        반성적 성찰활동에 기반한 사이버 학습상담이 초등학생의 학습동기 및 학습습관에 미치는 효과

        This study examines the effects of cyber learning counseling based on self-reflective activities on learning motivation and habits of elementary students. From the above processes, following findings could be drawn: First, the cyber learning counseling based on self-reflective activities turned out to have positive effects on promoting the motivation of elementary students for learning. Positive impacts were found in 4 sub-factors of motivation for learning, that are, attention, relevance, conviction and satisfaction that were enhanced after cyber counseling for learning was given. Second, the cyber learning counseling based on self-reflective activities were found to have positive effects on changing elementary students' habit of learning. After cyber learning counseling was carried out, Positive impacts were visible in sub-factors of learning habit which are the behavioral indexes of applying learning skill and student-initiated behavior.

        TNF 길항제 사용 후 결핵이 발생한 류마티스관절염 환자에서 Rituximab을 사용한 1예

        Rituximab has been shown to be effective in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and is recommended for patients exhibiting an inadequate response to tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors. To date, there have been no reports of tuberculosis in RA patients treated with rituximab. We report the use of rituximab in a TNF inhibitor-refractory RA patient who had developed tuberculosis. A 52-year-old man with RA had been treated with adalimumab for 3 months, but failed to respond well to the treatment. He reported fever, coughing, sputum, and weight loss. He was diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis and started anti-tuberculosis medication. His arthritis was not controlled for despite increasing the dose of prednisolone. He was treated with rituximab without serious adverse effects. Sixteen weeks later, he demonstrated improvement with both arthritis and tuberculosis.

        The Streptococcus milleri group, which also includes S. anginosus, S. intermedius and S. constellatus, is found in the oropharynx, upper respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, and urogenital tract mucosa. Bacteria in the Streptococcus milleri group are associated with bacteremia and abscess formation. Most of the reports of of Streptococcus milleri group (SMG) infection occur in patients with underlying medical conditions. Predisposing factors that have been associated with S. milleri group empyema include mucosal disturbances (sinusitis, periodontal disease, enteric disease), preceding to pneumonia, thoracic surgery, malignancy, neurological disease, alcohol abuse, and also diabetes mellitus. We report on a 42-year-old man with mental retardation. He who suffered from dyspnea and a fever that he had developed for over 14 days. S. constellatus and anaerobic bacterias ( Prevotella buccae and Micromonas micros) were cultured. The patient was treated with the drainage of pleural effusion and clindamycin and levofloxacin.

        들깨 기름 흡인에 의한 지질폐렴

        Exogenous lipid pneumonia is a rare disease resulting from the aspiration or inhalation of vegetable, animal, or mineral oils. In Korea, the most frequently implicated agent is squalen, which can be obtained from shark liver oil. Lipid pneumonia by aspiration of the vegetable oil is very rare. We experienced a 77-year-old man with a history of ingestion of green perilla oil. His clinical course was favorable; after exposure to the oil was stopped, the patient`s symptoms improved.

        프로배구구단 관중증대를 위한 통합적 마케팅 커뮤니케이션(IMC)활동에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 프로배구구단의 통합적 마테팅 커뮤니케이션(IMC)활동의 효과성 입증을 위해 조사 연구되었다. 이 연구의 대상은 2019~2020시즌 남자 프로배구 경기를 관람하기 위해 경기장을 방문한 관람객을 대상으로 총 400부를 설문 조사 한 후, 무효 또는 오류 설문지를 제외한 385명의 설문지를 연구 목적으로 사용하였다. 요인 분석 및 신뢰성 테스트는 IBM SPSS통계 Ver21.0을 사용하였다. 일반적 특성을 살펴보기 위해서 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 인구통계학적 및 일반적 특성에 따른 집단 간의 차이 검증을 위해 독립표본 t검증 및 일원분산분석을 실시하였으며, 변인간의 관계를 살펴보기 위해서 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 이와 더불어 변인 간 영향력을 검증하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별에 따른 구단이미지, 구단평판, 구단충성도에는 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 연령에 따른 구단이미지, 구단평판, 구단충성도에는 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 관람경험에 따른 구단이미지, 구단평판, 구단충성도에는 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 프로배구구단 IMC활동은 구단이미지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 프로배구구단 IMC활동은 구단평판에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 프로배구구단 IMC활동은 구단충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째, 구단이미지는 구단충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 구단평판은 구단충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of professional volleyball teams" integrated marketing communication(IMC) activities. The subjects of this study were a total of 400 surveys of visitors who visited the stadium to watch mans professional volleyball games from 2019 to 2020, and 385 questionnaires except for invalid or error questionnaires were used for research purposes. For factor analysis and reliability testing, IBM SPSS Statistics Ver 21.0 was used. Frequency analysis was conducted to examine the general characteristics. To verify differences between groups according to demographic and general characteristics, independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA were performed, and correlation analysis was performed to examine the relationship between variables. In addition, regression analysis was conducted to verify the influence between variables. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was no difference in club image, club reputation, and club loyalty by gender. Second, there was no difference in club image, club reputation, and club loyalty according to age. Third, there was no difference in the club image, club reputation, or club loyalty according to the viewing experience. Fourth, professional volleyball team IMC activities were found to affect the club image. Fifth, professional volleyball team IMC activities were found to have an impact on the club"s reputation. Sixth, it was shown that professional volleyball team IMC activities have an effect on club loyalty. Eighth, the club image was found to affect the club loyalty. Finally, it was found that the club reputation influenced the club loyalty.

        가쪽눈구석에 발생한 저등급 악성 섬유성 조직구종 1예

        Purpose: To report a case of malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the lateral canthal area that was diagnosed clinically as a benign epidermal inclusion cyst. Case summary: A 49 year-old man presented with a cutaneous mass involving the lateral canthal area. A 0.7-cm cystic lesion was freely movable and non-inflamed. After excisional biopsy, the results of immunohistochemical staining led to a final diagnosis of low-grade malignant fibrous histiocytoma. The specimen from excisional biopsy had margins positive for malignancy; the patient underwent a second procedure for complete resection, and that specimen had tumor-free margins. Conclusions: Fibrous histiocytoma is a rare disease but may occur in the eyelid. Therefore, when an eyelid tumor progresses rapidly, malignant fibrous histiocytoma should be considered as a diagnosis. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2010;51(8):1129-1132

        자기주도 학습능력 증진을 위한 영화와 글쓰기 활용 PBL 프로그램 개발 및 효과성 검증

        본 연구의 목적은 거주형대학(RC)에서 대학생을 대상으로 영화와 글쓰기를 활용한 PBL기반 학습 프로그램을 개발하여 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 Pintrich의 자기조절학습 과정에 근거하여, 영화와 글쓰기를 활용한 PBL 프로그램을 구안하였다. 본 프로그램은 전북 소재 J대학 재학생 실험집단 86명과 미참여 학생 78명을 통제집단으로 선정하여, 2019년 3월 18일부터 6월 8일까지 8주 동안 자기주도 학습 프로그램이 진행되었다. 프로그램 운영 전후로 자기주도 학습능력의 사전-사후 검사를 실시하였다. 총 8회기에 걸쳐 학습법 특강 및 영화와 글쓰기를 활용한 PBL로 구성된 본 프로그램을 실시한 결과 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 자기주도 학습능력 평균이 실험 전보다 유의미하게 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 해 영화와 글쓰기를 활용한 PBL이 대학생의 자기주도 학습능력의 하위요인인 학습계획, 학습실행, 학습평가 능력을 강화시킨다는 사실을 추론할 수 있다. 이상의 결과는 본 연구에서 개발한 영화와 글쓰기를 활용한 PBL기반 자기주도 학습 프로그램이 대학생의 자기주도 학습능력 향상에 효과적이라는 사실을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to develop PBL-based learning programs for university students at residential universities (RC) that utilize movies and writing to verify their effectiveness. To fulfill this theory, based on Pintrich s self-regulating learning process, PBL programs using movies and writing were proposed. The program selected 86 students from J University in Jeonbuk Province and 78 students from non-participation as the control group, with the self-directed learning program running for eight weeks from 18 March to 8 June 2019. Prior post-inspection of self-directed learning ability was conducted before and after the program s operation. The results of the program, consisting of special learning methods and PBL classes using movies and writing over a total of eight sessions, showed that the average self-directed learning ability of the experimental group participating in the program was significantly higher than before the experiment. These findings can be inferred that PBLs using film and writing enhance learning plans, learning practices, and learning evaluation skills, which are sub-factors of university students self-directed learning abilities. The above results suggest that PBL-based self-directed learning programs using films and writing developed in this study are effective in improving university students self-directed learning abilities

        마이토마이신 C가 흰 쥐의 속눈썹 재성장에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The aim of the present study was to determine the effects of mitomycin C (MMC) on eyelash regrowth in rats. Methods: Ten rats were subjected to bilateral eyelid epilation. One drop of 0.04% MMC solution and one drop of normal saline was then administered to the right and left eyelid, respectively. Three months post-epliation, the number of regrown eyelashes was counted, and a section of tissue from each eyelid was examined under light- and electron microscopies. Results: The number of regrown long eyelashes was 1.0 ± 0.81 on the right, and 12.5 ± 1.08 on the left. The rate of regrowth was 7.35 ± 5.55% on the right and 98.45 ± 3.27% on the left. Histological examination revealed no significant differences between the right and left eyelids, except for the absence of any hair shafts in the follicles on the right. However, electron microscopy revealed mitochondrial damage in the follicles of the right eyelid. These changes were not observed in tissue from the left eyelid. Conclusions: The application of 0.04% MMC inhibited the regrowth of normal eyelashes in rats following simple epilation. These results suggest that MMC may be a novel therapy for replacing invasive surgery in trichiasis with no malpositioning. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2011;52(12):1501-1506

        대학생이 인식하는 강의 질이 학습만족도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 수업에서 대학생이 지각하는 학업적 자기효능감이 강의 질과 학습 만족도에 매개역할을 하는가를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 학습자의 학업적 자기 효능감을 상승시키는 강의 질의 구체적인 정보를 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2016년 2학기에 전라북도에 소재하고 있는 4년제 대학 3개교를 선정하여 재학생 620명에게 강의 질, 학업적 자기효능감, 학습만족도를 설문조사 하였으며, SPSS프로그램을 이용하여 이들 각 요인들의 기술통계, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석의 결과 첫째, 강의 질의 하위변인 중 수업내용은 학업적 자기효능 감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 수업내용은 학업적 자기효능감의 모든 하위변 인(과제난이도 선호도, 자기조절 효능감, 자신감)에 정적영향을 미쳤으며, 강의 질의 하위변인 중 학습환경은 학업적 자기효능감 중 자기조절 효능감에만 정적영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 강의 질의 모든 하위변인(수업내용, 상호작용, 학습환 경)은 학습만족도에 정적영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 강의 질(수업내용, 상호작용, 학습환 경)과 학습만족도 간 학업적 자기효능감의 모든 하위변인(과제난이도 선호도, 자기 조절 효능감, 자신감)은 부분매개효과가 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 대학생의 학습 만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 강의 질 중 수업내용과 학습환경의 개선을 통하여 학 업적 자기효능감을 고양시키는 전략이 필요하다는 사실을 의미한다. 이에 따라 강의 질 개선에 있어서 교수자의 노력뿐만 아니라 학교 측면에서의 제도적인 지원이 뒷받 침된 학습환경 개선이 요구된다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 학습자의 학업적 자기효능감의 상승효과를 위해 강의 질과 학습환경의 개선이 대학교육의 질 을 향상할 수 있다는 시사점을 도출하였다. This study explores the relations among lecture quality , academic self-efficacy, and academic satisfaction targeting university students in Korea. The purpose of this study is to provide the specific information on improving academic lecture level by checking whether academic self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the relations between the academic lecture quality and academic satisfaction. This study sets up the following research questions to achieve the study purpose. First, what effects do the lecture quality (lecture content, interaction, lecture environment) have on the academic self-efficacy (lecture difficulty preference, self-control efficacy, confidence) and the academic satisfaction for university students ? Second, does the academic self-efficacy play a mediating role from the relation between the lecture quality and the academic satisfaction ? To solve the research questions above, this study was conducted with a questionnaire survey containing lecture quality , academic self-efficacy, and academic satisfaction scale targeting 620 students from three universities located in Jeollabuk-do. This study analyzed the collected data using the SPSS program. The findings of this study are presented as follow. Firstly , the lecture content of quality showed that it influenced on the academic self-efficacy. The lecture content positively influenced on the academic self-efficacy s all sub -factors (lecture difficulty preference, self-control efficacy , confidence), and the academic environment which is another element of lecture quality positively influenced on the academic self-efficacy. Secondly, all the academic self-efficacy s sub -factors had a partial mediating effect in the relations between the lecture quality and the academic satisfaction. Through the study s findings, this study suggested the need for the professors effort and the universities systematic support on improving the lecture quality to enhance the students academic self-efficacy and satisfaction. Such findings of this study can be offered as basic data for the development of the academic education quality .
