        본 논문은 무인화 시스템에 기대치가 높은 드론을 장기간 운용 시 발생하는 짧은 배터리 지속시간 문제를 해결하기 위해 작성되었다. 본 논문에서는 드론의 짧은 배터리 지속시간을 극복하기 위해 무선 충전 방식을 사용했고, 무선 충전이 설치된 랜딩 패드에 Aruco 마커를 부착해 영상처리를 사용한 드론의 정밀 착륙 방법에 대해 연구를 하였다.

      • 조난자 탐색을 위한 드론 네비게이션 시스템무인드론을 활용한 조난자 탐색

        본 논문은 산간 지역에 조난자가 발생하는 경우 무인 드론을 사용하여 의심 영역을 탐색(수색)하는 시스템을 제안한다. 드론이 조난자를 발견한 경우에 인근에 착륙하여 구조대가 도착할 때까지 버틸 수 있는 비상식량과 응급키트를 제공한다. 조난자 탐색을 위한 구역을 지정하고 그 구역으로 드론이 이동(네비게이션)한다. 장착된 카메라를 이용한 객체 감지 시스템을 통해 조난자를 탐색하여 조난자 근처에 드론으로 구호물자를 지급한다. 이후에는 계속해서 조난자를 탐색하도록 알고리즘을 지정한다. 무인 드론을 사용하여 제안하는 시스템을 구성하기 때문에 광범위한 영역을 동시에 여러 개를 사용하여 탐색하고 활용할 수 있다.

        도계처리 단계별 도체와 처리수의 세균오염 및 염소처리 효과

        This study was carried out assess the effect of the chlorine treatment into water for processing chicken products in each stage of slaughtering, with a special viewpoint related reducing the viable number of microorganisms by which the water and the chicken body were contaminated. The mean bacterial number on chicken samples after picking process was log5.37±0.20~5.84±0.16CFU/㎠. When assessed by standard plate count method, it was the higher one than any other processing stage in which eviscerating, pinning, packaging, and chilling was followed in order of the mean bacterial number. The coliform bacterial numbers on carcasses after sampling from different processing stages were log2.11±0.63~2.88±0.25MPN㎠, which show almost similar numbers in each processing stage. But, after chilling process the number was decreased slightly. The bacterial counts in the water for scalding and chilling showed log3.43±0.59~5.06±0.21 and log 4.30±0.21~6.62±0.33CFU/ml, respectively. In the coliform counts for the water taken out from the 2nd chilling tank, the number was log1.97±0.35~2.91±0.22MPN/ml which showed higher than those of the 1st and the 3rd chilling tank water. The effect of chlorination in reducing the bacterial numbers was accepted at the residual chlorine concentration of 1mg/l by showing the reduction from 108 to 104CFU level and the numbers were decreased less than 10CFU at the concentration of 5mg/l, when assessed by viable cell counts. In conclusion, these results suggested that chlorination in chilling water with final concentration of 5mg/l was strongly recommended to reduce the bacterial numbers on final chicken products.

      • 드론의 마커 및 딥러닝을 이용한 정밀 착륙 시스템

        본 논문에서는 기존의 GPS를 이용한 드론의 자동착륙에서 원하는 지점과의 오차가 발생하는 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 이러한 문제점을 마커를 이용하여 정밀 좌표를 계산하고 정밀 자동착륙하도록 진행한다. 그러나 높은 고도에서는 이 마커를 식별하는 것이 어렵다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 착륙패드를 본 논문에서는 추가적으로 구성한다. 딥러닝 영상처리를 통해서 높은 고도에서는 이 착륙패드를 인식하고 고도를 낮추며 착륙지점으로 이동한다. 특정 고도에서 마커가 인식이 되면 이를 이용하여 계산한 정밀 좌표로 자동착륙을 진행한다.

        합금철제조공정에서 발생되는 분진의 물성

        합금철 제조공정의 분진에서 재활용하기 위한 자료를 얻을 목적으로 분진의 압도와 형상 그리고 자성에 따른 조성을 조사하였다. 고탄소폐로망간과 실리콩망간의 제조공정에서 발생되는 분진의 메디안경은$6.0\mu\textrm{m}$이고, Ca함량이 25.4% Mn함량은 13.5%이며, Mn 성분은 주로 합금철의 산화물로 존재하기 때문에 입도분급이나 자력선별로는 망간의 품위나 실수율을 높이기 어려울 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 중 저탄소페로망간 제조공정의 분진 중에서 Bag Filter에 포집되는 분진은 $0.2~2\mu\textrm{m}$의구형이고, Mn 함량이 63.1%이며, 주로 $Mn_3O_4$로 존재하기 때문에 망간을 재활용하기 위한 좋은 원료가 될 수 있다. 또한 Cooler에 포집되는 부진의 메디안경은 $5.8mu\textrm{m}$이고, $13\mu\textrm{m}$를 기준으로 크게 2게 입단으로 나누어지며, 미립자의 입단에 $Mn_3O_4$의 구형입자가, 조립자의 입단에는 $Mn_{x}Fe_{y}O_{z}$의 속이 빈 구형입자와 ) $Ca(OH_2)$의 입자들이 농집되는 경향이 크므로 입도분급이나 자력선별로 Mn의 품위를 높일 수 는 있으나 실수율이 46%에 지나지 않았다. The study investrgated the properti es of lh$\xi$ dust~ from felToalloy manufacture, The chemical composition, composItron material, particle size and shapes of the bulk dust, sized dust and magnetically separated dust were llivestigated. As the result, we s suppose that the dust from HLgh Carbon Fenomauganesc Manufacturing Process is not sufficient as soource material of Mn because of the low Mn conteut (13.5%) aud complicated composition material The dust from Bag Filter of AOD Process is m mainly made up of $0.2~2\mu\textrm{m}$ $Mn_3O_4$ (Hausmatmite) particle in spherical shape and the Mn content is 63.1%. The dust from Cooler of AOD Process is mainly made up of coarse $Ca(OH)_2$ Mn, $Fe_yO_2$ $SiO_2$ and fine $Mn_3O_1$.

        This paper presents the design, development and performance of a power conditioning system (PCS) for application to a 250kW Molten Carbonate Fuel Cell (MCFC) generation system. A DSP controller was used to control the dc-dc and dc-ac converter operation for grid connection and power injection to the grid. The controller must also supervise the total PCS operation while communicating with the fuel cell system controller. A control method for parallel operation of dc-dc converters was proposed and verified. A 250kW prototype was successfully built and tested. Experimental performances are compared to minimum target requirements of the PCS for MCFC.

        원유로부터 Listeria monocytogenes의 신속검색을 위한 종합효소 연쇄반응법의 개선

        The present study was conducted to rapidly detect Listeria monocytogenes in raw milk. Specificity and sensitivity of polymerase chain reaction(PCR) technique, and direct PCR were examinded in raw milk, also were compared the calssical culture methods with PCR technique. This method used a pair of primers based on a unique region in the 16S rRNA sequence of L nomocytogenes. In the PCR specificity tests, each of the 10 strains of L monocytogenes tested gave a single 70-bp band. But the other six Listera spp tested gave negative results. Results of the sensitivity tests showed that as few as 2 CFU of L monocytogenes in pure cultures could be detected with 16S rRNA-based primers, L-1 and L-2. In different PCR cycles, a PCR product was detected with $10^3$ cells of L monocytogenes from 25 cycles to 50 cycles and the concentration of PCR products was cycle-dependent. Raw milk samopes added L monocytogenes cells gave negative results. However, these samplers gave a single 70-bp band by pretreatment of pronase, and PCR products were detected with $10^1$ cells of L monocytogenes. To detemine the most sensitive culture protocol to use in conjunction with the PCR assay, raw milk samples were inoculated with L monocytogenes at concentrations ranging from 1 to $5.7{\times}10^4CFU/ml$. PCR assays from Listeria enrichment broth(LEB) containing raw milk samples added L monocytogene EGD could dtect 10 cells in pronase-pretreated samples without incubation, and 1 cell of L monocytogenes in both 12 hr and 24 hr incubation, respectively. Isolation raw of PCR assays was similar to that of classical culture methods, but required time for detection of L monocytogenes could remarkably be reduced compare to culture methods.

      • 흰 쥐의 뒷다리 현수 후 집중 체중부하 트레드밀 훈련과 전기자극이 골격근 특성에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the treatment effect of three interventions on the disuse atrophy of rat hindlimb after two weeks suspension. Forty-eight 11∼12 weeks old female Sprague-Dawley white rats were divided into four intervention groups: 1) suspension only (S; n=10), 2) intensive weight bearing treadmill (IWBT; n=10), 3) electrical stimulation (ES; n=9), 4) 2)+3) (ES/IWBT; n=9). Another 10 rats received no intervention or hindlimb suspension and served as controls (C). After the interventions, 1) the cross-sectional area (CSA), 2) the ration of white muscle fiber composition (WMFC), 3) isometric tetanic tension (ITT), and 4) muscle weights (MWs) were measured from the four calf muscle specimens. The results were as follows: 1. In all intervention groups, the CSAs of medial and lateral gastrocemius (MG•LG), soleus(SOL), and flexor digitorum superficialis (FDS) decreased when compared to the control (C) group (p<.05). The CSA increased in FDS and LG for the IWBF group, in SOL for the ES/IWBF group compared to the S only group (p<.05). 2, The rations of WMFC in MG, LG, SOL, and FDS in creased compared to the C group for all interventions (p<.05). The ratios of WMFC decreased in SOL and LG for the IWBT group, in SOL for the ES/IWBT group compared to the S only group, and decreased in SOL for the ES/IWBT group compared to the IWBT group(p<.05). 3. The ITT in the MG, LG, SOL, and FDS decreased compared to the C group for all interventions(p<.05). The ITT increased in MG•LG/FDS, SOL, and the whole calf muscles(WCMs) in the IWBT, ES and ES/IWBF groups compared to the S only group(p<.05). 4. The WMs in MG•LG/FDS, SOL, WCMs decreased compared to the C group for all interventions(p<.05). The MWs increased in MG•LG/FDS and WCMs for the IWBF group, in SOL for the ES group, and in SOL for the ES/IWBF group compared to the S only group(p<.05). 5. In atrophied muscles, the IWBT group showed the best recovery and the ES/IWBT and ES groups followed in decreasing order. The most susceptible muscle to disuse atrophy was the SOL. But conversely, it showed the best recovery in the ES/IWBT group. After two weeks of hindlimb suspension, the calf muscles of rats atrophied and their isometric tension decreased. These changes were best reversed by hindlimb-focused treadmill activity. The next best results were achieved by electrical stimulation combined with the tread mill followed by only electrical stimulation. These findings indicate that full weight bearing treadmill activity alone or in combination with electrical stimulation are effective treatments for non-weight bearing induced muscle atrophy. Further study of the effect of different intensities of electrical stimulation and variations in the duration period of full weight bearing treadmill activity on disuse atrophy is recommended.
