Polyurethane coating materials are widely used in waterproofing construction because they ensure easy workability and high performance mechanical properties, and such polyurethane coating materials are in various mixture ratios. This study carried out a test to determine the basic physical property changes of polyurethane coating material based on the amount of charcoal additives to. The results showed that he tensile strength was found to be 3.1 N / ㎟ when the charcoal amount was at 2%, displaying the highest performance rate.

In this stduy, we will references to provide reasonable basis for the test environments applicable to the chemical resistance test covered by KS F 4935『Injection-type Sealing Materials for Water Leakage Crack of Adhesive and Flexible Rubber Asphalt』, analyze the problems with the current test methods in consideration of the features of materials. As a result, we assured more objective data in improved chemical resistance test methods.
유 무기질 체질안료 입도 및 함량에 따른 아스팔트 매스틱 도막방수재의 누유 특성

본 연구에서는 아스팔트 매스틱 도막방수재를 구성하는 원료의 종류 및 함량을 조정하여 누유발생 특성을 분석함으로써 원료와 누유발생 간 특정 상관관계를 정량적으로 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 아스팔트 매스틱 도막방수재의 유·무기계 체질안료인 CA(탄산칼슘)와 ASE(침강방지제) 두 개 원료를 선정하였으며, 입도 및 함량을 변수로 설정하여 배합을 통해 샘플시료를 조성하고 샘플시료별점도 및 누유안정성(20℃, 40℃) 평가를 진행하였다. 평가결과, 누유안정성 및 점도는 CA 평균입도에 반비례하며, ASE 함량에 비례하는 상관관계가 성립하는 것을 정량적으로 증명하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 아스팔트 매스틱 도막방수재의 누유 개선을 위한 배합 연구 시 기초 배합설계의 핵심적인 근거자료로서 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. In this study, the purpose of this study was to quantitatively grasp the specific correlation between the raw material and the occurrence of leakage by analyzing the characteristics of leakage by adjusting the type and content of the raw material constituting the asphalt mastic coating waterproofing material. To this end, two raw materials, CA (calcium carbonate) and ASE (anti-sedimentation), which are organic and mineral extender for asphalt mastic waterproofing membrane coating, were selected. viscosity and oil leakage stability (20 ℃, 40 ℃) was evaluated. As a result of the evaluation, the oil leakage stability and viscosity were inversely proportional to the CA average particle size, and it was quantitatively proven that a correlation in proportion to the ASE content was established. The results of this study are expected to be used as core data for basic mixing design in the future mixing studies to improve leakage of asphalt mastic waterproofing membrane coating.

본 연구는 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 학교안전사고를 예방 및 저감하기 위해서는 산업재해 예방정책과 시스템을 도입할 필요가 있다고 보았으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생의 안전능력(위험을 예지, 회피, 대응할 수 있는 능력) 강화가 필요 하다. 둘째, 손상감시 시스템, 안전책임관 등 예방중심의 안전인프라 구축이 필요하 다. 셋째, 효과적인 안전정책을 추진하기 위해서는 안정적인 재정확보가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 학교안전공제회 기금운영계획에 예방사업비를 최소한 100분의 5 이 상을 지출하도록 의무화할 필요가 있으며, 학생 1인당 안전교육비를 책정할 필요가 있다. 또한, 교육청 차원의 안전교육비 지출을 의무화할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 지속가 능한 학교안전정책 추진을 위해 평가시스템과 PDCA 사이클과 같은 피드백 시스템 을 구축될 필요가 있다. 다섯째, 안전문화 활동의 강화이다. 이를 위해서는 매월 4일 실시하는 안전점검의 날의 활성화가 필요하며, 안전문화를 정착시키기 위해서는 업 무 담당자들의 전문성을 강화할 필요가 있다. 또한, 지역사회와 학교안전거버넌스를 구축할 필요가 있다. This study aimed to argue for how much we need to introduce industrial accident prevention policy and system in order to prevent and decrease school safety accidents that have been occurring only constantly. Findings of the research are presented as follows. First, safety competence of students (competence in foreseeing, avoiding and reacting to danger) must be strengthened. Second, prevention-focused safety infrastructures such as Injury surveillance system, Chief safety officer and others need to be prepared and operated. Third, stable financial security will help effective operation of the safety policies. In order to achieve the third purpose, the study suggests that a fund operation plan of School Safety and Insurance Association should make it mandatory to spend, at least, more than five-hundredths on prevention business, and that safety educational expense per student should be also appropriated. In addition, education offices must be obliged to share their money for safety education. Fourth, evaluation systems and feedback systems such as PDCA Cycle must be established and, they will be what promote sustainability of the school safety policies. Fifth, safety culture activities must be encouraged. In terms of ways to realize all of those ideas, the study now argues that Safety-check Day on the 4th of each month must be more earnestly supported and promoted. As far as the study understands, the safety culture gets finally stabilized when professionalism of people who actually deal with safety is increased and not only that, local communities should be asked to join in establishing school safety governance.
폴리우레아 방수재의 탄소섬유함량에 따른 내열성능 변화추이 연구

This study investigates the effect of improving the heat resistance performance when carbon fiber is mixed in the polyurea coating material. A tensile strength test method was carried out with the carbon fiber mixed polyurea specimens at an interval of 7, 14, and 21 days after heat treatment at 140±2℃. The test results showed that there was a significant decrease in the tensile strength performance. While the elongation and tensile performance decreased greatly, it was confirmed nevertheless the overall performance was maintained. This study proposes that mixing carbon fiber to the polyurea resin can effectively secure long-term heat resistance, thereby solving the problem of deterioration of physical properties caused by exposure to ultraviolet rays.
