        본 논문의 목적은 대학생의 인터넷 중독에 영향을 주는 요인에 대한 분석을 통해 대학생의 정신건강을 위한 공적프로그램 도입에 대한 함의를 제공하는 것이다. 분석자료는 을지대학교 강남 을지 병원 중독연구소에서 대학생 453명을 대상으로한 설문지이다. 설문조사에 사용된 설문지는 인터넷 중독을 측정하는 인터넷 중독 척도(Young척도), 불안을 측정하는 불안척도(STAI)와 우울을 측정하는 Beck의 우울척도(BDI)로 구성되었다. 분석결과 첫째, 연령 및 학년은 인터넷 중독에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 나이가 어릴수록, 학년이 낮을수록 불안과 우울에 빠지기 쉬웠다. 셋째, 무엇보다 불안이 대학생의 인터넷 중독에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인이었다. The purpose of this research to suggest implications on introduction of public-program for college students` mental health through analysing the factors which impact on internet addiction of college students. The analysing data is questionnaire intended to 453 college students in Kang- Nam Eulji hospital addiction institute. The questionnaire consisted of internet addiction scale (Young-scale), anxiety scale (STAI) and depression scale (BDI). This study reveals three main findings. Firstly, age and grade have an effect on internet addiction. Second, the younger, the lower grade, they are likely to be depressed and anxiety. Third, most of all, the anxiety has the most effect on internet addiction of college students.

        여자 청소년의 초경시기에 따른 흡연 및 음주행위

        Objectives: The aim of this study was to identify differential impacts on smoking and drinking behaviors according to early menarche. Methods: 31,277 Korean female adolescents who had undergone menarche were included. Among them, 1,822 participants(5.8%) who experienced menarche in elementary school under 4th grade were assigned to early menarche group and others were was assigned normal menarche group. Using 11th(2015) Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey, logistic regression analysis was conducted. Results: Adjusted confounding variables were analyzed and it was found that both drinking and smoking behaviors were higher in early menarche group. The participants with early menarche showed higher risk of non-daily smoking(OR=1.39, 95%CI=1.18-1.63), light daily smoking(OR=1.64, 95%CI=1.14-2.35) and moderate-to-heavy daily smoking(OR=3.15, 95%CI=2.02-4.92). Also, in the drinking behaviors, the risk of light and heavy drinking was higher than those of normal menarche group. Conclusions: Finding of this study showed Early menarche adolescents were associated with heavy smoking and drinking behaviors compared to normal menarche. Further studies are needed more evaluations.

        어머니 출생국가가 다문화 청소년의 인플루엔자 예방접종에 미치는 영향: 제13차(2017년) 청소년 건강행태 온라인조사 자료 분석

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of the mothers' native country on influenza vaccinations in adolescents in multicultural families. Methods: Data were gathered from the 13th (2017) Youth Risk Behavior Web-Based Survey. Logistic regression analyses were conducted using a complex sample data analysis method. The participants in this study had a father who was born in Korea and a mother born outside of Korea. The sample included 481 adolescents. Results: The analysis of non-adjusted confounding variables showed that influenza vaccination was higher in multicultural adolescents whose mother's native country had an annual minimum temperature less than $21^{\circ}C$ (odds ratio [OR]: 1.81, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.20~2.74). Furthermore, when the analysis was adjusted for confounding variables, an annual minimum temperature less than $21^{\circ}C$ in the mother's native country had a statistically significant association with influenza vaccination (OR: 2.12, 95% CI: 1.36~3.29). Conclusion: Multicultural adolescents belong to a socioeconomically vulnerable class, and their health promotion behaviors are influenced by their mothers' culture. Thus, healthcare providers and school nurses should provide adolescents with appropriate information related to influenza vaccination depending on their mothers' culture and their family's cultural background.

        여성 사무직 근로자의 혈중 비타민 D 결핍에 영향을 미치는 위험요인

        Purpose: Vitamin D is a fundamental element for bone metabolism. Recently vitamin D deficiency has been implicated in various diseases such as a cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancers. The aim of this study was to identify the risk factors associated with serum vitamin D deficiency among women office workers. Methods: We selected 369 women office workers using the secondary data of the 5th National Health & Nutrition Examination Survey 2010-2012. Data was analyzed by logistic regression of complex sampling design. Results: Women office workers with vitamin D deficiency, defined serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D concentration < 10ng/mL, were 12.5%. The risk factors for vitamin D deficiency were 20s aged group, married state and more than 40 working hours a week. The risk of vitamin D deficiency was decreased in those with alcohol drinking 1 to 4 times a month. The education level, income, region, smoking, physical activity and sun exposure time did not affect the risk of vitamin D deficiency significantly. Conclusion: Development of vitamin D deficiency prevention educational programs are required for women office workers who more than 40 hours a week in 20s. It should be considered health education including sun exposure duration and behavior.

        통합교육 속의 장애학생에 대한 예비교사의 인식과 경험

        본 연구는 통합교육 속에서 장애학생에 대한 예비교사의 인식과 경험은 어떠한지를 알아보고, 예비교사들에게 지원해야 할 통합교육의 내용과 체계적인 지도방법 및 장애학생들에 대한 태도 등에 대하여 기초적인 제언을 하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 B시, D시, J시에 소재한 대학의 사범대학과 교육대학 학생 357명을 대상으로 하였고, 설문지를 배부해 수집한 결과와 이에 따른 질적인 부분을 분석하여 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통합교육의 현장에 배치되어 있는 장애학생에 대한 예비교사들의 전반적인 인식과 관련하여 교사의 교수능력에 대한 인식이 가장 긍정적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비교사들은 통합교육 속에서 장애학생들의 전반적인 학급활동의 경험들보다 과제수행에 대한 노력의 필요성에 긍정적인 경험이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 예비교사들은 장애학생들을 친구로는 생각하지 않는다고 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 대해 논의하였고, 통합교육에서 교사로서 역할 및 성공적 통합교육을 실행하기 위한 지원방안을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceptions and experiences of pre-service teachers toward students with disabilities in inclusive education, and to provide basic suggestions on the contents of inclusive education that should be applied to pre-service teachers, systematic guidance methods, and attitudes toward students with disabilities. To this end, a survey was conducted on 357 students of the College of Education and College of Education at universities located in B City, D City, and J City, and the results collected through this survey and the results obtained by analyzing the qualitative parts are as follows. First, the perception of teacher's teaching ability was most positive in relation to the overall perception of pre-service teachers toward students with disabilities who are placed in the field of inclusive education. Second, it was found that pre-service teachers had a positive experience in the necessity of task performance efforts rather than the overall classroom experience of students with disabilities in inclusive education. In addition, it was found that pre-service teachers did not think of students with disabilities as friends. These results were discussed, and a role as a teacher in inclusive education and a support plan for successful inclusive education was suggested.

        통합 환경에서 중,고등학생의 자폐스펙트럼장애학생에 대한 인식 및 수용

        본 연구는 통합 환경인 일반학교에서 자폐스펙트럼장애학생들과 함께 교육받는 중학생과 고등학생들의 인식 및 수용정도에 대해 알아보고, 통합교육의 현장에 활용될 수 있는 기초자료로 제공하고자 실시하였다. 이를 위해 광역시 A와 B, 중소도시 C의 총 9개중·고등학교에 재학 중인 일반학생 1073명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 빈도분석, 독립변인 t-검정, 일원배치분산분석, 요인분석, 상관분석, 신뢰도를 분석하여 자료를 처리하였으며 결과를 도출하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 중·고등학생의 자폐스펙트럼장애에 대한 신경생물학적 특성을 인식하고 있었지만 일반적특성과 학업수행 특성에 대해서는 구체적으로 인식하지 못하였고, 중학생과 고등학생의 인식차이는 있었다, 둘째, 자폐스펙트럼장애학생에 대한 특별한 경험은 적었으며, 일반적인 수용과 장점수용은 낮게 나타났다. 또한 중학생과 고등학생의 특별한 경험에 대한 차이는 있었지만 일반적수용과 장점수용에는 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 논의하였으며 통합교육의 대상자인 일반학생과 자폐스펙트럼장애학생을 위해 교육의 환경을 질을 개선하기 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. This study was conducted to analyze the degree of perceptions andacceptances of students who study in inclusive classrooms of the middle andhigh school where students with an autism spectrum disorder were integrated and to provide the results of this analysis as basic materials that can be used in the field of inclusive education. To do this, a questionnaire was distributed to 1073 students of the nine general middle and high schools in A and B Metropolitan City and C City, and the collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, independent variables t-test, one way ANOVA, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and reliability analysis. The obtained results were as follows: First, students of the general middle and high school had recognized the neurobiological characteristics for autism spectrumdisorder, but had not specifically recognized the general characteristics and theacademic performance characteristics. And there were perceptions`` differences of the neurobiological and academic performance characteristics between the middle and high school students. Second, there were a little special experience for students with autism spectrum disorder, and the general acceptance and the advantages accommodate for autism spectrum disorder were lower. There were differences in special experience of the middle and high school students, but no differences in the general acceptance and the advantages accommodate. Based on the discussions of these results, it was presented the lessons to improve the quality of education and the educational environment for the general students and students with autism spectrum disorder.

        게임놀이가 학습장애 아동의 자기조절과 부적응행동에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 놀이치료이론에 근거를 두고 게임놀이가 학습장애 아동의 자기조절과 부적응행동에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 목적으로 일반초등학교의 특수학급에 재학 중인 2명의 학습장애 아동에게 단일대상연구의 대상자간 중다기초선 설계를 하여 실시하였다. 총 8주 동안 15회기의 게임놀이프로그램을 수행하여 직접관찰과 일화기록, 면담 등을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 게임놀이가 학습장애 아동의 자기조절 향상과 부적응행동에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 도출한 연구결과는 첫째, 게임놀이는 학습장애 아동의 자기조절을 향상시키는 효과가 있었으며, 둘째, 게임놀이는 학습장애 아동의 부적응행동중 주의력결핍행동과 과잉행동 및 방해행동을 감소시키는 효과가 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 논의와 더불어 학습장애 아동뿐만 아니라 다른 장애영역의 아동을 위한 게임놀이의 학습적 및 정서·심리적인 중재 등 다방면으로 접근할 필요성을 시사점으로 제시하였다. This study was to conducted to verify the effects of game play on self-regulation ability and maladaptive behaviors of children with learning disabilities. The research method is the multiple baseline across subjects of the single subject research. Specific research questions are as follows. First, does the game play affect self-regulation ability of children with learning disabilities? Second, does the game play affect maladaptive behaviors of children with learning disabilities? For the analysis of results, the quantitative data and qualitative data were collected for the self-regulating and the quantitative data were collected for maladaptive behavior. To solve research problems and to obtain results of the study, the subject was 2 students with learning disabilities of special class in the elementary school. The game play program consisted of 15 activities and was carried out during the 8 week period, 27. August. 2012 ~ 17. October. 2012. The results which obtained through the analyse of direct observation and anecdotal record represent through the visual analysis using the graph. The research was divided into the three stages of the baseline, intervention, and a post-study investigation, adopting the game play as the independent variables, self-regulating ability and maladaptive behaviors as the dependent variables. The conclusions of this study were as follows: First, the game play has an effect on the improvement of the self-regulating ability(skill) of children with learning disabilities. Second, the game play has an effect on the reduction of the maladaptive behaviors of children with learning disabilities, especially of the behavior and attention deficit hyperactivity and disturbing behavior. It was improved as the session progressed, and maintained even after intervention session.

        장애학생의 진로와 직업을 위한 STEAM기반 경제교육프로그램 모형개발

        이 연구의 목적은 장애학생들의 진로와 직업을 위하여 STEAM기반 경제교육프로그램의 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 장애학생들의 학습권을 보장하고, 사회에서 독립된 구성원으로서 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 경제교육을 실시하기 위하여 선행연구를 실시하였고, 모형개발의 타당성을 확보하기 위해 전문가 내용타당도를 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, STEAM기반 경제교육프로그램의 모형은 STEAM기반으로 과학, 기술, 공학, 예술, 수학의 주제중심으로 전체적인 모형개요를 수립해 개발하였다. 둘째, STEAM기반 경제교육프로그램의 모형은 STEAM 학습준거 틀 및 STEAM 5영역을 토대로 경제프로그램의 8개 대영역, 18개 하위영역과 37개 문항으로 프로그램을 구성하였다. 셋째, 장애학생의 진로와 직업을 위해 STEAM기반 경제교육프로그램의 모형은 대학과 지역사회와 연계한 평생교육의 경제교육과 AR(증강현실)과 VR(가상현실)센터의 구축을 바탕으로 모형을 수립하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop a model of STEAM-based economic education program for the career and job of students with disabilities. Prior research was conducted to ensure the right of students with disabilities to learn and to play a role as an independent member of society. In order to ensure the validity of the model development, the results of the verification of the content validity of the experts are as follows. First, the STEAM-based economic education program model was developed by establishing and developing the comprehensive model outline based on the theme of science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics based on STEAM. Second, the model of STEAM-based economic education program was composed of 8 large areas of economic program, 18 sub-areas and 37 questions based on STEAM learning standard framework and 5 areas of STEAM. Third, based on the economic education of lifelong education linked to universities and local communities and the construction of AR and VR centers, the model of STEAM-based economic education program was established for the career and job of students with disabilities.
