        In present-day Korea, a climatic change is causing various changes to the life of people and their body. The climate is more and more warm, so the internal environment of people`s body is exchanging to warm. The climatic change`s range is big and the speed is fast. So the harmony of human body is being destroyed and the human body`s adaptation ability is becoming low. At this condition, diseases more frequently occur. So doctor must expect the occur of diseases and practice early treatment. And in present-day Korea, a life environmental change is being advanced. The life environmental change is causing big changes to the people`s body and having influences to the occur of diseases. To this problem, doctor must expect and practice early treatment. This thesis would like to interpret about present-day Korea`s climatic changes and life environmental changes in Korean Medicine point of view, and try to present the method of Korean Medicine early treatment. And comment on present-day Korea`s early treatment method especially on health supplement or functional food and vaccination.

      • Biomechanical analysis of lumbar decompression surgery in relation to degenerative changes in the lumbar spine – Validated finite element analysis

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P><B>Background</B></P> <P>There are no studies about the biomechanical analysis of lumbar decompression surgery in relation to degenerative changes of the lumbar spine. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to compare, by using finite element (FE) analysis, the biomechanical changes of the lumbar spine in terms of annulus stress and nucleus pressure after two different kinds of lumbar decompression surgery in relation to disc degenerative changes.</P> <P><B>Methods</B></P> <P>The validated intact and degenerated FE models (L2-5) were used in this study. In these two models, two different decompression surgical scenarios at L3-4, including conventional laminectomy (ConLa) and the spinous process osteotomy (SpinO), were simulated. Therefore, a total of six models were simulated. Under preloading, 7.5 Nm moments of flexion, extension, lateral bending, and torsion were imposed. In each model, the maximal von Mises stress on the annulus fibrosus and nucleus pressure at the index segment (L3-4) and adjacent segments (L2-3 and L4-5) were analyzed.</P> <P><B>Results</B></P> <P>The ConLa model and disc degeneration model demonstrated a larger annulus stress at the decompression level (L3-4) under all four moments than were seen in the SpinO model and healthy disc model, respectively. Therefore, the ConLa model with moderate disc degeneration showed the highest annulus stress at the decompression level (L3-4). However, the percent change of annulus stress at L3-4 from the intact model to the matched decompression model was less in the moderate disc degeneration model than in the healthy disc model.</P> <P><B>Conclusions</B></P> <P>Although the ConLa model with moderate disc degeneration showed the highest annulus stress, the degenerative models would be less influenced by the decompression technique.</P>

      • Real-Time External Compensation of Threshold Voltage Shift Using Double-Gate Oxide TFTs in a Gate Driving System

        <P>In order to suppress the malfunction caused by the shift of the threshold voltage (V-TH) of oxide thin film transistors (TFTs) to a negative value, double-gate TFTs are used in the shift register of the gate driving system to control V-TH by adjusting the top gate bias. The proposed circuit detects the current consumption of the shift register and adjusts V-TH so that the current consumption of the shift register is regulated within the desired value. The system includes a compensation algorithm, which can search for an optimized top gate bias in various circumstances such as process fluctuations and ambient temperature change. The proposed system provides a stable operation compared with a conventional structure especially at high temperature. Experimental results show that, in the conventional system without compensation, the output voltage of the shift register deteriorates at 80 degrees C and above, and the power consumption increases from 1.15 to 2.14 mW after 21600 s of continuous operation at 60 degrees C. On the other hand, the proposed system provides a stable gate output up to 100 degrees C and keeps the power consumption below 1.10 mW by adjusting the top gate bias responding to environment changes.</P>

        동조액주관댐퍼의 가진진폭별 오르피스감쇠특성에 대한 연구

        With the production of light?weight and high?strength construction materials and the advance of structure design techniques, various forms of high?rise buildings are being constructed. These buildings cannot help considering the effect of wind load. Because wind velocity grows higher with the increase in height from the ground, high?rise buildings respond sensitively to the wind and make vibration. In order to reduce the vibration, many additional mass devices are being developed. Recently, supplementary dampers using tuned liquid column damper (TLCD) are being developed actively. This study purposed to measure the amplitude response and the head loss coefficient of TLCD for different sizes of excitation amplitude according to the aperture ratio of orifice. In addition, we obtained the head loss coefficient according to the length of the horizontal column at natural frequency determined by the length of the vertical column and the horizontal column of TLCD. Thus, this study analyzed for the amplitude response and head loss coefficient of tuned liquid column damper according to the porosity of orifice while vibrating amplitude and natural frequency change. In addition, as the natural frequency of TLCD is determined by the length of the vertical and the horizontal column, we examined the variation of the head loss coefficient of orifices in adjusting natural frequency according to the length of the horizontal column. In the results of experiment, the larger vibrating amplitude was, the lower the head loss coefficient was. Under the same porosity, the head loss coefficient decreased by up to 4 times by 1mm of vibrating amplitude and 20mm of vibrating amplitude. Porosity and vibrating amplitude had a considerable effect on the head loss coefficient. When the length of the horizontal pipe increased, the overall head loss coefficient decreased by around 1.5-2 times.

      • 묵논의 식생천이에 관한 연구

        폐경년도가 다른 묵논에서 식생요인과 환경요인의 변화를 분석하여 천이계열 및 천이의 추진 기작을 밝혔다. 조사지소는 경작 중인 논, 폐경 후 3년(초기 묵논), 7년(중기 묵논) 및 10년째의 묵논(후기 묵논) 및 묵논에 인접한 계곡림(극상림)의 5단계로 구분하였다. 경작 중인 논, 초기 묵논, 중기 묵논, 후기 묵논 및 계곡림에서 각 조사지소의 우점종으로 판단한 천이계열은 뚝새풀군락→사마귀풀군락→갯버들군락→오리나무군락의 순서로 나타났다. 천이단계별 우점종의 분포와 그것의 생활령을 분석하여 파악된 천이의 추진기작은 내성모델을 따르는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 천이단계에 따른 다양성지수의 변화에서 종품부도와 종다양성지수는 초기에 증가하고 중기에 감소하였다가 그 이후 다시 증가하는 경향을 보였으나 균등성지수는 큰 변화가 없었다. 직경급분포도에서 중기 묵논의 갯버들개체군은 정규분포형을, 후기 묵논의 것은 역 J자형을 보여 전자는 그들이 과거적 어느 한 시기에 동시적으로 출현하였음을 반영하고, 후자의 것은 그들이 현재 경쟁상태에 있음을 반영하였다. 후기 묵논에 성립된 오리나 무개체군의 직경급분포도는 역 J자형을 보여 그들이 침입단계에 있음을 반영하였고, 계곡립의 것은 정규분포형을 보여 그들이 안정상태에 있음을 반영하였다. 이러한 식생요인에 대한 분석 결과, 현재 논으로 이용되고 있는 지역의 잠재자연식생은 오리나무군락이 될 것으로 판단되었다. 천이의 진행에 따른 토양환경요인의 변화에서 수분한량은 초기 묵논에서 현저히 증가되었고, 중기 이후의 묵논에서 감소하였다. pH는 큰 변화를 나타때지 않았고, 유기물, N, P, K, Ca 및 Mg함량은 천이의 진행에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였다. To clarify the vegetational sere and driving mechanism of succession, vegetation and soil environmental factors were investigated in the old paddy field with different in the lapsed years after abandonment, Study sites were divided into 5 stages of the paddy field under cultivation, the old paddy fields of the initial, middle and late stages, and the climax forest of the mountainous valley near to the abandoned paddy fields. Sere estimated from dominant species of above mentioned study sites was shown in the order of Alpecurus aequalis var. amurensis community, Aneilema keisak community, Juncus effusus var. decipiens community, Salix gracilityla community, and Alnus japonica communt. y. Driving mechanism of succession inferred from the distribution of dominant species in each successional stage and their life form was based on the tolerance model. Species richness and diversity indices steadily increased since the middle stage but evenness index did not show any distinct change. In frequency distribution diagrams of diameter classes, Salix gracilistyla population of the middle and the late stages showed normal and reverse J-shaped distribution patterns, respectively. Result of the former reflects that individuals composing of that poulation were invaded simultaneously in a given time of the past and that the latter suggests that they are in state of intraspecific competition. Distribution diagram of Alnus japonica population in the late stage showed reverse J-shaped distribution pattern reflects that those individulas are in the stages of invasion and that of the valley forest showed normal distribution pattern suggests that they are in stable stage. From the results of analyses on those vegetation data, it was interpreted that potential natural vegetation of the present paddy field might be Alnus japonica community. In changes of soil environmental factors with the progression of succession, soil moisture content rapidly increased in the initial stage and then decreased since the middle stage. Organic matter, N. P. K, Ca and Mg contents tended to increase with the succession stage but pH did not show any distinct change.

CONTENTS<BR>  (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>  There has recently been a drastic increase in the number of the indirect investment systems (real estate investments trusts, real estate trust, and real estate funds) which numerous investors take part in, Therefore, a professional and transparent management of real property is required.<BR>  On the other hand in real estate sectors, social, administrative, and economic factors, that is, its situation, are co-relatively changing. So we also need a professional management due to the unsustainable highest and best use of the real estate affected incessantly by the above changes.<BR>  Also the objective of the real estate management formerly was the FM(Facility Management) which stressed on an agreeable environment and safety. Today this trend is gradually shifted to PM(Property Management) and AM (Asset Management) such as purchase and sellout of the real property for the purpose of obtaining objectives of the owners and investors, analysis of the profit rates, surveying the assets, and activities of ren t and loan.<BR>  So this research is aimed at sharing the information with the managers who want to do a professional real estate management through the study and application of the real estate management plans which is the main contents of the real estate management and thus inducing a highest and best use minimizing the social costs.<BR>  (2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>  Document surveys on IREM publications, professional books, publications of the association, degree dissertations, and the application of the researchers own actual business materials.<BR>  (3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>  I have drafted the real estate management plans, in current difficult situation for obtaining objectives I presented practices for obtaining objectives through the manager"s alternative methods.<BR>  2. RESULTS<BR>  In real estate management plan and property management agreement are also the criteria the communication between the owner and the client. In this study I found out management theories which is the main contents of the real estate management as the social needs requiring PM such as obtaining highest and best use, activation of indirect investment, aiming at the owner"s obtaining of the objectives.<BR>  Also I tried to realize the method for obtaining the owner"s objectives through the actual cases of management plan, the procedure for drafting management plan, practice of management issues and alternative methods, cost profit analysis, and conclusion and recommendation.

        지속가능발전목표(SDGs) 내 성평등 독자 목표의 국내이행을 위한 지표 연구

        2015년 국제사회는 새천년개발목표 (Millennium Development Goals, 이하 MDGs)를 대체 할 새로운 국제개발목표로 지속가능발전목표(Sustainable Development Goals, 이하 SDGs)를 채택하였다. SDGs는 17개 목표(goals)와 169개의 세부목표(targets), 그리고 244개의 지표로 구성되었으며 2030년까지 달성을 목표로 한다. MDGs에서와 마찬가지로, SDGs에서는 성평등을 위한 독자 목표(Goal 5)로 “양성평등 및 여성과 여아의 권한강화”가 채택되었다. 독자 목표인 5번의 경우 MDGs와는 달리 구조적 변화를 촉구하는 항목들이 대거 포진되어 성평등 달성에 있어서 전환적(transformative)인 변화를 추구하고 있다. 본고는 SDGs의 국내이행의 착수를 앞두고, SDGs 성평등 목표의 이행 점검을 위한 국내 가용통계를 점검하고, 향후 SDGs 성평등 목표의 국내이행점검을 위한 기초 매핑을 제시함으로써, 국내이행을 위한 지표 수립에 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위해 이론적 배경으로 SDGs 내 지표 수립과정을 소개하고 특히 성평등 목표의 범위와 지표 수립 과정을 보다 자세히 서술한다. 이어서 SDGs 국내이행을 위한 거버넌스 체계를 소개하고 현재까지 수행된 연구들을 개괄한다. 본 연구의 분석을 위해서는 SDGs 글로벌 지표의 정의의 완성도와 현재 국내통계의 가용상태를 고려하여 4가지의 범주로 구성된 분석틀을 고안하였다. 연구방법으로는 국내・외 관련 문헌을 검토하였다. 연구결과, SDGs의 효과적인 국내이행을 위해서는 정의가 불확실한 지표에 대해 조작적 정의가 선행될 필요가 있으며, 국내 가용통계가 부재하거나 미흡한 지표의 경우 이에 대한 추가개발의 필요함이 드러났다. 결론에서는 분석내용을 토대로 국내 SDGs 이행을 위한 시사점을 도출하여 논의하였다. This research explores the status and future tasks of national implementation of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 5 in South Korea by especially focusing on indicators. Among its 17 goals and 169 targets, SDGs sets forth gender equality and empowerment of women and girls as a stand-alone goal 5, and gender issues are also cross cut in other goals as well. The independent as well as cross cutting nature of gender related issues imply the quintessential nature of gender in attaining the overall SDG targets. In particular, SDG goal 5, unlike Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), pursues transformative changes in achieving gender equality with a number of indicators urging structural changes. Given this context, this paper examines the meaning and the availability of national data corresponding to SDG 5’global indicators, and provides implications for South Korea’s establishment of SDG 5 indicators for national implementation. As a theoretical background, we first outline the process of setting up the indicators of SDGs with particular focus of Goal 5, and then we introduce the governance system for SDGs implementation in South Korea and analyze the existing literature for this study. For methods, this study employs document reviews. We created an analytical matrix, using two pillars ; indicators’ definitions and availability of national data. Based on this matrix, this research categories each indicators into four groups. As results, this study reveals that several indicators require operational definition for domestic implementation and development of gender-sensitive domestic data for future implementation in South Korea. In conclusion, we present practical implications for future implementation of SDG goal 5 and its indicators in South Korea. The results of this study can be used as basic research for establishing national indicators for the implementation of gender-related SDG targets in South Korea, and ultimately to achieve the goal of gender equity in SDGs.

However, dermoscopic findings are not fully elucidated in the course of β-blocker treatment for IH. Objectives: To investigate changes of dermoscopic findings during the course of β-blocker treatment for IH. Methods: Superficial or mixed-type IH patients treated with topical timolol solution or oral propranolol were enrolled in Pusan National University Hospitals (Busan and Yangsan) from November 2011 to January 2016. Clinical photograph and dermoscopic findings were recorded and assessed at the baseline, 1, 2, 3 and 6 months. Results: Total 115 patients (male: 38 and female: 77 / superficial type: 48 and mixed type: 67 / timolol: 77 and propranolol: 38) were included. Diffuse light erythema tended to be diminished but milky-red area increased gradually during the course of treatment. The patients treated with oral propranolol showed more prominent changes on each dermoscopic findings than those treated with topical timolol (p=0.023 and p=0.018, respectively). But, other findings like red-globular vessels, red-dot vessels, red-circulated vessels, red-linear vessels did not show significant changes. Conclusion: Dissolution of diffuse light erythema and increase of milky-red area were significant dermoscopic findings in accordance with clinical improvement after β -blocker therapy for IH.

        논문(論文) : 『상한론(傷寒論)』 비약증(脾約證)의 의미에 대한 소고(小考) -179조와 247조의 비교를 중심으로-

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate splenic constipation syndrome(脾約證) in Shanghanlun by comparing 179 & 247 provisions. Methods : Including Shanghanlun, several texts which contain Cheng Wu-ji, Wan Mi-zhai, Qian Huang, Zhu Gong, Fang You-zhi, Yu Jia-yan, Zhang Lu, Cheng Ying-mao, Zhang Xi-ju, Chen Xiu-yuan, Wu Qian, Xu Ling-tai, You Zai-jing, Zhu Dan-xi`s opinion about the splenic constipation syndrome were chosen and comparative consideration was carried out. Results & Conclusions : The following conclusions could be drawn. 247 provisions in Shanghanlun is different from 179 provisions because the beginning of the each splenic constipation syndrome is different. The difference between 179 & 247 provisions are proved by comparing Mild Purgative Decoction which is used Taiyangyangming splenic constipation syndrome and Fructus Cannabis Pill which is used Dorsal pedal pulse splenic constipation syndrome. Cheng Wu-ji`s opinion that 179 & 247 provisions is different is meaningful because he is first investigated the different beginning of the splenic constipation syndrome. Several annotator`s opinion which oppose Cheng Wu-ji is majority and they set a high value on Jangbu(臟腑) factor. Several annotator`s opinion which agree Cheng Wu-ji is minority and they set a high value on splenic constipation syndrome also begins from Taiyangbing. The concept of overlapping of Taiyangyangming is different from the concept of Taiyangyangming. Consequently 179 & 247 provisions has to be distinguished.

        진흙버섯속(상품명: 상황버섯) 재배방법에 따른 경제적 효과 분석

        This experiments were conducted to study on the economic analysis of Phellinus spp.(Comercial name: Sanghwang mushroom). These results were as follows: Phellinus spp. can be cultivated about 4 years by one time inoculation. This mushroom has been cultivated by the method of burying log into the soil(BM) at the first time. Recently, however, the method of hanging log on the shelves in the house(HM) is used, because HM has more advantage than BM that HM can be cultivated more pieces of logs than BM. On the other hand, HM is required to invest more 5,678,230Won for the equipments than the BM. And also, HM is required 14,400 pieces(2.8 times) more log numbers than BM 5,000 pieces. Also, HM is required more 3,680,000Won to purchase log, 1,104,000Won to purchase spawn. The cost of production is required to 20,180,971Won for BM, and 37,953,825Won for HM. Accordingly, product cost of HM is 1.9 times higher than BM. The operating cost is required to 1,207,712Won for BM, and 24,075,432Won for HM. Accordingly, operating cost of HM is 2.0 times higher than BM. The net income is 580,940,000Won for BM, and 1,683,300,000Won for HM. Accordingly, net income of HM is 2.9 times higher than BM. The income is 589,040,000Won for BM, and 169,718,000Won for HM. Accordingly, income of HM is 2.9 times higher than BM. In conclusion, HM is required 2.8 times more logs. HM has 1.03 times more products per a piece of log. HM has 1.9 times more production cost, and 2.0 times more operating cost. As you read above, HM and BM have two different aspects. BM is required less investment cost than HM, but BM has lower income because of the different capacity of production. By the comparing those two methods, HM is resulted more efficient method for the producing mushroom. Only in the side of cash flowing, the cash expenditure of BM is required less money at first year. But it has no production at first year. BM would get the income after 2 years buring the logs. The cash expenditure of HM is required much money for the equipments and the logs at first year, but HM would get the income at first year. 상황버섯은 한번 접종하여 4년간 재배되는 버섯으로서, 원목의 일부를 땅에 묻어서 재배하는 지면재배 방식으로 상업적 재배가 시작되었으나, 최근에는 보다 집약적인 재배방식으로 원목을 덕(균상)에 매달아서 재배하는 지상재배가 시도되고 있다. 지상재배는 덕(균상)을 만들어 많은 숫자의 골목을 매달아 재배하는 것을 제외하면 그 재배과정이나 작업요령에는 큰 차이가 없다. 다만 지상재배는 덕(균상)이라는 시설투자에 5,678,230원이 더 들고, 원목이 지면재배 5,200본의 2.8배인 14,400본이 소요되어 368만원의 원목비와 그에 따른 종균비 1,104,000원 등이 더 드는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 재배사 100평을 기준으로 한 4년간의 생산비는, 지면재배가 20,180,971원 지상재배가 37,953,825원으로, 지상재배가 지면재배의 1.9배에 이르고, 경영비는 지면재배가 12,077,712원, 지상재배가 24,075,432원으로, 지상재배가 지면재배의 2.0배가 되었다. 순수익은 4년간 100평에서 지면재배가 5억 8,094만원, 지상재배가 16억 8,330만원으로, 지상재배가 2.9배 많았고, 소득은 지면재배가 5억 8,904만원, 지상재배가 16억 9,718만원을 얻을 수 있는 것으로 나타나, 소득도 지상재배가 지면재배의 2.9배가 되었다. 이는 재배 원목수의 차이 2.8배에 골목 1본당 수확량의 차이 1.03(541g : 523g)가 더해진 것과 비슷한 수준으로, 생산비 차이 1.9배나 경영비 차이 2.0배보다 훨씬 크다. 이상을 종합하면, 지면재배는 지상재배에 비하여 투자비는 적게 들지만, 소득도 그만큼 낮고, 재배 원목과 버섯 수확량이 지상재배에 비하여 적기 때문에 저투입-저수익 재배방식이라고 말할 수 있고, 지상재배는 투자비와 노동력 투입이 많지만, 수익은 그보다 더 높다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 다만 현금흐름 측면에서는, 지면재배의 경우는 첫해의 자금지출은 지상재배보다 적지만, 첫해에 수확이 전혀 없기때문에 투자 후 2년 정도가 지나야 투자비를 회수할 수 있지만, 지상재배는 비록 첫해의 자금수요는 그보다 크지만, 첫해부터 수확이 가능하기 때문에, 전부는 아니더라도 첫해부터 투자비 회수가 가능하다는 점에도 유의해야 한다고 하겠다.
