        심리학으로 바라본 항공교통관제사 인지능력

        Aviation safety issues have drawn much attention from the international community due to the growing demand for air travel. Although it is a widely accepted fact that human-related factors are closely linked to aviation safety, there is lack of understanding what roles those factors play in aviation, in the field of air traffic control in particular. It has been reported that the role of air traffic controllers significantly affects air safety. This review will discuss cognitive aspects of expertise in air traffic control including time perception, working memory, reasoning, perception, attention, scanning/vigilance, decision making, and planning with examples of how each aspect can be dealt with in performing air traffic control duties. The relevant studies in psychology have also been briefly reviewed in the interest of enhancing understanding of characteristics of air traffic control tasks and the related human factors. This review concludes with a call for more in-depth research into cognitive factors in air traffic control.

        항공관제 전문성 수준에 따른 시각정보 판독과 미래정보 예측 차이

        Many studies have shown that having perception of spatial information is important for air traffic control officer (ATCO) since it helps them understand the current situation and predict the situation it leads to. However, little or no research has been done to investigate if there is any difference at the levels of expertise in perceiving spatial information and predicting a prospective situation. This study investigates the difference between expert and novice ATCO groups in how accurately each group of ATCO perceive spatial information such as position, altitude, speed, and flying direction, and predicting such information they will encounter shortly. In completing a task to watch the movement of airplanes displayed on the computer monitor as a blip, the participants were asked to predict the position, speed, and the altitude of the aircraft in a minute by marking on the sector map. The results show that the expert group performed better in accuracy and had tendency to overestimate on position and altitude; however, no significant difference was found between the two groups in terms of reading a flying direction. Therefore reading a flying direction may not be a reliable indicator to judge expertise of ATCO. But the expert group shows better predicting performance by perceiving spatial information such as airplane's position and altitude with feeling on time. The study suggests that it is important to enhance perceptive skills in ATCO training in improving their expertise in predicting accuracy traffic situation, preventing from air collision, and improving productivity for more efficient air traffic flow. A further study on the relationship between the perception of spatial information and the sense of time in predicting future information and effectiveness as an independent factor would contribute to providing more insights into expertise of ATCOs.

        사각 덕트 내부 열전달 향상을 위한 요철의 단락 효과

        The influence of arrangement and length of discrete ribs on heat/mass transfer and friction loss is investigated. Mass transfer experiments are conducted to obtain the detailed local heat/mass transfer information on the ribbed wall. The aspect ratio (width/height) of the duct is 2.04 and the rib height is one tenth of the duct height, such that the ratio of the rib height to hydraulic diameter is 0.0743. The ratio of rib-to-rib distance to rib height is 10. The discrete ribs were made by dividing each continuous rib into 2, 3 or 5 pieces and attached periodically to the top and the bottom walls of the duct with a parallel orientation The combined effects of rib angle and length of the discrete ribs on heat/mass transfer ae considered for the rib angles $({\alpha})\;of\;90^{\circ}\;and\;45^{\circ}$. As the number of the discrete ribs increases, the uniformity of the heat/mass transfer distributions increases. For $(\alpha})=90^{\circ}$, the heat/mass transfer enhancement with the discrete ribs is remarkable, while the heat/mass transfer performances are slightly higher than that of the transverse continuous ribs due to the accompanied high friction loss penalty. For $(\alpha})=90^{\circ}$, the average heat/mass transfer coefficients and the heat/mass transfer performances decrease slightly with the discrete ribs compared to the case of the angled continuous ribs.

        On February 12, 2019, the U.S. Department of Defense newly established and announced the "Defense AI Strategy" to accelerate the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology for military purposes. As China and Russia invested heavily in AI for military purposes, the U.S. was concerned that it could eventually lose its advantage in AI technology to China and Russia. In response, China and Russia, which are hostile countries, and especially China, are speeding up the development of new military theories related to the overall construction and operation of the Chinese military based on AI. With the rapid development of AI technology, major advanced countries such as the U.S. and China are actively researching the application of AI technology, but most existing studies do not address the special topic of defense. Fortunately, the "Future Defense 2030 Technology Strategy" classified AI technology fields from a defense perspective and analyzed advanced overseas cases to present a roadmap in detail, but it has limitations in comparing private technology-oriented benchmarking and AI technology's maturity level. Therefore, this study tried to overcome the limitations of the "Future Defense 2030 Technology Strategy" by comparing and analyzing Chinese and U.S. military research cases and evaluating the maturity level of military use of AI technology, not AI technology itself.

        항공부품 프레팅 손상 측정용 시험 장치 개발

        In this paper, a fretting testing machine is developed using ball-on-flat test apparatus. Precise micro-slip motion is produced by a linear stage. A relative displacement between a ball and a flat specimen is measured with a laser displacement sensor. Dry friction tests are conducted with AISI 52100 steel balls and cold-rolled high strength steel plates at room temperature and ambient humidity. The evolution of the kinetic friction coefficient is determined. Comparison between measured friction coefficients and those found in the literature is then carried out. Fretting tests with an electro-deposited coating are employed at an amplitude of 0.05 mm. Slip regime is identified with slip ratio. It is demonstrated that a developed testing machine allows determining the friction coefficient under fretting condition.

      • Relation between Earthward magnetotail flow and low-latitude Pi2 pulsations

        It has been suggested that oscillatory earthward bursty bulk flows (BBFs) in the magnetotail are driving Pi2 oscillations on the ground. However, only a few studies examined the BBF-driven Pi2 model. The goal of this study is to establish the relation between BBFs and Pi2s. In order to examine BBF-drive model, we will conduct the timing analysis between BBFs and Pi2s for the intervals during which both Pi2 and BBF are present. In our study BBFs are identified with earthward flow speeds up to 200 km/s from THEMIS probes with a geocentric distance between 7 and 12 RE in the nightside magnetosphere for the interval from January 2008 to March 2008. Pi2 pulsations are identified at three low/mid-latitude ground stations having different local times; Bohyun (L = 1.35, LT ~ UT +9 hr), Hermanus (L = 1.83, LT ~ UT +2 hr) and Carson city (L = 2.00, LT ~ UT -2 hr). It is found that ~28% of BBFs have onset timing nearly identical to Pi2 onset. To investigate whether there is high similarity in the waveform between BBF and Pi2 oscillations, the coherence analysis is applied to the time series of BBF and Pi2 events. We found that there is no high coherence between BBF and Pi2 oscillations. Thus our observations suggest that low-latitude Pi2 oscillations are not directly driven by earthward flow bursts.

        영화의 영향력과 현대 기독교적 적용

        본 논문은 영화의 경제적, 사회적, 문화적인 영향력을 고찰하고, 영화(문화)에 대한 기독교의 입장을 종합하여 현대 기독교에서의 적용 방안을 제안한다. 영화는 사회 전반부 모든 영역에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 현대인들은 과거 문자 시대에 문자 문화에 익숙해지기 위해 갖은 노력을 다했던 것처럼 영상 시대에 적응하기 위하여 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 영화를 대하는 기독교적 입장은 다소 소극적으로 보일뿐만 아니라 기독교적 대안에 대한 연구 논문도 비교적 적다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 Niebuhr의 문화에 대한 모형론과 그에 대한 신국원의 문화적 풀이, 그리고 이를 발전시켜 영화에 적용시킨 Johnston의 영화에 관한 태도와 Keller의 문화 참여 모델을 종합하여 분석하고 영화에 대한 “비평적 시야의 확장”, “사고의 정립”, “사고의 확장”의 단계별 방안을 제안하였다. 그리고 오늘날 대중사회에서 자연스럽게 경험하게 되는 다양한 문화에 대하여 기독교가 보다 적극적으로 대화의 가능성을 찾아 발전적 대안을 제시하는 연구들이 더욱 많이 나오기를 제언하였다. This study examines the economic, social, and cultural influence of films. The study also suggests several applications for Christian society through integrating some Christian viewpoints of films in culture. Films affect most of all areas of the society and modern people tried to get used to new culture of moving images, as we have done with the-character-culture, in the past. Many Christians, however, are shy about films and they have a few Christian applications to them. In this paper, researchers integrate the model of Niebuhr, Shin’s cultural viewpoint of Niebuhr’s understanding, and Johnston and Keller’s model about films developed from Niebuhr. Researchers suggest a step-by-step proposal containing ‘Extension of critical perspective’, ‘Establishment of thinking’, and ‘Expansion of thinking’ as Christian effort to communicate films effectively. In addition, more studies are suggested Christianity will find out more possibilities of dialogue and more positive alternative to communicate with diverse cultures that are naturally experienced in todays popular society.

        특집기획 : 기획주제 ; 지역학으로서의 한문학의 역할과 방향 모색 : 「유청평산기(遊淸平山記)」의 구조와 한문 교육 활용 방안

        본고는 「遊淸平山記」를 통해 유산기의 구조를 도출하고, 그 구조를 통해 학교 현장에서 어떻게 활용할 수 있는 방안에 대해 고민해 보았다. 「遊淸平山記」는 5단락으로 구성되었다. 이러한 구조는 유산기의 일반적 구조인 준비-실행-총평을 세분화한 형태이다. 「遊淸平山記」는 시간적 구성과 공간적 구성의 형태를 띠고 있다. 시간의 흐름에 따라 구성되어 있는 이 작품은 5월 4일과 5일 이틀 사이의 산행으로 이루어졌으며, 작자의 발걸음을 따라 새롭게 나타나는 유물과 자연경개를 충실하게 기록하고 있다. 단락의 구성인 章法을 살펴보면 豫伏法과 提綱法, 問答法 등의 수사법이 적용되었음을 알 수 있다. 주변 경물에 대한 묘사가 두드러진 곳과, 작자의 의론이 두드러진 곳도 보이며, 시각적 이미지와 청각적 이미지를 잘 살린 단락도 있다. 「遊淸平山記」는 다양한 수사법을 동원해가면서 단락을 구성하고 있고, 이와 같은 분석을 통해 작품을 이해하였을 때 심도 있는 작품의 감상과 이해가 될 수 있음을 보여준다. 개정된 교육과정의 변화 중 7차 교육과정과 다른 것 중의 하나는 산문 분야이다. ``글의 구조와 내용의 전개 방식을 활용한 글의 내용과 주제 이해``를 강조하는 교육과정에 따라 본고는 교과서에 실린 유산기를 구조를 통해 분석하였다. 이를 통해 그동안 이루어진 한자의 쓰임과 어구 풀이, 문장의 구조 등을 중심으로 산문을 학습하는 것을 지양하고 글의 구조와 내용의 전개 방식을 활용하여 글의 내용과 주제 이해를 하는 것이 작품을 이해하고 감상하는데 효율적이라는 것을 확인하였다. his manuscript identifies the structure of Yousangi from 「Youcheong pyeongsangi(遊淸平山記)」 and utilizing it in the class of school. 「Youcheongpyeongsangi」 is constructed with 5 paragraphs. This structure is the form subdividing the general structure of Yousangi that has preparation-practice-general review. 「Youcheongpyeongsangi」 is the form of spatial and temporal composition. The work with temporal composition deals with the hiking in two days of the May 4, 5th. According to author`s itinerary, the relics and natural landscape are faithfully recorded in the work. Rhetorical elements are applied in the paragraph structure. The rhetoric of 豫伏法, 提綱法, 問答法 is used. Some paragraphs put emphasis on the descriptions of the scenery of the season or author`s opinion. Other paragraphs show aural and visual images well. 「Youcheongpyeongsangi」 has paragraphs with different types of rhetoric. Therefore, it makes an in-depth understanding and appreciating the work to understand the work through analysis of the structure of the work. One of the differences between previous Educational Curriculum and the 7th Educational Curriculum Revision is about prose. This manuscript analyze Yousangi in textbook through structure responding to the 7th Educational Curriculum Revision emphasizing the understanding of contents and themes utilizing the structure and method of the text developing. From this, This manuscript identifies that it must be sublated to learn, focusing on Chinese characters in use, phrase explanation, form of the sentence and it is more efficient to understand contents and themes, utilizing the structures and methods of the text developing at appreciating works.

        투고논문 : 글의 구조를 활용한 한문 산문의 이해와 감상

        한문 과목의 고유한 성격을 강조하고 있는 개정 7차 교육과정 중 이전 교육과정과 다른 것 중의 하나는 ``산문``에 대한 것이다. 산문의 이해와 감상에서 지금까지 한문교육에서 간과하였던 부분인 ``글의 구조와 내용의 전개 방식을 활용한 글의 내용과 주제 이해``를 강조하고 있다. 현행 교과서들은 한자의 쓰임, 어구풀이, 문장 풀이, 문장의 형식, 문장의 표현 등으로 작품을 설명해왔다. 작품의 구성에 대한 분석 없이 해석과 문법 풀이 중심으로 이해와 감상이 이루어진 것이다. 그리고 모든 교과서가 작품의 전체적인 흐름과 관계없이 작품의 앞과 뒤 혹은 중간 부분을 생략하여 인용하여, 작품의 온전한 이해와 감상을 방해하고 있다. 본고는 한문 산문의 내용과 주제를 바르게 이해하기 위해서 글의 구조에 대한 이해가 선행되어야 한다고 본다. 글의 구조에 통하여 작품을 바라볼 때 ``산문의 이해와 감상``은 효율적으로 이루어질 것이다. 따라서 글의 구조 종류를 세분화한 후, 구조를 통해 구체적 작품을 분석하였다. 「鏡說」을 2단 구조로, 「朋黨論」을 3단 구조로, 「雜說」을 4단 구조로, 「師說」을 5단 구조로 분석하였다. One of the differences between previous Educational Curriculums and the 7th Educational Curriculum Revision emphasizing the inherent characteristic in Chinese character is about prose. The 7th Educational Curriculum Revision emphasizes the understanding of contents and themes utilizing the structure and method of the text developing. This has been overlooked so far in the understanding and impression of the prose. The current Chinese character textbooks had been illustrating the works of art with the phrase explanation, sentence explanation, form of the sentence, expression of the sentence, etc. The work s have been understood and appreciated focused only a grammatical interpretation. There is no analysis of the composition of the works. All textbooks omit and extract some parts of the work without considering the entire story. Therefore, it makes it hard to soundly understand and appreciate the work. This manuscript sees the understanding about the structure of the text has to be preceded to understand rightly the content and theme. When the work is understood in the structure, ``the understanding and impression of the Chinese character prose`` will be efficiently made. Therefore, this manuscript analyzes and explains concretely the woks after dividing the structure type of the text. This paper analyzes 「鏡說」 by 2 step structures, 「朋黨論」by 3 step structures, 「雜說」by 4 step structures, 「師說」by 5 step structures.

        상호이질적인 가구들에 대한 빈곤평가의 문제 - SPD(Sequential Poverty Dominance)방법을 중심으로 -

        빈곤측정과 평가를 수행하고 있는 많은 연구들은 상호이질적인 가구들이 얻는 효용수준의 비교가능성을 제고하기 위해 `가구균등화지수`를 일반적으로 사용한다. 이러한 과정은 가구의 상호이질성을 고려한다면 불가피한 것일 수 있다. 하지만, 가구균등화 지수에 대한 서로 다른 가정은 빈곤층의 가구구성과 가구유형별 빈곤수준에도 상이한 영향을 미친다. 이에 본 연구에서는 SPD(Sequential Poverty Dominance) 방법을 이용할 때, 가구균등화지수를 이용하지 않으면서도 가구의 상호이질성을 고려한 빈곤평가가 가능할 수 있음을 보이고자 한다. 또한 SPD 방법의 활용에 따른 유용성, 즉 SPD에 의한 빈곤평가 결과는 빈곤측정에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 빈곤지수와 빈곤선 등에 의해 영향 받지 않는다는 것을 보여준다. 나아가, SPD방법은 서로 다른 국가·지역·시기·제도 간 빈곤상태 비교 연구에 매우 유용하며, 비교결과에 대해 상대적으로 많은 사람들이 동의하거나 혹은 동의할 수 있는 영역을 찾을 수 있다는 점에서 매우 중요하다. 이에 향후 많은 연구들이 SPD방법을 활용하고 발전시켜, 보다 풍부하고 유용한 정책적 함의를 도출하기를 바란다. Most of the studies on poverty measurement and evaluation have assumed the households` equivalence scale for considering the different needs of heterogenous households. Such assumption, however, affects the composition of poor households and the effect of poverty alleviation by household type. This study investigates the usefulness and necessity of SPD (Sequential Poverty Dominance) in acquiring robust measurement and evaluation.
