        유산소 운동이 소아 및 청소년의 인지기능에 미치는 영향 : 문헌고찰

        The purpose of this review was to investigate the relationship between aerobic exercise and cognitive function as well as synthesize the effect of aerobic exercise intervention studies centered on psychiatric symptoms associated with general cognitive deficit. Prospective studies on aerobic exercise and improvement of cognitive function were reviewed and synthesized. In addition, this literature review provides significant positive results on the relationship between aerobic exercise and general cognitive deficit associated with psychiatric symptoms. Review of this literature suggests that there is a positive relationship between participation in aerobic exercise and cognitive function. In this text, there are at least three general pathways by which aerobic exercise may facilitate executive function in children : 1) cognitive demands inherent in engaging in physical activity, 2) cognitive demands inherent in cooperation of complex motor tasks, and 3) physiological changes resulting from aerobic exercise. Another main finding of this review is that physical activity has a stronger influence on cognitive deficit, including attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, depression, and anxiety. Development of cognitive function is the most important factor for children and youth. Therefore, future research should prove relationship between physical activity and cognitive function using a more scientific and quantitative approach design.

        프로그램화 된 신체운동이 ADHD 아동의 주의산만행동과 과잉행동에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to deeply analyze a change of the programmed physical exercise in attentiondeficient behavior and hyperactivity of children with ADHD, through the single-subject research design method. The research subjects were 4 elementary school students who are under being cured due to being judged to be ADHD at Child Psychiatric Clinic for C University Hospital where is located in Seoul at that time of beginning experiment in order to be conformed with the objective of research. For visual observation, the attention-deficient behavior was used the frequency-typed case sampling method(Shin So-yeon, Park Jaeguk, Kim Yeong-mi, Lee Hwa-eun, 2007). Observation of hyperactivity was used the contents, which Carlson and Hotfield(1991) defined, by referring to the contents by Mun Jae-gyeong(1998). The following are the results that were elicited through the research procedure of this study. First, the programmed physical exercise was indicated to reduce attention-deficient behavior in children with ADHD. Second, the programmed physical exercise was indicated to reduce hyperactivity in children with ADHD.

        수치해석을 통한 초미세 방전 소자의 방전 특성 연구

        In this paper, we have studied the basic discharge characteristics of ac-type cylindrical microcavity structure. The structure has a two electrodes, which are positioned in the bottom of the cavity and in the side wall of the cylinder, respectively. The discharge showed asymmetric phenomena depending on the position of a cathode electrode. When the bottom electrode was a cathode, the discharge was stronger even though the area of the cathode was smaller than that of the anode. Simulation results revealed that the focused electric field toward the bottom electrode increased ion density in the space which in tum strengthened the cathode sheath and ionization process.

        청소년 e-스포츠 참여동기에 대한 심층적 분석

        The purpose of this study is to achieve deep understanding of the motivation for juvenile`s e-sports participation with qualitative analysis. The subject of study was 322 juveniles who are already participating in more than 2 of the e-sports games categorized by Korean E-Sports Association and playing more than 3 times a week, more than 1 hour per playing. Gender distribution was 174 males and 158 females. Educational distribution was 124 middle school students and 208 high school students. The result for the participation motive was researched with open-end survey questionnaire. 692 raw data were gathered and they have been analyzed with three stages of categorization. Derived E-sports participation motive was "Arousal-seeking", "Enjoyment", "Stress release", "Escaping reality", "Virtual experience", "Interaction", "Effect of environment", "Competition", and "Addiction" of nine domains. The gender difference analysis of participation motive shows thrill-seeking for males and entertaining for females was the dominant factor for each gender. And by the education level, middle school students were mostly entertainment oriented but thrill-seeking was dominant for high-school students. The result of this research will be able to offer the most basic data to settle correct internet culture for juveniles and further, this can be utilized for the base data to prevent the recently arising issue of game addiction.

        ADHD 아동의 규칙적인 운동참여가 건강관련체력 및 창의성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the present study is to analyze, in depth, for a long period a change in health-related fitness variables and the creativity of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Fourteen elementary school students who are under being treated for ADHD at Child Psychiatric Clinic in Seoul participated in this study. Then health related fitness variables measured were height, weight, physical strength, i.e. muscular endurance, flexibility, agility, balance, muscular strength and endurance. The creativity was measured by the KCAP (Korean Creativity Assessment Packet) which was converted into Korean by Cho Yong-Tae (2007). Each exercise treatment of 60 minutes was performed twice a week, for a total of eight weeks. 2×2(groupxtime) factorial design with repeated measured two way ANOVA (p<.05) was performed to investigate any significant differences and interactions. The results of this study were as follows: first, a positive increase in their health-related fitness was found for the children with ADHD who performed exercise treatment and similarly a positive effect on creativity of children with ADHD.
