중소제조기업 기술사업화 결정요인 : 네트워크의 매개효과와 협력의 조절효과

본 연구는 인천 경제자유구역 산업단지에 속해있는 중소제조기업의 기업가정신, 기술혁신역량, 클러스터가 기술사업화에 미치는 영향에서 협력이 조절하는 네트워크의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 예비조사와 본 조사를 거쳤다. 본 조사는 2019년 1월부터 2월까지 산업단지 소속 중소제조기업에 구조화된 설문지를 배부하고 e-mail 등의 수단으로 248부의 설문을 회수하였으며, 분석 가능한 설문지 219부를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램과 SPSS PROCESS Macro Model을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 3단계 회귀식에서 산업단지에 속해있는 중소제조기업의 기업가정신, 기술혁신역량, 클러스터 각각의 독립변수가 기술사업화에 미치는 영향에서 네트워크의 부분매개효과를 발견하였다. 둘째, 중소제조기업의 협력이 기업가정신, 기술혁신역량, 클러스터가 네트워크에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 효과를 발견하였다. 독립변수와 조절변수 사이 상호작용 효과를 발견하였다. 협력이 잘 될수록 기업가정신, 기술혁신역량, 클러스터 각각은 네트워크 관계를 보다 더 긍정적으로 강화하고 있음을 발견하였다. 셋째, 기업가정신, 기술혁신역량, 클러스터가 네트워크의 매개를 통해 기술사업화에 미치는 간접효과를 협력이 조절하고 있음을 분석하여 협력에 의해 조절된 네트워크의 매개효과를 발견하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중소제조기업이 기업가정신, 기술혁신역량, 클러스터를 형성해 기술사업화를 추진하는 과정에서 협력을 통한 네트워크 구축이 필요함을 시사한다. 둘째, 중소제조기업 지원 중앙정부나 지방자치단체는 개별기업이 형성한 기업가정신, 기술혁신역량, 클러스터를 바탕으로 기술을 사업화할 때 네트워크의 체계적 구축 환경 조성이 필요함을 시사한다. 셋째, 중소제조기업의 기업가정신, 기술혁신역량, 클러스터가 가져올 수 있는 긍정적 변화에 대한 이해를 통해 기업가정신, 기술혁신역량, 클러스터를 적극적으로 활용해 긍정적 성과를 도출할 수 있도록 변혁적 기업문화 형성 노력이 필요함을 시사한다. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 program and the SPSS PROCESS Macro Model. The results of this study are as follows. First, in a three-step regression, the parametric effects of the network were found in the entrepreneurship of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies, technological innovation capabilities and clusters the effect of independent variables of each on technology commercialization partially. Second, it found that cooperation of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies controlled entrepreneurship, technological innovation capabilities and clusters on the impact of the network. Third, it was analyzed that cooperation controls entrepreneurship, technological innovation capabilities and clusters the indirect effects on technology commercialization through the network, and found the parametric effects of networks controlled by cooperation. The implications of this study are as follows. First, it suggests that cooperation is necessary for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies to build networks in the process of promoting technology commercialization by forming entrepreneurship, technological innovation capabilities and clusters. Second, central or local governments supporting small and medium-sized manufacturing companies suggest that the creation of a systematic deployment environment for networks is necessary when technology is commercialized on the basis of entrepreneurship, technological innovation capabilities and clusters formed by individual entities.

본 연구는 공유형 실천학습공동체 ‘희망더하기공간나눔’ 사례를 통해 전 연령을 아우르는 공동학습경험의 특성과 공유형 실천학습공동체의 의미에 대하여 탐구 하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 문제인 실천학 습공동체 구성원들의 참여 맥락이다. 공유형 실천학습공동체 ‘희망더하기공간나 눔’은 지금까지의 선행연구와 다른 초기 공동체 참여 동기가 나타났다. 둘째, 구성 원들의 공동학습경험의 특성으로 본 연구자는 한 세대의 소그룹에서 학습했다면 깨달을 수 없었던 세대 간의 ‘소통’과 ‘성찰’을 청소년과 성인으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 셋째, 공유형 공동체의 의미는 무엇인가이다. 공유형 실천학습공동체 유형과 관련하여 ‘나눔’과 ‘공유’ 의미를 비교 분석하고 공유형 공동체라는 결론을 도출하였다. 이와 같은 결론으로 구성원들에 의해 유지·발전되는 느슨한 공동 체로 일상이 학습이 되는, 가슴 떨리는 일을 하는 사람들이 추구하는 학습공동체의 대안으로써 의미가 있다고 본다. The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of shared learning experiences and the meaning of shared action learning community through the case of shared practice learning community “Hope plus space sharing”. The results of the study are as follows. First is the context of participation of the members of the Action Learning Community, which is a research issue. The shared practice learning community, “Hope plus space sharing,” has shown the previous research and other early community motivations. Second, as a characteristic of the members co-learning experiences, the researcher analyzed “communication” and “reflection” between generations that could not be realized if they had learned in a small group of one generation. Third, what is the meaning of a shared community? With regard to the type of shared learning and learning community, we compared and analyzed the meaning of sharing and sharing , and concluded that it is a shared community.
