Objective : To find whether Herbal medicine(Chengsimyeunja-eum) and acupuncture can correct hypogeusia.Method : One patient with hypogeusia related to the effects of onion juice was selected. Herbal medicine(Chengsimyeunja-eum) was administered and acupuncture was applied for 30 times in 2 months. Taste function was evaluated by self report, the way to gustometry based on Visual Analogue Scale(VAS).Result : Chengsimyeunja-eum and acupuncture treatment improved taste after 2 months of treatment. Adverse effects were not reported.Conclusion : This study shows that the Korean medicine treatment was effective in improving hypogeusia related to the effect of onion juice.

밀폐형 함침법을 이용한 CFRP 사각 파이프 인발성형에서 인발장치 및 경화금형에 관한 연구

In the pultrusion process for the CFRP (Carbon fiber reinforced plastic) rectangular pipe, the drawing device is eseential which can continuously produces products and draws the carbon fiber tow. In addition, since the degree of cure changes depending on the temperature and the temperature ditribution of the curing mold changes depending on the pultrusion speed, the temperature distribution of the curing mold under certain conditions must be studied before processing. In this study, in the pultrusion process using a closed impregnation method, which has several advantages compared to the general pultrusion process using a open bath impregnation method, the drawing force required to pull the carbon fiber tows and the temperature distribution of the curing mold was analyzed to design the drawing device and the curing mold efficiently.

지체 장애인의 베체트병 약물치료 중 발생한 구강 건조증 치험 1례

2020년 7월부터 2020년 12월까지 일개 보건소 건강증진과에서 관할지역 거주 중증 장애인 중 뇌병변 장애와 지체 장애인을 대상으로 한의약 장애인 방문건강관리 표준프로그램을 진행하였고, 이 중 1명의 중증 지체 장애인이 구강 건조증을 앓고 있어, 한의 치료의 개입을 통한 통합적인 관리한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 팔물탕(八物湯) 연조엑스제를 포함한 한의 치료는 YDQ에 의해 음허(陰虛)로 변증된 지체 장애인의 약물 유발성 구강 건조를 완화시키고 삶의 질을 호전시켰다. 2. 건강 보험에 포함된 한의 치료를 제공하여 한·양방 통합적 개입으로 양약으로 발생한 구강 건조 증상을 관리할 수 있었다. 3. 6개월간 투약된 팔물탕(八物湯) 연조엑스로 인한 이상 반응은 없었다. 4. 팬데믹 상황에서 한의약 방문 진료와 전화 진료가 혼합된 형태의 공공보건기관의 한의약 건강증진사업으로 장애인의 SHCN를 충족하고 장애인의 만성 질환 관리가 가능한 부분을 확인할 수 있었다. 5. 본 연구는 한방안이비인후피부과 증상 및 질환도 보건소 한의약 건강증진사업으로 포함할 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였으며, 유관 학회의 협력 및 지원과 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다. Objectives : To report a case of drug-induced xerostomia treated with Integrative Korean Medicine Visiting Care Service of a Public Health Center. Methods : Home visit treatment and telemedicine were provided by public health doctor(Korean medicine doctor) for person with physical disability who were diagnosed with Behcet's Disease. Palmul-tang(PMT) soft extract was provided steadily 3 times a day for 6 months, and acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, and electro-moxibustion were provided irregularly 6 times for 6 months. Yin-deficiency questionnaire(YDQ), oral health impact profile-14(OHIP-14), oral pain visual analogue scale(VAS), and xerostomia inventory(XI) were used 3 times(baseline, intermediate and termination) to evaluate the changes. Results : YDQ decreased from 620 to 375, OHIP-14 decreased from 34 to 6, VAS decreased from 70 to 40, and XI decreased from 44 to 34. Four scales all gradually decreased. Conclusions : Integrative Korean Medicine Treatments in health insurance including PMT soft extract through home visit treatment can improve drug-induced xerostomia and Quality of life(QoL) of person with disabilities.

In the course of our previous trial it came to cur mind that a chronical administration of ethanol to rats might influence hepatic vitamin A content as a result of impaired liver function. Six groups of albino rats weighing on the average 110 grams each at the commencement of assay were fed with either basal diet of low protein content, basal diet plus 1 percent of dried ginseng or high protein diet plus 1 percent of dried ginseng and administered with ethanol either chronically or occasionally for a period of 4 weeks. Upon the photometric determination it was found that neither ginseng treatment nor high protein diet did influence hepatic content of vitamin A to any significant degree.

Prestressed multi-composite girder bridges with concrete infilled steel tube at negative flexural moment region takes the advantages provided due to the interactive reaction in the steel tube and concrete interface layer, enhancing local buckling resistance and the concrete strength provided by the lateral confining effect of concrete. Two beams were tested to examine ultimate behaviors of prestressed multi-composite girder bridges subjected to negative flexural moment. The experimental observations of the Prestressed multi-composite girder bridges subjected to positive flexural moment are investigated and compared to the numerical results obtained by sectional analysis method, and 1-D and 3-D finite element analysis methods.

등에 발생한 수지외 사구종양 : 증례 및 문헌고찰

Glomus tumors are rare benign mesenchymal tumors that most frequently arise in the subungual area of the finger. However, extradigital glomus tumors (EDGT) are extremely rare and the diagnosis is difficult due to their low incidence and different clinical features from digital glomus tumor. EDGT in the back is exceedingly rare. Only two case reports of EDGT of the back has been reported in the English literature. Here, the author reports a case of EDGT of the back of an 80-year-old female patient who has a 1.0x1.0 cm sized asymptomatic solitary redish purple nodule. Clinical and pathological awareness to avoid misdiagnosis of EDGT is discussed with literature review.

기동표적에 대한 ISAR Cross-Range Scaling

본 논문에서는 두 개의 순차적인 inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR) 영상들을 활용하여 표적의 회전 속도(Rotation Velocity: RV) 추정을 통한 수직 거리 스케일링(cross-range scaling: CRS)을 수행한다. 순차적으로 형성된 두 개의 ISAR 영상들에 각각 scale invariant feature transform(SIFT)를 적용함으로써 관측각도의 변화에 강인한 산란원(scatterer)들을 추출한다. 추출된 산란원과 각 영상 내 표적의 회전 중심(Rotation Center: RC) 사이의 거리가 같다는 점을 이용하여 비용함수(cost function)를 설정한 후, 전역 탐색 기법(exhaustive search method)과 결합된 particle swarm optimization(PSO)의 최적화를 통해 표적의 RV를 RC 정보 없이 추정한다. 시뮬레이션에서는 시나리오 기반으로 기동하는 표적에 대한 ISAR 영상형성 후, 제안된 기법을 통해 RC의 정보 없이 RV를 추정함으로써 ISAR 영상의 CRS가 성공적으로 수행됨을 보여준다. In this paper, a novel approach estimating target’s rotation velocity(RV) is proposed for inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR) cross-range scaling(CRS). Scale invariant feature transform(SIFT) is applied to two sequently generated ISAR images for extracting non-fluctuating scatterers. Considering the fact that the distance between target’s rotation center(RC) and SIFT features is same, we can set a criterion for estimating RV. Then, the criterion is optimized through the proposed method based on particle swarm optimization(PSO) combined with exhaustive search method. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can precisely estimate RV of a scenario based maneuvering target without RC information. With the use of the estimated RV, ISAR image can be correctly re-scaled along the cross-range direction.

후방 감시 차량용 레이다를 이용한 ISAR 영상 형성

본 논문은 선형 주파수 변조-주파수 편이(Linear Frequency Modulation-Frequency Shift Keying: LFM-FSK) 신호와 위상비교 모노펄스 방식을 사용하는 후방 감시 차량용 레이다의 ISAR(Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar) 영상 형성 기법에 관하여 제시한다. 두 개의 계단 주파수(stepped frequency) 신호를 순차적으로 연결한 LFM-FSK 신호를 이용하여 후방 관측을 통해 차량에 대한 ISAR 영상을 형성할 수 있다. 그러나 운전자 후방에 위치한 차량을 관측하여 ISAR 영상을 형성할 경우, 레이다 관측 각도(radar’s aspect angle)의 변화율이 일정하지 않기 때문에 ISAR 영상이 흐려진다. 이를 해결하기 위해 위상비교 모노펄스 방식으로 추정한 각도 정보와 각도-주파수 영역(domain)에서의 레이다 수신데이터를 사용하여 각 주파수에서 각도별로 1차원 라그랑주 보간법(Lagrange interpolation)을 수행한다. 이를 통해 관측 각도 변화율이 일정한 각도-주파수 데이터를 획득할 수 있다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 제시된 기법을 적용하여 초점이 맞는 ISAR 영상이 형성됨을 보여준다. This paper introduces the inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR) imaging technique for rear view target of an automobile, which uses both linear frequency modulation-frequency shift keying(LFM-FSK) waveform and monopulse tracking. LFM-FSK waveform consists of two sequential stepped frequency waveforms with some frequency offset, and thus, can be used to generate ISAR images of rear view target of an automobile . However, ISAR images can often be blurred due to non-uniform change rate of relative aspect angle between radar and target. In order to address this problem, one-dimensional(1-D) Lagrange interpolation technique in conjunction with angle information obtained from the monopulse tracking is applied to generate uniform data across the radar’s aspect angle. Simulation results show that the proposed method can provide focused ISAR images.

펄스 간 위상오차 보상을 통한 후방 감시 차량용 레이더의 ISAR 영상형성

최근 선형 주파수 변조-주파수 편이(Linear Frequency Modulation-Frequency Shift Keying: LFM-FSK) 신호를 사용한 후방 감시용 차량용 레이더 신호 처리 기법이 고안 되었다. 두 개의 계단 주파수(stepped frequency)신호를 순차적으로 연결한 LFM-FSK 신호의 특성을 이용 할 경우 후방 관측을 통해 차량에 대한 inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR) 영상을 형성할 수 있다. 이 때 관측 차량에 대한 ISAR 영상의 형성 시 펄스 간 위상 오차(inter-pulse phase error)로 인해 영상의 초점이 흐려지게 된다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 particle swarm optimization(PSO)를 활용한 high resolution range profile(HRRP)의 엔트로피(entropy) 최소화를 통해 펄스 간 위상 오차의 보상을 시행하였다. 여기서 LFM-FSK 신호를 이용하여 추정 한 관측 차량의 상대속도는 비용함수의 탐색구간(searching space)을 적절히 설정하는데 도움을 준다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 제시 된 기법을 적용하여 펄스 간 위상오차의 보상을 수행함으로써 초점이 맞는 ISAR 영상이 형성됨을 보여준다. LFM-FSK waveform consists of two sequential stepped frequency waveforms with some frequency offset, and thus, can be used to generate inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) images of rear view target of an automobile. However, ISAR images can often be blurred due to inter-pulse phase errors. To resolve this problem, one-dimensional (1-D) entropies of high resolution range profiles (HRRP) are minimized with the help of particle swarm optimization (PSO). The searching space used in PSO is adaptively adjusted by the use of information on the target’s velocity obtained from LFM-FSK waveforms. Simulation results show that the proposed method can generate well-focused ISAR images.
