        몽고인(蒙古人)을 위한 사상체질분류검사지(四象體質分類檢査紙)의 타당화(妥當化) 연구(硏究)

        1. Objectives This study focuses on the Validity of the Questionnaire about Sasang Constitution Classification for Mongolians 2. Methods By using the way of backward elimination, certain variables are chosen from the 438 cases whose physical conditions are absolutely diagnosed. After that, discriminant analysis for the selected variables has been done to obtain the physical constitution equation and the accuracy ratio of diagnosis which are useful for physical constitution diagnosis. 3. Results and Conclusions (1) In tile Validity for the Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification for Mongolians, the accuracy ratio of diagnosis of Taeyangin is 100%, Soyangin 62.5%, Taeumin 76.7%, and Soeumin 66.1% respectively as a result of the discriminant analysis employing Cronbach's alpha coefficient. On the whole, the accuracy ratio of diagnosis is 70.1%. (2). In the Validity for the Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification for Mongolians, the accuracy ratio of diagnosis of 70.1% means that it beats the maximum chance criterion of 41.4% and the proportional chance criterion of 34.4% by 28.7% and 35.7% respectively. Conclusively, this questionnaire has discriminant power.

        운하-연안 연계용 바아지의 구조 설계 및 해석

        Two types of barge, container and tanker vessels, are designed with specific dimensions for canal-coastal shipping in Kyung-In canal and Yellow Sea region. The principal dimensions of barges are determined by considering the environment of Kyung-In canal and Yellow Sea. The selection of structure type and strength confirmation is conducted by the technical rules of Korean Register of Shipping.<br/> For the structural analysis of designed barges, the semi-direct structural analysis is carried out with using MSC NASTRAN software. Applying identical dimensions to both vessels, the standardization of structural design and analysis procedure are introduced.

        1. Objectives This study focuses on the Revision and Translation of the Mongolian's Sasang constitution Diagnosis Questionnaire (SDQ-M) 2. Methods 03'SDQ's questionnaire analysis study have been performed based on the absolutely diagnosed group of 423 cases who have respond to the Sasang constitution Diagnosis Questionnaire (SDQ) from June to November, 2003. 3. Results and Conclusions Revised 05'SDQ-M's traits, which result from on the basis of 03'SDQ's questionnaire analysis study results and socio-cultural understanding via Mongolian physical constitution diagnosis as well as Mongolian translators' interchange, are as follows. (1) 05'SDQ-M is mainly adjusted in terms of external appearances and the nature of illness symptoms. (2) 05'SDQ-M's physical constitution questionnaires are equally adjusted. (3) 05'SDQ-M is re-used, deleted, or created on the basis of 03'SDQ's questionnaire analysis results. (4) 05'SDQ-M is translated to be easy for Mongolians.

        몽고인(蒙古人)을 위한 사상체질분류검사지(四象體質分類檢査紙)의 신뢰도(信賴度) 연구(硏究)

        1. Objectives This study focuses on the reliability of the Questionnaire about Sasang Constitution Classification for Mongolians 2. Methods Test-retest method and internal consistency method have been performed based on the absolutely diagnosed group of 87 cases who respond to the questionaries during the time interval of one yeat between July 2003 and July 2004 to verify the confidence level. 3. Results and Conclusions (1) In the test-retest for each question of the Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification for Mongolians, the dependency ratio is 40% and the agreement ratio is 92%. Therefore, this questionnaire has credibility because it has question relations and high agreement ratio. (2) In the internal consistency method for the measure of the Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification for Mongolians, the value of Cronbach alpha is mote than 0.60. As a result, this questionnaire has internal consistency for each question which explains each physical constitution and it has credibility (3) In the internal consistency method for the measure of the Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification for Mongolians, the Pearson's correlation coefficient, r, falls between $+0.38\;{\sim}\;+0.54$ in each measure. Accordingly, this questionnaire has internal consistency between each physical constitution measure and it has credibility.

      • 영상분석을 통한 혈구자동분류 시스템의 설계 및 구현

        최근에 컴퓨터를 이용한 영상처리기술 및 고속통신망의 발달과 더불어 하드웨어의 고성능화로 의학분야에서 발생되는 영상들에 대해 분석 및 처리를 자동화하려는 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 말초혈액영상에서 혈구세포들을 자동으로 분석, 분류 및 카운트하기 위해 다층신경망에 기반한 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 CDD 카메라가 부착된 현미경으로부터 영상을 입력받아 적혈구와 백혈구 분류를 위한 다양한 특징추출 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 또한, PCA를 적용해 다차원의 특징을 저차원으로 줄여 분류기의 훈련과 인식 시간을 단축시킴으로서 보다 효율적인 분류기 시스템을 구축하였다. 따라서 , 본 논문에서는 제안된 시스템이 실제 임상 병리진단 가이드 시스템에 적용 가능함을 보일 수 있었다. Recently, there have been many researches to automate processing and analysing image data in medical field, due to the advance of image processing techniques, the fast communication network and high performance hardware. In this paper, we design and implement the system based on the multi-layer neural network model to be able to analyze, differentiate and count blood cells in the peripheral blood image. To do these, we segment red and white-blood cell in blood image acquired from microscope with CCD(Charge-coupled device) camera and then apply the various feature extraction algorithms to classify. In addition to, we reduce multi-variate feature number using PCA(Principle Component Analysis) to construct more efficient classifier. So, in this paper, we are sure that the proposed system can be applied to a pathological guided system.

        가미온담탕(加味溫膽湯)의 항고지혈 작용에 대한 연구

        Kamiondamtang(KODT) has been used in oriental medicine as stress by many medical practitioner for the study of KODT, we had fed mice divided to three groups(basal diet, hyperlipidemic diet, hyperlipidemic diet + KODT), and observed the change of weight, total cholesterol, triglyceride, SGOT, SGPT, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol on the serum per every 7days for 6weeks. To help comparison with the results above, we had tested endothelial cells and liver. The results of this Study were obtained as fallows ; 1. Total cholesterol, triglyceride and LDL-cholesterol were decreased significantly by KODT. 2. HDL-cholesterol was increasd significantly by KODT. 3. SGOT was intended to decrease by KODT, 4. %W was decreased significantly by KODT. 5. In case of supplying KODT, WBC attatched on endothelial cells and vacuoles in muscular layer were not observed. 6. In case of supplying KODT, fatty degeneration was not observed in liver portal area.

        광섬유센서케이블을 이용한 지하처분연구시설의 감시시스템 운영 평가

        Optical fiber cable, as a sensor, was installed on the wall of KAERI(Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute) Underground Research Tunnel(KURT) in order to monitor the physical stability of the tunnel, which was constructed for technical development and demonstration of radioactive waste disposal. This monitoring system has two simultaneous measurements of temperature and strain over time using Brillouin backscatter. According to the results of the monitoring from Jan. 2008 to Nov. 2009, there is no significant displacement or movement at the tunnel wall However, the cumulative volume of total strain increased slightly as time passes with the comparison of the reference observation, which was measured in Jan. 2008. The change in cumulative volume of total strain indicates that the strain level had been affected by saturation and de-saturation phenomena due to groundwater fluctuation at several points at KURT. This system is based on the distributed sensing technique concept, not point sensing. By using this system, a displacement can be detected with the range from $20{\mu}{\varepsilon}$ to $28,000{\mu}{\varepsilon}$ every 1m interval in minimum. A temperature variation can be monitored at every 0.5m interval with the resolution of 0.01 in minimum. Based on the study, this monitoring system is potentially applicable to long term monitoring systems for radioactive waste disposal project as well as other structures and underground openings.

        1. Objectives This paper was tried to find out Dong-Mu's recognition systemfor Sasang Structure about "Dongyi Suse Bowon" and "Gyukchigo" 2. Methods The study was researched through comparative studying in a structural manner between "Gyukchigo" 's Affairs-Mind-Body-Objects(事心身物) and "Dongyi Suse Bowon" 's Heaven-Human-Nature-Order(天人性命). 3. Results and Conculusions "Gyukchigo" 's Affairs-Mind-Body-Objects(事心身物) should be understood as Dong-Mu's change process of thinking scheme before writing the book of "Dongyi Suse Bowon" and it is somewhat difficult to make a connected attachment in a lump between "Dongyi Suse Bowon" 's Heaven-Human-Nature-Order(天人性命) and "Gyukchigo" 's Affairs-Mind-Body-Objects(事心身物). Just "Dongyi Suse Bowon" 's Heaven-Human-Nature-Order(天人性命) can be understood as a new recognition systemto encompass" Gyukchigo" 's Affairs-Mind-Body-Objects(事心身物).

        주로 작은 침샘에서 발생하는 샘낭암종의 치료 방침은 수술과 수술 후 보조적 방사선치료가 주로 행해져 왔다. 그러나 설근부에 발생한 샘낭암종에 대해서는 수술적 치료가 가져오는 삶의 질의 저하가 크기 때문에 수술적 치료를 적용하기 쉽지 않다. 또한 샘낭암종의 치료에 있어서 항암제의 역할이 거의 없는 상황에서 방사선치료가 중요한 역할을 할 수 있겠다. 이에 본 저자들은 설근부에 발생한 샘낭암종 세 증례의 방사선치료 결과를 보고 하며 샘낭암종의 치료에 대해서 문헌고찰을 통해 논의하고자 한다.

        Bone graft using growth factors and guided tissue regeneration have been used for the regeneration of infrabony defects which caused by periodontal disease. Calcium sulfate which is one of the resorbable barrier materials used for guided tissue regeneration. Platelet rich plasma which is a easy method to obtain the growth factors had many common points but, platelet rich plasma was still studying. This study was the comparative study between bone graft using platelet rich plasma and guided tissue regeneration using calcium sulfate barrier material in clinical view. For the study, 28 sites(2 or 3 wall infrabony defects) were treated. 14 infrabony defects were received surgical implantation of BBP-calcium sulfate composite with a calcium sulfate barrier and the others received BBP mixed with platelet rich plasma. Clinical outcome was accessed 3 and 6 months of postsurgery. 1. There was no statistical difference between CS group and PRP group in pocket depth, gingival recession, clinical attachment level, and probing bone level at baseline. 2. There was statistically significant reduction in probing depth, clinical attachment level, and probing bone level at 3 and 6 months postsurgery(p<0.05). 3. In the probing depth and clincial attachment level PPR group had less improvement than CS group, but there was no statistically difference at 3 and 6 months postsurgery. 4. In the recession PPR group had less recession than CS group, but there was no statistically difference at 3 and 6 months postsurgery. 5. In the probing bone level PPR group had less improvement than CS group, but there was no statistically difference at 6 months postsurgery. In conclusion bone graft using platelet rich plasma and guided tissue regeneration using calcium sulfate barrier showed similar clinical improvement for the treatment of 2 or 3 wall infrabony defects.
