        살충성곰팡이 Metarhizium anisopliae의 ura5 유전자의 분리동정

        환경친화형 생물농약개발을 위한 방안의 일환으로, 벼별구 등 농해충병원사상균 Metarhizium anisopliae의 분자생물학적 육종을 위해 영양요구성 돌연변이를 상보하는 선택유전자, ura5 (Orotate phosphoribosyl transferase)를 cloning하였다. Cloning방법으로는 기존에 알려진 사상균의 ura5 유전자들간에 확인된 상보성 염기배열을 합성하여, 이것을 primer로 사용하여 PCR기법에 의해 부분적으로 cloning하였다 또한, PCR기법에 의해cloning된 uras유전자단편의 염기배열을 결정한 결과, Trichoderma resei의 ura5유전자와는 아미노산수준에서 약 85%의 상동성을 나타내었으며, 이 단편을 이용하여 Metarhizium anisopliae의 genomic library로 부터 ura5유전자가 포함된 약 4.4 kb의 DNA단편을 cloning 하였다. About 250 bp ura5 gene (Orotate phosphoribosyl transferase) fragment was cloned from genomic DNA of entomopathogenic fungus Metarhizium anisopliae by using PCR method. Entire nucleotide sequences of cloned DNA fragment were determined and analysed as compared with other fungus ura5 genes. The amino acid sequence deduced from the nucleotide sequence showed 85.5% homology to ura5 protein of Trichoderma reesei. Using this 250 bp PCR fragment we have isolated full ura5 gene of M. anisopliae by genomic Southern hybridization and the isolated 4.4 kb DNA fragments were mapped by restrictional enzyme.

        BTMSM/O<sub>2</sub> 유량변화에 따른 SiOCH 박막의 저유전 특성

        SiOC thin film of hybrid-type that is the limelight as low dielectric material of next generation were deposited by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) method with bistrimethylsilylmethane (BTMSM) precursor increased by 2 sccms from 24 sccms to 32 sccm. Manufactured samples are analyzed components by measuring FT/IR absorption lines. It is a tendency that seems to be growing of Si-O-Si(C) bonding group and narrowing of Si-O-$CH_3$ bonding group relative to the increasing flow-rate BTMSM. The chemical shift in the XPS analysis was shown in the specimens between the BTMSM=26 sccm and BTMSM = 28 sccm. The binding energy of Si 2p, C 1s and O 1s electron orbit spectra was the low-est at the specimen of the BTMSM=26 sccm. From the results of electrical Properties using the 1 MHz C - V measurements, the dielectric constant was 2.32 at the specimen with the BTMSM = 26 sccm.

      • 토끼 신피질 절편에서 PCMB가 유기이온의 이동에 미치는 영향

        To determine the role of sulfhydryl group in transport of organic ions across the basolateral membrane of renal proximal tubules, effect of p-chloromercuribenzoic acid (PCMB) on the transport of tetraethylammonium (TEA) and p-aminohippurate (PAH) was studied in rabbit renal cortical slices. PCMB caused irreversible inhibition of TEA and PAH uptake in a dose-dependent manner, with $I_{50}$ value (concentration for 50% inhibition) of $30\;{\mu}M$ for TEA and $75\;{\mu}M$ for PAH. Kinetic analysis of TEA and PAH uptakes showed that PCMB decreased Vmax $(62.35\;vs.\;28.32\;n\;mole/g{\cdot}min\;fur\;TEA:\;385.24\;vs.\;170.36\;n\;mole/g{\cdot}min\;for\;PAH)$ without changing Km. The inhibitory action of PCMB on TEA and PAH uptakes was independent of pH of the pretreatment medium. The inhibitory effect of PCMB on the uptake of TEA or PAH was prevented by dithiothreitol, but not by the substrate. PCMB inhibited Na-K-ATPase activity in a dose-dependent manner with $I_{50}$ value of $50\;{\mu}M$, which is similar to those for TEA and PAH uptake. These results suggest that PCMB inhibits the transport of organic cations and anions in the renal basolateral membrane by directly affecting the SH-group in the transporter molecules or secondly by altering the Na-K-ATPase activity.

        시뮬레이티드 어닐링을 이용한 마크로 블럭의 배치

        Custom VLSI 칩의 설계에 있어서 임의의 폭과 높이를 갖는 직사각형 마크로 블럭을 효과적으로 배치하는 것은 칩의 면적과 신호 지연시간을 줄이기 위하여 매우 중요하다. 이 논문에서는 시뮬레이티드 어닐링을 사용하여 마크로 블럭을 전체적으로 최적 배치하기 위한 방법과, 시뮬레이티드 어닐링 과정이 끝난 후에 남아있는 직사각형 블럭들 사이의 중첩을 제거하는 효율적인 알고리듬을 제안하였다. 최소한의 배선영역을 확보하기 위해 각 블럭을 4방향으로 확장한 후에, 확장된 블럭들을 최대한 밀집되도록 배치하였다. 이 방법을 MV10000/UNIX 컴퓨터에서 C언어로 프로그램 하였으며 50개와 160개의 블럭으로 구성된 회로에 적용한 결과 좋은 배치를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 최종 배치에 큰영향을 주는 파라미터에 대한 조사를 하였다. An effective placement of macro blocks having arbitrary width and height is very important in reducing the chip area and the signal delay. In this paper, we proposed a method of macro block placement to obtain the globally optimal placement using simulated annealing, and an efficient algorithm for eliminating the overlaps between the rectangular macro blocks which may remain even after the simulated annealing process is terminated. Each macro block was enlarged to take into account minimal routing area, and these macro blocks were compacted as much as possible during the placement. This procedure was implemented in C language running on MV10000/UNIX computer system, and good placements were obtained by applying this procedure to two circuits which were consisted of 50 and 160 macro blocks respectively. Several parameters giving great effects to final placements were investigated.

      • 형태소 사전 기반 구문 형태소 생성

        구문 형태소는 형태소 분석 과정에서 생성된 노드들을 최소한으로 줄이기 위해 제안되었다. 구문 형태소는 불필요한 노드를 제거해 줌으로 구문 분석기의 부담을 매우 크게 줄이는 효과가 있다. 그러나 기존의 시스템에서 구문 형태소 생성은 형태소 분석 단계와 분리되어 별도의 분석 시간을 요구하며, 띄어쓰기 오류에 대한 고려를 하지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 형태소 사전을 기반으로 한 구문 형태소 생성 방법을 제안한다. 실험 결과 기존의 방법에 비해 제안된 방법은 100배 이상의 생성 속도 향상을 보였다. Syntactic morpheme is proposed for reducing morpheme units generated by korean morpheme analyzer. It is proved that syntactic morpheme remarkably diminished the overhead of syntactic analyzer. However, the syntactic morpheme generation is so separated from the morpheme analyze phase in the existing system that it needs an extra execution time. Moreover, the method do not consider spacing-free statements. In this paper, we propose a syntactic morpheme generation using morpheme dictionary in order to resolve the problems. Experiments show that our proposed method reduce generation time more than one hundred times as compared with the existing one.

        직류전계 및 corona방전에 따른 PZT 세라믹스의 분극과 압전특성

        본 연구에서는 상온에서 정방성 조성인 $Pb_{0.9888}Sr_{0.012}(Zr_{0.52}Ti_{0.48})O_{3}$계 세라믹스를 소결 후 직류전계 및 코로나를 이용하는 방법으로 소결시편을 분극한 후 분극방법에 따른 시편의 압전특성을 조사하였으며, 열화현상을 평가하기 위한 방법으로 시편의 내부응력의 차이를 조사하였다. 이 결과 코로나 분극방법은 직류분극에 비하여 $30^{\circ}C$정도 저온에서도 최대 Kp값을 얻을 수 있었으며 열화현상이 천천히 진행되었고 절연파괴가 발생하지 않는 등의 장점이 관찰되었다. 그러나 Kp값은 직류분극의 경우가 코로나 분극에 비하여 약 9~10%정도 높은 값을 나타내었다. Piezoelectric properties of sintered specimen having a tetragonal phase of $Pb_{0.9888}Sr_{0.012}(Zr_{0.52}Ti_{0.48})O_{3}$ were comparatively studied with two different poling methodes, i.e., DC field and corona discharge technique. Internal stress of poled specimens by indentation fracture toughness was analyzed to evaluate degradation phenomenon. As the results, it was confirmed that corona discharge poling technique is practicable and has merits such as low-temperature poling, slow degradation and no electric breakdown comparing to DC field poling. However, corona discharge technique showed lower Kp value than DC field poling.

        서울 월드컵공원의 고등균류 분포상

        This survey was conducted in order to clarify the species diversity and distribution of mushrooms at Worldcup Park in Seoul, from May to November 2010 and 2014. In the survey, a total of 98 taxa, 98 species, 86 genera, 38 families, 12 orders, three classes, and two phyla were identified. A total of 250 specimens of Mushrooms were collected from Pyonghwa Park and 63 species, 71 genera, 36 families, 13 orders, three classes, and two phyla were identified. Coprinus atramentarius and Psathyrella candolleana were high in frequency, as ten times and nine times, respectively. In Noeul Park, 102 specimens were collected, 41 species, 42 genera, 19 families, 19 orders, two classes, and two phyla were identified. In Noeul Park mostly layed with lawn, Agrocybe semiorbicularis and Agaricus campestris were high in frequency, as ten times and nine times, respectively. There were no mushrooms in succession during three years. In Haneul Park, a total of 128 specimens of mushrooms were collected. 49 species, 57 genera, 30 families, 11 orders, three classes, and two phyla were identified. Agrocybe semiorbicularis and Phallus rugulosus were high in frequency, as four times. In Nanjicheon Park, a total of 68 specimens of mushrooms were collected. 31 species, 34 genera, 30 families, nine orders, one class, and one phylum were identified. Coprinus atramentarius and Psathyrella velutina were high in frequency, as three times. Investigation on the diversity of mushrooms at the Worldcup Park, piled up with the city``s waste, will be of the great significance in the aspect of the ecological change. All specimens examined in this work are preserved in HCCN (Herbarium Conservation Center of National Academy of Agricultural Science).

        현상학과 신비주의

        Mysticism is a philosophical or religious attitude in which the unity between man and the Absolute is contended and pursued.Actually, it has a long history and diverse forms and aspects spreading over the whole main religions in this world. However,the crucial point of mysticism-so I maintain-might be in the eagerness of the finite man for the Infinite, namely the Absolute presupposing the oneness between them. Which meaning has then this mysticism in the contemporary philosophy? Mysticism seemingly appears to lose its meaning and philosophical pertinence at least in the current western philosophical context. Contrary to this view, this paper tries to show that this view is biased and ungrounded and that mysticism is still actual today in our life and philosophy. So the aim of this paper is to elucidate the inner relation and similarity between mysticism and phenomenology that is considered as a main stream of the contemporary western philosophy. In this context, the particular point is directed to the mystic l tendencies of Husserl`s phenomenology. Husserl`s phenomenology has commonality with mysticism, in that it is based on the absoluteness of pure consciousness which Husserl calls a transcendental subject. According to him, the absoluteness of the transcendental consciousness would be attributed to the God as another absolute one. So the absolute consciousness is supported and guaranteed by the God. It means that man and the Absolute are unified as one in man`s consciousness, which is typical of mysticism. Additionally, Husserl`s phenomenological concepts of an ‘intersubjective rational world’ and ‘unbiased ethical love to all’give a clue to solve difficulties which have been arisen due to the closeness and excessive irrationality of traditional mystical theories. In this sense, we could say that Husserl`s phenomenology would be a development and enlargement of mysticism.
