In the rapidly changing contemporary industrial society, each individual female pursues a variety of ways to further enhance their personal value. Proportionate to the current dramatic increase of women’s socioeconomic activity, the quality of life for women has improved in some areas; however, social barriers like or intentional exclusion still exist. Therefore, in order for women to overcome these kinds of social barriers, stand tall as one of the two axes of society equally with men, and lead their lives under their own planning and influence, beauty care is now established as an essential element. In order to improve women’s quality of life in consideration of such aspects, this study has examined how beauty care behavior affects the improvement of women’s appearances as well as psychological and social satisfaction. According to the result of this study, it has been found that beauty care behavior affects women in playing fairly positive and aggressive roles and attitudes. Women’s beauty care behavior does not simply play a functional role but allows changes in their appearance; thus, it vitalizes their daily lives and also promotes amicable and sociable interpersonal relationships, psychological stability and confidence, and self-identity, which eventually turns out to be a factor to elevate quality of life.

운동프로그램참여가 성장기 청소년의 생리적·신체적 기능에 미치는 효과: 메타분석

Abstract : The purpose of this study is draw general conclusions on physiological and physical effects of adolescents` exercise programs. 41 articles have been collected after searching ‘exercise’, ‘exercise therapy’ and ‘exercise programs’, etc. from the master`s theses, doctoral theses and academic journals that have been published from 2001 till Apr 2013, and a meta analysis of those articles was conducted in order to analyze the size of an effect of adolescents` participation in exercise programs on their physiological and physical functions. The results of this study are as follows. First, regarding the total effect size of physiological function variable group and physical function variable group, the effect size of physiological function variable group was greater than that of physical function variable group. Second, regarding the functional effect size of physiological function variable group, obesity control function has greater effect size than blood lipid control function. Third, the functional effect size of physical function variable group, exercise related functions have large effect size. Fourth, in obesity control function sub-variables in physiological function variable group, body fat percentage, body weight and body mass index have large effect size. Fifth, in blood lipid control function sub-variables of physiological function variable group, both total cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein have large effect size. Sixth, in health-related functions sub-variables of physical function variable group, flexibility has the largest effect size. Finally, in exercise-related function variables of physical function variable group, agility has large effect size.

캄보디아 ODA 수원마을 조성사업에 관한 사례 연구

본 연구는 캄보디아 왕국 씨엠립주에서 공적개발원조를 수행하고 있는 수원시의 “수원마을 조성사업”의 단계별사업을 분석함으로써 지방자치단체 차원의 개선방안을 제시하는데 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 현장을 방문하고 담당자를 면담함으로써 사실적인 연구를 수행할 수 있었다. 연구결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 우리나라의 지방자치단체 공적개발원조 사업은 중앙정부의 ODA 정책 아래 이를 실행하기 위한 세부적인 프로그램으로 진행되어야 한다. 둘째, 선심성 또는 일회적인 광역 및 기초자치단체들의 대외 이미지 제고라는 명분 아래 경쟁적으로 벌이는 사업이 아닌 수혜국에 대한 투자적 성격을 지닌 만큼 사업의 성과에 대한 평가체제와 평가결과를 토대로 사업의 지속 여부와 보완조치들이 마련되어야 한다. 셋째, 중앙정부 부처간, 지방자치단체별로 산발적인 원조가 아닌 경제 및 사회개발 부문 ODA는 중앙정부와 KOICA를 중심으로, 지방자치단체는 소규모. 소프트웨어적 부문에 집중하여 개발협력을 이루게 된다면 가시적 결과뿐만 아니라 국민의 세금을 낭비한다는 지적은 감소할 것으로 보인다. 이 연구를 통하여 지방자치단체 수준의 ODA 계획의 수립과 중앙정부와의 협력이 필요하다는 점이 시사된다. This study presents improvement measures at the local government level by analyzing the step-by-step projects of Suwon City"s Suwon Village Development Project, which is being carried out with public development assistance in the Kingdom of Cambodia. For this study, realistic research was conducted by visiting the site and interviewing the person in charge. The following conclusions are drawn. First, public development assistance projects for local governments in Korea should be carried out, with detailed programs to implement them under the central government"s ODA policy. Second, provided a project is competitively carried out, and is not simply pork barreling or enhancing the external image of local governments, the project should be continued, and supplementary measures taken based on an evaluation system and the results of the project"s performance. Third, ODAs in the economic and social development sectors-not sporadic aid among central government ministries and local governments-should be centered on the central government and KOICA while local governments are small. If development cooperation is achieved by focusing on the software sector, criticism that it wastes taxpayers" money is likely to decrease. This study suggests that local governments need to establish ODA plans and cooperate with the central government.

한국 케어복지교육 확립 방안

On the threshold of rapid ageing society, the number of the aged with chronic diseases, dementia, or severe disability, who need care from others, is increasing rapidly. Besides, with deterioration of family functions and the weakened awareness fer the duty of supporting other family members, the demand for social services that take care of the aged is increasing rapidly. As part of care work services, day-time care and short-term care services are already in operation, and many projects sending home-care service personnels have been implemented through the establishment of many home-care service centers. In addition, sanitariums for the elderly have also been largely expanded to cope with the increase of the aged with senile dementia. Consequently, what is required to the care welfare or residential facilities is the care services that train the aged with severe disability or other diseases staying at home to enhance their physical movements for their daily life. So, it is necessary to make plans and carry out educational training to the care personnels who will take charge of these services because quality care services can be provided only by trained care personnels. As this society is rapidly approaching the ageing society, interests with the personnels of care work and their education are expected to increase. To make the job of care work workers a new professional career socially recognized, the following measures could be taken: the personnels of welfare facilities should be designated to the statutory personnels by stipulating the provisions concerning welfare facility personnels in the Social Welfare Service Act and Welfare Act for the Aged; and the national qualification test system should be introduced to maintain their qualitative levels. The purpose of these attempts and efforts for legal institutionalization is to make the job of care welfare into a professional vocation, and to promote people`s perception of the specialty of this work. The most urgent matters to make care work to be settled as a practical area of welfare for the aged are the introduction of standard curriculum and qualification, and the revision of the relevant provisions in the Social Welfare Service Act and Welfare Act for the Aged. These attempts will become a basic foundation that substantially reflects the demands of the aged, and ensures them a more pleasant and fruitful life worthy of human being.

Service for air travellers consists of airlines, airport authority, government agencies including CIQ, ground service operators for aircraft maintenance, commercial facilities and ground transportation. Therefore the decision for repurchase of flight ticket may result from experiencing overall services mentioned above. This paper tried to the causal relationship between passengers` satisfaction and changes of air traveller demand. According to analysis of factors impacting customer satisfaction, it was found out passengers preferred fastness, accessibility and airline services to services provided by airport. Depending on such results, more efforts throughout overall process of service are to be made for air travel industry to be more competitive by meeting needs customers have preferred.

This study aimed to research what service factors can meet customer satisfaction for who are using express shipping. It`s also to analyze the successful factors to build an international air express companies. The perspective of Customs for express shipment also should be changed that it`s an important factor to make Korea as strong country. The growth for air express business can be performed based on reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles, which is studied by Parasuraman, Zeithmal and Barry, in the early stage of take-off for economic development. Through this analysis I did benchmarked, I realized that worldwide network is essential factor to meet customer`s expectation and quick response also must be done within their requested time. If not, they change their carrier to other company without hesitation because there are many logistics companies in the market. The company want to be grown as a leading company should be equipped with new systems based on IT technology.
