This paper describes Trans-less type utility interactive system that is combined with buck/boost chopper applying partial resonant method, which remove Trans, and high efficient PWM inverter. Therefore, it is possible to make it lightweight, to cut down the cost, and to improve its reliability. What the merits of this system are that we can transmit arbitrary power to load and utility regardless of generating voltage magnitude and we can always obtain high factor controlling by equal phase signal with utility.

This paper is a study if remote control system with KEN that is not only superior-manufacture ability-hardware; that is to say, the hardware is HMI/SCADA solution and it has been developed to sub-station and power management system, which is easy, fast and suitable for users to work with, but also compatible solution with domestic environment. Futhermore, the hardware has been developed by completely domestic technology with knowledge from various actual experiences. In the long run, for uninterruptible power supply to train, building, and factory, real time tele-supervisory control to power facilities.
최대 전력 평형/불평형 경계점 제어를 이용한 MPPT제어에 관한 연구

This paper proposes a simple MPPT control scheme of a based Current-Control-Loop system that can be obtains a lot of advantage to compare with another digital control method, P&O(Perturbation and Observation) and IncCond(Incremental Conductance) algorithm, that is applied mostly a PV system. An existent method is needed an expensive processor such as DSP that calculated to change the measure power of a using current and voltage sensor at the once. Therefore, it is applied a small home power generation system that required many expenses. But, a proposed method is easy to solve the cost reduction and power unbalance problems that it is used by control scheme to limit error of a current control of common sensor. This proposed algorithm had verified through a simulation and an experiment results on battery charger using PIC that is the microprocessor of a low price.

현재 화석연료에만 의존하는 에너지 시장을 변화시키고자 하는 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있는 가운데 신재생에너지(연료전지, 풍력, 태양광 등)를 복합적으로 활용한 분산전원시스템에 관한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이 가운데 풍력 발전시스템은 발전효율, 가격 측면 등에 있어 많이 연구되고 있다. 그러나 풍력발전시스템의 경우 난류가 되기 쉽고, 풍향이나 풍속이 수십초의 간격으로 변화하기 때문에, 바람의 에너지를 최대한 이용하는 최대전력점추종(MPPT)제어기의 역할이 가장 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 풍속과 풍차, 전력에 관한 정보를 사용하는 것으로 이전방식보다 간단한 MPPT를 제안하였다. 제안한 제어기는 시뮬레이션을 통하여 정격속도와 가변속도에서 항상 전력의 최대전력점에서 제어기가 동작하고 있다는 것을 검증하였다. Now, the study is activity that the energy market depending on a fossil fuel tend to change different way. In middle of the study compositive use of renewable energy(fuel cell and wind power, solar cell, etc.) is dispersion power system which concern is increasing. But in the case of generation of electric wind power system is changeable to be turbulence and wind and win speed are changeable in several seconds, so making the best of wind energy the MPPT that role in this case is important. In this paper suggest a MPPT which is making a use of information of wind speed and turning speed, windmill, electric power but it is simpler than former way. We could verify that a proposed controller working at the highest point of electric power when wind speed is regular speed and changable speed through the simulation.
추적조사를 중심으로 한 요추간판탈출증(腰椎間板脫出症)에 대한 오공약침(蜈蚣藥鍼)의 임상적(臨床的) 연구(硏究)

Objective : This study is performed for the purpose of examining the efficacy of the scolopendrid(Scolopendra morsitans L.) which has been to low back pain as a folk remedy. Methods & Results : Seventy patients with H.I.V.D. treated with the scolopendrid aquacupuncture and examined 4 tests; D.I.T.I., physical test, Oswestry disability index, and self-conscious pain rate were studied. And we follow up after discharge, we evaluated the present state and recovery period. Or we evaluated by herniated type and duration of onset. There was 58~97% of efficacy rate in each tests. Moreover, statistically valuable change in all 7 D.I.T.I. points and in disability index and in self-conscious pain rate was showed. Conclusion : The scolopendrid aquacupuncture is possible to be effective terating the H.I.V.D patients. So we suggest the possibility using this new remedy to the H.I.V.D. patients.
증예(症例) : Hemoclip요법으로 치료한 직장 Dieulafoy 병변 1예

직장의 Dieulafoy 병변은 하부 위장관 출혈의 매우 드문 원인이다. 최근 대장내시경의 발달로 진단과 치료가 용이하여 성공적인 지혈이 가능하게 되었다. 내시경적인 치료 방법에는 전기응고, hemoclip요법, 에피네프린과 경화제 주입, 밴드 결찰술 등이 있으며 상부위장에서의 지혈술과 크게 다르지 않다. 저자들은 68세 남자에서 직장의 Dieulafoy 병변으로 인한 대량 출혈을 내시경으로 진단하고 hemoclip요법으로 성공적으로 치료하여 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Dieulafoy`s lesion is an uncommon cause of gastrointestinal bleeding that occurs after rupture of an exposed submucosal artery. The majority of lesions are found in the stomach, but less commonly similar lesions have also been identified in the duodenum, jejunum, colon, and in rare cases, the rectum. A 68-year-old man with chronic renal failure who presented with massive hematochezia was subsequently found to have a Dieulafoy lesion in the rectum. The bleeding was successfully managed by endoscopic hemoclipping. We report a case of rectal Dieulafoy lesion in which bleeding was comtrolled by endoscopic hemoclipping.

The voltage resonating inverter has a defect in switching element that works at 5 or 6times higher than input voltage. Especially, it is very difficult to choose the switching device is very high for the 220[V]commercial voltage.<br/> In this paper, it is proposed the optimum method to realize the turbo 2000[W] power for induction cooker that is employed the 900[V] IGBT with decreasing operating voltage of the switching component by making the 220[V],1500[W] inverter through the clamp mode voltage resonating inverter.
