        We performed a systemic analysis of the research situations on hair and alopecia published in the journal of oriental medicine to understand the search trend in the area of hair and alopecia, prepare the basis for the interests and basis on hair and alopecia in the oriental medicine area and above that, to support for the applications in the clinics through this and came to the following conclusions. 1. There are total 95 publications in the domestic journals of oriental medicine area from 1986 to 2011. 2. Total 95 articles were published in 23 journals. “Dong-eui journal of physiology and pathology” had the largest number of articles which was 22(23%) followed by “Oriental journal of ophthalmology, otolaryngology, and dermatology” of 19(20%). 3. The authors who published the largest number of articles as the first author were “Cheon-jong Kim”, “Hyeon-taek Shin”, and “Tae-hu Lee” who published 3 each, and the correspondent author who published the largest number of articles was “Chang-hyeon Lee” who published 8 articles. 4. For the contents and methodologies of the study, there were 16 literature reviews, 36 clinical trials, and 43 animal and other experimental studies and 3 literature reviews were published in 2002, 6 animal and other experimental studies were published in 2006, and 6 clinical trials were published in 2004, 2006, 2009, and 2010 each the most. Based on this study, we hope not only scientific treatises but also these for the oriental medicines and alopecia study related to the oriental medicines to be continued.

        아치 트러스 및 공간 트러스 구조의 비탄성 비선형 거동해석

        대공간 구조는 형태저항구조로서, 기둥-보로 구성되는 일반적인 건축골조구조가 설계외력에 대해 휨 및 전단으로 저항되는 것에 반해, 구조물의 내부에 기둥이 없는 공간을 내포하는 대공간 구조는 축력 및 면내 단면력에 의해 저항되는 경우가 대부분이다. 이러한 특성상 공간구조에는 일반적으로 장스팬이 사용되는 경우가 많으며, 그 결과 일반적인 골조와는 달리, 부재에 발생하는 변형도가 작은 경우에도 큰 변형이 발생하는, 즉 대변형 혹은 유한변형을 동반하게 된다. 일반적으로 수치해석에 있어 비선형 해석이란 기하학적 비선형 및 재료적 비선형, 또는 이 두 가지를 동시에 고려한 복합 비선형 해석을 들 수가 있다. 본 논문에서는 유한요소법으로 기하학적 비선형을 고려한 비선형 평형방정식을 적용하고, 부재의 응력-변형률 관계를 이용하여 재료적 비선형성도 함께 고려하였다. 사용된 수치해석 기법은 불안정 경로의 해를 찾아갈 수 있는 호장법을 적용하여 하중-변위 곡선을 추적하였다. 또한, 해석 결과는 범용 유한요소 프로그램인 ABAQUS를 이용하여 비교 검토하였다. 본 연구의 수치 해석결과 제시한 평면 및 공간 트러스의 비탄성 비선형 거동을 정확하고 효율적으로 예측 가능한 것으로 나타났다. Spatial structure is an appropriate shape that resists external force only with in-plane force by reducing the influence of bending moment, and it maximizes the effectiveness of structural system. With this character of the spatial structure, generally long span is used. As a result, large deflection is accompanied from the general frame. the structure is apt to result in a large deflection even though this structure experiences a small displacement in absence. Usually, nonlinear analysis in numerical analysis means geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity and complex nonlinearity analysis considers both of them. In this study, nonlinear equation of equilibrium considering geometric nonlinearity as per finite element method was applied and also considered the material nonlinearity using the relation of stress-strain in element. It is applied to find unstable result for tracing load-deflection curve in the numerical analysis tech. especially Arc-length method, and result of the analysis was studied by ABAQUS a general purpose of the finite element program. It is found that the present analysis predicts accurate nonlinear behavior of plane and space truss.

        호장법을 이용한 평면 트러스 구조의 비탄성 비선형 해석

        대공간 구조물은 3차원적인 힘의 흐름과 면내력에 의해 외부하중에 대한 저항 능력을 극대화 시킨 형태 저항 구조로서, 일반적인 골조와는 달리 부재에 대한 유한 변형을 동반 하므로 정적, 동적 해석에 관계없이 비선형 해석이 요구 된다. 대공간 구조물의 정확한 구조 해석을 수행하기 위해서는 기하학적 비선형 및 재료적 비선형 뿐 아니라 두 효과를 함께 고려한 비선형 해석이 필요하다. 기하학적 비선형 문제가 구조재료의 특성 및 위치에 따른 비선형을 고려하지 못하고, 구조재료의 비선형 문제가 기하학적 형상에 따른 비선형을 고려하지 못한다는 상호간의 단점을 해결하기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 유한요소법으로 기하학적 비선형을 고려한 비선형 평형방정식을 적용하고, 부재의 응력-변형률 관계를 이용하여 재료적 비선형성도 함께 고려하였다. 사용된 수치해석 기법은 불안정 경로의 해를 찾아갈 수 있는 호장법을 적용하여 하중-변위 곡선을 추적하였다. 본 연구의 수치 해석결과 제시한 평면 트러스의 비탄성 비선형 거동을 정확하고 효율적으로 예측 가능한 것으로 나타났다. Spatial structure is an appropriate shape that resists external force only with in-plane forte by reducing the influence of bending moment, and it maximizes the effectiveness of structure system. the spatial structure should be analyzed by nonlinear analysis regardless static and dynamic analysis because it accompanys large deflection for member. To analyze the spatial structure geometrical and material nonlinearity should be considered in the analysis. In this paper, a geometrically nonlinear finite element model for plane truss structures is developed, and material nonlinearity is also included in the analysis. Arc-length method is used to solve the nonlinear finite element model. It is found that the present analysis predicts accurate nonlinear behavior of plane truss.

        인체 흑색종 세포주 A - 137 에 대한 감마 인터페론의 세포 살해능 , 증식 억제능 , HLA항원 표현에 관한 연구

        Interferon preparations, in addition to their antiviral properties, may inhibit cell growth and multiplication, enhance the expression of cell surface antigens and influence some functions of T-1ymphocytes, macrophages and natural killer cells. The study was performed in order to investigate the cytolytic effect, antiproli ferative effect and HLA antigen expression effect of the gamma-interferon(IFN- r ) on human melanoma cell line A-375. the cytolytic activities were checked by 'Cr release assay, the antiproliferative activities were analyzed by the 'H-thymidine uptake test and HLA antigen expressions were observed by the indirect imrnuno fluor esent method. The results were as follows : 1. The cytolytic effect of the peripheral rnononuclea.r cells treated with INF- on A 375 human melanoma cell line was increased to 31.4%, 36.5%, 33.9%, 53.9 %, 13.9% respectively in the experiment 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 as compared to control group (-11.4%, 3.6%, 18.5%, 35.5%, 6.7% respectively). 2. 1ri the dose response check of the peripheral mononuclear cells treated with INF r to A 375, the cytolytic effect was definitely observed at 200U/ml concentration of the INF r and maximal effect was observed at 500U/ml concentration. 3. The IIUF r treated natural killer cells did not show any significant increase in cytolytie activity as compared to that of untreated natural killer cell and the same results were obtained with monocytes. This cytolytic activity was significantly increased when INF-r treated natural killer cells were co-culturd with monoeytes. 4. The cyaolytjc activity of natural killer cells was increased at the same degree when using culture supernant of INF- treated monocytes as in the case of using

        각종 폐질환에 있어서 경기관지 폐생검과 Tru - Cut Needle 을 이용한 경피적 폐생검의 비교

        N/A Lung cancer has become one of the most common cancers in Korea. Chest X-rays show solitary or diffuse infiltrative lesions but these arc not confirmed by sputum chtology and bronchoscopic exam. It is extremely necessary to establish a tissue diagnosis. Transbronchial lung biopsy and transthoracic needle lung biopsy were compared with respect to diagnostic accuracy and complications. The age distribution of the patients was from nineteen to seventy-five years and the male to female ratio was about 6:1. The diagnostic yields of the transbronchial lung biopsy and the transthoracic needle lung biopsy were 68% and 86% respectively. Common diseases were primary malignancy, pulmonary tuberculosis and interstitial fibrosis; next in order were pneumonia and lung abscess. Among the nonspecific diagnoses, 7 cases were confirmed as malignant diseases by subsequent diagnostic procedures. Complications of the transthoracic needle lung biopsy were pneumothorax in 5 cases (8%) hemothorax in one case (2%) and hemoptysis in 2 cases (4%) Complications of the transbronchil lung biopsy were hemothorax in one case (2%), and hemoptysis in two cases (4%). We think that the transthoracic needle lung biopsy represents minor, safe, accurate and simple procedure for peripheral lung lesions and the transbronchial lung biopsy is the procedure of choice for central lung lesions.

        論文(논문) : 조종사 조종교육증명 한정심사 개선 방안에 관한 연구

        An airman licensing system is central to the establishment and management of a state`s airman licensing which gives official privileges to a person to perform specific activities by evaluating applicant`s knowledge and proficiency. In recent decades, the level of the domestic aviation industry continues to leap forward and state`s airman licensing system has also been advanced. However, accidents caused by pilot human errors are still occurring. In particular, the pilot occupations require a lot of experience and knowledge and the student pilots receiving the initial flight training have formed their own flight habits based on knowledge, skill, training methods, procedures, etc learned from the flight instructor. This paper discusses possible ways on the improvement for the domestic flight instructor rating by analyzing domestic and international rules and procedures for a flight instructor rating.
