        개인사용자 기반 스마트폰 원격관리 시스템 설계 및 구현

        By increasing of the population that uses smartphones, problems such as the leakage of private and confidential information due to portable and easy to store and movement of diverse contents occur for a variety of security threats. In this report, it provides helpful information to customers in order to respond various security threat by implementing and designing an remote administration system with using Mobile Device Management (MDM), technology. As a result, customers themselves can prevent information spill by managing remotely from WEB due to the lost and stolen. It is also possible to use control and monitoring. 최근 스마트폰 사용인구가 늘어나면서 휴대하기 쉽고, 각종 컨텐츠의 보관 및 이동이 쉬운 특성으로 인해 분실, 도난에 따른 개인 정보 유출뿐만 아니라 기밀 유출에 이르기까지 다양한 보안 위협 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고객을 대상으로 스마트폰의 다양한 보안 위협에 대응하기 위해 Mobile Device Management (MDM) 기술을 활용하여 사용자가 직접 관리가 가능한 스마트폰 원격관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이를 통해서 고객 스스로가 웹에서 스마트폰을 원격 관리하여 스마트폰의 분실, 도난에 따른 정보유출을 방지 할 수 있고, 사용제어 및 모니터링이 가능하다.

      • 새로운 저전력 전가산기 회로 설계

        본 논문에서는 10개의 트랜지스터를 이용한 새로운 저전력 전가산기의 회로를 제안한다. 회로는 six-transistor CMOS XOR 회로를 기본으로 하여 XOR 출력뿐만 아니라 XNOR 출력을 생성하며, 전가산기를 구성하는 트랜지스터의 수를 줄임과 동시에 단락회로를 없앰으로써 저전력 설계에 유리하게 하였다. 실측 회로의 크기 평가를 위해서 0.65 ${\mu}m$ ASIC 공정으로 의해 레이아웃을 하고 HSPICE를 이용해서 시뮬레이션을 하였다. 제안한 가신기의 셀을 이용하여 2bit, 8bit 리플 캐리 가산기를 구성하여 소비 전력, 지연 시간, 상승시간, 하강시간에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과로 제안한 회로를 검증하였다. 25MHz부터 50MHz까지의 클럭을 사용하였다. 8bit 리플 캐리 전가산기로 구현하였을 때의 소모되는 전력을 살펴보면 기존의 transmission function full adder (TFA) 설계보다는 약 70% 정도, 그리고 14개의 transistor (TR14)[4]를 쓰는 설계보다는 약 60% 우수한 특성을 보이고 있다. 또한 신호의 지연시간은 기존의 회로, TFA, TR14 보다 1/2배 정도 짧고, 선호의 상승시간과 하강 시간의 경우는 기존 회로의 2${\sim}$3배 정도 빠르게 나타났다. In this paper, a novel low power full adder circuit comprising only 10 transistors is proposed. The circuit is based on the six -transistor CMOS XOR circuit, which generates both XOR and XNOR signals and pass transistors. This adder circuit provides a good low power characteristics due to the smaller number of transistors and the elimination of short circuit current paths. Layouts have been carried out using a 0.65 ${\mu}m$ ASIC design rule for evaluation purposes. The physical design has been evaluated using HSPICE at 25MHz to 50MHz. The proposed circuit has been used to build 2bit and 8bit ripple carry adders, which are used for evaluation of power consumption, time delay and rise and fall time. The proposed circuit shows substantially improved power consumption characteristics, about 70% lower than transmission gate full adder (TFA), and 60% lower than a design using 14 transistors (TR14). Delay and signal rise and fall time are also far shorter than other conventional designs such as TFA and TR14.

        다양한 발목각도에 따른 발가락벌리기 운동이 엄지벌림근 단면적에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: This study examined the changes in the cross-sectional area (CSA) of the abductor hallucis muscle during various ankle positions while performing toespread- out (TSO) exercise. METHODS: Thirty subjects with an average age of 22.1 years were recruited for this study. All subjects were firstly measured for the angle of their first metatarsophalangeal joint using a goniometer. Those with angles greater than 15° were allocated to the HV group. The remaining subjects were placed in the normal group. The CSA of the abductor hallucis was measured by ultrasound in the resting position with no movement and three ankle positions: neutral (0°), plantarflexion (30°), and dorsiflexion (30°). All data were analyzed using a two-way mixed analysis of variance between the groups (normal and HV group) and within the groups (resting, neutral, plantarflexion, and dorsiflexion) to determine the group x position interaction effects. RESULTS: During TSO exercise in the normal group, the CSA of the abductor hallucis was significantly greater in both the plantarflexion and neutral positions compared to the resting position (p<sup>adj</sup> < .01), and plantarflexion was significantly greater than the dorsiflexion position (p<sub>adj</sub> < .01). During the TSO exercise in the HV group, the CSA of the abductor hallucis for plantarflexion was significantly greater than it was for the resting, neutral, and dorsiflexion positions (p<sub>adj</sub> < .01). CONCLUSION: Based on the above results, the TSO exercise in plantarflexion is an effective rehabilitation exercise for subjects with HV.

        사내하도급 삼부작 판결의 의의

        The phenomenon, “indirect employment” or “on-site subcontracting” that is not described in legally, has increased rapidly in recent years. The aim of this paper is to review the legal meanings of recent cases related to on-site subcontracting in the Supreme Court; “The Hyundai Mipo dockyard Inc. case (Mipo case)”, “The Yescos Inc. case(Yescos case)” and “The Hyundai heavy Industries Inc. case(Heavy Indsitries case). On the one hand, these cases have several common denominator including to start at indirect employment relationship base, on the other hand, each one of these has distinct legal characteristics. For these reasons, I examined these cases commonly and relatively, and named these three decisions as “on-site subcontracting trilogy”. AT the first case(Mipo case), the Supreme Court reconfirmed its position of “implied employment relationship principle” for the employment status of workers of on-site subcontracting company. The court have held that on-site subcontracting worker could be an employee of using company, regardless of formal contract, if the reality of hiring employer would be that of paper company and using company would have control over on-site subcontracting worker's services. The court represented the opinion of legal effect that the on-site subcontracting could be considered to temporary agency work in the “the temporary agency workers (protection) act(TAWA)” in the Yescos case. The main purpose of this case is to bring a on-site subcontracting over to temporary agency, but more important thing is that it found some solutions over the illegal temporary agency work. For this, the court took a theoretical approach to TAWA, particularly about the section 6, providing the obligation of employment for employer on using company. Finally, in the Heavy Industries case, the court dealt with the concept of employer on indirect employment concerning with collective bargaining. The court ruling in this case took a stance that it was up to “who is the substantial counterpart related to collective bargaining? ”, that had been discussed from a different point of view on the judical precedents. The court also held that it is possible to be reiteration of employer in on-site subcontracting, then the order for unfair labor practice in the circumstances could be contained some wide variety with felicity.

        모노글리세리드와 카프릴산으로부터 고정화 리파제를 사용한 디글리세리드 생산

        재구성 지방질의 기질로서 사용될 수 있는 중쇄지방산을 함유한 디글리세리드(DG)를 생산하기 위하여 리파제를 사용하여 중쇄지방산과 모노글리세리드(MG)로부터 DG를 생산하는 유기용매를 사용하지 않는 반응 시스템을 고안하였다. 조사된 리파제 중에 Lipozyme RM IM과 Novozym 435만이 중쇄지방산(carpylic acid, caproic acid, capric acid)과 MG로부터 DG를 효과적으로 생산하였다. 고정화 효소인 Lipozyme RM IM을 사용하여 중쇄지방산인 카프릴산과 MG를 반응시킴으로써 DG 생산을 위하여 molecular sieve 첨가에 의한 반응혼합액 중의 수분 제거, 고정화 효소의 수분함량, 반응온도, MG/카프릴산의 몰비율 등의 생산 조건을 최적화하였다. Molecular sieve를 첨가 하였을 때 약 8%의 DG 함량이 증가되었으며 고정화효소(초기 수분함량: 3.8%(w/w))의 수분을 2.8%(w/w) 이상 감소시킴으로써 44%의 DG를 생산할 수 있었다. 최적의 반응 온도는 $60^{\circ}C$로 확인되었으며 $60^{\circ}C$에서 $25^{\circ}C$로의 온도 변화는 FFA의 함량이 증가하여 DG 생산에 적합하지 아니하였다. 조사된 모든 몰비율에서 반응 24시간 후의 DG의 생산량은 40% 전후로 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았으나 화학양론적인 몰비율 1:1(MG/caprylic acid)에서 가장 많은 DG가 생산되었다. 또한 MG와 카프릴산의 몰비율이 0.3에서 1.8로 높아질수록 반응물 중의 FFA의 함량이 34%에서 13%로 감소하였고 MG 함량은 37%에서 50%로 증가하였다. For the production of diglyceride (DG) containing medium chain fatty acid, which could be utilized as a substrate to structured lipid production, monoglyceride (MG) and caprylic acid were reacted in the presence of lipase. The reaction system was well mixed homogeneously without using any organic solvent. Among the lipases investigated, Lipozyme RM IM and Novozym 435 were selected on the basis of equilibrium DG yields from the medium chain fatty acid and MG. And reaction conditions such as addition of molecular sieve, water content of immobilized lipase, reaction temperature, and mole ratio of MG/caprylic acid are optimized to increase DG production by using Lipozyme RM IM. DG content of reaction mixture showed 8% increase by adding molecular sieve to reaction mixture. Removal of water from the immobilized lipase could affect seriously equilibrium content of DG. More than 2.8%(w/w) removal of water from the support could make 44% of DG. Optimum temperature was found to $60^{\circ}C$. Temperature shift from $60^{\circ}C$ to $25^{\circ}C$ resulted in increase of free fatty acid (FFA) content. The equilibrium DG yield was not seriously affected by on MG/caprylic acid molar ratio. However, at the stoichiometric ratio of 1:1 the highest DG yield was obtained. Increasing MG/caprylic acid ratio from 0.3 to 1.8 decreased FFA content from 34% to 13%, while MG content increased from 27% to 50%.

        Recently, steam temperature in thermal power plant has been increasing in order to improve the efficiency. Superior high temperature mechanical properties such as creep rupture strength and cyclic fatigue strength are required for materials applied for turbine high and / or intermediate pressure rotor, blades and casing of the advanced steam(ultrasupercritical ; USC) power plant above 593℃. A high strength 9~12% chromium ferritic heat-resistant steels, which contain W and/or Nb, were developed for these applications. This paper reports progress on assessing the required properties such as impact toughness, tensile, shift of fracture appearance transition temperature with long aging treatment, creep, LCF and demonstrates the continued confidence in these materials for potential use for turbine components in the 593℃ steam turbine.
