        소아교정 환자에서의 Strip gingival graft를 이용한 임상 연구

        In keeping with the concept of rapid epithelialization of close wound edges, the strip technique was developed to maximize the area of gingival grafting with less trauma to the donor site or the recipient site. An incision is made and partial-thickness flap is reflected so that stable periosteum is left. The apical mucosal border of the recipient site is sutured to the periosteum. Donor tissues are obtained in 2mm-wide strips, transfered to the recipient site, and sutured. Dry foil and surgical packing are used to stabilize and protect the site during healing. The donor site is rapidly epithelialized (within 10 days) and produced minimal patient discomfort. The strip gingival autograft technique is a simple surgery that result in less discomfort for the patient and provides predictable results.

      • 電動機 軸에 適用할 回轉式 HEAT-PIPE의 傳熱特性에 관한 實驗的 硏究

        The rotating heat pipe is a device which utilises a two-phase cycle of fluid. Rotating about the longitudial axis generates a cetrifugal force field and a component of this acting along the tapered wall pumps the condensate back to the evaporator. In this study, using the theory of rotating heat pipe, temperature discrepancy temperature distribution and heat transfer magnitude was simulated with the variety of revolution and working fluid. One proper rotating heat pipe was made to ascertain the truth of the theory. The comparision between the simulation results and experimental results is performed to verify the validity of the analysis on simulation program. Further work should be performed to improve upon the heat transfer characteristics of these devices, including a study of dropwise condensation and influence of noncondensible gases during rotating heat-pipe operation.

      • Klebsiella pneumoniae가 생성하는 TEM형 Extended-spectrum β-lactamase의 분석

        목 적 : 국내의 임상검체에서 분리되는 K. pneumoniae 중 ESBL을 생산하는 균주가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 K. pneumoniae가 생산하는 ESBL중 TEM형 ESBL에 관한 분석을 시행하여 국내의 주된 TEM형 β-lactamase의 성상을 밝히고자 하였다. 방 법 : 국내의 3개 대학병원에서 수집한 ESBL 생산 K. pnuumoniae 57균주를 대상으로 PCR로 TEM 유전자를 스크린하였고, 이중 양성을 보였던 13균주 중 11균주의 TEM 유전자 염기서열을 결정하였다. 접합 실험을 통하여 내성의 전달을 확인하였고, IEF로 등전점을 측정하였다. 각 균주의 야생주와 transconjugant에 대한 MIC를 측정하였고, TEM-52효소의 각 항생제의 hydrolysis rate를 spectrophotometric assay를 통하여 측정하였다. 결 과 : 10개의 균주가 TEM-52를 생산하였다. TEM-52유전자를 TEM-1과 비교시 3개의 아미노산 변이를 보였다. 104 glutamic acid →lysine(GAG →AAG), 182 methionine →threonine(ATG →ACG), 및 238 glycine →serine (GGT →AGT). MIC 치로 볼 때 TEM-52를 가진 세균은 cefotaxime 보다는 ceftazidime에 비교적 낮은 수준의 내성을, aztreonam에는 더 낮은 내성을 나타냈으며, kinetic study에서도 TEM-52의 cefotaxime 분해능은 강하였고 (Vmax, 340), ceftazidime 분해능은 비교적 약했으며 (Vmax, 15.1), aztreonam은 매우 미약하게 분해하였다. TEM-52 β-lactamase 유전자는 약 77-kb 크기의 플라스미드에 위치하였다. 결 론 : 국내에서 분리되는 ESBL 생성 K. pneumoniae는 TEM형 ESBL중 TEM-52를 가장 흔히 생산하였다. Background : The prevalence of extended-spectrum β-lactamase(ESBL)-producing organisms has been increasing in Korea. We performed a study to characterize various TEM derivatives with clinical isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae collected from 3 hospitals in Korea. Methods : Fifty-seven isolates of ESBL-producing K. pneumoniae collected from 3 hospitals were screened by TEM-specific PCR for the carriage of TEM genes. Thirteen strains were found to have TEM-related genes. Eleven bla??? genes were amplifed and sequenced. The transfer of resistance was tested by conjugation and isoelectric point of β-lactamases were determined MICs were measured to obtain a resistance pattern for each indivudual wildtype and transconjugant strain. The hydrolysis rate of TEM-52 was measured spectrophotometrically. Results : Ten strains carried plasmid-mediated TEM-52 gene, which sequence showed the substitution of 3 amino acids compared to that of TEM-1:104 glutamic acid →lysine (GAG →AAG), 182 methionine →threonine (ATG →ACG), and 238 glycine →serine (GGT →AGT). MIC showed that TEM-52 mediated a resistance to ceftazidime and aztreonam at a lower level than to cefotaxime. TEM-52 enzyme dydrolyzed cefotaxime efficiently (V??, 340) and showed fairly weak activity for ceftazidime (V??,15.1), but very weak activity for aztreonam. The gene of TEM-52 β-lactamases was mediated by approximately 77-kb plasmids. Conclusion : From these results, we conclude that the TEM-52 β-lactamase is a common TEM-type ESBL in K. pneumoniae in Korea.

        The sensitive data within multievel database are shared by users who have different clearance levels, and in the case of multilevel database which has different classification levels the solutions for multilevel query processsing problems are still unsatisfactory for its users. In this study, I propose MLQP(Multilevel Query Processor) to process multilevel query effectively, which consists of user identification control module, level scheduler module and multilevel query processor module. MLQP provides integrated multievel query processing and management functions with basic CDBMS for the sensitive data. Our MLQP model can provide mandatory security for the applied fields which need high level assurance as well as provide solutions for multilevel query processing problems.

      • 大豆未熟子葉祖織의 營養培地條件에 따른 器官分化

        大豆의 末熟子葉組織을 사용하여 여러가니 營養培地에서 칼루스와 胚狀體로부터 器官을 分化시키고자 하였던 바 얻어진 결과를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 칼루스誘起는 MS 基本培地에 1.0mg/12,4-D,와 2.0mg/1kinetin을 첨가하거나 (M5培地) 하였을 때 가장 효과적이었다. 2. M4培地에 培養한 칼루스로부터 生長點모양의 완전한 구조를 갖춘 細胞群을 組織學的으로 관찰할 수 있었다. 3.칼루스를 器官分化를 위한 培地에 ?代培養하였을때 根分化, 칼루스로부터胚狀體의 形成, 胚狀體로부터 싹이나 잎의 分化는 供試한 大豆系統이나 使用한 營養培地에 따라 약간의 差異는 있으나 비교적 용이할 것으로 여겨졌다. 4. 供試한大豆系統인 뱀콩의 末熟子葉組織을 M4培地에서 칼루스를 誘起시킨 후 MS基本培地에 0.005mg/1 picloram 과 2.0 mg/1 BAP를 첨가한 培地(OM2培地)에 ?代培養하였을 때 칼루스로부터 胚狀體의 形成이 잘 되었고 胚狀體들로 부터 잎이 分化되었다. The experiments were conducted to investigate organ differentatin rom calls and embryoid under various media using immature ctyledon of soybeam. The results obtained were as followings: 1. 1. Omg 2,4-D plus 0.2mg kinetin or 0.2 mg BAP perr litre on MS basal mediu were efective growth regulators for callus induction. 2. Meristematic structure was observed from the callus induced by 1.0mg 2,4-D plus 0.2mg kinetin per litre in MS basal medium in which callus growth showed best response. 3. Root and embryoid from callus and shoot or leaflet from embryoid were differentiated on the medium subcultured for organ different on the soybean lines and media applied. 4. Embryoid from callus and leaflet from the embryoid were differentiated on the nutritional condition subscultured with 0.005mg picloram plus 2.0mg kinetin per litre on MS in immature cotyledon of spybean line Baemkong.

      • 이륜차 무단변속기(CVT) 구동풀리의 시물레이션

        CVT 메카니즘은 공학적 분야에 많이 사용되고 있으며, 특히 CVT의 구동폴리느 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서는 이륜차의 CTV를 국산화 할 계획의 일환으로 구동폴리를 시뮬레이션하였다. 시뮬레이션한 결과느 구동폴리의 롤로 무게와 마찰 계수, 램프의 각변형을 통해 나온 수치르 장량화한 것이며, 이를 토대로 구동폴리의 각 요소들 즉, 롤러와 유동플랜지, 램프판 간의 상호관계를 규명하였다. CVT(Continuously Variable Transmission) mechanism has been used in many engineering applications. A driving pulley of CVT plays a vital role. In this study, computer simulation for a movable pulley was carried out for the purpose of producing a motorcycle CVT of Korean model. The effects of roller mass, friction coefficient, deformation of ramp plate on a given speed and torque during moving were quantified using the simulation results. Based on the simulation, relations between each component of driving pulley that consists of roller, movable flange and ramp plate etc. were investigated.

      • EFSM을 이용한 프로토콜 표현과 변환

        Many formal description techniques have been developed to specify remote communication services which play a role of bridge in a highly developed information society. The transformation tools turn up to specify communication services more efficiently by connecting various formal description techniques. In this paper, we propose an EFSM (extended finite state machine), which is simple and easy to understand, instead of SDL/GR (specification and description language/graphical representation) which the more detailed, the less readable. We propose twelve transformation rules to transform EFSM into SDL/GR, a language-oriented model, and then we can increase productivity by using the automatic transformation tool executing twelve transformation rules.

        소목 천연 염색에 관한 연구 Ⅰ : 정제 알루미늄 화합물들의 매염효과에 대하여 Mordanting Effect of Purified Aluminum Compounds

        Currently, as mordants, heavy metals are being used in dyeing process in order to improve dye uptake and dye fastness. These chemicals, however, are mostly harmful to human body and the environment along with the pollution by effluent. Traditionally, rice straw ash solution, lime, etc. have been used as mordants in order to improve the effects on dye uptake and color fastness of dyestuffs. The study of natural mordants would, therefore, be vital to the development and succession of our traditional dyeing methods. In this study, as a preliminary step toward the use of rice straw ash solution for the nautral dyeing using Caesalpinia sappan, several aluminum compounds were employed as mordants. When the purified aluminum compounds were used, on the basis of unmordanted cotton fabric, the WS values of the pre-mordanted and simultaneously mordanted fabrics increased by 2 or 3 times, while those of the post-mordanted fabrics decreased.
