Citrus grandis Osbeck pericarp is used as tea, herbal medicine, etc., but is not commercialized in various ways. So, in this study, we identified potential for use of Citrus grandis Osbeck as health functional foods, cosmetics and food preservatives. Methanol extract of Citrus grandis Osbeck pericarp was fractionated with hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and butanol, to quantitatively analyze total phenol and flavonoid, and investigate antioxidative and enzyme inhibitory activities. Total phenol and flavonoid contents were highest in ethyl acetate fraction, FRAP and ORAC results also revealed highest activity in proportion to total phenol content. DPPH radical scavenging activity revealed that ethyl acetate, butanol and dichloromethane fraction manifested highest activity without significant difference. However, dichloromethane fraction revealed higher TEAC value and tyrosinase inhibitory activity than ethyl acetate fraction, and hexane fraction manifested best results with superoxide radical scavenging activity and ${\alpha}-glucosidase$ inhibitory activity. Antimicrobial activity also revealed best effect in dichloromethane and hexane fractions. So, based on the following results, use of dichloromethane fraction as material of natural functional cosmetics, ethyl acetate fraction for health functional foods, and hexane fractions for pharmaceuticals and food preservatives, would be most practical for product development. 당유자 과피는 차, 한약재 등으로 이용되고 있으나 다양하게 제품화 되고 있지는 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 당유자 과피의 건강 기능성 식품 및 화장품, 식품보존제 등의 활용 가능성을 확인하였다. 당유자 과피 메탄올 추출물을 헥산, 디클로로메탄, 에틸아세테이트, 부탄올 순으로 분획하여 총 페놀 및 플라보노이드 정량 분석과 항산화 활성, 효소 저해활성, 항미생물 활성을 탐색하였다. 총 페놀 및 플라보노이드 함량은 에틸아세테이트 분획물에서 가장 높은 함량을 보였으며 FRAP과 ORAC 실험결과 또한 총 페놀함량과 비례하여 가장 우수한 활성이 측정되었다. 또한 DPPH radical 소거능 실험 결과 에틸아세테이트, 부탄올, 디클로로메탄 분획물은 유의적 차이 없이 가장 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 그러나 디클로로메탄 분획물은 TEAC 값과 tyrosinase 저해 활성이 에틸아세테이트 분획물보다 더 높은 활성을 보였으며 헥산 분획물에서는 superoxide radical 소거능 및 ${\alpha}-glucosidase$ 저해활성이 가장 우수한 결과를 보였다. 또한 항균 활성은 디클로로메탄 및 헥산 분획물에서 가장 우수한 효과를 보였다. 따라서 다음의 결과를 바탕으로 천연 기능성 화장품의 소재로는 디클로로메탄 분획물, 건강기능성 식품의 소재로는 에틸아세테이트 분획물, 의약품 및 식품보존제의 소재로는 헥산 분획물을 활용하는 것이 각 제품 개발에 있어 가장 유용할 것으로 사료된다.
The Analysis on the Possibility of Business Process Modeling using UML Activity Diagram

In order to survive in today′s competitive world, understanding the business process and how it works can be a key to success. Visualization improves understandability of business process for developers, and accompanies modeling. There are two modeling methods that are often used in the industry - standard BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) and UML activity diagram. This paper shows whether the activity graph of UML 2.0 draft can support business process modeling or not through comparing it with the BPMN features.

The aim of this study was to find the optimal conditions for using supercritical carbon dioxide as a solvent for extracting mountain ginseng adventitious root (MGAR), a potential functional cosmetic ingredient. The effect of extraction conditions (e. g., pressure, temperature and time) on extraction efficiency was investigated. The tested pressure and temperature ranges were 250 - 350 bar and 50 - 70℃ respectively, and 5% prethanol A solutions were used as co-solvents. Results showed that increases in pressure and temperature reduced total phenolic and total flavonoid content. Antioxidant capacity and enzyme inhibitory activity were assessed by Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC), ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) and tyrosinase and elastase inhibitory activity. There was good correlation among total flavonoid, antioxidant capacity, and tyrosinase and elastase inhibitory activity. This indicated that the total flavonoid content of the extract exhibits antioxidant activity and has enzyme inhibition ability. Animal tests have shown that extracts improve skin elasticity by affecting by affecting skin barrier function. Therefore, MGAR extract is likely to be used as a functional cosmetic ingredient to prevent aging through skin whitening and wrinkle reduction, thus generating high added value in the cosmetic industry.

Today, it can not be denied that customer's satisfaction is one of the most important key factors for business success. This paper studies relationships between customer's satisfaction and intention in multiplex, where customer satisfaction means several kinds of the satisfaction of both facility and personnels inside and outside multiplex while the intention means that customer has the intention that he/she will revisit, inform by word of mouth, and stay at multiplex in the future. The number of subjects in this study is 346 persons stayed at four multiplexes, among which we obtained valid responses from 326 persons through questionnaire investigation. We held hypotheses for the relationships, and for the testing, used methods are Spearman's correlation, Mann-Whitney test, etc, and for statistical analysis, SPSS 10.1 software was used. Thus, we found statistically significant results. The relation between customer's satisfaction and his/her favorable intention is positive. With the information given in this paper we can notice which kind of satisfaction is highly related to each intention of customer, so that multiplex can be operated more effectively toward high revenue.

Recently, internationally and domestically many business firms have confronted serious competitiveness, and they have been looking for how to be able not to perish and how to advance powerfully. One of the ways is to apply quality management system tools, where one of the most important goals is customer satisfaction. Customers exist inside and outside business firms. Without the full involvement of the latter customers, the powerful development of business firms would be but an empty dream. This paper studied consideration for the involvement of members in business organizations, its relationship with organization`s performance, member`s loyalty, etc. We found that various meaningful hypotheses hold, and they are necessary to be considered for the reinforcement of the active and positive involvement of employees.
