본 논문은 정부에서 추진중인 유비쿼터스도시의 성공적 건설을 위하여 공동주택에 설치되는 홈 네트워크설비를 포함한 전기통신설비 및 방송공동수신설비의 기술기준과 초고속 정보통신건물인증제도의 문제점을 알아보고 해결방안으로 주택법령의 주택성능 등급표시 제도보완과 유지관리를 제도화 하기위한 주택법계열의 전면적인 검토 보완 및 개정안을 제시하였다. 또한 기술기준만을 적용한 건축물과 초고속 정보통신건물 인증 2등급 이하 취득 건축물 그리고 상기 해결방안이 법제도화가 되었을 때의 건축물에 대한구내 정보통신선로 통합구축 모델을 각각 설계하여 제시하였다. This study recognize the problems about the High-speed IT building certification system and the technical standards of telecommunication facility, broadcasting public receiving facility including Home-network facility which are installed at apartments for the successful building of the Ubiquitous city that the government is driving and suggested a sweeping change of the housing law interrelated for making up a housing efficiency grade-display system and systematizing the maintenance by solutions. Also, presented the integrate-construction model designs separately of the residential IT line about the buildings applied to technical standards, the building acquired second grade below of High-speed IT building and the building when the above solutions get to he systematized.

In this paper, the portable security system used in the environment which cannot be provided the power due to the natural disaster or accident, geographical position, etc. was designed and it made. The making system is used the PV system in which the sun tracking algorithm is applied for the stable power supply. The user checked efficiently thereby using the monitoring program for the generated electric power and security system. In addition, the security system was implemented by use of the Zigbee operated in the low power and it was experimentally proved that realization of smart home system was possible without the supply of the external power.

The introduction of creative teaching and learning methods to foster critical thinking and creativity in engineering students has been a growing trend. In this paper, an creative pedagogical approach is discussed, and a practical model in line with this latest trend is proposed based on empirical evidence collected through survey of the study participants. The highly effective and mutually beneficial approach mainly entails two elements: The utilization of discussion and presentation following a diversity of assignment and project is maximized while the process of production in and of itself is highlighted as a process of developing creativity. The approach encourages and promotes active and meaningful participation of engineering students. The approach received a strong positive response from more than 90 percent of the participants, and this result apparently indicates a very high level of efficacy perceived by engineering students for this approach.

The Study transfer images to frequency domain using the wavelet transform and inserted watermark of chaos sequence to apply the threshold value in frequency space hard to search. Inserting parts of watermark are high frequency component strong in change brightness or contract and are low frequency component strong in image change same to compress, noise, scaling and etc. Detection of watermark utilize the difference between original and changed image. and used stochastic access method for proprietary rights certification, propriety of the proposed watermark method demonstrated.

본 논문에서는 웨이브릿 영역에서 정지영상의 각종 공격에 강인한 디지털 워터마킹 기법을 제안한다. 다양한 시퀀스로 워터마크를 생성하고, 생성된 워터마크의 강인성을 보기 위하여 영상의 중요한 부분에 워터마크를 삽입하여 실험하였다. 다양한 공격 형태를 가지고 실험한 결과 카오스 시퀀스가 영상의 중요한 부분에서 더욱 강인하고 특징 있는 방법임을 보였다.

In this paper, we present research on how to implement the control system and propose the method to improve the image quality by correcting the brightness value for each LED module and LED dot in display board according to the gray scale of the video output section in the power-saving LED display with full color. The proposed system in this study solved the problem of pigmentation by the GIS control and improved the image quality through reduction of the flicker. The automatic brightness correction technology calculates the gray scale of the image from the incoming image data and corrects the brightness of image quality in the screen according to the calculated gray scale. It is proved through the experiments that image quality is improved in order to carry out the automatical brightness control.

소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)는 여러 가지 도메인에 관심을 가지는 사람들과의 의사소통 및 정보 공유가 가능하다. 최근 개인의료정보의 가치가 높아지면서 U-Health 분야에서의 SNS가 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 고혈압 질환자를 대상으로 PHR, 통합건강관리서비스에서의 개인건강정보를 활용하여 건강정보 공유기반의 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 설계하고자 한다. 연구의 목적은 BMI, 혈압, 식이, 운동기록을 관리 및 공유할 수 있는 서비스 모델를 정의하고, 개발을 위한 아키텍처를 설계하는 데 있다. 본 서비스는 개인건강정보를 넘어 식이, 운동기록을 관리 및 공유함으로써 사용자 간의 혈압관리를 위해 사용된 여러 가지 요법을 공유하기 용이하다. 또한 서비스가 실시된 이 후에는 혈압관리에 가장 중요시되는 식이, 운동요법이 활성화될 것으로 기대한다. Social Network Service(SNS) enables us to communicate or share information with those having interest in several domains. Recently as the value of private medical information is elevated, SNS has been noticed in the U-Health area. This study aims to design a social network system based on sharing health information using private health information in PHR, the integrated healthcare service, with the subjects of hypertension patients. The purpose of this research is to design service architecture to define and develop chief services provided and the user interface that can easily manage BMI, blood pressure, diet, and exercise records. this service is easy to utilize various therapies to manage the user’s blood pressure by managing and sharing diet and exercise records as well as private health information. And it is expected that once the service is provided, diet or exercise therapies considered most importantly in blood pressure management will be activated.
