        The purpose of this study was to consumer attitude about sport advertising. The Hypothesis of this study is The independent variables effects on the sport advertising attitude, the Product attitude, and Purchase attitude. The Method of this study was questionary research and experimental research about 142 students of three university in Seoul and kyonggi-do. First, the questionary research contained to four items about Product involvement(car, ion drink, health appliance, snack). Second, The experimental research is used 8 types(model existent and non-existent×car, ion drink, health appliance, snack) advertisements that is measured for The Product attitude and the purchase attitude. The result of this study were as follows. The Sport Advertising attitude is effects on the product attitude. Model existent advertising attitude is more effect on the Product attitude than Model non-existent advertising attitude. The Product attitude of Model existent advertisement Is more effects on Purchase attitude.

        토끼의 만성 뇌혈관연축 모델에서 혈관확장제에 의한 비가역적 혈관수축의 발현시기와 혈관벽의 전자현미경소견상 이상소견이 발현되는 시기와의 시간관계

        One of the characteristics of the cerebral vasospasm is its irreversibility with the vasodilators.Under the hypothesis that the irreversibility with vasodilators might be caused by the structural change in the arterial wall, authors examined the chronological relationships between the irreversibility and the electron microscopic findings of the arterial wall in the rabbit chronic vasospasm model. The development of the vasospasm and the irreversibility of the vasospasm with the intra-arterial papaverine were defined angiographically. After the second angiography done in one to 30 days after subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH), eighteen rabbits were sacrificed, and the basilar artery was examined with electron microscope. Arterial narrowing was the severest one day after SAH(54.1% of the pre-SAH diameter), and was maintained up to 30 days afer SAH. The irreversibility of the arterial constriction with the papaverine developed 5 days after SAH, which had a tendency to recover 6 to 9 days after SAH. However the irreversibility was noted again 16 days after SAH. Electron microscopy revealed the endothelial wrinkling, disorganization of muscle fiber, myonecrosis, thickening of smooth muscle fibers, and increase of connective tissue in the tunica media. These structural changes were severest one day after SAH, and gradually diminished up to 30 days after SAH. These data show that there are no chronological relationships between the irreversibility and the structural change per se. However the fact that the irreversibility developed during the reparative phase of the arterial wall injury by SAH suggests that the chronic vasospasm is not a primary event but a secondary phenomenon following an injury to the cerebral arterial wall.

        수은폭로 근로자의 조기 신기능 장해 지표로서의 요중 β-Galactosidase 활성도에 관한 연구

        The objective of this study was to evaluate the relationship between β-galactosidase activity in urine, in serum and urinary N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase activity as an early indicator of renal effect and mercury concentration in urine and blood, reflecting the intensity of exposure to or the amount of body burden of mercury. This study was carried out among 70 workers exposed to mercury vapor and 63 non-exposed workers as a reference. The results were as follows; 1. The mean concentration of urinary mercury(43.5 ㎍/l) in exposed subjects was about nine times higher than that of non-exposed subjects, but the mean values of blood mercury were not different from each other. 2. The mean values of β-galactosidase activity in urine(119.7μmolMU/h/g creatinine) and in blood(73.7 molMU/h/l) of mercury-exposed subjects were significantly higher than those of non-exposed subjects. 3. In mercury-exposed subjects, β-galactosidase activities in urine(r=0.38, P<0.01) and in serum(r=0.26, P<0.05) were correlated to urinary mercury concentration, but not to blood mercury concentration. The urinary excretion of β-galactosidase activity was closely associated with urinary mercury concentration in the result of the multiple regression analysis. 4. The urinary β-galactosidase activity in exposed subjects increased as the urinary mercury increased, and in the exposed subjects with more than 50㎍/l of urinary mercury was highly related to urinary β-galactosidase activity(r=0.47, P<0.05). 5. Among exposed subjects with more than 50㎍/l of urinary mercury, 20.0% of them showed abnormal value of urinary β-galactosidase activity.

      • GSIS를 이용한 3차원 경관도로 시뮬레이션

        Based on Geo-Spatial Information System(GSIS). we tried to develop three dimensional road simulation system of coastal region considering landscape in Jeju island. The 1:5000 digital map, microstation CAD and Inroad road design programs were used to design coastal road. To estimate landscape effect of the three dimensional road visual simulation. we implemented three types road simulations that are the trees planted, the flowers planted and the trees and flowers planted road, respectively. From the study. we found that the three dimensional virtual technique was very useful tool to design the road considering landscape effect in ocean view terrain and to estimate the reasonable road characteristics.

      • 도시하천의 수리학적 특성과 자정능력의 상관성 분석 : 광주천을 중심으로 Around the Gwang-ju Cheon

        도시 하천인 광주광역시의 광주천을 대상하천으로 선정한, 흐름특성으로는 유속, 수심, 유적, 수면폭, 수심을, 하상재료특성으로는 조립을, 균등계수, 조도계수n₁, 조도계수n₂, 그리고 자정능력특성으로는 BOD, DO, T-N, T-p, Cl^(-), 자정계수, 수질종합지수를 선정하여 흐름특성과 자정능력, 하상채료특성과 자정능력의 단순분석 및 상관분석 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 본 연구에서는 광주천의 일부 구간을 대상으로 조사한 결과 보의 영향으로 BOD농도 0.607㎎/ℓ이 감소하였고, 여울에서는 BOD농도 0.168㎎/ℓ가 감소하는 등 보와 여울이 하천의 수질에 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였으며, 수리인자의 흐름상태와 자정능력에서 유속과 BOD농도의 상관계수값은 -0.735로 유속이 빠를수록 BOD농도는 감소하는 관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 확인하였으며, 하상재료특성과 자정능력에서 균등계수, 조도계수와 BOD농도의 상관계수값은 -0.777, -0.947로 균등계수, 조도계수가 커질수록 BOD농도는 감소하는 관계를 가지고 있는 것을 확인하였다. 도시 하천의 자연형 하천으로의 회귀시 이러한 인자들을 설계에 반영한다면 더욱 양호한 수질로 하천이 유지 관리될 것으로 기대된다. This study selects Gwang-ju Cheon located in Gwang-ju Metropolitan City as its subject so as to analyze the correlation between its flow properties and self-purification capacity, and stream-bed components properties and assimilative capacity, along with simple analysis on those variables. To attain these experimental objectives, this study selects some variables representing stream properties as follows: flow properties are explained by such variables as discharge, flow velocity, depth, flow deposits and width; riverbed components properties by fineness modulus (FM), coefficient of uniformity (CU) and coefficient of roughness (n₁ and n₂); and self-purification capacity by BOD, DO, T-N, T-P, Cl^(-), self-purification factor and composite index of water quality. As a result of this study, we come to the conclusions as follows: First, a series of investigation on some sectors of Gwang-ju Cheon shows that the density of BOD decreases by 0.607㎎/ℓ due to the effect of the dammed pools, while that in rapids decreases by 0.168㎎/ℓ. It seems that both dammed pools and rapids have significant effects on water quality of the river. Second, according to correlation analysis between the flow conditions of hydraulic factors and self-purification capacity of the river, coefficient of correlation between flow velocity and the density of BOD is shown as 0.735. It means that the faster the low velocity is, the lower the density of BOD is. Third, correlation analysis between riverbed components properties and the self-purification capacity of the river indicates that coefficient of correlation between fineness modulus and the density of BOD is shown as 0.777, while that between coefficient of uniformity an the density of BOD is shown as 0.947. It means that the higher the measurements of fineness modulus and the coefficient of uniformity are, the lower the density of BOD is. As a result, I found out that the speed of a current and the depth of water which are mathematical factors and the materials of river regime affected the water quality. I expect that, if these factors are applied to a design for turning a city river into natural one, the river will be maintained and controlled with a better quality of water.

      • 반건식-백필터에 의한 소각배가스 중의 HCI, SOx 제거 (Ⅰ)

        This study has been carried out to investigate the removal efficiencies of HCl/SOx in a Spray-Dryer/Fabric-Filter system. In HCl/SOx removal, we could identify the key factors such as spray dryer outlet temperature, molar equivalence ratio(MER) and fabric filter velocity, but we couldn't find out the correlation of HCl and SOx. The removals of HCl/SOx were inversely proportional to spray dryer outlet temperature(l30~170℃) and filter velocity(l.0~1.5 m/min), at the MER, HCl removal efficiency was strongly proportional to MER, but SOx, removal efficiency was not particularly increased by MER over 1.5. The removal efficiencies of HCl/SOx were improved over 10% at the fabric filter. In this Spray-Dryer/Fabric-Filter system, HCl/SOx removal efficiencies were about 99%, 96% respectively.

        계류기구로 관측한 대구시 야간 안정층 특성에 관한 사례연구

        Using measured data at Daegu by tethersonde for the period or 1984~1987, we have investigated the lower atmospheric boundary layer structure including relationships between inversion layer and meteorological factor(wind and temperature), and the inversion strength and inversion height. The inversion layer was defined from the vertical temperature profile and its strength was analyzed with the wind shear as well as the vertical temperature gradient. From October to January, measured inversion layer isn't destroyed, however, in June, after sun rise, it is destroyed by surface heating and mixed layer is developed from surface. According to pasquill stability classes, the moderately stable cases dominated. It's the larger vertical temperature gradient, the lower SBL height. We have introduced B(bulk turbulence scale) which indicated SBL height. It's larger B, the higher SBL height and vice versa. It was noted that the bulk turbulence scale (B) is appropriated to determine the stable boundary layer height.
