Many system devices for fluoroscopic and general X-ray studies in diagnostic radiographic system have been being changed from analog mode to digital mode. In addition, among diagnostic imaging and radiologic examinations, fluoroscopic studies that requires functional diagnosis is being widely used. The video recording method of fluoroscopic studies has been useful in functional image diagnosis and dynamic image observation, but the utility of its image quality is being reduced because of limitation in setting play segments of the video player, inconvenience of play, difficulties in preserving reproduced images, the change of image quality, etc. In order to complement these shortages, it is necessary to facilitate access to patient diagnosis information such as storing, editing and sharing functional diagnosis images in response to the trend of the digitalization of digital radiographic & fluoroscopic system(DRF). Thus this study designed and implemented a device of storing functional dynamic images real time using a computer rather than existing video recording, aiming at contribution to functional image diagnosis.

In the June, 1991, there was the explosion in which methanol rectified column as a part of the new surface active agent's manufacturing processes. The type of explosion was estimated as the 'detonation'. The methanol rectified column was ruined, and broken pieces of the column were scattered within 900m. Also, there were victims such as the two deads and thirteen wounded persons. The cause of the explosion was heat explosion by being concentrated locally from 0.1% to several tens% of supply fluid at Metal Hydroperoxide, which was produced by methanol and hydrogen peroxide used as the bleach of surface active agent, during the operation stoppage process of methanol rectified column.

Safety diagnostic indicator pointer can divide by greatly two. One is management (Software) side that one that differ with mechanical (Hardware) side that handle laying stress on equipment connected with safety manages organization and management connected with safety. Weight appropriates according to specific gravity that relevant element occupies in facilities. To give so big value in particular element in grant of weight pays attention because break balance of whole guideline and should gives. Finally, efficient safety net may see effect before self-regulation inside by minimum target establishment using AHP by government and legal, systematic countermeasure establishment for this, strict law application and each business proprietor and though activity and user's active safety activity forms harmony properly.

Recently, Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI) has been commonly recognized as one of the supply chain application that delivers clear value to the sectors of electic & electronic components. VMI is a process in which a supplier generates orders for its distributor based on demand information sent by the distributor. VMI is providing the benefits of smoother demand, lower inventories(work in process, safety stock) and reduced costs. This study focused on improvement of safety level inventory efficiency by VMI. The results indicated that VMI allowed the company to serve its customers more surely and efficiently.

Scheduling semi-conductor manufacturing process systems is a complicated and difficult job due to such characteristics as reentry into manufacturing processes, high uncertainty of processes, and products and technologies changing rapidly. They have carried out many studies to find the efficient ways for semi-conductor manufacturing systems with a view to accomplishing the goals of systems like saving cycling time and increasing production quantity per unit time. The production flow in the semi-conductor industry has the most unique characteristics and makes it difficult to plan production and to schedule semi-conductor manufacturing. Currently, the scheduling methods in semi-conductor assembly processes follow the dispatching rule by simple FCFS(first come first serve). And backlog is operated as a buffer based on daily production quantity. In this study, therefore, we will apply various dispatching rules by real time basis and verify the effect and result of exact scheduling through simulation, based on the assumption that competitive advantages in production come from efficient inventory control and exact scheduling.

The potential needs as well as visible needs of customer should be considered in order to research and analyze of the customer data. The methods to analyze customer data is classified into customer segmentation, clustering analysis model, forecasting customer response probability model, analysis of the customer break rate model and new customer analysis model by the purpose. In this study, we developed the CW-CLV (Correlation Weight Customer Lifetime Value)method that used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)rule for enhance the reliability of customer data and quantitative analysis of the customer segmentation, based on CLV(Customer Lifetime Value). We suggest to new variables and methodology from determined CW-CLV coefficients, because all of companies respect to the diversified customers classification and complexity of consumers needs. Finally, we unfolded any company"s scheduling added new methodology using simulation and leaded conclusion about the new methodology.

It is highly recommended that companies should consider the organic complexes between variables and which new variable should be introduced. In addition, companies should determine to which extend they should respond to the diversification and complexity of consumers. In this regard, CLV (Customer Lifetime Vale) will be the main subject to be considered by companies in the future.

As domestic buildings have been large-scaled, diversified and high-rise, there have been a consistent demand for design, development of construction technology and accident prevention activity as well as quality enhancement. In spite of governmental and related institutions' efforts for reducing national losses which come from numerous accidents, there have been endless small and large accidents on the construction site and thus, it is urgent to conduct empirical researches in this area. Currently safety supervision system in construction industry has enforced harm and danger prevention planning system, however it merely stick to other existing materials. In addition, it is difficult to put it into practice in that it requires bearing too much burden to draw out the planning itself in a case of large construction work. Consequently in this paper we select evaluation criteria by construction progress, classify into several categories, and regard potential danger which often occurs, as a evaluation criterion. Further step is to allow workers or collaborated companies to express their expert opinions or experiences and to encourage quality and process control and autonomous safety control by applying PSM(Process Safety Management) method using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and to development of PSM evaluation method in the construction. The reason why PSM method should be quantitative and substantial progress is because it contributes Korean constructing companies to enhancing their safety control ability and to taking an equal stance just like developed countries, thereby strengthening their competitive edges. Boost of safety control system by PSM method could make an enormous contribution to preventing construction accidents on the site by establishing and securing an autonomous safety control system.
