The purpose of this study was to give to the way of training for the physical fitness factors for the players of Tae Kwon Do (TKD) demonstration and Gyurugi(Competition). The subjects, for the study, were samplied 8 Korea national TKD demonstration members and 8 sparring athletes who won the national level competition or raised prospective TKD demonstration team members selected by the coaches and instructors. The 10 physical ability tests that conducted in this study were as follows: grip strength, sit-ups, sargent jump, broad jump, harvard step test, Soda Pop test, SEMO test, sit & reach, blind balance, body reaction test, and coordination. The results and conclusions were as follows: 1. There were significant difference to the standing long jump, power factor, between two groups. That is, players of Tae Kwon Do Demonstration showed higher significant difference than Gyurugi (Competition)(p〈.01). In the factors of the Agility test, SEMO test showed higher significant difference and also Harvard step test which is the whole body endurance in the Gyurugi(Competition)(p〈.05). 2. As the results of the correlation among the all physical ability factors, there were higher significant different between standing long jump and standing broad jump as the power factors(r=.850, p〈.01). Also, There were higher significant different between Soda Pop test and grip strength as the coordination factors(r=.712, p〈.01)and between Soda Pop test and one leg standing balance test as the balance factors(r=.700, p〈.05). There were higher significant different between Soda Pop test and sit-up test as the muscular endurance factors(r=.597, p〈.05)and between sit-up test and grip test as the strength factors (r=.555, p〈.05). 3. The order arranged in physical ability for main fitness factor showed firstly power, secondly strength and coordination, thirdly flexibility, fourthly agility, respectably.

The purpose of this study is to improve people’s trust that effect of the lower limbs’ length of non athletes’s person on the sidestep test which is used as the test of agility and it aims to improve normal people’s reliable confidence through this measurement as one of the agility test batteries. 80 people, who are inexperienced to sidestep, are shared as 40 males and 40 females students studying to H university in Gyunggi-do. The tests are performed in two times to get data for analysis. The second measurement was performed after two weeks later from the first, it was the same method as first test. we rejected the persons who have different result between first and second test over. The result of the specific differentiation between males and females are as follows: Firstly, the male group showed the level of significant difference between first and second test, but there was not showed the significant difference on female’s Secondly, showing the result of male’s measurement, there was significant difference between the persons who has long and short lower limbs, but there was no significant difference on female.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate Isokinetic strength according to each optimal angle on peak torque of the hip and shoulder joints for the elite volleyball player. Subjects, 10 players in H university were selected for the measurements, which were isokinetic muscular strength to be performed optimal angle according to each two joints. They are based on maximal peak torque. The study has come to that conclusion as the result of the experimentation whose purpose is to spike more powerful than before, finding the Peak Torque and Joint Angle about it shown with Isokinetic exercise of Hip Joint, Shoulder Joint, when Spiking in volleyball 1. The Peak Torque am optimal angle degree of Hip Joint for spike performance in volleyball. To investigate the Peak Torque of optimal Joint, when it is measure by 30˚ /sec, the mean of the Peak Torque about Extension and Flexion measure 281.11Nm±79.16Nm, 234.33±48.20Nm, and revelation angle of the Peak Torque about Extension, Flexion measure 61.56±7.63˚, 48.89±19.28˚. 2. The Peak Torque am optimal angle degree of Shoulder Joint for spike performance in volleyball To investigate the Peak Torque of Shoulder Joint, when it is measured by 60˚ /sec, the mean of the Peak Torque about Extension and Flexion measure 72.90Nm±7.98Nm, 46.60±6.60Nm, and revelation angle of the Peak Torque about Extension, Flexion measure 68.50±13.07˚, 136.90±11.62˚.

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the power, which is the most important factor in various sports as an ability to display the power in sports activity, is different depending on the muscular amount. For the purpose, the study performed standing long jump, medicine ball put and wingate anaerobic test to analyze the correlation between power and muscular amount in anaerobic power. The study results are as follows. First as shown in 〈Table 2〉, the result about the correlation between man`s power and muscular amount in anaerobic power was significant as f=940.89 and p<.05. Second, as shown in 〈Table 3〉, the result about the correlation between woman`s power and muscular amount in anaerobic power was significant as f=424.45 and p<.05. Third, with regard to man`s power and muscular amount in anaerobic power, soft lean mass and wingate correlation coefficient was r=.469, showing very significant(p<.01) correlation. Soft lean mass and medicine ball put correlation coefficient was r=.364, showing significant (p<.05) correlation. However, muscular amount and standing long jump correlation coefficient was r=-.007, showing insignificant correlation. Fourth, with regard to woman`s power and muscular amount in anaerobic power, muscular amount and medicine ball put correlation coefficient was r=.606, showing significant (p<.01) correlation. Wingate was significant as r=.504 but standing long jump was not significant as r=.096.
