        한국여학생의 PHV , PWV 의 연령과 MIA 의 계산적인 방법의 비교

        PHV, PWV의 연령 계산법으로 Preece-Baines 방법을 사용하여 수학적, 생물학적 parameters외 각 변인을 산출하고, Preece-Baines 방법과 MIA을 이용한 Konishi의 방법을 비교 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 신장에 대한 수학적, 생물학적 parameters을 이용하여 ATO, HTO, VTO, APHV, HPHV 그리고 VPHV는 8.18세, 124.34㎝, 5.16㎝, 11.48세, 144.51㎝, 그리고 7.51㎝로 나타내었다. 2) 체중에 대한 수학적, 생물학적 parameters을 이용하여 ATO, WTO, VTO, APWV, WPWV 그리고 VPWV는 8.20세, 24.26㎏, 2.59㎏, 12.49세, 41.02㎏, 그리고 6.85㎏으로 나타내었다. 3) 신장의 MIA와 APHV를 비교해 볼 때, APHV가 MIA보다 0.48정도 빠르게 나타났으며, MIA와 APHV에 대한 상관은 r=0.49, t=-11.17로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p$gt;.0001). 체중의 MIA와 APWV를 비교해 볼 때, APWV가 MIA보다 0.85정도 빠르게 나타났으며, MIA와 APWV에 대한 상관은 r=0.54, t=-18.53으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p$gt;.0001). 결론적으로, MIA의 계산방법은 신장의 최대발육연령을 기준으로 하여 전, 후 1년의 증가량으로 계산되므로 성인신장에 대한 예측, 신장의 take-off의 속도, 그러고 PHV시의 신장을 알 수가 없다. 그러나 Preece-Baines의 방법은 수학적인 parameters와 생물학적 parameters를 이용하여 성인 신장의 예측, take-off의 신장, take-off의 속도, 그리고 PHV시의 신장들을 산출해 낼 수가 있으므로, 신장의 발육과정을 보다 정확하게 알 수가 있다고 사료된다.

        수영과 농구프로그램이 비만 아동의 신체구성과 체력에 미치는 영향

        Abstract : The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of swimming and basketball exercise program on decrease child`s obese. In this study, 71 schoolchild were consisted of swimming group 40 and basketball group 31 who have over 30% body fat. We measured changes of body composition and physical fitness, such as weight, body fat percentage, cardiorespiratory, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. The results by this study were as follows; First, in the swimming and basketball group were significantly decreased body fat percentage and were significantly increased weight. Second, the swimming group showed significant effect as for cardiorespiratory and muscle strength and the basketball group showed significant effect every variable like cardiorespiratory, muscle strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. By this results, we could verify that in the physical fitness change of obesity children is good basketball than swimming but, each groups didn`t show significant effect on difference value, we could check that more important thing for physical fitness change of obesity children is exercise periods.

        한국 여자 청소년 신체발육의 시대적 추이에 관한 검정

        The studies on changes over time in the physique have also been conducted from cross-sectional data in Korea, although the history is not as long. However, since cross-sectional data are used in these studies the earlier maturation of children cannot be verified even if it is shown that they are becoming larger. To verify an accelerated growth phenomenon, analysis of longitudinal data is essential. In this study we used past and present longitudinal growth data for height and weight of Korean girls. A wavelet interpolation model was applied to verify annual trends in physique, and the accelerated growth phenomenon in Korea was examined. The subjects were 433 girls in the final year of high school in 1995 and 304 girls in the final year of high school in 2007. The wavelet interpolation method was applied to longitudinal growth data for height and weight of these boys from the first year of elementary school until the final year of high school. The results showed that the 2007 girls were distinctly larger than the 1995 girls, and earlier growth was also confirmed. In addition, the number of mid-growth spurts was not changed between past and present, it might be difficult for appearance pattern of mid-growth spurt to judge because physical maturation rate in girls is earlier than in boys.

        수면박탈 시간별 최대운동에 따른 뇌파, 피로대사물질, 스트레스호르몬 변화 분석

        The purpose of this study is to investigate effects of sleep deprivation on the changes of EEG, fatigue metabolic substrate, and stress hormone following maximal exercise. All subjects were 10 male physical education students who had volunteered to participate in this study. Time of sleep deprivation were divided into four condition(sleep 8 h, 4 h, 2 h, and 0 h) by within subject of research method. All subjects were acclimatized to the experimental sleep condition by spending one night under experimental conditions. Blood CK, LDH, lactate, GH, cortisol, and epinephrine concentrations were measured at maximal exercise before, immediately and 20 min after exercise. Data were analyzed by means of ANOVA with repeated measures SPSS/PC+. The results are summarized as follows: Sleep deprivation has associated with decreased a-wave mental concentration in EEG. Blood CK, LDH, and lactate concentration following maximal exercise increased remarkably in sleep 0h than sleep 8h, and 4h. The changes of stress hormones following maximal exercise showed no significantly differences in time of sleep deprivation. In conclusion, sleep deprivation induced harmful effects on mental concentration and exercise recovery capacity however, the changes of stress hormone following maximal exercise were not directly affected by sleep deprivation.

        아동 및 청소년의 던지기 수행능력 발달

        본 연구는 남녀 아동 및 청소년의 던지기 수행능력의 발달과정을 알아보고자하는 목적으로 실시되었다. 남녀간에 생물학적인 차이가 비슷한 시기인 6세 아동부터 사춘기 전후인 16세 청소년까지 연령과 성별 각각 15명씩 총 120명의 남녀 아동 및 청소년들을 대상으로 멀리 던지기와 다트 던지기 정확성을 측정하였다. 각 피험자들로부터 수집된 자료는 연령과 성별로 분류하여 이원분산분석과 사후검정을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 남녀 아동 및 청소년들의 던지기 거리는 연령이 증가할수록 더 큰 폭으로 증가했고 남자가 여자보다 현저하게 높은 수행능력을 나타냈다. 그러나 6세의 경우에는 남녀간에 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 여자에 있어 6세와 9세간에도 유의한 차이는 없었다. 둘째, 남녀 아동 및 청소년들의 던지기 정확성은 연령이 증가할수록 더 큰 폭으로 증가했고 남자 아동들의 정확성이 여자 아동들보다 더 높았다. 그러나 6세와 9세의 경우에는 연령과 성별 모두 유의한 차이가 없었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate process of development in throwing performance ability. The subjects were 120 boys and girls from 6 to 15 years of age, motor performance tasks were far away throwing(distance throwing) and dart throwing(throwing accuracy). The results of 2-way ANOVA and post inspection according age and sex are as follows: 1. The difference of age in distance throwing increased further, as the age increased. And when boys and girls in distance throwing were compared, the boys threw farther far away than girls. But gender difference in distance throwing had no significant difference in cases of 6 years of age, and 6-9 years of age in girls. 2. The difference of age in distance accuracy increased further, as the age increased. When boys and girls in distance accuracy were compared, accuracy of boys was higher then girls. But the difference of age and gender in distance accuracy had no significant difference in the case of 6-9 years of age.

        규칙적 운동실시가 각 연령별 건강관련 체력에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to identify the different effect of exercise on age groups of men in their thirties of 14, forties of 13, fifties of 12, and sixties of 14. Resistance training, Yoga, and complex-training were conducted with same intensity to analyse the effect on health-related strength. The result of this study is as follows; Muscular strength on extensor-flexor of every joint in groups of men in their thirties and forties increased significantly after exercise. Muscular strength on extensor-flexor of knee joint and elbow joint showed significant increase in groups of men in their fifties and sixties. Maximum oxygen consumption showed significant increase only in groups of men in their fifties and sixties. FVC significantly increased in groups of men in their thirties and sixties. MVV significantly increased in groups of men in their fifties and sixties. Flexibility significantly increased in groups of men in their all groups. Among groups, Muscular strength on extensor-flexor of knee joint in groups of men in their thirties and forties was significantly higher than that in groups of men in their fifties and sixties. Muscular strength on flexor of elbow joint was significantly higher in groups of men in their fifties and sixties than that in groups of men in their thirties and forties. Maximum oxygen consumption showed more increase in groups of men in their sixties than that in groups of men in their thirties and forties. As a result, regular exercise showed positive effect on health-related strength in every age group. It is considered that referring to the particular change of health-related strength in each age group is useful for planning exercise program for increasing health-related strength.

        TW II 방법에 의한 11 세 - 16 세의 골성숙에 관한 연구

        This paper describes the differences in bon age 1) between male and female, and 2) among Korean, Japanese and Chinese adolescents, it also presents an estimated methodology of adult bone age through a regression analysis with adolescents bone age. The subjects of this study were sampled from 11-16 year male and female adolescent in Tongyoung City. The bone age was calculated by TWII maturity indication. The result of this study are as follows: 1) with the bone maturity for each variable of the TWII20 bone. in most cases, female get matured earlier male and the fusion of epiphysis and metaphysis has completed after 13 or 14 years. 2) With the skeletal ages of the Korean, the Chinese and the Japanese, the Japanese is the advance and the Korean and the Chinese follows them. 3) The regression analysis of the chronological age ad physique based on the TWII bone age shows that there is a big difference between males and females. Males show significant difference in the level of p$lt;.05 except the variable of weight, while female rarely shows significant difference in of height.

        48주간 수영참여와 성별이 비만아동의 체지방률 및 체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of 48weeks exercise and gender on the body fat and the physical strength of obese children. In order to this study, 41 students(male 23, female 18) were obese children with more than 25% of body fat percentage from the 4st to 6th grades of the elementary school in order to examine their changes of the body fat percentage and the physical fitness(cardio-respiratory, muscular strength, and flexibility). The results to obtain from the study were as follows; First, the result of body fat percentage and physical fitness according periods, the change of body fat percentage was significantly effects 1st than 2nd, 3th periods, and the change of cardio-respiratory, flexibility was not significantly effects each periods and muscle strength was changed significantly effects 3th than 1st, 2nd periods in the male group. The change of body fat percentage was significantly effects 1st, 2nd, 3th periods, and the change of cardio-respiratory, muscle strength was significantly effects 3th than 1st, 2nd periods and the flexibility was changed significantly effects 1st than 2nd, 3th periods in the female. Second, the result of body fat percentage and physical fitness between male and female each periods, the difference value of body fat percentage was significantly effects 1st to 2nd but was not significantly effects 2nd to 3th and 1st to 3th between male and female. The difference value of cardio-respiratory was significantly effects 1st to 2nd and in 1st to 3th but was not significantly effects in 2nd to 3th between male and female. The muscle strength and flexibility was not significantly effects each periods between male and female.
