        한랭수술을 이용한 구강병변의 치료

        Cryosurgery involves the applications of cold to tissue to freeze and destroy it. It has proved to be relatively painless, bloodless, and safe method of tissue destruction. The mechanism of cryosurgery which is composed of disruption of cell membrane, abnormal concentrations of interacellular electrolytes, denaturations of lipoprotein, thermal shock and vascular stasis contributes to death of the cells. It is effective in controlling benign and premalignant lesion Also, it is often palliative and sometimes curative when patient s condition refuse other recommended care. The purpose of this paper is to report our observation on the effectiveness of cryosurgery in 9 patients.

        제주 의료관광을 위한 에코 휴양복의 패턴그레이딩 연구

        본 연구는 국제자유도시 제주의 친환경 소재 휴양복을 고찰해 봄으로써 앞으로 제주 의료관광 산업에서의 부가가치 및 수익 창출에 기여하고자 수행되었다. 의료관광 상품에 고품격 맞춤형 휴양복을 포함시킴으로써 관광객들이 제주에서 휴양복 착용의 쾌적한 체험을 하고 기념품으로 가져감으로써, 제주에 대한 좋은 인상과 추억을 갖게 된다면, 또다시 제주를 관광 목적지로 선택할 것이다. 잘 개발된 갈옷 휴양복은 다른 갈옷 상품과도 잘 매치될 수 있으므로 제주 문화상품 갈옷의 추가 구매 효과도 전망할 수 있다. 아울러 개발 휴양복의 사이즈 체계와 패턴 그레이딩을 구축을 통해 상품생산의 효율성이 상대적으로 매우 취약한 지역 업체의 애로사항을 해결하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제주지역 갈옷업체를 조사하여 애로사항 및 개선점을 고찰하였다. 둘째, 제주 의료관광을 위한 갈천 소재 휴양복을 정의하고 문헌 및 시장조사, 디자인 논의 등의 결과를 반영하여 타당성 있는 대표 디자인을 선정하였다. 셋째, 생산표준화를 위한 상품제작 사이즈체계를 정립하고 패턴그레이딩을 구축하여 제안하였다. This proposal of eco-friendly Resort wear targeting medical tourists of Jeju intend to contribute to the local economy by creating more added-values and profits. With high-quality leisure outfits, the medical tourism could provide tourists more pleasantness as well as a souvenior, which may help them to cherish the memory in Jeju. Well-developed Galot leisure outfits matched with other Galot products could result in additionary buying of other Galot items. Furthermore, by developing the size system as well as pattern grading, we can help local Galot manufacturers who currently require these standardized creation system. The summary of this research is as follows: 1. we examined the current issues and disadvantages of the local Galot through a survey. 2. We defined the Galot leisure outfit for Jeju medical tourism, conducted market research, and reflected these into representative designs for them. 3. We developed a size system as well as a pattern grading to standardize the manufacturing process.

        A CASE REPORT OF THEETH EXTRACTION IN HEMOPHILIA BCHRISTMAS DISEASE PATIENT

        혈우병은 혈액응고 인자의 선천성 결함으로 오는 유전적인 병으로써 외과적인 처치시나 손상에 의한 출혈에 의하여 치명적인 결과를 초래할 수 있다. 부족한 혈액응고 인자에 따라 A형, B형 등으로 구분이 되고, 이들의 출혈에 대한 치료방식은 부족한 혈액 응고 인자를 전혈 (whole blood)이나 혈장 (plasma)을 다량 투여하여 보충하였으나 이에 따르는 부작용이 많았고 최근에 와서는 필요한 혈액응고 인자를 추출한 prothrombin complex concentrates (P.C.C)를 투여시켜줌으로써 효과적으로 출혈에 대한 치료 및 예방을 하고 있다. 이에 저자는 발치를 계획한 29세의 남자 혈우병 B형 환자를 PCC를 사용하여 후출혈을 예방하고 효과적으로 치료하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

        구강내에 발생한 유피 낭종의 치험예

        Dermoid cysts are lesions that occur in every parts of human body. The term dermoid cyst has been rather loosely applied to a number of presumably dysodontogenetic cystic lesions wherever they occur in the body. Defined loosely dermoid cyst of the head and neck account for nearly 7% of all dermoid cyst. These cysts are not related to the so-called dermoid cysts of the mediastinum, the ovary, the testes of the pineal or hypophyseal regions, which are the neoplasms and cystic teratoma. These lesions are thought to develop from either an ectodermal enclavement at the time of closure, or from traumatic implantation of epithelial tissues. 12 cases of dermoid, epidermoid cysts are presented here. The current concepts of dermoid, epidermoid cysts are discussed and the literature concerning the histogenesis, sex, age, location, size and histopathology of the unusual lesion reviewed.

        잣가루가 석탄병(惜呑餠)의 기호도와 Texture 에 미치는 영향 및 석탄병 제조법의 표준화에 관한 연구

        Seoktanbyung, a traditional rice cake, was named in old literature, since from old times its taste was so good that one was not able to eat it without much regret. To suggest its standard preparing method, we prepared it by 0%, 10%, 15%, and 20% of the moderate standard of ground pine nuts which had much influence on its own special soft texture. The result of the analysis was as follows: The water content of Seoktanbyung was 31.62∼34.62%. The degree of colour was L value: 48.17∼56.88, a value: 6.07∼8.24, and b value: 12.67∼15.25, and the higher the degree of the addition of ground pine nuts was, L value and a value were more or less decreased, but b value was increased. The measured result of texture was: as for hardness and gumminess, there was a significance (p<0.05) between Seoktanbyung with and without ground pine nuts, and as for cohesiveness, there was a significance (p<0.05) between Seoktanbyung added 20% of ground pine nuts and another material, but each material showed a similar value of measure. The result of sensory evaluation was: as for sweetness and flavor, there was no significance among material, so ground pine nuts had no influence on the sweetness and flavor of Seoktanbyung, and as for crumbness and chewiness, there was a significance between Seoktanbyung with and without ground pine nuts. The general degree of the taste was: Seoktanbyung added 20% of ground pine nuts was the highest among others.

      • 一部食用油脂의 含有特殊物質에 對한 營養學的 考察

        In addition to acting for an element of capacity supplying calorie, edible oil and fat holds a key post as a supply source of oil soluble vitamins and essential fatty acid which can not be synthesized in vivo. Such edible oil and fat passes through various treatments such as treatment of acid and alkali, deordorization, and high temperatured structure by heating in manufacturing and refined processing. By such treatments, glycerine comes to be polimerized and has possibility of forming the chemical compound of high molecule. Particularly, glycerine esterification rice bran oil gives rise to a quetion which is manufactured by heating reaction after the rice bran oil and glycerine heated at a high temprature (160℃-180℃). As it is going through the reaction of oxidation by heating polymer of heat oxidation can be easily organized. It can be said that most of the rice bran oil, selling on the market at present is a rice bran oil contained senescent phenomenon by heating. According, senescent rice bran oil by heating seems to give rise to induce a drop of digestion-rate, quality, etc. with formation of polymer which can hardly absorb and digest, and a drop of nutritive value such as loss of oil soluble vitamins and distruction of essential fatty acid in dietetics. And I began to study with the object of examining the conformation of noxirous ingredients of the rice bran oil, examination of nutritive value, and effect of on human body. For the first step, quality of the rice bran oil which is selling in our domestic market was examined and analysis of fatty acid by gas-liquid chromatography and polymer were examined. And the results are as follows. 1) Collected the rice bran oil at the section of localiy and analyzed chemical nature. 2) The results of the analysis by G.L.C. in order to know the polymer can be formed or not. 3) The rate of acid value, peroxide value, and unsaponifiable matter shows much differences when it is compared with Korean Industrial Standard of edible rice bran oil standard. 4) Iodine value of the local rice bran oil at present ranges from 84 to 108 and saponification value ranges from 142 to 183. 5) Analyzed fatty acids chiefly contained much oleicacid and linoleic acid, and contained 30 to 38.5% of essential fatty acid. 6) 3 of 5 samples of refined oil formed the polymer (G-2,234% J-3,596% K-1,064%) 7) As polymers were not discovered from crude oil and refined rice bran oil in laboratory (alkali refinement), the rice bran oil refiened by a method of alkali will prove desirable.
