This experimental study was performed to investigate the effect of herbal eye drops, Tangpo-san and Coptidis rhizoma on Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa keratitis. The following results were obtained by using Minimum inhibition Concentration(MIC) and inhibition Zone. 1. MIC on Staphylococcus aureus in Tangpo-san was 100%, in Coptidis rhizoma was 100% and in Cravit was 0.1% 2. MIC on Staphylococcus epidermidis in Tangpo-san was 100%, in Coptidis rhizoma was 10% and in Cravit was 0.1%. 3. MIC on Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Tangpo-san, Coptidis rhizoma was not showing and in Cravit was 0.1%. 4. The size of inhibition zone on Staphylococcus aureus for Tangpo-san was 13.3mm in $50{\mu}{\ell}$, for Coptidis rhizoma was 26mm in $50{\mu}{\ell}$ and for Cravit was 31mm in $50{\mu}{\ell}$, showing the highest antibacterial effect. 5. The size of inhibition zone on Staphylococcus epidermidis for Tangpo-san was 16mm in $50{\mu}{\ell}$, for Coptidis rhizoma was 25mm in $40{\mu}{\ell}$ and for Cravit was 34mm in $50{\mu}{\ell}$, showing the highest antibacterial effect. 6. The size of inhibition zone on Pseudomonas aeruginosa for Tangpo-san, Coptidis rhizoma was not and for Cravit was 24.7mm in $50{\mu}l$, showing the antibacterial effect. In addition, the results shows that the herbal eye drops, Tangpo-san and Coptidis rhizoma can be used to cure Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis keratitis and if further study is performed, the use of herbal eye drops will be valuable and beneficial in the clinical medicines.

The aim of this research lies in inquiring of the students` participation in a curriculum(extra-class activity) for developing their specialities and qualities in school, and of the relations of their participant satisfaction presenting differently in a few variable elements. The target group for this research is the one including 960 middle and high school boys and girl`s in Seoul, Kyonggi, and Inchon area. And the actual analysis data are based on 905 boys and girl`s valid papers for questionnaire except incorrectly answering papers. In this research, the method through the papers for the questionnaire was used as a measuring instrument, consisting of the satisfaction of the participation. The papers of the questionnaire filled in only correctly were used as the basic data, but excepting them filled in incorrectly-double and no answering. The valid sample data were processed with a coding system throughout the guidance of the coding. The coded data were computerized separately, and processed in accordance with the purpose of analysis, using the program for analysis, SPSS Windows 10.0 Version in the computer system. The analysis methods used for analyzing various data in this research are validity analysis, factor analysis, standard multiple regression analysis. The following are the results acquired through the mentioned above methods, process, and data analysis. there are kind of differences in the participant satisfaction according to the extent in extra-class activity(a curriculum for specialities and qualities) for the teenager.
전업주부의 운동참여 및 여가활동참여가 우울감소에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of the consecutive physical activity and leisure activity on depression a full-time housewife. Subjects of this study were consisted of 18 housewife participating in physical activity, 18 in the leisure activity group and 18 as a control group. Among the selected subjects the physical activity group participated in the swimming program for 12 weeks, scheduled 3 time pre week, 40-50 min/pre session, 50-60 VO2nax, mean While, the leisure activity group performed art flowers and calligraphy for the some period,, scheduled 3 time per week, 40-50 min/per session. To test depression of subjects, Self-Bating Depression [SDS], developed Zung and Durham(1965) was used in this study. The measurement point was divided in to the three stage pre measurement in the initial baseline, mid-term measurement after 6 weeks and post measurement after 12 weeks. To analyze data obtained in the study, three-way factorial ANOVA with repeated measures design was applied. The results indicated that the participating in the consecutive physical activity remarkably decreased the depression level of a full-time housewife. In addition, results revealed that participating in the consecutive leisure activity decreased depression of a full-time housewife. The findings of the study will be useful to apply for decresing and curing depression of a full-time housewife as a fundamental data more importantly. This study provides a substantial motivation to more participate in sound and healthy physical activity and leisure activity.
청소년의 택견 수련활동이 정서와 신체적 자기 지각에 미치는 효과

The purpose of the study was to identify the mood state and physical self-perception benefit of the adolescents through a Taekgyeon activity. A total 33 adolescents were randomly assigned in the Taekgyeon activity group (16) and the control group (17). Subjects selected in this study participated in Taekgyeon in 60-70min/per session and 4 time/week for 16 weeks. As the dependent variable, emotion and physical self-perception were measured at the pre-session(0 week), middle-session (8week), post-session(16week). Research design applied 2 (Taekgyeon group and control group)×3 (pre-session, middle-session and post-session) 2×3 factorial design with repeated-measures on the second factor. On a basis of the measured data, mean and SDs in the group and measuring point were produced and two-way ANOVA by repeated measure was conducted to test mean differences between two group and between the measuring point. The results obtained from these procedure indicated that the consecutive Taekgyeon activity positively impacted on emotion and physical self-perception.
연구 보고지침에 기초한 특수교육분야 실험연구의 비교분석

이 연구는 특수교육 분야 실험연구 논문들을 대상으로 연구 보고의 질을 살펴보기 위해 국외에서 주요 연구 질 평가 도구 및 보고지침으로 활용하는 AERA 표준, JARS 지침, TREND 진술문, CEC의 EBP 기준, WWC 표준 등을 기준으로 논문을 비교·분석하였다. 이를 위해 비교적 실험연구의 비중이 높은 국내 학습장애 분야 관련 논문 15편을 선정하여 분석하였으며, 논문의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반심리학 분야의 연구 보고지침(AERA 표준, JARS 지침, TREND 진술문)을 기준으로 살펴보면, 국내 연구의 경우에는 전반적으로 기본적인 보고지침은 준수하고 있으나 연구의 신뢰성과 타당성과 관련된 보고지침들이 미흡한 것으로 나타났으며, 연구 윤리 부분과 관련된 보고지침 준수가 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 반복 연구를 위한 충분한 정보를 제시하지 않고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특수교육 분야의 연구 보고지침(CEC의 EBP 기준, WWC 표준)을 기준으로 살펴보면, 국내 연구의 경우에는 전반적으로 다수의 연구 보고지침을 준수하고는 있으나, CEC의 EBP 기준에서 제시한 중재자의 자격이나 훈련 항목에 대한 구체적 기술이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 WWC 표준 분석에서 제시한 무선할당으로 수행된 연구가 부족하여 연구 설계 표준에 부합되는 연구가 많지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 증거기반실제로서 기준으로 충족시킬 수 있는 국내 특수교육 분야 연구 보고지침의 마련이 필요하며, 나아가 연구의 질 향상과 학교 현장에 적용되는 중재 연구의 효과성 검증을 위해서는 국가 및 지방 교육 당국의 체계적인 지원이 뒷받침되어야 한다. This study uses (AERA’s Standards, JARS, TREND statements, CEC’s EBP Standards, WWC Standards, etc., which are used as the main research quality evaluation tools and reporting guidelines to examine the quality of research reports of experimental research papers. The papers were compared and analyzed. For this, 15 papers related to learning disabilities in Korea were selected and analyzed. The results of this paper are as follows. First, with reporting standards applied in psychology (AERA’s Standards, JARS, TREND statements), Korean journal articles reported relatively insufficient information pertaining to reliability, validity, and research ethics. Furthermore, lack of information for future replication studies was also noticeable among the selected Korean journal articles. Second, with the reporting standards applied in special education (CEC’s EBP Standards, WWC Standards), the selected Korean journal articles abided by multiple indicators of the reporting standards. The selected Korean journal articles, however, showed lack of information regarding qualification and training for people who provide interventions, which is recommended by CEC’s EBP Standards. In addition, a majority of selected Korean journal articles did not correspond with random assignment of research design recommended by WWC. In conclusion, the development research standards for special education in Korea is needed to satisfy the standards for evidence-based practices. Furthermore, systematic supports at both national and regional levels must be provided to improve quality of research and to verify the effects of interventions in education settings.
