본 연구는 재벌기업과 생산물시장에서 맺는 거래관계가 갖는 인증효과를 분석하기 위하여 재벌기업과 맺은 공급계약이 공급기업에게 미치는 영향에 대해서 살펴보았다. 정보비대칭으로 어려움을 겪는 기업은 인증효과를 통하여 성장을 이루기 위해 계약상 손해를 보더라도 재벌그룹 소속의 기업과 공급계약을 맺는다는 것을 발견하였다. 재벌그룹 소속의 기업과 공급계약을 맺은 기업의 가치는 정보 비대칭 문제가 클수록 낮았다. 또한 공급기업의 영업이익률은 공급계약 체결 후에 하락하는 반면 매출액은 공급계약 금액 이상으로 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 재벌그룹이 생산물 시장에서 공급기업의 품질을 인증하는 역할을 수행하여 양질의 기업들이 시장에서 인정받도록 하고 있다는 것을 암시한다. In this study, we investigate the effect of supply contracts signed with Chaebol companies in order to analyse the certification effect of trading relationships with Chaebols on suppliers. We find that the suppliers suffering from information asymmetry can sacrifice the direct profits gained from a supply contract with a Chaebol group member contractee while pursuing certification for further growth. The valuation of suppliers with a Chaebol group member as the contractee is lower when the suppliers’ information asymmetry is higher. The results also show that the operational margins of the suppliers deteriorate after obtaining a supply contract with a Chaebol group member, whereas the sales increase significantly more than the contract amount. These results imply that the Chaebol groups play a role in the certification of the product market and help quality suppliers achieve greater recognition.

한국시장에서의 뮤추얼펀드의 성과와 현금흐름 간의 중기적 관계

본 연구에서는 4개 뮤추얼펀드 유형을 대상으로 한국시장에서의 펀드 성과와 펀드 현금흐름 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 주별 및 월별 자료를 사용한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 양자 간의 관계는 펀드의 유형에 따라 다르게 나타나고 있으 며, 같은 주식형 펀드인 일반주식형 펀드와 인덱스형 펀드 역시 다른 결과를 보여주고 있다. 두 번째, 양자 간의 관계는 펀드 시장의 구조변화 이전/이후 기간에서 다른 양상을 보여 시장의 구조변화가 동 관계에 무시할 수 없는 영향을 미쳤음을 보여 주었다. 세 번째, 수익률을 추구하는 현금흐름(return chasing flow)은 채권형 펀드에서 가장 강하게 나타났으며, 일반주식형 펀드 및 MMF에서는 구조변화 이후 기간에서만 나타났다. 그러나 인덱스형 펀드에서는 전혀 관측되지 않았다. 네 번째, 펀드 현금흐름이 향후의 펀드 성과에 미치는 영향은 오직 MMF에서만, 그리고 구조변화 이후의 기간에서만 관측되었다. This study examines the relation between mutual fund performance and fund flows in Korean market using weekly and monthly data. The results are as follows. First, the relation between the two variables varies across fund types. Even the relations in equity fund and index fund are different from each other. Second, the structural change in the mutual fund market affect significantly the relation between the two variables. Third, return chasing flow is observed constantly in bond fund and it is observed only after the structural change for equity fund and MMF. However, no return chasing flow is observed for index fund. Fourth, mutual fund flows affect subsequent fund returns only in MMF after the structural change.

문화예술교육에 있어서의 노인만화 수업 활성화 방안 연구

최근 노년기의 정신적, 신체적 특징과 변화를 고려해서 노년층과 함께하는 예술 과정을 포함한 프로그램이 증가하고 있으며 일방적인 강의 형태가 아니라 함께 참여하며 체험할 수 있는 문화예술사업이 그림, 연극, 노래, 사진, 회화, 무용, 만화등 다양한 분야에서 이루어지고 있다. 다양한 문화예술 활동은 인간을 사회적, 정서적으로 성장하도록 돕는다. 노인의 문화예술교육은 노년의 삶을 좌우할 수 있는 중요한 활동임에도 불구하고 아직 교수법 및 프로그램의 다양성에서 한계를 보이고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 만화콘텐츠는 노인 문화예술교육을 위한 적절한 교구로서 충분한 기능과 가능성을 가지고 있다고 사료된다. 본 연구에서는 노인만화 창작을 중심으로 창작자 질적 연구를 실시하여 노인 문화예술교육에 있어서의 만화 수업 활성화 방안에 대해 고찰하였다. 분석결과, 노인 만화는 일상을 역동적으로 만들어 주는 재미있는 노년의 여가활동이면서 동시에 주변의 사람들과 연계되는 사회적 통로가 되기도 하였다. 만화를 통해 자신의 인생을 드러내 보이기도 했고, 떠나간 추억의 존재들을 재조명하는 성찰의 시간, 그리움의 시간이기도 하였다. 그러면서 외로움을 덜 수 있는 나만의 독특한 시간이었고 신체적 장애가 치료되는 효과를 보이기도 하였다. 그러나 그리는 과정에서 애로점도 경험하였는데 특히, 내가 그리고자 하는 것이 생각대로 잘 그려지지 않을 때 힘들었다고 기술하고 있다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 노인 만화가 갖는 다양한 유용성을 분석하고, 노인들에게 어떻게 적용될 수 있을지 논의해 보았다. In recent years, artistic programs considering both physical and psychological changes in old age have been implemented in various fields. These programs include participatory activities such as painting, play, singing, photography, dance, cartoon animation and so on. It is known that culture and art education programs lead people to emotional growth and social interaction. In particular, culture and art education for the elderly tends to affect positively on the quality of life. However, there are still lack of teaching methods and curriculums in the filed. It is considered that cartoon has a great potential as a teaching method of culture and art education for elderly. This study aims to discuss ways to vitalize the role of cartoon using the qualitative data of four elderly participants in culture and art education programs. The case study analyses reveled that cartoon program for the elderly not only plays a role to make their daily lives more enthusiastic but also provides a social passage to communicate to world. The Cartoon program designed for the elderly was a tool to reveal their inner world to others, and shed new light on their past memories, and long for the precious moments in life. At the same time, it was a meaningful time to lessen the depth of loneliness in old age, and even to heal their physical disability and emotional conflicts. The hardest part of drawing an cartoon was when it did not turn out as they wished. Based on the study results, the researchers explored the therapeutic usefulness of cartoon for the elderly, and discussed the ways to activate it in the field of elderly welfare.

본 논문은 드룹제어기법에 따라 다수의 전력원이 연결된 전력 시스템에서의 성능영향성을 분석하였다. 요구되는 서비스의 증가, 높은 수준의 신뢰성 수준의 만족 및 신재생 에너지원의 적용 확대 등의 이유로 인하여 다수의 전력원을 포함하는 전력 시스템의 적용이 통신분야에도 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 다수의 전력원이 연결된 에너지 시스템의 경우에는 전체 시스템의 전력흐름을 제어하는 관리체계의 적용이 필요하다. 분산식 에너지 관리를 구현하는 기법으로는 드룹제어가 전력계통에서 보편적으로 사용되고 있다. 이와 같은 드룹제어기법을 통신분야에 적용하기 위해서는 전력계통 분야와 상이한 여러 특징들을 고려할 필요가 있으며, 이에 본 연구에서는 가상 인덕턴스를 사용하는 드룹제어기법을 적용할 경우의 성능에 대해서 분석하였다. 가상저항을 이용한 드룹제어기법의 특징에 대해서 살펴본 이후, 가상 인덕턴스의 적용 배경 그리고 시뮤레이션 결과를 소개한다.

본 논문은 판매원의 경험에 따라 임금이 최적 임금이 어떻게 변화하는 지에 대하여 고찰하였다. 판매원의 경험이 판매 성과에 미치는 영향이 크지 않은 경우를 가정한 기존 논문과 달리, 우리는 판매원의 적정 수준이상의 경험이 판매원의 업무 능력에 필수적인 환경에서, 판매에 따르는 인센티브 보상제도가 항상 최적이 아님을 밝혀냈다. 이 결과는 기존 논문들에서 다루어지지 않은 현상일 뿐 아니라, 현업에서 드물지 않게 관찰되는 임금 보상 제도를 설명한다. This study explains about a phenomenon where the structure of the compensation plan for a single salesperson may vary as he/she gains experience. Unlike past studies that implicitly assume the limited effect on salesperson’s experience, our result predicts that a salesperson will make an effort at every period early in his/her career without any commissions in order to gain experience. However, if one cannot expect any marginal returns of accumulated efforts, the sales manager must provide commissions on the high volume of sales at each period, to facilitate a high effort of a salesforce at earlier periods. Our paper provides important implications about dynamics in the compensation plan, which has not been addressed in the past studies but has frequently been witnessed in practice.
