It is quite difficult to resurvey whole regions with only specific surveying method because there are many differences between urban areas and rural areas. Namely, the most efficient surveying way in an urban area may not the best one in a rural area. As a result, we need to examine an excellent surveying way in executing a cadastral resurvey project by considering various surveying method. In this study, we had intended to examine the surveying methods that have been recently getting into the spotlight in a cadastral field. And then, we carefully suggested the most appropriate method to the cadastral resurvey project. In concrete, we proposed the optimal way among a wide variety of surveying method in accordance with an area for the resurvey. 현재 제시되고 있는 특정 독립된 측량방법으로는 우리나라 전역을 재조사 측량하기에 한계가 있다. 왜냐하면 도심지역에서 가장 효율적인 측량방법이 임야지역이나 농경지역에서 최적의 측량방법이 될 수 없기 때문이다. 그렇기 때문에 현재 정확성과 효율성이 입증된 다양한 측량방법들을 고찰하여 재조사 측량 종류별, 지역별로 지적재조사 측량 방법에 대한 정립이 요구된다.<BR> 본 연구에서는 기존 지적측량 업무에서 이용되고 있는 측량 방법과 기존 연구 제시되고 있는 최신 측량기법 들을 고찰하여 재조사 측량 종류별, 대상 지역별 적용 측량방법을 정립ㆍ제시하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 크게 기초측량과 세부측량으로 구분하여 적용 측량방법을 제시하고, 세부측량에 대해서는 지역별로 최적으로 부합할 수 있는 측량방법을 제시하고자 하였다.

최근 지적분야에서는 현황을 참조할 수 있는 다양한 공간데이터(spatial data)를 이용하여 지적불부합지를 조사하거나 이를 정리할 수 있는 방법들이 폭넓게 연구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 GIS를 기반으로 건물경계선의 필지경계선 침범 여부를 정량적으로 확인하여 지적불부합지를 조사할 수 있는 방법을 제시 하고자 하였다.<BR> 연구결과, 대상지역의 지적불부합지를 정량적으로 조사할 수 있었고, 조사결과 역시 선행 연구성과와 유사하여 본 연구 방법론의 효율성을 입증할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 방법론과 선행 연구의 지적불부합지 조사 방법을 연계하여 이용할 경우 보다 정확한 지적불부합지 조사 작업이 이루어질 것으로 판단된다. Nowaday in the cadastral field, many researchers are widely studying the methods which survey or arrange the cadastral non-coincidence using various spatial data able to reference any situation. In this paper, we suggest this method for surveying cadastral non-coincidence after quantitatively checking whether the building boundary crosses a pass the parcel boundary based on GIS.<BR> As a result, we can quantitatively survey the cadastral non-coincidence in the study area. Also, we show you the efficiency of this methodology because the result is similarity with the preceding researches. Using this method related with preceding methods, we should get more and more precision result of the cadastral non-coincidence survey.
