EnerISS is a software system in which a state-of-the-art urban energy control technology is integrated. This system is ultimately aimed at developing energy-saving, ubiquitous-ecology city, usable in city planning and operating steps. As a branch module of the EnerISS, EnerISS Solution(Modeler/Viewer) was developed to visualize energy distribution, demand and consumption status of a target city. This visualization tool operated by city planers, energy-monitoring engineers, and even consumers is expected to virtually derive an energy conservation and efficient use/supply. First of all, the tool should be able to model space and buildings of the target city in terms of accurate geographic information and to express real-time energy information. One part of the packages, called EnerISS Modeler was therefore developed to build the GIS-based city models in which energy data can be input. The software package contains various user-friendly background functions such as create, open, save, view, navigate, etc. This paper is introducing the development process, theoretical background, and functional explanation for the developed modeling software. One city model was selected as an application example to examine and demonstrate the applicability and efficiency.

The development of a new building system which can produce inexpensive quality housing is needed for the supply of affordable housing. The increase of labor cost due to the lack of building technicians and the decrease of skilled craftsmen prevents inexpensive quality housing from being distributed without difficulty. OSM construction method that shortens the duration of field construction and maximize the factory work to improve the quality of construction is environment-friendly in that it has the high percentage of reusing materials. In this study in order for affordable housing to be diffused using module unit adapted OSM system, the standardized roof panel is suggested and system which can be put together easily with less intial cost is developed to minimizes the cost of framework. Also the system which uses module unit and panel structure to make long span and to prevent overlapping subsidiary materials as well as the system which improves execution process and maintenance due to using module unit is introduced.
모듈러 건축물의 내력벽 2시간 내화성능에 관한 실험적 연구

To higher the buildings, fire resistance performance is needed following the purposes and dimensions of the buildings. Especially, two hours fire resistance performance should be satisfied for the buildings above the 4th floor and under the 12th floor. In the case of load bearing walls with steel stud, two hours fire resistance performance have never been recognized in Korea. This study was conducted to investigate two hours fire resistance performance of load bearing walls with steel stud in structural elements of modular buildings. Test specimens in this study were redesigned in the basis of typical load bearing walls used in Europe and North America. The load bearing walls ensuring two hours fire resistance performance were suggested from the test results of this study. The load bearing walls with fireproof board of 45mm thickness secured two hours fire resistance performance in this study.

In recent years, one of the common problems for the world has been the high price of oil. Because of that, every country is trying to cut back on emissions of greenhouse gases. According to Bali roadmap, all the nations have to bring forward the amount of cutback on emissions of greenhouse gases. Even at the meeting of G8 summit, they made this issue on the top of the list of agreements. In Korea, lots of researches have been made on this issue in building constructions using New Renewable Energy, and through improving the efficiency of energy in buildings. However we have not done much about using Hydrogen fuel cell on this issue. Even though many researches have been done on Hydrogen Fuel cell itself for some time, it actually has not been used in buildings, just in plants. In this research, by looking into the developing cases of building construction using Hydrogen fuel cell to cut back on emissions of greenhouse gases in other countries, we suggest how Carbon zerohouse should be evolved.
해외 OSM(Off-Site Manufactured)공법 기술 요소 및 사례 연구

The purpose of this study is to indicate the guideline in domestic technology development by investigating and analyzing technologies on OSM construction methods in advanced countries. The OSM construction methods were initiated from the Europe and U.S.A, and the market has been expanded gradually. Presently, the OSM construction methods are applied widely in the real construction sites. In the Germany and United Kingdom, large companies are manufacturing modular units used as the OSM system. In the case of the United Kingdom, Yorkon, Terrapin, Caledonian, Corns, Ayrframe, and Britspace are representative companies producing OSM module units. In the Germany, Alho, Caldolto, and SABU are very large companies producing the module units and Rannela Metals is a representative company producing the module units in the Finland. They are continually developing the OSM system using the modular units.

The purpose of this study is to propose a urban energy monitoring visualization environment in the context of the U-Eco City R&D Project. As the smart control of energy resource increases its importance for the sustainable growth of the built environment, how to monitor the energy usage in the city becomes the foremost task. Such a monitoring system should be accessible non only to the suppliers and decision makers, but to the consumers providing customized views and comprehensive information. Advances in major visualization systems show the integration of wide-area geographic information with the environment data, fed with real-time monitoring data. On the other hand, some research-oriented systems command user-oriented features such as multiple layers of information, metaphoric way of data representation, and logical LOD. We have analyzed these R&D efforts and conceptualized the energy monitoring system which combines the 3D geographic platform with urban spatial information model in a dynamic way. Advanced user-oriented features have been also integrated into the design of user interfaces. The system will is being developed towards the application of testbed and will eventually be used for the monitoring and control of U-Eco city energy supply.

이 논문에서는 최근 관심을 모으고 있는 강재프레임 모듈러주택의 건식 바닥시스템을 대상으로 바닥충격음 차단성능을 확보하기 위하여 시도된 다양한 바닥구조의 실험결과에 대하여 제시하고 있다. 실험결과, 단위모듈 건식온돌 바닥구조는 완충구조로서 액체몰을 사용한 바닥구조 D31(D32)를 사용하는 조건에서 경량충격음의 경우 주택건설기준 등에 관한 규정에서 정하고 있는 바닥충격음 차단성능의 1등급 수준의 확보가 가능하고, 중량충격음의 경우는 바닥충격음 차단성능의 최저등급이기는 하나 기본적인 성능의 확보가 가능한 것으로 평가되었다. This paper presents various attempts to secure the floor impact sound insulation performance on the dry floor system of steel framed modular house that lately attracted domestic attention. Test results show that in the condition of using dry floor system of D31(D32), the light-weight impact noise performance records the top level in the floor impact sound insulation performance grading system. the heavy-weight floor impact noise performance meets the minimum sound level limit in the floor impact sound insulation performance grading system that enacted regulation on housing construction standards.
강재 프레임 주택형 모듈러의 경제성 분석: 벽식구조인 도시생활형주택과의 사례비교를 통해

노동집약적 현장중심의 습식공법의 한계로 인해 기술집약적이고 공장생산방식인 유닛 모듈러 공법이 주목을 받고 있다. 국내에서도 유닛 모듈러 공법을 개발하여 학교, 기숙사, 군막사 등에 활발히 적용하고 있으나 주거용 건축물에는 적용하지 못하고 있다. 그 이유는 거주성능에 대한 검증이 부족하고, 경제성에 대한 확신이 부족하기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구는 모듈러 공법의 기술발전과 주거용 건축물로의 적용을 활성화하기 위해 모듈러 주택의 경제성을 분석하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 건설원가만을 단순 비교했을 때 모듈러 주택의 건설원가는 약 6.2% 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 모듈러 주택의 장점인 공기단축이나 공장생산을 통한 생산성을 제고할 경우, 모듈러 주택의 건설원가는 벽식구조 주택과 비슷한 수준이 될 것으로 판단된다. The technology-intensive unit modular method of factory production method is attracting attention by the limit of the labor-intensive and field centered wet construction method. In recent years, the unit modular method has been applied to the construction of schoolhouse and BOQ(bachelor offices' quarters), dormitories, etc. But the modular method still is not used in housing construction by the lack of verification of resident performance and construction cost. Therefore, this study analyzed the economics of modular house to vitalize the constructed residential building by modular method and to develop the modular method. According to the study results, the construction cost of the modular house was analysed more about 6.2% expensive than that of the existing housing. However, if the construction duration of modular house is shortened or the productivity of modular house is increased, the construction cost of modular house will be similar to the that of the existing house.
