        Sport for All 의 발전현황 연구

        Sport for All in New Millenium appears to be globalized and regionalized in the way of participation with the growing interest in health and fast growing number of participants. The new wave of promoting elite sports is undergoing on the basis of Sport for All, which is heading for the advanced model. It is also expected that Sport for All movement will be linked to information and science with the vitality of civil sector. Therefore, the strategic way of promoting Sport for All in the era of New Millenium lies in the paradigm shift which Sport for All should be considered as a prime goal of the national development since Sport for All itself could perform a positive role as a promoter for the national development. Besides, there needs to be seriously considered that services to the people should be led by civil sect not by government. Lastly, promoting sport for all on the ground of elite sport and sport industry will be the answer to the best way of settling down lifetime sports and this will also be the shortcut to accomplish welfare state through sports.

        에어로빅스 훈련이 운동강도 및 에너지 소비량의 변화에 미치는 영향

        This researcher obtained the following conclusion, as the result to have examined the exercise Intensity and the consumption quantity of energy, by executing the aerobic training for 5 days per 1 week by 1 hour a day on 5 housewives whose age is 35-37 years old, so as to examine the effect of aerobic exercise. 1. the exercise intensity of aerobic dance showed as 58.84 % HRmax-78.86 % HRmax, before training, at the time of Warming-Up. And it showed the decreasing tendency as 54.22%HRmax-72.19% HRmax after training. But it didn`t show the significant difference statistically. In the Main-exercise, it showed as 80.86 % HRmax-88.14 % HRmax, before training, and it lowed by average 6beats or so as 74.32 % HRmax-82.97 % HRmax after training. And during 40-45 minutes of this exercise, significant difference showed before and after training. In the cooling-Down, it showed as 52.98 % HRmax-62.18 % HRmax after training. But the significant difference didn`t show. 2. The Oxygen Uptake of aerobic dance showed as 75 % /min, before training, at the time of Warm ing-Up. And it showed the decreasing tendency as 0.58 % /min after training. But it didn`t show the significant difference statistically. In the Main-exercise, it showed as 0.28 % /min, before training. And it showed the decreasing tendency by as 0.17% /min after training. And during 40-45 minutes of this exercise, significant difference showed before and after training. In the cooling-Down, it showed as 1.01ℓ/min before training, and it showed as 0.28ℓ/min after training. But the significant difference didn`t show. 3. The Consumption quantity of aerobic dance showed as 3.79kcal/min, before training, at the time of Warming-Up. And it showed the decreasing tendency as 2.96kcal/min after training. But it didn`t show the significant difference statistically. In the Main-exercise, it showed as 7.15kcal/min before training. And it showed the decreasing tendency by as 4.51kcal/min after training. And during 20-25 minutes of this exercise, significant difference showed before and after training. In the cooling-Down, it showed as 4.11ℓ/min before training, and it showed as 1.43kcal/min after training. But the significant difference didn`t show. Judging from the above result, the exercise intensity of aerobic dance executed in this study showed the high strength to give burden to housewives, and it is deemed that it has effect about the influence to affect the function of heart and lung. But it is considered that there must be more proper control of exercise intensity and the consumption quantity of energy, from the viewpoint of injury prevention and health

        This study is to review the massage effect on the physical body of the elderly people 6 eoderly people who reside in 00 city were included. The result is as follows. 1) Muscular power of the elderly people was improved by the massage effect 2) The sustainability of the muscular power of the elderly people was improved by the massage effect. 3) Muscular flexibility of the elderly people was improved by the massage effect. 4) Physical balancing power of the elderly people was improved by the massage effect.

        한국 무도의 학문적 현실과 전망

        무도가 학문이 되기 위해서는 그 학문적 지식 체계가 이루어져야 하며 체계를 세우기 위하여 탐구내용을 몇 가지로 구분하고 유기적으로 조직해야 한다. 개념추구를 위한 내용조직은 일반학문에서와 같이 본질론, 배경론, 스포츠론, 수행론 등의 새로운 패러다임을 적용해야 할 것이다. 이렇게 나아갈 때 우리의 무도학은 보다 큰 연구의 패러다임의 틀 안에서 국제적 학문으로 크게 발전해 나갈 것이다. 무도가 발전하려면 무도에 대한 지식이 학문적으로 체계화 되고 정리되어야 하며 무도의 지식이학문적으로 체계화되고 정리되려면 무엇보다도 무도교육이 잘 이루어져야 한다. 무도교육은 기술교육과 인성교육으로 대별할 수 있다. 기술교육은 체계화된 몸기술일 뿐 아니라 그러한 몸 기술을 이미 익혔거나 익히고자 하는 사람이라는 두 가지 의미가 함축되어 있다. 기술교육의 측면에서 보면 바른 운동의 방법, 스승과 제자의 의사소통의 합리화, 기본기의 형식과 내용이 정립되는 것이라 할 수 있다. 동양 3국의 대표적인 무도인 유도, 태권도, 우슈가 올림픽 종목과 아시아 경기대회에 정식 스포츠 종목으로 자리 매김하고 있다. 이는 무도 발전의 계기가 되고 있으나 지나친 경쟁으로 인하여 무도의 본질이 상실된 채 경기만을 강조되는 현상이 일어나고 있어 과정을 중시하는 정신적 면을 강조할 필요가 있다. 상대를 제압하는 것이 아니라 자신과의 싸움을 통한 자아실현의 무도 본질적 특성이 나타나야 할 것이다. 그러므로 21세기 정보화 시대에 와서 동·서양 스포츠를 막론하고 전통적인 가치 체계의 붕괴로 인한 도덕적 가치의 공동화 현상을 겪고 있는 현실에 무도의 완성이 인격의 완성이라는 전제 아래 무도 스포츠를 통한 도덕적 가치 회복으로 새로운 체육 문화체계를 정립할 수 있는 동양 무도 스포츠의 학문적 연구가 전망되고 있다. In order for martial arts to become a science, there must be an academic knowledge system, and to come up with a system, you need to divide up its content of exploration, and organize them systematically. For the organization of its contents for pursuing its concept, we would have to apply a new paradigm which includes essence theory, background theory, sports theory, and training theory like other general science. When we pursue this, our martial arts studies will take a great leap into becoming an international science within a paradigm of a broader research. If martial arts are to grow, there must be a systematic scholastic pursuit of martial arts in place, and in order for the study of martial arts to be systematic and be firmly in place, there must be a good martial arts education. Martial arts education can be broadly classified into technique education and character education. Technique education is not only a systematic physical technique but also is instilled with the meaning of a person who has already learned such physical technique or a person who wishes to learn them. From the aspect of technique education, it can be the method of proper exercise, the rationalization of communication between the master and his student, and the importance of fundamentals. The representative martial arts of the 3 oriental nations such as Judo, Taekwondo, and Wu Shu are establishing themselves as Olympic events and official sport events in Asian sports competitions. Although this is serving as an opportunity for martial arts to grow, due to excessive competition, the essence of martial arts is lost, and only the competition is being stressed. Therefore, there is a need to emphasize the spiritual aspect which lays stress on the process as well. It is not just about dominating the opponent but revealing the essential characteristic of martial arts which is self-realization through competition with oneself. Thus in the 21st Century, the era of information, where we are experiencing the cavitation of ethical values due to the collapse of traditional value systems regardless of Eastern or Western sports, with the premise that perfection of martial arts is the perfection of character, martial arts is forecasted as an academic study of Oriental martial arts sports that can establish a new sports cultural system by recovering ethical values through martial art sports.

        대학생들의 여가 스포츠 활동이 자기신체평가와 자아존중감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study was aimed to verify the relation of university students into the job, preparing for the future and looks at the center of the transition and conflict from the center of the flow of the body-oriented and recreational sports activities for students based on their level of body-esteem scale and self-esteem and distorted analysis of the relationship. Social emotions are going back to physical appearance and formed the basis for the correct values and beliefs that are intended to provide data. The difference between body-esteem scale and social factors, only one of several factors that showed significant differences. 대학생은 취업과 사회진출, 미래를 준비하는 과도기의 중심에 서 있으며 외모와 신체 지향적 흐름의 중섬에서 갈등하고 있는 대학생들의 여가 스포츠 활동의 정도에 따른 자기신체평가와 지9쁨중감의 관계를 분석하여 왜곡되어 가고 있는 사회정서를 거슬러 외모와 신체에 대한 올바른 가치관과 신념 형성을 위한 기초자료를 제시히는데 그 목적이 있다. C도 K대에 재학 중인 대학생 총 544명으로 유의적 표집방법에 의해 표본을 추출하고 자기평가 가입 방법으로 작성토록 하여 회수하여 일원 변량분석파 상관분석으로 실시하였다. 대학생의 여가 스포츠 활동은 자기신체평가와 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 참여요인 중 빈도는 자기신제평가 요인 중 자긍섬에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 시간 및 기간은 체중에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 자이존중감의 차이는 여러 요인 중 사회적 요인에서만 유의한 차이를 보였다.
