The purpose of this study was to investigate the requirements for performance improvement in disabled swimming through the grounded theoretical approach. Participants were 8 disabled swimmers in national team at Korean Sports training center d’ground. Data were collectedb y focus group interview and individual interviews. Concept and categorization by grounded theory paradigm were carried in open coding, and category analysis was performed in axial coding. As a result, 104 concetps, 41 sub-categories, and 9 categories were derived. 9 categories were ‘starting swimming’, ‘personal effort and limitation’, ‘recognition of disabled swimming’, ‘insufficiency of the facilities and assistants’, ‘training program and partners’, ‘institutional factors’, ‘leaders factors’, ‘administration factors’, and ‘the difficulty of participating international events’. In conclusion, it is suggested that enhancing the perception for disabled swimming,e xpanding facilities and assistants, applying for systematically scientific training program, complementing institutional factors, improving leaders factors, improving administrational factors, and supporting international events participation should be achieved through cooperation of players, leaders and swimming association, and government for performance improvement in disabled swimming.

보로노이 다이어그램을 적용한 공공서비스의 관할구역 설정에 대한 연구 - 서울 강남 지역의 소방서를 사례로 하여 -

The purpose of this article is to set up the scientific and reasonable norm of location and service area determination instead of the pro-administrative lacking availability, so as to propose more practical and reasonable standard of space unit for the location of facilities. This article has accepted the method of Voronoi Diagram as a new scientific and reasonable criteria. The article chooses and realizes a model that can propose a new service area, transform and apply to improve its reality, and assesses which has more reality and compatibility by comparing the models. The result from this procedure can be adapted in objectification of the service area determination and formation of the standard space unit. 본 연구의 목적은 지리적 접근성이 떨어지는 행정 편의적 입지 및 관할 구역 설정 대신 과학적이고 합리적인 입지 및 관할 구역 설정의 준거를 마련하는 데 있다. 그리고 이 준거를 통해 시설물의 입지 연구를 위한 보다 실질적이고 합리적인 기본 공간단위를 제안하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 새로운 과학적, 합리적 기준으로 보로노이 다이어그램(Voronoi Diagram)의 기법을 이용하였다. 이 기법은, 새로운 관할구역을 제안할 수 있는 모델을 선정 구현하고, 모델의 현실성을 제고하기 위해 그 모델을 변형 응용하며, 변형 응용 방안 중 어떤 것이 가장 현실성과 적합성이 뛰어난지 상호 비교하여 평가한다. 이러한 절차를 통해 얻어진 결과는 관할 구역 설정의 객관화와 시설물 입지 연구를 위한 기본 공간 단위의 마련에 이용될 수 있다.
