Logical thinking and creative thinking. in the elementary school are very important. Even though these have been studied very many, the computer program education has the lack of instruction strategy. In this paper, the instruction strategies of computer program language education in the elementary school to improve them are proposed. These are the principles of the input and output, effectiveness, generalization, simplification, and the principles of abstraction. These five principles are verified by the 20 experts from deep interview. Using the results of this study will contribute a lot of the program language eduction for elementary school teachers.

문제중심학습법을 적용한 HTML 교수-학습방법의 연구

We expected that PBL (Problem based Learning) methode has good effectiveness for HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language) learning of elementary school students. In this study, a test was conducted in which a PBL method and the traditional lecture-based learning method were applied to an HTML class, and compared the level of educational accomplishment and compared the effectiveness of the two methods. PBL applied was based on the IMSA model of problem-based learning center. Educational accomplishment was evaluated base d on evaluation of theory and application skills. Test results revealed that there were no significant differences in theoretic learning between the two methods of learning. However, in application skills, the PBL was proved to be significantly more effective th an the traditional lecture-based learning method. Through the study, it was verified that PBL has a more positive educational effect that the traditional lecture-based learning.

초등학생의 인공지능 교육을 위한 교수 학습 모델 개발 및 적용

21세기 지식 정보 사회에 인공지능 교육이 매우 중요하다. 4차 산업혁명 시대에 컴퓨터 교육에서 인공지능을 이해하고 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 교육을 해 보는 것이 매우 중요하지만 인공지능에 대해서 이해하고, 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 교육을 하는 교수 학습 모델이 없다. 본 연구에서는 제안하는 모델은 문제 이해 단계, 데이터 정리하기 단계, 인공지능 모델 정하기 단계, 프로그래밍하기 단계, 보고서 작성하기 단계로 구성된다. 프로그래밍하기 단계에서는 학생들의 수준에 적합하게 복사하기, 변형하기, 창조하기, 도전하기로 나눌 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 초등학교 교사들의 델파이 평가로 모델의 타당도를 입증하였고, 그에 따라 초등학생들이 쉽게 이해할 수 있는 사례를 만들었다. 본 연구의 결과는 초등학생들에서 인공지능 프로그램을 실습해 볼 수 있는 좋은 기회를 제공한다. Artificial intelligence education is very important in the 21st century knowledge information society. Even if it is very important to understand artificial intelligence and practice computer programming in computer education in the fourth industrial revolution, but there is no teaching and learning model to understand artificial intelligence and computer programming education. In this paper, the proposed model consists of problem understanding step, data organizing step, artificial intelligence model setting step, programming step, and report writing step. At the program step, students can choose to copy, transform, create, and challenge steps to their level. In this study, the validity of the model was proved by the Delphi evaluation of elementary school teachers. The results of this study provide a good opportunity for elementary school students to practice artificial intelligence programs.

웹 에이전트를 이용한 웹기반 교수-학습 시스템의 설계 및 개발

Recently, the current trend for computer based learning is moving from CAI environment to WBI environment. Most web documents for WBI learning are collected by aid of search engine. Instructors use those documents as learning materials after they evaluate availability of retrieved web documents. But, this method has the following problems. First, we search repeatedly the web documents selected by instructor. Second, there is a need for another course of instruction design in order to suggest the web documents for learner. Third, it is very difficult to analyze for relevance between the web documents and test results. In this work, we suggest WAILS(Web Agent Instruction Learning System) that retrieves web documents for WBI learning and guides learning course for learners. WAILS collects web documents for WBI learning by aid of web agent. Then, instructors can evaluate them and suggest to learners by using instruction-learning generating machine. Instructors retrieve web documents and the instruction-learning design at the same time. This can facilitate WBI learning.

초등학교 컴퓨터 교과서에 사용된 컴퓨터 용어 분석

We must know computer terms to use, learn, and understand efficiently. It is important for the elementary school students who learn computer for the first time to understand computer terms correctly. This study investigates a computer terms in the elementary school computer textbook which have been used currently at the elementary school, selects suitable computer terms for the elementary school student, analyzes and classifies them as a 1 2th grade, a 3 4th grade, 5 6th grade by the elementary school computer curriculum, and also classifies those as information ethics, computer basic, application software, computer communication by the category. The expectations of this study are as follows. First, the result of this offers teacher to a computer terms guidance for usability which is essential to elementary school's computer class. Second, this can be used as a reference in making a elementary computer textbook or studying and training textbook for teachers. Third, this offers teachers to an important criteria when they select a computer textbook for elementary student in elementary school.

A Program Reliability of Internet Environment Using Colored Petri Nets

인터넷 환경에서 이러닝 시스템과 같은 고신뢰성의 정보를 원한다. 인터넷 시스템에서 프로그램과 데이터의 결함이 발생할 수 있기 때문에 신뢰성 분석이 매우 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 인터넷 환경에서 프로그램 신뢰성을 예측하기 위해서 유색 패트리넷 모델을 이용하는 신뢰도 예측 모델을 제안한다. 제안한 모델에 적용하는 신뢰도 분석 절차는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 인터넷 프로그램 모델을 만든다. 이를 유색 패트리넷으로 변환한 후 인터넷 시스템 모델의 신뢰도를 예측한다. 이 방법은 신뢰성 있는 인터넷 프로그램을 개발하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있고, 신뢰도 예측 방법이 매우 간단하기 때문에 적용하기 편리하다.

학교 현장에서 PC 유지보수를 효율적으로 하기 위한 터미널 서비스 방법

All elementary, middle, and high schools have many Personal Computers(PC) by educational information policy, and their computers have been applied to the school education. However, it is difficult to manage the PCs, and it cost to maintain the PCs and PCs must be upgaded and replaced each four years. In order to solve these problem, I propose the method of using the terminal server. This method can make the software and PC hardware maintain easily, and reduce the maintenance fee, need not upgrade and replace the new PCs.

OECD 국가들과 한국 학생들 간 ICT 접근성과 활용성 연구-2015년 데이터를 중심으로

우리사회의 모든 분야에서 4차 산업혁명의 소용돌이 속에 있다. 교육도 예외가 아니다. 4차산업의 교육에 소프트웨어가 그 중심에 있다는 것을 모두 다 알 고 있다. 소프트웨어 교육을 잘 하기 위해서 ICT에 대한 학생들의 배경 조사가 중요하다. OECD PISA에서 학생들의 ICT 능력에 대한 배경조사를 2003년부터 3년 주기로 조사하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2017년 4월에 발표한 자료를 기반으로 PISA ICT 통계자료를 분석한다. 학생들의 배경 조사 항목인 81개의 항목들 중에 접근성, 활용성 항목들을 비교 분석한다. 활용성과 접근성을 선형 회귀 분석으로 분석한 결과 우리나라는 OECD 국가 중 최하위였다. ICT 접근성은 30개국 중에 28위이고, ICT 활용성은 31개국 중에 31위이다. 이는 2008년부터 우리나라에서 ICT 교육을 체계적으로 실시하지 않는 점이 그대 반영되었다. 앞으로 미래 사회의 주역이 될 학생들을 위해서 2000년도에 실시한 ICT 교육을 빨리 실시해야 한다. It is in the vortex of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in all areas of our society. Education is no exception. We all know that software is at the center of the education in the 4th industry revolution. It is very important for students to survey the ICT background in order to be good at software education. The OECD PISA has surveyed ICT background of students in a three-year cycle from 2003. This study analyzes PISA ICT statistical data based on the data released in April 2017. We compare and analyze the availability and usability items among the 81 items of the ICT background of the students. The results of linear regression analysis showed that Korea was the lowest among OECD countries. ICT availability is ranked 28 out of 30 countries and ICT usability is ranked 31 out of 31 countries. This reflects the fact that ICT education is not implemented in the country since 2008. For the students who will be the leaders of the future society, ICT education that had implemented in 2000 should be carried out quickly.

경기용 마필의 흔히 발생되는 부종의 종류, 발생기전 그리고 EQUIDRAIN을 이용한 치료적 방법의 임상적 고찰

말의 관절(articulatio)이나 인대(ligament), 건(tendon), 건막(lacertus) 및 윤상인대(ligamenta annularia)에 생기는 부종(edema)은 말과 관계되는 모든 사람에게는, 즉 말을 기르는 사람, 말을 관리하는 사람, 그리고 또한 말과 관계되는 모든 수의사에게 늘 접하지 않으면 안되는 병 증상 중의 하나이다. 말이 자신의 능력을 최대한 나타내기 위해서는 부종이 없는, 소위 말하는 ‘깨끗한(clear)사지’를 가진 말의 상태(condition)가 되지 않으면 안된다. 부종은 말에게서 눈에 보이지 않는 만성적인 능력 감퇴를 일으킬 수 있고 때로는 심한 통증을 유발 시키므로써 심한 파행(laemness)을 유발하기도 한다. 그럼으로써 오랫동안 운동경기나 일반 승마에 이용을 하지 못하고 강제적인 휴식 상태로 가지 않으면 안될 때가 종종 있다. 수의 분야에서 지금까지 응용되고 있는 치료방법에는 말에게 휴식을 처방하는 것 외에 압박붕대를 착용 후 운동요법(평보, 수영 등)으로 치료를 하거나 찬물을 이용하는 방법, 열을 방생하는 연고(warm ointment)를 그 위에 바른다든지, 항염증 치료제(antiphlogistica), 이뇨제(diuretica)혹은 부종이 생긴 부위를 주사바늘 등을 이용하여 그 속에 들어 있는 액체를 빼어 내는 방법(punction)등이 이용되어왔다.
