        사향소합원(麝香蘇合元)이 정상인의 뇌혈류역학에 미치는 영향

        Background and Purpose : Transcranial doppler ultrasonography(TCD) is a noninvasive and nonradioactive technique for evaluation of the hemodynamics in large cerebral vessels. Sahyangsohap-won(SS) has been considered to be effective for the treatment of various disease, especially cerebrovascular, cardiovascular, and psychosomatoform disorders. But, there is no study about the effect of SS on the cerebral hemodynamics in humans. The aim of this study was to assess the effect of SS on the changes in cerebral hemodynamics and the dose-dependant effect by using TCD. Subjects and Methods : 30 healthy subjects were randomly divided into three group: group 1 took no drug, group 2 took SS one pill, and group 3 took SS 2 pills. Changes in the mean blood flow velocity(MBFV) and pulsatility index(PI) in the middle cerebral artery were evaluated by means of TCD. We obtained hypercapnia with breath-holding and evaluated cerebrovascular reactivity with the breath-holding index(BHI). Systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), and heart rate(HR) were measured by means of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. In group 2 and group 3, the evaluations were performed during the baseline and were repeated at 20, 40, and 60 minutes after SS administration. In group 1, the evaluation was performed at corresponding time intervals. Results : In mean values of MSFV, PI, SSP, DBP, and HR, no stastically significant differences were found between the 3 groups. However, BHI values were significantly lower in groups 2 and 3 than in group 1 at 40 minutes after SS administration(P<0.05, group 1 vs group 2, group 1 vs group 3 by post-hoc analysis: Scheffe's test) but in dose-dependant effect, there was no difference between group 2 and group 3. Conclusion : These results suggest that SS can decrease vascular resistance in cerebral small arteries or arterioles and enhance their distensibility. Further studies on larger numbers of subjects are needed to confirm these effects and the dose-dependant effects.

        MLAT 지상 위치정확도 시험에 대한 성능 분석

        GPS 안전성에 대한 문제가 제기 되면서 ADS-B 대안 기술로 다변측정감시(MLAT; multilatration)시스템이 각광 받고 있다. MLAT는 항공기에 탑재된 트랜스폰더에서 송출되는 Mode A,C,S는 물론 1090ES(ADS-B) 신호를 지상의 여러 개의 수신기로 수신하여 항공기를 탐지하고 위치를 계산하며, GPS를 이용하는 ADS-B 수준의 위치 정밀도를 갖고 있으면서도 ADS-B와 달리 독립적으로 표적 위치를 계산 할 수 있다. 전 세계적인 환경변화에 따라 우리나라에서도 공항지역 이동차량 및 항공기 감시용으로 지역다변측정(LAM; local area multilateration)감시 시스템 개발 하고 있다. LAM시스템에 대한 지상 필드 시험을 태안 비행장에서 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 태안 비행장에서 필드 시험 중인 MLAT의 위치 정확도를 확인하기 위하여, 지상에서 고정된 타겟과 움직이는 타겟에 대하여 MLAT 트렌스폰더와 RTK Rover를 설치하여 MLAT의 위치 정보와 RTK의 위치정보를 확인하여, RTK에서 보정된 위치 정보와 MLAT에서 계산되어진 위치정보를 비교하여 성능을 분석 하였다. As a GPS stability problem arises, MLAT system is spotlighted as an alternative technology of ADS-B. MLAT system has a high position accuracy as much as ADS-B. Also, MLAT receives the mode A,C,S, and 1090ES(ADS-B) signals from the mounted aircraft transponder. MLAT receives signals from several receiver units and calculates aircraft positions. MLAT has ADS-B level positioning accurarcy using GPS and can calculate the position information with objects independently. According to global environment changes, Local area multiltilateration(LAM) surveillance system is under development for moving vehicles and aircraft detection in airport. These are still under testing in Tae-an Airfield. In the paper, we analyzed the performance by comparing the calculated position data from MLAT to RTK. In order to confirm the position accuracy of MLAT and the deviation of position data between fixed target and moving target on the ground during the field test in Tae-an Airfield.

        UAM 환경에서의 3D Point Cloud Data 지면/객체 분리 기법 연구

        최근 UAM(Urban Air Mobility)에 대한 관심이 도시의 교통 혼잡과 대기오염 문제 해결 방안으로 급증하고 있다. 하지만 UAM의 효율적인 운영을 위해서는 3D Point Cloud 데이터의 정확한 처리가 필요하며, 특히 지면과 객체를 분리하는 문제가 중요하다. 본 논문은 UAM 환경의 동적이고 복잡한 특성을 고려하여 지면과 객체를 효과적으로 분리하는 방법을 제안하고 검증한다. 우리의 접근 방식은 MEMS 센서로부터 얻은 자세 정보와 RANSAC을 이용한 지면 평면 추정을 결합하여, GPS 오차에 크게 영향 받지 않는 지면/객체 분리를 가능하게 한다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 이 방법이 UAM 환경에서 효과적으로 작동함을 보여주며, 도심 항공 모빌리티의 안전성과 효율성을 향상시키는 중요한 단계를 제시한다. 향후 연구는 이 알고리즘의 정확성을 높이고 다양한 UAM 환경에서 성능을 평가하며, 실제 드론 테스트를 진행할 예정이다. Recently, interest in UAM (Urban Air Mobility) has surged as a critical solution to urban traffic congestion and air pollution issues. However, efficient UAM operation requires accurate 3D Point Cloud data processing, particularly in separating the ground and objects. This paper proposes and validates a method for effectively separating ground and objects in a UAM environment, taking into account its dynamic and complex characteristics. Our approach combines attitude information from MEMS sensors with ground plane estimation using RANSAC, allowing for ground/object separation that is less affected by GPS errors. Simulation results demonstrate that this method effectively operates in UAM settings, marking a significant step toward enhancing safety and efficiency in urban air mobility. Future research will focus on improving the accuracy of this algorithm, evaluating its performance in various UAM scenarios, and proceeding with actual drone tests.

        항공 우주 해상 : KASS 비행시험 및 검사 시 고려사항 분석

        최근 운항경로 단축, 연료 절감, 운항시간 지연 축소, 항로 수용력 증대 등의 공역 혼잡해소 및 미래수요 대처에 대한 방안수립이 요구되어지고 있으나, 현재의 재래식 항행시설장비만으로는 한계가 있어 GNSS를 이용한 위성항법 광역보강시스템인 SBAS (satellite based augmentation system)가 고려되어지고 있다. ICAO는 2025년부터 SBAS를 활용한 항공기 운항을 권고하고 있으며, 우리나라도 이에 발맞추어 한국형 위성항법보강시스템인 KASS (Korea augmentation satellite system)를 개발 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 KASS 개발이 완료되는 시점인 2022년 이전에 KASS 비행시험 및 검사 절차를 수립하기 위하여 SBAS 비행검사 관련 ICAO 및 FAA 규정을 분석하고 도출된 기준 항목들은 향후 KASS 비행시험 및 검사과정에 참고 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Method establishment needs for recent shortening the flight path, fuel reduction, reduction of the flight delay time , increase of the route capacity like as relieve congested airspace and solving future demand. However, As the existing conventional navigation systems is impossible to be resolved. Hereupon, SBAS has been developed with using the GNSS. ICAO has recommended that SBAS need to be operated with aircraft operation from 2025, korea is also developing KASS in accordance with the recommendation. In this paper, before the 2022 KASS will be completed, KASS can be expected using for flight test and inspection as analyzing KASS flight test and relative specifications.

        근거이론을 통한 사회인 야구 현황과 문제점 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand the current status and various issues of the social baseball through 12 office workers who are participating in the second division of social baseball league. The summary of the conclusion of this study per research issue is as below. First, the number of baseball parks and facilities are insufficient and underdeveloped for the social baseball games and the indoor baseball practice parks are also scarce. Second, the lack of number of games allocated to a team and the regulation on time limit in the operation method of social baseball league are very insufficient to satisfy the players of social baseball who play the baseball as a hobby and also the order is constructed on the basis of players with outstanding skills due to competition in the league, causing a conflict between the key players and other players. Third, the players of social baseball who were baseball athletes in elite sports have dissatisfactions about the strict rules of the social baseball which are only applied to those who were baseball athletes in elite sports and needs elaborated regulations and environments to reflect the reality beyond a mere regulation. Fourth, despite the poor infrastructure, the fever of social baseball is playing a positive role in vitalizing the domestic sports. However, if the baseball association and baseball circles just remain satisfied with the reality without any continuous efforts and studies, the fever of social baseball will not be sustained and ultimately be depressed.

        공동주택 마감 모르타르 양생 기간에 따른 중량충격음 저감성능 분석

        In this study, we compared the heavy-weight impact sound reductions by bang machine and rubber ball according to the curing period of finishing mortar at construction sites of apartment. And the changes of reductions before and after mortar crack sealing were examined. As a result, it was found that the performance differences of impact sound insulation in single number quantity (SNQ, LiA,Fmax) were minimal after the 4-week curing period of the finishing mortar in case of the bang machine. Similarly, in case of the rubber ball, the performance differences were also decreased within 1.0 dB after the 4-week curing period. Therefore, it can be estimated that the curing period of the finishing mortar must be secured for at least 4 weeks for the reliable test result of impact sound insulation. In addition, the improvement of impact sound insulation (SNQ, LiA,Fmax) by mortar crack sealing were 0.8 to 2.5 dB for the bang machine. Even though the improvement for the rubber ball were insignificant in comparison with the bang machine, the results showed that finishing mortar crack sealing is an essential requirement to prevent deterioration in impact sound insulation.
