ZaiGa₂O₄ thin film phosphors have been deposited using a pulsed laser deposition method on Si(100) substrates at a substrate temperature of 550℃ with oxygen of 100mTorr, and subsequently to investigate their photoluminescence characteristics after post-annealed at 600℃ and 700℃. As a result for X-ray diffraction, Ga₂O₃ shape appeared with increasing annealing temperature. The luminescent spectra show a broad band extending from 350 to 600nm peaking at 460nm. A post-annealing treatment of ZnGa₂O₄ thin films led to the different shape of luminescent intensity and grain size.
$BaTiO_{3}$ PTC 서미스터 입계의 전기적인 특성

$BaTiO_{3}$ PTC 서미스터를 제조하여 그 전기적 특성을 조사하였다. PTC 서미스터의 저항률은 $20^{\circ}C$에서 $200^{\circ}C$까지 $20^{\circ}C$ 간격으로 측정되었다. 이 시편의 ac 복소 임피던스 분석을 통하여 PTC 서미스터의 입계저항, 입계정전용량, bulk 저항 등을 조사하였다. 전자현미경을 사용하여 grain을 확인하고 평균 입경을 구하였으며 측정된 평균 입경은 $3.8{\mu}m$에서 $8.8{\mu}m$까지 되었다. 평균 입경은 소결온도가 높을수록 커지는 경향을 보였으며 최대저항률 증가비는 $4{\times}10^{5}$ 정도였다. Bulk 저항률은 소결온도가 $1340^{\circ}C$ 이상일 경우는 측정온도가 증가함에 따라 감소하였다. 측정온도가 증가할수록 입계저항은 n의 지수함수적으로 증가하였으며, 입계정전용량은 감소하고, 입계의 전위 장벽은 증가하였다. 입계전하밀도는 측정온도가 올라갈수록 증가하였으나, 측정온도가 약 $110^{\circ}C$ 이상일 경우 더 이상 증가하지 않았다. PTC thermistor has been fabricated with as-received $BaTiO_{3}$ powder and its electrical properties were investigated. The resistivity of the PTC thermistor was measured at $20^{\circ}C$ intervals from $20^{\circ}C$ to $200^{\circ}C$. The electrical characteristics of the PTC thermistor are determined by the ac complex impedance analysis. The average grain size measured with a scanning electron microscope increased from $3.8{\mu}m$ to $8.8{\mu}m$ with increasing sintering temperature between $1280^{\circ}C$ and $1400^{\circ}C$. The maximum resistivity jump was $4{\times}10^{5}$. The bulk resistivity of the thermistor sintered above $1340^{\circ}C$ decreased with increasing temperature of the measurement. The grain boundary resistance increased exponentially, the grain boundary capacitance decreased, and the built-in potential at the grain boundary increased with increasing temperature of the measurement. The charge densiy at the grain boundary increased with increasing temperature up to $110^{\circ}C$, which leveled off with further increase in measuring temperature.

Flow sensor was fabricated with PTC thermistor usually operating as thermostats. The PTC thermistor was manufactured with (Bao_(0.7);Sro_(0.3))TiO₃ powder and its resistivity as a function of flow velocity- was investigated. The resistivity changed from 4.45 ㏀·cm to 3.95 ㏀·cm as flow velocity varied 0 cm/s to 5 cm/s The sensitivities of the PTC thermistor were -204 (Ω·cm)/(cm/s) and -24 (Ω·cm)/(cm/s) at the flow velocity of 1 cm/s and 5 cm/s, respectively.

Variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems have recently attracted attention in many countries due to a variety of advantages over conventional system. Especially, the water-cooled VRF heat pump, including geothermal heat pump, is a system that accurately controls the flow rate of refrigerant for the improved efficiency under part load operation. This paper describe the process of generating the cooling and heating energy performance curve coefficients and performance expressions for modeling water cooled VRF system using EnergyPlus. Through this study, the process for generating performance curves can be implemented into EnergyPlus or other comparable building energy analysis tools for the long-term evaluation of heat pump under dynamic conditions.

In 3D TV driving methods, the shutter glasses method is the way alternating the left and right eye images of each output using a fast switching of the left and right glasses. When we see the television in 3D mode, the brightness is lowered because of shutter glasses. Therefore the viewing condition is changed by the brightness degradation due to the shutter method and the transmittance of the glasses. In this paper, in order to be close to image quality in 2D mode TV, it is proposed that the method which improves a falling-off in image quality because of decreased luminance of TV screen with shutter glass of 3D TV. The method adjusts colorfulness of 3D mode PDP TV to be analogous to colorfulness of 2D mode by calculating colorfulness under 2D mode viewing condition using CIECAM02. Through the experimental results, TV image qualities are improved by colorfulness increasing of 3D TV mode.
