        Eating out is activity through also consumption. study regarding restaurant quality of service and selective property was performed very much. on the other hand, regarding a tendency of an eating out consumer and an emotional response, empirical study wasn"t performed systematically. in order to the food service industry grows and to develop, the eating out consumer who is the subject of consumption can feel it through a restaurant or coffee shop experiences. therefore, necessity of the propensity to consume and an emotional response regarding coffee shop service and study is ensured. In this study, Is how to an emotional response and action intention of a coffee shop use customer try to will have been affected it. "Emotional response of a coffee shop use customer noted it to action intention will affect it." All noted pleasure and dominant to action intention is affected it. The result of this study, When customers use a coffee shop, it shows by the specific propensity to consume. and It isn"t to visit simply. they want high quality and take calmly a rest in free atmospheres. As thought that it enjoyed food to have made to good materials to health. therefore it develop strategy using a high-quality interior design and high-quality materials with service of the customer center. It is to be able to bring profit expansion through marketing activity discriminated.

        혈액투석 환자에서 갑상선 초음파의 추적

        Background: Chronic kidney disease is considered a risk factor for thyroid nodules as well as thyroid dys-function such as hypothyroidism. Among patients on hemodialysis, we assessed the size of thyroid nodule and goiter at baseline and 1 year later with ultrasonography. Methods: We prospectively selected 47 patients with hemodialysis at January 2012 and reviewed their medical records. We checked goiter and thyroid nodules at January 2012 and December 2012. Results: In the hemodialysis patients (n=47), 24 patients (51.1%) had thyroid nodules and 33 patients (70.2%) had goiter at baseline. Parathyroid hormone (PTH) was higher in patients with thyroid nodules (204.4±102.9 vs. 129.9±93.6 pg/mL, p=0.01). Thyroid ultrasonography was conducted in 29 patients after 1 year. The thick-ness of the thyroid isthmus increased (2.8±1.6 vs. 3.2±1.9 mm, p=0.003), but the number of nodules did not change (1.2±1.9 vs. 1.4±2.0, p=0.109). PTH was associated with the enlargement of thyroid nodules signi-ficantly through logistic regression analysis. Conclusion: Thyroid goiter and nodules in hemodialysis patients were more prevalent than in the general population. PTH influenced the production of thyroid nodules in hemodialysis patients. Regular examination with thyroid ultrasonography and thyroid function test should be considered in hemodialysis patients.

        초등 체육수업에서의 교사의 수업운영 분석

        This study is designed to analyze the class management of teachers in elementary physical education and to present information necessary to enhance the efficiency of P.E. With this in mind, the researcher made a correlate analysis of academic learning time physical education(ALT-PE) and teaching behavior, time spent in class management and the relationship between class management and the flow of activities in a lesson, and made use of a qualitative approach method with two teachers with a high rate of class management and two teachers with a low rate of class management in an effort to make up for the weak points of a statistical approach method. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the researcher made a selection of 30 teachers in charge of the third and fourth grades at elementary schools in North Chungcheong Province, recording the scene of rolling back and forth on a mat with the help of a video camera. And the researcher made an analysis of ALT-PE with the help of interval observation-based records(6 seconds for observation, 6 seconds for recording), calculating the percentage, average, standard deviation, and correlative relationship of teaching-behavior variables including class management based on five-second observation and five-second record with the aid of SPSS Ver 10.0. So as to get over the limitation of the statistical approach method, the researcher collected qualitative materials related to class management by means of using in-depth interviews and descriptive researches. The findings are to be summarized as follows. First, there was no statistically significant correlative relationship between class management and ALT-PE. Because a lot of time was spent in gathering, student control, and waiting, etc. not related to the assignment of P.E. instead of securing time for taking part in the assignment and focusing on it in order to enhancing ALT-PE. Students should be taught to be clearly aware of the purpose of study focusing on the functions of P.E. and waiting time(30.20%) should be curtailed and specific clues for teaching P.E. should be given to students so that class management time may be reduced and that ALT-PE may be increased. Second, class management accounted for 26.58%. The reason why the ratio stood high was ascribable to the following factors: lack of using facilities and tools, much time spent in setting up those things, lack of students` understanding of the rule of class, time spent in student control, insufficient study of teaching materials, and lack of training at schools. Third, 29.78 percent of time was spent in the behavior of class management in accordance with the flow of class sessions: five minutes for beginning classes and five minutes for ending classes. Teachers with low class management allowed students to focus on the assignment of P.E. by having the lowest ratio of class management at unfolding and settling stages, and reduced class management time by structuring classes, minimizing the time spent in gathering designed for explanation and demonstration and not stopping the flow of classes.

        임신성 당뇨병 환자에서 발생한 전격성 제1형 당뇨병 1예

        임신 후반기에 주로 발생할 수 있는 전격성 제1형 당뇨병은 드물지만 산모와 태아의 사망률이 높고, 임신성 당뇨병진단 하에 인슐린을 사용하고 있는 환자에서도 발생할 수 있으므로 주의와 함께 면밀한 경과 관찰이 필요하겠다. A 32-year-old pregnant woman (34 + 5 weeks) was admitted with dizziness, nausea, and vomiting. Previously, she was diag-nosed with gestational diabetes mellitus at 28 weeks with 100 g-OGTT and insulin therapy was started. Her average fasting glucose level was 97 mg/dL and postprandial 1-hour glucose level was 130 mg/dL with basal-bolus insulin therapy (to-tal dose of 28-30 IU/day). At 34 + 0 weeks of gestational age, polyuria and unexpected weight loss (2 kg/week) with hyperglycemia occurred, and total dose of daily insulin requirement was increased up to 50 IU/day. At admission, her serum glucose level was high (502 mg/dL), and urinalysis revealed ketonuria +3. Arterial blood gas analysis revealed pH of 6.83, pCO2 of 9 mmHg, and bicarbonate of 2 mmol/L with an anion gap of 23.5 mmol/L. The diagnosis of diabetic ketoacidosis was established and emergency caesarean sec-tion was conducted due to fetal distress. She was finally diagnosed with fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus, and multiple daily in-sulin injection therapy was continued after delivery. (Korean J Med 2017;92:186-189)

      • 한국음식조리교육기관의 교육서비스품질이 창업준비행동에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to establish a hypothesis that educational service quality will have a positive (+) effect on start-up preparation behavior for students who have been educated at Korean food cooking education institutions, and to present improvement directions and utilization data to help construct higher quality educational service quality. To this end, the model of the study and the hypothesis of the study were derived based on previous studies, and a survey was conducted from October 11, 2022 to November 10, 2022 for students who are using or have experience using Korean food cooking education institutions in Gwangju and Jeonnam to conduct empirical research. The questionnaire was distributed 350 copies and 311 copies were collected, of which 286 copies were used as a sample for the study, excluding 25 copies of the unfaithful questionnaire. The SPSS/WIN statistical program 22.0 was used to verify the hypothesis of the study, and frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed.
