재정비촉진사업의 시행 시 주민들간의 갈등과 낮은 재정착률이 문제가 되고 있다 이연구에서는 중규모도시를 사례로 주민 특성을 분석하여 재정비촉진사업을 활성화하는 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 변수로는 주민의 주거특성 중 주택소유 여부와 거주기간, 소득, 자산규모, 재정비촉진사업에 대한 찬반 여부, 사업시행 후 재정착 여부, 재정착 시 선호하는 주택유형으로 구분하여 설정하였다. 이러한 변수로 설정한 가설에 대한 검증 결과 재정비촉진사업 시행에 대하여 주택소유자에 비하여 세입자가 반대하는 비율이 더욱 높았으며, 20년 이상 장기거주자는 단독주택을 선호하는 비율이 높았다. 따라서 재정비촉지사업의 시행 시 사업시행에 대한 주민의 동의와 선호 주택유형 등 주민들의 특성을 고려하여 사업을 추진하여야 할 것이다. There are several social problems such as trouble between housing owners and tenants, and low resettlement ratio in the regeneration promotion district. The purposes of this study are to analyze resident characteristics in the regeneration promotion district in local small and medium-sized cities, and to show the way to activate the regenration promotion projects. In this study, the independent variables are house ownership and the period of residence. Dependent variables are the agreement of the regeneration promotion project, resettlement ratio when the project is done, and the preferred housing type. The results show that the tenants get higher resettlement ratio than homeowners. In addition, long-term residents shows higher preference of single-family homes than short or medium-term residents. From this study, it can be insisted that the resident characteristics should be investigated carefully when regeneration promotion projects are conducted.
공동주택에 적용된 공용 수직덕트시스템의 풍량제어방식에 따른 에너지소비량 예측에 관한 연구

This study was carried out to predict the amount of energy consumed by a ventilator installed in the terminal end of a common duct system. It is in which that the partial load control is generally performed. The air volume rate for the central ventilation system of the kitchen and bathroom of each household in an apartment is exhausted through a common duct system regardless of the position of each household within the complex. This air volume rate should be the same regardless of the location of each household. Since the common duct system is installed vertically, and is installed ventilator in terminal for the effective ventilation. Also, the pressure difference of each household increases with the vertical height. Thereby, the air volume rate exhausted on each household becomes different. KARSE has established a standard for constant static pressure ventilators with a constant flow rate damper in the branch duct of the common duct system. A control strategy for partial load control that can save energy must be considered in ventilation systems with common ducts. This paper compares the energy consumption of two control methods and suggests an energy saving control system.

As the importance of ventilation increases, interest in related standards is also increasing. However, the current design standards for ventilation system are mixed with design standards for each purpose of the building, and problems such as establishing terms need to be solved. The purpose of this paper is to revise the existing design standard for ventilation facilities by reflecting related domestic and overseas standards. The design standards were revised by combining domestic facility manuals and information such as the American society of heating, refrigerating and air conditioning engineers(ASHRAE). The revised design criteria are outdoor air inlet, outdoor air volume, exhaust and exhaust volume, and air grade directly related to ventilation. The amendments to each standard were described with appropriate examples. The design standards revised in this paper are expected to help standardize ventilation facilities and design engineers in the future

This technical standard stipulates technical matters necessary for the design of the HVAC system to be installed in order to maintain a comfort indoor thermal environment while maintaining good indoor air quality in a commercial building. To achieve this purpose, the establishment of these technical standard aims to realize a clean and comfort indoor thermal environment by suggesting minimum performance that components of an HVAC system should possess.
