\%$이하인 2계통을 찾을 수 있었다. 2. 지방산 조성에서 16:0은 $11.1-44.6\%$, 18:0은 $3.0-11.4\%$, 18:1은 $11.1-30.6\%$, 18:2는 $12.4-59.5\%$, 18:3은 $1.1-17.3\%$ 범위였는데 특히 18:3 조성이율이 극히 낮은 2계통을 발굴하였다. 3. 조단백질은 조지방 및 지방산과 상관이 인정되지 않았고, 조지방은 16:0, 18:0함량과 고도의 부의 상관이, 18:2와 고도의 정의 상관을 그리고 16:0과 18:0, 18:1 간에는 고도의 정의 상관이 인정되었고, 18:2와 18:3과는 고도의 부의 상관이 인정되었다. This study was carried out to obtain useful information and to select promising materials for the breeding of sprout-soybean by the analysis of seed characteristics and chemical composition of Korean local wild soybean lines. For this purpose, crude protein, crude oil contents and fatty acid composition of 70 lines analysed. The crude protein content of Korean wild soybean lines ranged from 35.6 to $47.9\%$, mean was $42.34\%$, and 13 lines showed high protein content over $45\%$. The crude oil content of those ranged from 2.8 to $18.0\%$, mean was $10.2\%$, and 2 low lines were below $2\%$. The fatty acid 16:0, 18:0, 18:1, 18:2, 18:3 ranged $11.1-44.6\%,\;3.0-11.4\%,\;11.1-30.6\%,\;12.4-59.5\%,\;and\;1.1-17.3\%$ respectively, and 2 extremely low fatty acid(18:3) lines were selected. Significant correlation between crude oil and fatty acids(16:0, 18:0, 18:2), and among every fatty acid compositions were recognized. Promising wild soybean lines were selected as genetic resources for sprout-soybean breeding and research genotypes; YWS 104 and YWS189 as the high protein, YWS 28 and YWS30 as the low-crude oil and low 18:3.

        푸코의 칸트 해석 -「칸트 『인간학』에 대한 서문」과 『말과 사물』을 중심으로-

        This paper investigates Foucault`s interpretation of Kant in the former`s early works, Introduction to Kant`s Anthropology and The Order of Things. In both these works, Foucault discovered the new modern human concept in Kant`s philosophy by an archeological interpretation. Foucault pointed out that the new human concept born in the modern episteme has the following characteristics, clearly revealed in Kant`s philosophy. First, Foucault describes the modern human as not only a limited, finite being but also the founder of its own finitude. Kant described a human being as finite because a human being`s theoretical cognition is limited to the domain of experience, The conditions enabling a human`s finite cognition are the space and time and the categories which are human`s forms of sensibility and understanding. For Kant, therefore, a human`s finite cognition is established by elements of finitude in human. Second, the modern human represents itself as an empirico-transcendental doublet. In other words, the human is an empirical object and transcendental subject who constructs experience at the same time. Regarding this feature, Kant theoretically regarded the human as a cognized empirical object and an a priori condition establishing cognition, while practically he investigated the human as a juridical object subordinate to juridical rules and as a moral subject legislating universal moral laws with transcendental freedom. Third, the modern human invariably has an aspect that cannot clearly be understood by a cogito. Kant distinguished transcendental apperception from empirical apperception, insisting that the former cannot be cognized by my thought, although it is a basis for constituting my experience.

      • BIM(Building Information Modeling) 사례분석을 통한 단계별 적용 방안에 관한 연구

        In the present research, studies were conducted on BIM:(Building Information Modeling), which has attracted a keen interest in recent years in the construction industry, in terms of how much it has been utilized in Korea and abroad, and how it may be applied in a step by step fashion. Scales of construction businesses have become larger in complicated manners, resulting in vast amount of information from various fields and processing steps being generated. A consolidated design based on BIM: was introduced as a design process for managing such a vast amount of information comprehensively and efficiently. There have been already a number of application precedents known, in which BIM: were utilized in various planning designs and in many categories, domestically and abroad alike. In this research, reviews will be conducted on how BIM: is utilized in variety of tasks, ranging from inspection of drawing quality and interference check between construction types, construction simulation, to even BlM-based engineering system, and analysis will be conducted regarding the direction of BIM-based engineering system in Korea toward the future.

        One hundred and thirty-nine thyroid nodules were evaluated by aspiration biopsy cytology (ABC) and were compared with the postoperative histologic diagnosis during the period from May 1, 1986 through Aug. 31, 1992. The correlation betwen the two diagnoses proved to be comparable with a low incidence of false-negative diagnoses, but with a relatively high incidence of false-positive ones. The sensitivity was 93.5%, specificity 89.6%, false-negative rate 6.5%, false-positive rate 10.4%, positive predictability 87.9%, negative predictability 94.5%, and overall diagnostic accuracy 91.4%.

      • 경희대학교 치과병원을 내원한 장애인 환자의 구강건강상태에 관한 연구

        Most special health care needs (SHCN) people suffer from oral health problems due to high incidence and severity of oral disease. The aim of the present study was to investigate the characteristics of dental treatment provided in this patient population. The study population comprised 485 SHCN patients who visited Kyung Hee University Dental Hospital from 2006 to 2014. Based on the medical record, the date were evaluated according to age, gender, type of disorder, reason for visit, type of behavior management, and type of dental treatment. The most common age group was 7-12 year olds (26%). The chief compliant was dental caries (39%), as followed by oral exam (12%) and trauma (12%). Approximately half of SHCN patients (45.9%) was treated under behavior management. Restorative treatment was the most common procedure with the average of 2.9 teeth treated per patient. The results of the present study may be valuable for establishing the data of SHCN patients for primary dental care.

        Lipoxygenase 결여 콩 계통의 나물 특성 및 Lipoxygenase 활성

        본 연구는 lipoxygenase 결여 품종인 진품콩2호와 lipoxygenase 가 존재하는 광안콩, 소백나물콩, 푸른콩의 교배조합 내의 각 계통의 lipoxygenase 유무를 확인하고 activity 차이를 규명함으로써 lipoxygenase 결여 나물콩 육성의 가능성을 알아보고자 수행되었다. 콩나물 재배일수별 lipoxygenase 여부, 재배일수별 lipoxygenase 활성도 등을 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 콩나물 발아율은 대비품종과 계통들간의 큰 차이는 없었지만 정상 발아 개체율 에서는 계통이 $63\%$로 낮았으며 $T_{50}$은 1일로 소백나물콩, 푸른콩(0.6일)보다는 느렸으나 진품콩2호, 광안콩보다는 빨랐다. 2. 콩나물 생육은 치상 후 2일부터 콩나물 전체길이, 배축길이, 배축 직경을 조사한 결과 진품콩2호와 푸른콩 교배 조합 계통의 4537계통(콩나물 전체길이 13.9cm, 배축 길이: 7.3cm, 배축 직경: 2.2mm)이 대비품종들보다 높은 신장성을 보였다. 3. 콩나물의 물성은 치상 후 96시간 후에 hardness, cutting force, masticcation을 측정한 결과 lipoxygenase 결여 계통이 대비품종들보다 높게 측정되었다. 4. 콩나물 재배 일수 별 lipoxygenase band는 자엽부에서는 종실과 같이 lipoxygenase band를 확인 할 수 없었으며 배축부에서 모든 계통과 대비품종에서 확인 할 수 있었다. 5. 콩나물 재배 일수별 lipoxygenase 활성도는 2일차에 최고로 높았으며, 3일차에 최저치로 낮아진 후 다시 증가하는 양상을 나타내었다. 6. 각 교배 조합 내에서는 진품콩2호보다 활성도가 낮은 4510, 4522, 4537계통들이 lipoxygenase 결여 콩나물로서의 육종 가능성이 높을 것으로 생각되었다. This study was conducted to see the feasibility of breeding for sprout soybean cultivar with minimum benny flavor using lipoxygenase-less lines. Lipoxygenase-less cultivar Jinpumkong2 was crossed by lipoxygenase containing Gwangankong, Sebaeknamulkong, and Pureunkong as paternal parent and 24 lipoxygenase-less lines derived from those 3 combinations were selected and those lines were evaluated with their parental cultivars. Germination rate showed no difference between lipoxygenase-less lines and their parental cultivars, however, rates of normal sprout of those and Jinpumkong2 were 63 and $56\%$, and were lower than that of paternal parents. Hypocotyl length of those was same as Jinpumkong2, however, shorter than paternal parents. Texture characteristics including hardness, cutting force and mastication of 96 hour-cultured sprout of lipoxygenase-less lines showed higher value than that of their parental cultivars. Lipoxtgenase isozyme was not detected in the sprout cotyledon of lipoxygenase-less lines, however it was observed in the sprout hypocotyl of all the used genotypes. Though lipoxygenase activity in the seed of lipoxygenase-less lines was lower than that of Jinpumkong2(0.477, ${Delta}A$ 234 nm min-1 mg meal-1),2 lines revealed more than 0.5 value. Lipoxygenase-activity of 2 day-cultured sprout(both cotyledon and hypocotyl) was the highest, decreased in 3 days after culture and re-increased thereafter. Several lipoxygenase-less lines with lower lipoxygenase activity of sprout than Jinpumkong2 were selected and this suggested the possibility of breeding lines for soy-sprout with low benny flavor.

        자폐 스펙트럼 질환 환자, 뇌성마비 환자의 구강 상태 및 치과 치료에 관한 통계적 고찰

        Background: The aim of this study was to investigate and compare the oral health conditions of Autism Spectrum Disease (ASD) and cerebral palsy(CP) patients visiting the Kyung Hee University Dental Hospital from January 2003 to december 2010. Methods: This study analyzed the data (patient's chart and radiograph) of fifty-eight ASD patients and fifty-seven CP patients. The oral health conditions of patients were surveyed by DMFT (dmft) and periodontal condition at the first visit. The performed dental procedure, behavior management methods and follow-up check were analyzed. Results: The average age of patients having ASD and CP was 12 year 2 month (ASD; 11 year 9 month and CP; 12 year 4 month). Within the limit of this study, the rate of dental caries was higher in CP patients than autism patients. Both of diseases showed the periodontal problem. Autistic patients showed more difficult management problems according to the rate of general anesthesia experiences. Conclusions: This article would contribute for dental practitioners to provide appropriate and specialized treatment to ASD patients and CP patients.

        일반벽체와 교호 샛기둥 벽체의 역학적 성능 비교 연구

        목조건축의 기반을 넓히고 소비자의 만족도를 향상시키기 위해 기존의 일반목조벽체 및 기타 경량목조벽체에 대한 비교 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 일반벽체와 개선된 방식인 교호 샛기둥 벽체와의 성능 비교를 통해 새로운 가능성을 찾고자 하였다. 우선 교호 샛기둥 벽체의 강도적 특성을 평가하고 일반벽체의 강도적 특성을 비교하였다. 일반벽체를 구성하는 목재의 단면이 교호 샛기둥 벽체보다 크기 때문에 일반벽체의 최대하중이 교호 샛기둥 벽체 보다 크게 나타났다. 하지만, 두 그룹간의 통계분석에 의하면 95% 신뢰 수준에서 유의성을 보이지 않아, 교호 샛기둥 벽체는 일반벽체를 대체할 수 있는 가능성을 보여주었다. 교호 샛기둥 벽채는 샛기둥의 단면이 일반벽체보다 작기 때문에 재료를 절약할 수 있어서 일반벽체보다 더 경제적이라고 판단된다. 또한 단열재의 면적 또한 증가하므로 열교 현상의 개선도 기대된다. A comparative research on the traditional standard wood walls and other light-frame wood walls is necessary to expand the base of wooden buildings and improve consumer satisfaction. Therefore, in this research we looked for new possibilities through comparison of performance between standard wood wall and newly presented staggered stud wood wall. First, the strength characteristics of staggered stud wood walls were evaluated and the those of standard wood walls were compared. The ultimate load of the standard wall was larger than that of the staggered stud wood wall, because the cross section of the wood making up the standard wood wall was larger than that of the staggered stud wood wall. However, the statistical analysis between the two groups didn`t showed a significance of 95% confidence level. This means that, staggered stud wood walls have shown the possibility of replacing the standard wood wall. Because the cross-section of the stud in the staggered stud wood walls is smaller than that of the standard wall, the material can be saved. Therefore, staggerd wood stud wall is judged to be more economical than the standard wall. In addition, since the area of the insulation also increases, improvement of the heat bridge is also expected.
