        CBD 방법에 의한 CdS1-xSex 박마의 열처리에 따른 광전기적 특성

        Polycrystalline CdS_(1-x)Se_x, thin films were grown on ceramic substrate using a chemical bath deposition method. They ere annealed at various temperature and X-ray diffraction patterns were measured by X-ray diffractometer in order to study CdS_(1-x)Se_x, polycrystal structure using extrapolation method of X-ray diffraction patterns for the CdS. CdSe samples annealed in gas at a 0 it was found hexagonal structure which had the lattice constant a_0=-4.1364Å, c_0=6.7129Å in CdS and a_0=4.3021Å, c_0=7.3021Å in CdSe. respectively. Hall effect on these samples was measured by Van der Pauw method and then studied on carrier density and mobility depending on temperature. We measured also spectral response, sensitivity(γ), maximum allowable power dissipation and response time on these samples.

        갑상선자극 호르몬 분비에 대한 Dopaminergic Control에 관한 연구

        1978년 4월부터 1978년 8월사이에 서울대학교병원 내과에 내원하였던 원발성 갑상선기능저하증 환자 9명과 일반신체검사 및 갑상선기능검사상 전혀 이상이 발견되지 않은 의과대학생 6명과 수련의 1명 총 16명을 대상으로 Dopamine 수용체를 선택적으로 차단하는 Metoclopramide와 Dopamine 수용체를 선택적으로 자극하는 Bromergocryptine(CB-154)을 각각 혹은 함께 투여해서 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) Metoclopramide(Moxolonⓡ) 10mg을 정맥으로 주사했을때 원발성 갑상선기능저하증 환자들에서는 투여후 20분에 말초혈액에서 갑상선자극호르몬이 통계학적으로 유의하게 증가되었으며, 60분에도 계속 증가되었다. 그 이후 180분까지 계속 증가된 장태를 유대했으며, 중증보다 경증에서 더욱 현저하게 증가되어 나타났다. 그러나 정상인에서는 이러한 증가가 나타나지 않았다. 2) Bromergocryptine(CB-154)을 2mg 경구투여했을때 원발성 갑상선기능저하증 환자들에서는 투여후 120분에 말초혈액에서 갑상선자극호르몬이 현저하게 감소되었고, 240분 및 360분까지 계속 감소되었으며, 중증보다 경증에서 더욱 현저하게 감소되어 나타났다. 그러나 정상인에서는 이러한 감소가 나타나지 않았다. 3) Bromergocryptine(CB-154) 2mg을 경구투여한 후 120분에 Metoclopramide(Moxolonⓡ) 10mg을 정맥 주사했을때 원발성 갑상선기능저하증 환자들에서는 Bromergocryptine을 투여한 후 120분에 말초혈액에서 갑상선자극호르몬이 감소했으며, Metoclopramid를 투여한 후에 약간 증가하는 추세였으나, Metoclopramide를 단독으로 투여했을 때와 같은 현저한 증가는 나타나지 않았으며, 정상인들에서는 Bromergocryptine 및 Metoclopramide를 투여했을때 뚜렷한 증가나 감소는 보이지 않았다. 4) 생리식염수 2ml를 정맥주사했을 때 원발성 갑상선기능저하증 환자들 및 정상인들에서 갑상선자극호르몬이 말초혈액에서 뚜렷한 증가 내지 감소는 보이지 않았다. 5) Metoclopramide와Bromergocryptine을 각각 혹은 함께 투여했을때 및 생리염수를 투여했을 때 혈중 Triiodothyronine 및 Thyroxine치는 각각의 기저치들에 비해 통계학적으로 유의한 증가나 감소를 보이지 않았다. 이상의 결과에서 갑상선자극호르몬의 분비가 Dopaminergic Control을 받는다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 실시함에 있어 물심양면으로 협조해주신 동아제약에 사의를 표하는 바이다. To e1ucidate the depaminergic control of T.S.H. secretion, we analized the pattern of T.S.H secretion in seven normal controls and nine primary hypothyroid subjects, before and after single or combined administration of specific dopaminergic receptor blocker, metoclopramide, and specific depaminergic receptor stimulant, bromergocryptine (CB-154). The results obtained were as follows: 1) There was a significant rise in T.S.H. levels after intravenous injection of metocioramide(10mg) in hypothyroid subjects. But there was no significant rise in T.S.H. levels in normal controls. The T.S.H. response to metoclopramide varied considerably, being large in mild cases and small in severely hypothyroid subjects. 2) There was a significant fall in T.S.H. levels after oral administration of bromergocryptine(2mg) in hypothyroid subjects, but there was no significant fall in T.S.H. levels in normal controls. 3) There was no significant fluctuation in T.S.H. levels after combined administration of both metoclopramide and bromergocrytine. 4) There was no significant fluctuation in T.S.H. levels after intravenous injection of normal saline(2ml) in both hypothyroid and normal subjects. 5) There was no significant change in serum T3 and T4 after administration of metoclopramide and bromergocryptine respectively and serially. These data support the fact that there is a dopaminergic control in the secretioI1 of T.S.H. in the human.

        Rohypnol 의 혼합 마취

        A new benzodiazepine derivative, Rohypnol (Ro 5-4200), was used for management of general anesthesia with nitrous oxide, narcotics and muscle relaxants to evaluate the effect on the cardiovascular and respiratory system in 35 surgical patients. In each patient, we observed the blood pressure, pulse rate, minute volume and arterial blood gas analysis and also local effects, postoperative recovery state and amnesia. The results are as follows; 1) Induction dosage of Rohypnol was not constant as other benzodiazepines. 2) Rohypnol showed a little effect an the cardiovascular system. 3) The effects of Rohypnol on the respiratory system were negligible but slight depression was seen. 4) If respiration became shallower or apnea occured during induction with Rohypnol, it was preferred to use assisted or controlled ventilation with 100% oxygen. 5) It was thought better to give oxygen through a nasal catheter for prevention of decreased PaO2 in recovery room. 6) When we used the non-depolarizing muscular relaxants instead of S.C.C. for intubation, we observed that a significantly decreased amount of relaxant was needed for maintenance of general anesthesia.

        High-rate 마그네트론 스퍼터링을 이용한 오스테나이트 스테인리스강 박막 합성

        High-rate unbalanced magnetron sputtering process was employed to deposit a STS304 stainless steel film on S45C steel. The deposition of stainless steel film was carried out at a pressure of 2×10^(-3) torr, various target power densities, substrate bias voltages and distances of target-to-substrate. Deposition rate of the STS304 stainless steel films up to 1.3㎛/min could be obtained, but it decreased more rapidly by increasing target-to-substrate distance than by decreasing ion current. The results from XRD and EDS analysis showed that unbalanced magnetron sputtering of stainless steel target could successfully transfer the multi-element composition of the bulk material to the coating without any dramatic stoichiometric variation. SEM observation of STS304 film indicated that the structure of the film was a columnar structure(zone T structure) with a fine grain size. The Knoop hardness of coated STS304 film was measured to be approximately H_k800∼850 and this high value could be attributed to the fine grain size of the film and the residual compress stress on the film. The corrosion property of the film was evaluated using salt spray test and the results indicated that the corrosion property of stainless steel coated S45C steel was similar to that of the electroplated Cr coated S45C steel.

        고온변형시 Alloy 718 의 동적 및 준동적 재결정 거동

        Compression tests were carried out on Alloy 718 to investigate the microstructure development following dynamic recrystallization, meta-dynamic recrystallization and grain growth. Tests were performed in the temperature range of 927∼1066℃ and strain rate range of 5∼5×10^(-4)s^_(-1), with true strains up to 0.8. Dynamically recrystallized grain size decreases consistently with increasing Zener-Hollomon parameter (Z=ε exp(Q/RT)) which is function of strain rate and temperature. The extent of recrystallization increases with a decrease in Zener-Hollomon parameter due to an increase in the critical strain (ε_c) corresponding to the initiation of dynamic recrystallization. The fraction of meta-dynamically recrystallized grain, however, increases with increasing the strain rate from 0.01s^(-1) to 1s^(-1). This paper outlines the microstructural evolution of Alloy 718 during the high temperature deformation.

        만성신부전증에서 혈청 CEA치에 관한 연구

        저자들은 1979년 3월부터 1980년 10월까지 서울대학교병원내과에 입원하여 만성신부전증으로 진단받고 혈액투석요법을 받지 않은 환자 15예, 혈액투석요법을 시행중인 환자 39예 및 신장이식술을 받고 신장능이 호전된 환자 23예에서 혈청 CEA치를 방사면역측정법으로 측정하여 정상대조군과 비교하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 정상 성인 65명의 혈청 CEA치의 범위는 1.0∼4.3 ng/ml이었으며 평균은 1.6±0.66 ng이었다. 2) 혈액투석요법을 시행치 않은 만성신부전증 환자 15예의 혈청 CEA치는 0.3∼8.3 ng/ml이었고 평균은 3.6±2.10 ng/ml로써 정상대조군에 비하여 유의하게 증가되어 있었다(p$lt;0.001). 3) 혈액투석요법으로 치료중인 만성신부전증 환자 39예의 혈청 CEA치는 0.7∼6.7 ng/ml로 평균이 3.0±1.52 ng/ml이며, 정상대조군에 비하여 유의하게 상승되어 있으나(p$lt;0.001), 혈액투석을 받지 않은 환자군과는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 4) 신이식 환자 23예의 혈청 CEA치의 분포는 1.8∼10.8 ng/ml이고 평균은 3.8±1.96 ng/ml로 역시 정상대조군에 비하여 유의하게 증가되어 있으나(p$lt;0.001), 만성신부전증 환자군과는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 5) 이상의 혈청 CEA치가 정상범위 이상으로 상승된 49명��환자중 이학적 소견이나 검사소견상 악성종양은 발견되지 않았다. The serum CEA levels were measured by radioimmunoassay technique in 15 patients with chronic renal failure, who were not treated with hemodialysis, in 39 patients under hemodialysis and in 23 patients who received renal transplantation. The results were compared with those in 65 normal adults and the following results were obtained. 1) Serum CEA concentrations in 65 normal adults were in the range of 1.0 to 4.3 ng/ml with a mean value of 1.6±0.66 ng/ml. 2) Serum CEA concentrations in 15 chronic renal failure patients who were not treated with hemodialysis, were in the range of 0.3 to 8.3 ng/ml with a mean value of 3.6±2.10 ng/m1 which was significantly higher than those of normal controls(P$lt;0.001). 3) Serum CEA concentrations in 39 chronic renal failure patients under hemodialysis were also much higher than normal controls(p$lt;0.001), but not significantly different from those of the patients who were not under hemodialysis(P$gt;0.05). 4) In 23 patients who received renal transplantation, serum CEA levels were snificantly higher than normal controls(P$lt;0.001), but not significantly different from those of chronic renal failure patients.

        Preparation of Radioiodine Labelled Human Follicle Stimulating Hormone for Radioimmunoassay Use

        난포 자극 홀몬(hFSH)을 클로라민 티를 사용하여 방사성 요오드로 표지하였으며 평균표지수율은 대략 65%이었다. 표지홀몬을 방사면역측정용으로 사용하기 위하여 전분젤 전기영동과 젤 여과법으로 분리정제하고 그 분리정제효과를 분석한 결과 젤 여과법이 분리시 간, 간편성, 항체와의 결합력 등으로 보아 우수함을 알 수 있었다. 한편 유리 표지홀몬과 항체와 결합한 표지홀몬의 비율을 결정하기 위하여 이중 항체법을 크로마토 전기영동법과 비교하여 본 결과 이중항체법에 의해서만 효과적 비율결정이 가능하였다. Radioiodine labelled human follicle stimulating hormone has been prepared using chloramine-T, with the approximate labelling yield of 65%. The labelled product is purified by means of a starch gel electrophoresis, and a Sephadex gel filtration, and the separation efficiencies are assessed for the effective use in radioimmunoassay. The results indicate that the gel filtration is efficient in view of the separation time, simplicity and bindability of the labelled hormone to the antibody. In determining the ratio of the free to the antibody bound labelled hormone, a double antibody technique is applied in comparison with a chromatoelectrophoresis. The ratio could be obtained only in the case of applying the double antibody technique. $quot;

        가동중 정비를 위한 Risk Monitor 개발

        Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) developed a risk monitor called Risk Monster which supports for plant operators and maintenance schedulers to monitor plant risk and to avoid high peak risk by rearranging maintenance work schedule. Risk Monster can update the plant risk continuously according to the change of system/component configuration since Risk Monster reevaluates the plant risk based on the Probabilistic Safety Assessment (PSA) results. A brief description of Risk Monster is provided. The PSA model of UCN 3,4 nuclear power plant was converted by KAERI to Risk Monster model. Using this Risk Monster model, a feasibility study of the on-line maintenance of an Essential Service Water (ESW) pump was performed. On-line maintenance of one ESW pump has been shown to be acceptably safe, and has economic benefits. In addition, it is not a violation of technical specification to continue plant operation with an out-of-service ESW pump.

        간경변증에서의 혈역학적 변화에 관한 연구

        간경변증 환자 29예에서 혈장량, 심박출량 및 신혈장류량을 동시에 측정하여 혈역학적 변화를 관찰하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 평균 혈장량은 3793±895ml로 정상보다 증가된 것을 보았고 혈액량 (5266±1222ml) 및 체중 kg당 혈액량 (95.7±23.41ml)도 역시 증가되어 있었다. 체중 kg당 혈장량 (69.1±19.1ml)은 증가하는 경향을 보였고 혈액량과 혈장량의 차, 즉 적혈구질량은 26.4±7.05ml로 정상범위내에 있었다. 2) 평균 심박출량은 7708±2652ml/min로 증가되어 있었으며 심계수(4924±1998ml/min/M2) 심박동량 (96.2±34.2ml/beat), 심박동계수 (62.3±27.34ml/M2) 및 분별심계수 (1.54±0.577)도 모두 증가함을 보았다. 전말초저항은 1664±753.8 dynes sec cm-5M2로 정상보다 감소되어 있었다. 3) 평균 신혈장류량은 537±146.8ml/min/1.73M2로 정상 내지는 감소된 것을 보였고, 평균 creatine clearance는 66.7±23.0ml/min/1.73M2로 현저한 저하를 보았다. filtration fraction은 일정치 않았으나 대부분의 예에서 감소되었다. 심박출량의 신분별치는 상대적으로 감소하여 있었다. 4) 신혈장류량은 전반적으로는 정상 또는 저하되어 있었으나 creatine clearance가 60ml/min/1.73M2 이하인 군과 치료에 저항하는 복수군 및 공소혈증이 있는 예에서 현저한 감소를 보였다. 5) 본실험에서 관찰한 사구체 여과율의 감소, filtration fraction의 저하 및 심박출량의 신분별치의 감소등은 신장의 수입세동맥저항의 상승을 뒷받침한다. 6) 간경변증에서 신순환 장애는 공소혈증이나 핍뇨에 선행하여 일어남을 알 수 있었다. 7) 임상상이나 간기능 성적은 이들 혈역학 변화와 상관관계가 없었고 다만 식도 정맥류가 심박출량이 증가된 예에서 관찰되었다. 8) 신혈역학 변화와 혈장량 혹은 심박출량 간에도 상관관계는 없었다. $quot;Cardiac output, plasma volume and renal plasma flow were determined to evaluate hemodynamic changes in 29 patients with cirrhosis of the liver. The results obtained were as follows. 1) The mean plasma volume was 3793±895ml and it was significantly higher than the normal controls. The mean blood volume (5266±1222ml) and blood volume per kg body weight (95.7±23.41ml) were also increased significantly. The mean plasma volume per kg body weight (69.1±19.1ml) showed increased tendency and the mean difference between blood volume and plasma volume per kg body weight (26.4±7.05ml) was in lower limit of normal range. 2) The mean cardiac output was 7708±2652ml/min and it was significantly increased. The mean cardiac index (4924±1998ml/min/M2), stroke volume (96.2±34.2ml/beat), stroke index (62.3±27.34ml/beat/M2) and fractional cardiac index (1.54±0.577) were also increased significantly. The mean total peripheral resistance was 1664±753.8 dynes sec cm-5 M2 and it was significantly lower than the normal conte mean renal plasma flow was 537±146.8ml/min/1.73M2 and it was normal to decreased tendency. The mean endogenous creatinine clearance (66.7±23.0ml/min/1.73M2) was significantly decreased. Filtration fraction was variable, but it was slightly lower than normal in most cases. The mean renal fraction of cardiac output (11.4±6.27%) was relatively decreased. 4) Although renal plasma flow was normal or decreased in general, it was definitely diminished in patients with creatinine clearance less than 60ml/min/1.73M2, resistant ascites, and signs of azotemia (elevated BUN and serum creatinine). 5) Diminished glomrular filtration rate with low filtration fraction and decreased renal fraction of cardiac output observed strongly supported increased renal afferent arteriolar resistance. 6) Renal circulatory impairment preceded azotemia or oroliguria in cirrhosis. 7) Clinical findings and liver function were not correlated with hemodynamic changes, except for esophageal varices associated with high cardiac output obser. 8) No definite correlation of renal hemodynamics with plasma volume or cardiac output was found. $quot;

        습식 Cr 도금 대체를 위한 CrNx 박막의 내마모성 및 내식성 향상에 관한 연구

        CrN_x film was deposited on S45C by cathodic arc ion plating process. The deposition of CrN_x layer was carried out at the various N₂ partial pressure of 8×10^(-4) torr to 2×10^(-2) torr under the bias voltage of -200V. All the coated specimens were analyzed by XRD and SEM for structural characterization and the wear and corrosion behavior was compared with that of hard Cr coated specimens by ball-on-disc wear test and electrochemical polarization measurement. The CrN_x coatings at all deposition conditions appeared to be very dense and fine granular structure. The CrN_x coating deposited at 1×10^(-2) torr showed the highest CrN(220) intensity and a maximum hardness of Hk 2700 which is twice of that of the hard Cr coating. The wear resistance of CrN_x coated S45C against AISI 52100 steel balls was highly improved compared to that of the hard Cr coating. The CrN_x coatings also enhanced the resistance of pitting and crevice corrosion. This improvement was associated with the formation of the CrN_x coatings with dense and fine granular structures without microcrack which exists in all the electroplated hard Cr coating.
