        대학무용수들의 자기가치가 심리적 안정감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze physical self-perception, self-esteem, and subjective well-being in college woman major in dance. 457 female college dancers majoring in Ballet, Modern, and Korean dance completed the Physical Self-Perception(PSPP), the Self-Esteem Inventory, and the Subjective Well-Being survey. That is, significant differences in PSPP, self-esteem and subjective well-being were found among Ballet, Modern, and Korean dancers. The results of MANOVAs indicated that Korean dancers exhibited more higher PSPP, self-esteem, and subjective well-being than Ballet dancers. The results path analysis indicate that PSPP sub-factors affect global self-esteem and subjective well-being. The college dancer's self-esteem no significantly influenced subjective well-being. These result were discussed with various psycho social, emotional, physical, and biological perspectives in physical self-system.

        체간굴신 운동이 만성요통환자들의 요부 신전근력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of resistance training on lumbar extension strength and torso rotation in chronic low back pain patients base on isometric evaluation, 20 subject (10 male, 10 female) were tested 2 time throughtout the 8 weeks isotonic training; pre-training, post-training. 1. Training after 8weeks resulted to significant improvement in lumbar extension strength 0°, 24°, 48°, 60° for male group and 48°, 50°, 72° for female group. 2. Training after 8weeks resulted to significant improvement in body weight ratio in lumbar extension strength 24°, 48°, 50°, 72° for male group and 36°, 48°, 50°, 72° for female group. The result suggested that trunk flexion and extension exercise on developing lumbar extension strength in chronic low back pain.

        프로농구 관여도 및 제품지식이 재구매 의사에 미치는 영향

        This research affords the basic material to build a strategy for sports marketing as accurate research the pro basketball spectator's involvement and product knowledge and how its effect on re-purchase intelligent. After setting the population as a anycall pro basket ball spectator, I draw samples using the convenience sampling method. I research the difference of pro basket ball spectator and product knowledge, after make a Question, except the insufficient and non-credibility data from the collected Question paper and enter the possible to analyze and useful material on a case-by-case basis. This research execute the t-test and regression to analyze pro basketball involvement and product knowledge how effect on re-purchase intelligent. The followed conclusion was given from the procedure and research method above First, in difference of professional basketball involvement according to sex, relation, necessity, profit, and attraction were showed significant difference. Second, in difference of professional basketball knowledge according to sex, the record, the player or coach, team, and rules were showed significant difference. Third, the intention of re-purchase was affected by importance, profit, interest, entertainment, and necessity of professional basketball involvement factors. Lastly, the intention of re-purchase was affected by the record, the players or coaches, and teams of professional basketball product knowledge factors.

        태권도 선수들의 척추만곡에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze spinal curvation of Taekwondo players. For this study, the Metrecom which is analyze a frame of human body was used. The subjects were 20 high-school Taekwondo players and 20 normal high-school students. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The results of the thoracic vertebrae between the group of Taekwondo players and the group of normal students showed that there was not significant difference. 2. The results of the lumbar vertebra. between the group of Taekwondo players and the group of normal students showed that there was not significant difference. 3. The results of the scoliosis between the group of Taekwondo players and the group of normal students showed that there was significant difference(p<.05). 4. The results of the sacral base angle between the group of Taekwondo players and the group of normal students showed that there was significant difference(p<.05).

        유산소훈련모델 프로그램이 정신건강 및 기초체력향상에 미치는 영향

        In this research I've trained 300 girl students of 1st and 2nd grade at B Middle School in W city by the Aerobic Dance Model Training Program which I proposed earlier for 16 weeks in order to see what effect does the course of the Aerobic Dance Model Training Program on the girl students' physical and mental goals and analyzed the changes of the physical fitness and mental state between before and after training. So I've come to a following conclusion. As mental subordinate factors were revealed in the somatization, obsessive-compulsive, and anxiety reduction factor that we influenced affirmative. And the interpersonal sensitivity, hostility, phobic anxiety, paranoid ideation and psychiticism didn't make a significant difference. In the physical fitness measurement, there were revealed in the physical strength factor that we were improved in the standing broad jump, the sit-ups, and 800M-race factor at the training compared with the before training. In the physical fitness measurement, back fitness, shuttle run and closed eyes foot balance didn't make a significant difference.

        8주간 수영운동이 대학생의 혈중콜레스테롤농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to find the effect on the change in blood cholesterol of swimming exercise during 8 weeks. To achieve this purpose, subjects of this study were 10 college men students and the exercise program was composed of 90min exercise, 5 days a week as exercise intensity, 60-80% HRmax during 8 weeks. The conclusions were as follows; First, after the accomplishment of exercise program, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was showed significant increase, and total cholesterol, triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol was decreased, but significant difference was not showed. Second, the ratio of TC/HDL-C was showed significant increase, and the ratio of TG/HDL-C and the ratio of LDL/HDL-C was decrease, but significant difference was not showed. In view of the results so far achieved, regular swimming exercise was a very useful exercise in that positive effects on blood cholesterol concentration of college men students were showed.

      • 프로야구 관중의 관여도와 지식수준에 따른 경기장 출입요인에 관한 분석

        The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between involvement of professional baseball. knowledge of product, game attendance and purchase intention. Subjects were spectators of above 13 years old who directly attended stadium. Questionnaire was obtained by simple random sampling method and self-administration method from Aug. 9 to Aug. 30 in 2000. Fifty three data out of one thousand and hundred questionnaire which is obtained were excluded due to inappropriate contents and validate of data. After coding the rest of data. two-way ANOVAs. correlation analysis. and regression analysis were performed for data analysis. Results are as follows. Participation of professional baseball spectators have a significant effect on staduim attendance factors of facility. public information and game performance. Level of knowledge for professional baseball spectators have a signficant effect on staduim attendance factors of fan service and entrance ticket.

        규칙적인 수영운동이 남자 대학생의 신체구성과 기초체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of swimming exercise on body composition and basic physical fitness in male college students. In order to achieve the said goal, the study selected 12 male college students and let them do swimming for 90 minutes 5 times a week for 8 weeks with exercise intensity of 60-80%HRmax. T-test was conducted by using an SPSS statistics program and the results obtained were as below. First, it has been noted that percent body fat and fat mass of body composition were reduced significantly, but fat free mass was increased significantly. Second, it has been shown that muscle strength, agility and flexibility of basic physical fitness were improved significantly, but there was no significant improvement in strength and power. From the results above, it has been observed that regular swimming exercise had a positive effect on reduction of body fat, increase in fat free mass and improvement in physical fitness. Therefore, it has been believed that it would be necessary for male college students to do swimming exercise for more than 8 weeks to prevent their obesity and improve their physical fitness. Furthermore, it is expected that there should be continuous further researches on various exercise programs based on a dietary treatment.

        키네시오테이핑 적용이 요부 각도별 최대 등척성 신근력과 근 피로도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of kinesio taping method on muscular strength of lumbar extension and fatigue using MedX and EMG. by applying kinesio taping to twenty athletes(male:10, female:10), For male, extensor muscular strength of the lumbar area at each angle has increased in all 7 major angles, but no overall statistical difference. But in two angles, 24" and 36", muscular strength had demonstrated a statistical significance. For female, muscular strength has seen a higher rate of increase, in all 7 major angles after taping, For male, in analysis of center frequency muscular fatigue there was a decrease in the 0", 36", and 72" angles, but no statistical difference(p>.05). For female, there was a slight decrease in the 0" and 36" angles. For male, in analysis of average frequency muscular fatigue there was a decrease in the 0" and 36" angles. No statistical difference(p>.05). For female, there was a slight decrease in center frequency in the 0" and 36" angles.
