사회인 야구 참가자의 성취목표성향이 운동지속수행에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 사회인 야구 참가자의 성취목표성향이 운동지속수행에 미치는 영향력을 규명하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 서울 및 경기 지역에서 활동 중인 사회인 야구 참가자 281명을 편의표집한 후 설문조사를 실시하였고 불성실하게 응답한 2명분의 설문을 제외한, 279명의 자료를 최종분석에 활용했다. 본 연구 참가자의 기초배경을 파악하기 위해 기술통계분석을 실시하였고, 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 확인하기 위하여 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하고 Cronbach’α 계수를 산출했다. 다음으로 사회인 야구 참가자의 성취목표 성향과 운동지속수행에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위하여 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 도출 된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성취목표성향의 하위요인 중 과제목표성향은 운동지속수행의 하위요인 경향성, 가능성, 강화성에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성취목표성향은 하위요인 자아목표성향은 운동지속수행의 하위요인 가능성, 강화성에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of achievement goal orientation on athletic performance of baseball players. In order to achieve the research purpose, the survey was conducted after 'convenient sampling' of 281 baseball players, who are active in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and 279 people except for unfaithful responses were used for the final analysis. In order to identify the basic background of the research participants, a 'technical statistical analysis' was conducted, and 'exploratory factor analysis' and Cronbach'α coefficients were calculated to confirm the validity and reliability of the measurement tool. Next, the correlation analysis and the multiple regression analysis were conducted to examine the influence on the achievement goal orientation and athletic performance of baseball players. The results from this study are as follows. First, task goal orientation among sub-factors of achievement goal orientation had a positive effect on tendency, likelihood, and reinforcement of subfactors of athletic performance. Second, it was found that the achievement goal orientation was a subfactor.

학교스포츠클럽 진흥관점에서 바라본 지역사회와의 연계를 위한 협력적 로컬거버넌스 평가지표 개발

This study aims to develop an evaluation index for collaborative local-governance to promote school sport clubs, which would be able to enhances internal stabilities of the governance connected with related local institutions, associations and schools. To achieve the purpose, this study adopted delphi technique as a research method. As a result, a total of 69 index were created based on 23 evaluation criteria and 3 evaluation categories(starting conditions, collaborative process, and collaborative evaluation). Most evaluation index were highly agreed by the panel, but some index such as role sharing, trust enhancement, and responsibility were relatively lower than other index. In conclusion, it was discussed the significance of the evaluation index based on some crucial index such as connecting to the lifetime sport and managing sport clubs based on educational value. Lastly, this study suggested further discussions and studies on analyzing more cases of collaborative local-governance as well as developing more evaluation index in order to enhance the effectiveness of collaborative local-governance. 본 연구는 학교스포츠클럽 진흥 관점에서 협력적 로컬거버넌스 평가지표 개발을 통하여 학교스포츠클럽과 지역사회가 원활한 협력체계를 구축하여 학교스포츠클럽이 지향하는 본연의 교육적 가치를 실현할 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목 적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 델파이 조사를 활용하였으며 연구의 결과는 3개 평가범주(선행조건, 협력과정, 협력평가)에 따라 23개의 평가준거가 설정되었으며 이를 기반으로 총 69개의 평가지표가 최종적으로 도출되었다. 대부분의 평가지표의 합의도는 높게 나타났으나 일부지표(역할분담, 신뢰형성 및 책임감)는 전문가들에 의한 합의도가 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 결론에서는 협력체계 지속을 위한 몇몇 중요한 평가지표(평생체육으로의 연계와 교육적 가치를 기반으로 한 클럽활동 및 운영)를 중심으로 학교스포츠클럽 진흥 관점에서 협력적 거버넌스 평가지표 활용에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점을 토대로 평가가 실효성을 담보할 수 있도록 협력적 로컬거버넌스 사례의 재평가와 평가지표의 확대를 위한 후속 논의가 필요함을 제언하였다.
