        전자군 방법에 의한 C<sub>3</sub>F<sub>8</sub>분자가스의 비탄성충돌단면적의 결정

        The electron drift velocity W and the product of the longitudinal diffusion coefficient and the gas number density $ND_{L}$ in the $0.525\;\%$ and $5.05\;\%$ $C_{3}F_8-Ar$ mixtures were measured by using the double shutter drift tube with variable drift distance over the E/N range from 0.03 to 100 Td and gas pressure range from 1 to 915 torr. And we determined the electron collision cross sections set for the $C_{3}F_8$ molecule by STEP 1 of electron swarm method using a multi-term Boltzmann equation analysis. Our special attention in the present study was focused upon the vibrational excitation and new excitations cross sections of the $C_{3}F_8$ molecule.

        SF<sub>6</sub>분자가스의 압력 의존도

        We measured the electron drift velocity, W, in 0.5% $SF_6-Ar$ mixture over the E/N range from 30 Td to 300 Td and gas pressure range from 0.1 to 0.5 Torr by the double shutter drift tube with a variable drift distance, and calculated over the same E/N and gas pressure range by using the two-term approximation of the Boltzmann equation. The measured and calculated values at different gas pressure at each E/N was appreciable dependence in the results on the gas pressure.

        Kr과 Xe 원자기체의 전자수송계수의 해석

        플라즈마 현상의 정량적 이해를 위해서는 원자나 분자기체가 가지고 있는 정확한 전자충돌단면적과 그 전자수송 계수의 값을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서 사용하고 있는 Kr과 Xe 원자기체는 PDP와 무전극램프 등 다양한 산업 응용분야에 이용되고 있다. 따라서 2항 근사 볼츠만 해석에 의해 기체압력 1[torr]의 조건에 0.001~500[Td]의 광범위한 E/N에서 순수 Kr과 Xe 원자기체의 전자이동속도 W, 종ㆍ횡축확산계수 ND<SUB>L</SUB>과 ND<SUB>T</SUB>, 전리계수 α/N의 전자수송계수를 계산하고 물성 해석하였다. Accurate sets of electron collision cross sections and the electron transport coefficients for atoms and molecules are necessary for quantitative understanding of plasma phenomena. Kr and Xe atom are used in many industrial applications, such as in PDP and fluorescent induction lamps(FILs). Therefore, we analysed and calculated the electron transport coefficients, the electron drift velocity W, the longitudinal and transverse diffusion coefficient ND<SUB>L</SUB> and ND<SUB>T</SUB>, and the ionization coefficient α/N in pure Kr and Xe gases over the wide E/N range from 0.001 to 500[Td] at 1[Torr] by two-term approximation of the Boltzmann equation.

        반도체 에칭분야에 많이 이용되고 있는 CF₄, C₂F?, C₃F?가스들의 전자수송계수들을 볼츠만 방정식을 이용하여 해석하고자 한다. 특히 혼합가스를 이용하여 확산방전스위치에서 요구되어지는 특성을 파악하고자 할 때 시뮬레이션에 의한 적절한 혼합비 구현을 위하여 이들 순수가스들이 가지고 있는 전자충돌단면적을 해석하고, 전자이동속도와 부착계수 값을 2 항과 다항근사 볼츠만 해석을 통해 0.1~300 Td에 걸친 광범위 E/N에서 해석하고자 한다.

        Effects of Taeyeumjoweetang on the obestity of mouse induced by gold thioglucose. It is researched to elucidate the effects of Taeyeumjoweetang on the obesity of mouse induced by gold thioglucose and the differentiation and growth of preadipocyte, 3T3-L1 cell. The result were as follows. 1. Taeyeumjoweetang extract improved the blood level of transaminase changed by the obesity of mouse induced by gold thioglucose. 2. Taeyeumjoweetang extract inhibited the increase of liver fat and body fat induced by the obesity of mouse induced by gold thioglucose. 3. Taeyeumjoweetang extract inhibited the increase of body weight induced by the obesity of mouse induced by gold thioglucose. 4. Taeyeumjoweetang extract inhibited the growth of undifferentiate preadipocyte 3T3-L1. 5. Taeyeumjoweetang extract showed the effects of inhibition on the differentiation of preadipocyte 3T3-L1. The above results suggested that the Taeyeumjoweetang extract may be used on the obesity induced by the overgrowth and differentiation of adipocyte, and the accumulation of fat in liver and body.

        스타트업 실태 및 육성방안에 관한 연구: 성남시 스타트업을 중심으로

        This study was conducted to derive policy measures such as fostering and supporting by examining the actual conditions of domestic startups. The subject of this study was the start-ups located in Seongnam-si, where Pangyo Techno Valley, which is the highest-level innovation cluster in Korea and is evaluated as a start-up mecca. Startups were defined as startups under 7 years old based on new technologies such as IT, BT, and CT, and the subjects of the study were selected. This can be seen as a step forward from previous research in that it embodies the concept of a startup that was previously abstract in a quantitatively measurable way. As a result of the analysis, about 94% of startups are distributed in the so-called "Death Valley" growth stage, and startups above scale-up, which means full-scale growth beyond BEP, account for about 6%. appeared to be occupied. He cited the problem of start-up funds as the biggest difficulty in the early stages of startups, and cited the loan evaluation method that prioritizes sales or collateral in raising funds as the biggest problem. In addition, start-ups rated the access to private investment capital such as VC, AC, and angel investors at a low level compared to policy funds, which are public funds. Most startups showed a lot of interest in overseas expansion, and they chose matching overseas investors such as overseas VCs as the biggest support for overseas expansion. The overall competitiveness in the overseas market was 49.6 points, which is less than 50 points out of 100, indicating that the overall competitiveness was somewhat inferior. It was analyzed that public support and investment in overseas sales channels (sales channels, distribution networks, etc.) should be prioritized along with enhancement of technological competitiveness in order for domestic startups to increase their competitiveness in overseas markets as well as in the domestic market.

        대학 정보공시 데이터베이스(DB)를 활용한 자율개선대학선정 예측에 관한 실증연구

        Due to the decrease in the school-age population and government regulations, universities have made great efforts to secure their own competitiveness. In particular, the selection of universities with financial support based on the recent evaluation of the Ministry of Education has become a major concern enough to affect the existence of the university itself. This paper extracts three-year data from 124 major private universities nationwide, and quantitatively analyzes the variables of major universities selected as self-improvement universities, competency reinforcement universities, and universities with limited financial support. As a result of estimating the selection of self-powered universities using the ordered logit model by hierarchically inputting 12 variables, student competitiveness in the metropolitan area (1.318<sup>**</sup>), Educational Restitution Rate (4.078<sup>***</sup>), University operation expenditure index rate (1.088<sup>***</sup>) values were found. Significant positive coefficient values were found in the admission enrollment rate (45.98<sup>***</sup>) and the enrollment rate (13.25<sup>***</sup>). As a result of analyzing the marginal effects, the increase in the rate of reduction of education costs has always been positive in the selection of self-powered universities, but it was observed that the rate of increase decreases in areas of increase of 150% or more. On the contrary, the probability of becoming a Em-powered university was negative in all sectors, but on the contrary, it was analyzed that marginal effects increased at the same time point. On the other hand, the employment rate of graduates was not able to find direct significance with the result of the selection of Self powered universities. Through this paper, it is expected that each university will analyze the possibility and shortcomings of the selection of Self powered universities in policy making, and in particular, the risk of dropout of selection for the vulnerable field can be predicted using marginal effects. It can be used as major research data for both university evaluators, university officials and students.

        죽엽석고탕가감방(竹葉石膏湯加減方)이 항암화학요법제(抗癌化學療法劑)의 세포독성(細胞毒性)과 종양세포(腫瘍細胞)의 성장억제(成長抑制)에 미치는 효과(效果)에 대한 연구

        In order to investingate the effects of Jukyeopseokgotanggagambang Extract on antitumor effects after human cell lines(A549, hep3B, Caki-1, Ehrlich) transplantation into the peritoneal cavity or right groin in mice induced by RPMI 1640 and GIBCO etc., the extracts of its herbal medicines were orally administered for 10 or 12days. Experimental studies were performed for measurance of antitumor effect of MMC(Mitomycin C) and lysosomal enzyme's activities using colony forming efficiency, SRB assay which were regarded as a valuable method for antitumor effects of unknown compound on tumor cell lines. The results obtained in this studies were as follows: 1. According to the change of colony-forming efficiency and SRB assay of Caki-1 cell, hep3B and A549 cells after exposure to the extract of Jukyeopseokgotanggagambang extract, that extract depressed the growth of tumor cells depending on its concentration. 2. Antitumor activities of the ethanol extract from Jukyeopseokgotanggagambang extract and MMC on ascites form of Ehrlich carcinoma in mice is a little improved. Especially mean survival times of the group of Jukyeopseokgotanggagambang extract 200mg/kg and MMC 0.1mg/kg is improved over 30%. 3. When Jukyeopseokgotanggagambang extract and MMC are administerated together, the weight of tumor is more decreased than MMC alone. 4. The effects of the Jukyeopseokgotanggagambang extract and MMC on the lysosomal enzymes in Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cell are more significantly improved than MMC alone. 5. Jukyeopseokgotanggagambang extract also increased the uptake of MMC into Ehrlich carcinoma cells. According to the above results, it could be suggested that Jukyeopseokgotanggagambang extract has indirect autitumor effects by strengthening the effects of MMC on tumor cells.
