        외부전계 인가에 의한 조화용융조성 LiNbO<sub>3</sub> 결정의 주기적 분극반전

        When an electric field higher than a characteristic coercive field is applied to a ferroelectric such as $LiNbO_3$, the orientation of the spontaneous polarization is reversed, which causes the reversal of the sign of odd-rank tensor properties such as electro-optic and nonlinear optic coefficients. A fabrication process of insulator and periodic external field assisted poling of a z-cut $LiNbO_3$ have been optimized for a periodic $180^{\circ}$ phase inversion along z-axis. The poling jig and the poling control system, fully controlled by a computer, for high quality and reproducible PPLN fabrication have been devised. Periodically polarization reversed PPLN was adjusted based on the fabricated thickness of insulator. The poling structure of PPLN was observed under a microscope after etching PPLN samples by an etching solution ($HF:HNO_3$ = 1 : 2) for about 15 min.

        Students with hearing problem is poor at vocabulary comparing to peer, so occur difficult situation not only daily life but all learning place.It is very important for them to be taught how to enrich vocabulary and searched several strategies.Therefore this study is meaningful to conduct if Mind Map gives lots of influence to students with Hearing Problem in the parts of Vocabulary.

        염기용액을 이용한 태양전지용 실리콘 기판의 절삭손상층 식각 특성

        The surface etching characteristics of single crystalline silicon wafer were investigated using potassium hydroxide (KOH) and tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH). The saw damage layer was removed after 10min by KOH 45wt% solution at 80?C. The wafer etched at high temperature (90?C) and in low concentration (4wt%) of TMAH solution showed an increased etch rate of silicon wafer and wavy patterns on the surface. Especially, pyramidal textures were formed in 4wt% TMAH solution without alcohol additives.

        The purpose of this study is find out the characteristics on SLN(Sign Language Name) of Students with hearing impairment who attend school for the deaf and teachers who work in school for the deaf and examine the strength and weakness as their viewpoint on SLN(Sign Language Name) and check up how to improve the issues on their SLN(Sign Language Name). To achieve this purpose, this study are employed 100 students with hearing impairment and 40 teachers. Because current using SLN(Sign Language Name) is that the emphasis focused upon the scar and weakness or the specific part of face or body, there appear many issues. This study suggest that we should have consideration for giving bright, sound, beautiful SLN(Sign Language Name) of content like oral name when give SLN(Sign Language Name).

        참관실습에서 나타나는 예비특수교사의 장애학생에 대한 인식 및 관계 변화에 대한 질적 연구

        본 연구는 참관실습이 예비특수교사들에게 특수교육에 관련된 다양한 문제인식을 변화시킬 수 있는 계기가 될 수 있는지 탐색해 보았으며, 질적 연구방법을 사용하였다. 연구 자료는 구조화된 질문지, 면담, 참관실습 일지를 통해 수집되었으며, 이외에도 여러 가지 문서들을 활용하였다. 본 연구는 예비특수교사들이 참관실습을 통해 장애학생에 대한 어떤 인식변화와 관계 변화를 겪게 되는지와 참관실습의 운영에 있어서 문제점과 개선 방안을 알아보았다. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the field observation practice provides would-be special education teachers with a chance to change their awareness relating to special education. A qualitative research method was used for this study. Data was collected by a structured questionnaire, interviews, field observation practice journals, and other documents. The results of this study informed us what change of awareness about, and relationship with, students with special needs would-be special education teachers experience through the field observation practice. It also informed us problems in the process of the field observation practice and strategies to solve them.

        청각장애 대학생의 경험에 기초한 독해력 및 문장력 향상을 위한 교수-학습 전략 탐색

        The purpose of this study is to offer basic data which benefit students with hearing impairment to elevate ability to read and understand, and ability to compose, by rethinking direction for their language instruction through finding out various learning methods which helped them acquire present comprehension and composition, and analyzing it. The subject was selected 3 students with hearing impairment who attend C., D., N., university. The teaching and learning strategies for improving their comprehension and composition drawn from this study are as follows; First, it should be focus learning methods upon a system organically such as making it holistic approaches. Second, it should be developed various reading instruction program fitting to them. Third, in curriculum management, it should be shift curriculum management to inclusive theme under the school circumstance. Fourth, it should be done multi-media approach applying various media materials for problems solving. Fifth, it should be stressed necessity of various language instruction for students with hearing impairment.

        청각장애 학교교육과정 실행 결과의 평가

        The study is to find out what are educational outcomes, after applying programs developed for restructuring school curriculum of deaf school. The educational outcomes are as follows; ① maintenance of the bright face and establishment of self-identification, ② philosophical reformation in school based curriculum for the deaf, increase of competencies, ③ increase of the literacy ability, ④ increase of the intimate spirits in environments for the deaf as ecological approach and making togetherness of peer group. ⑤ assimilation of the teaching experiences of the senior teachers for the deaf.The demerits of the educational outcomes which mean problems for guarantee the effective school curriculum are as follows; ① difficulties in teaching between beginning teachers and skilled teachers ② difficulties in decreasing of the teaching hours, payment of the teaching allowance both the two teachers in cooperation teaching of the same class, ③ difficulties in managing teaching hours and managing teaching of teachers in subject-centered teachings, ④ have a crisis in self-esteem due to difficulties in expressing their manpower.

        귤피 펙틴 유래 효소적 가수분해물의 세포 보호 효과

        Pectin은 식물 세포벽의 주요성분으로 과실이나 채소류의 세포막이나 세포막 사이의 엷은 층에 존재하며, 고점도의 수용성 다당체로 염과 pH에 의한 점도 변화가 심하며, 알코올류와 만나 gelation 되는 특징을 가지고 있다. 식품분야에서 펙틴은 점도의 증가 및 겔 형성제로 사용되어 왔으나, 화장품 분야에서는 그 사용이 극히 제한적이었다. 본 연구에서는 pectin 효소 분해물의 분해 정도 및 분자량 분포를 정확히 확인하기 위해, HPLC (GPC)를 이용한 분석 조건을 확립하였으며, 생물 전환 공정을 통해 저분자량 pectin oligomer가 형성되는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고, 2종의 효소에 대한 저분자량 pectin oligomer 생산 최적 조건 실험을 진행하여 최적 생산 조건을 확립하였으며, 이로 부터 제조한 pectin 효소분해물에서 저분자량 pectin oligomer를 선별적으로 분리하는 공정도 개발하였다. 이러한 공정을 통해 제조된 저분자량 pectin oligomer 소재 LMPH A 와 B는 약 200 ∼ 2,700 Da 정도의 분자량 분포를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. LMPH A와 B의 생리활성을 확인한 결과, 2종 모두 항산화 활성을 보였다. 게다가, 이들이 pectin 및 D-galacturonic acid 보다 상대적으로 우수하며, 농도의존적으로 증가함을 보였다. 또한 자외선(UVB)에 의한 피부세포의 광손상 및 이로 인한 apoptosis를 방어하는 효과를 나타내었다. 세포 활성화 효과 측정결과는 LMPH A, B 모두 0.025% 이상의 농도에서 세포 활성화 효과를 보였으며, 농도가 0.5%에 이를 때까지 농도 의존적으로 증가하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히, LMPH B의 경우, 0.5% 농도에서 약 30%, LMPH A도 약 22%의 매우 우수한 세포 활성화 효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론적으로, 본 연구를 통해 개발된 2종의 LMPH가 우수한 생리활성과 동시에 우수한 안전성을 보임으로써, 향후 화장품 소재로 응용 가능성이 매우 높을 것으로 기대된다. Pectin, a naturally occurring polysaccharide, has in recent years attracted considerable attention. Its benefits are increasingly appreciated by scientists and consumers due to its safety and usefulness. The chemistry and gel-forming characteristics of pectin have enabled to be used in pharmaceutical industry, health promotion and treatment. Yet, it has been rarely used in cosmetics because of its incompatibility with many cosmetic ingredients, including alcohols, and unstable viscosity of pectin gels under various pH and salt conditions. However, low-molecular-weight pectin oligomers have excellent biological activities, and depolymerization of pectin to produce cosmetic ingredients would be very useful. In this study, we attempted the development of cosmetic ingredients using pectin with an excellent effect on human skin. We developed a bio-conversion process that uses enzymatic hydrolysis to produce pectin hydrolysates containing mainly low-molecular-weight pectin oligomers. Gel permeation chromatography was used to determined the ratio of hydrolysis. The molecular weight of the pectin hydrolysates obtained varied between 200 and 2,700 Da. The two newly developed low-molecular-weight pectin hydrolysates, LMPH A and B, had higher anti-oxidative activities than pectin or D-galacturonic. Exposure to UVB radiation induces apoptotic cell death in epidermal cells. Annexin V binding and propidium iodide uptake were measured by flow cytometry to evaluate UVB-induced cell death in HaCaT cells. Both LMPH A and B reduced UVB-induced cell death and increased cell proliferation by 22% and 30% at 0.5% concentration respectively, while pectin had no significant activity. In conclusion, this study suggests that the newly developed low-molecular-weight pectin hydrolysates can be used as safe and biologically active cosmetic ingredients.
